Had a great jumbo appetizer and a cold beer with my wife. Food was good and service was very fast and very friendly. Parking is plentiful and free. Came to see dancing with the stars and play some slots. Overall casino is appealing and clean. Waiting for the concert so will have to fill you in later.

Word of advice, purchase drinks from a cocktail waitress rather than the bar. Drinks are literally twice as much at the bar, but be prepared to wait. Waitresses are impossible to find, and my mom allegedly had to wait nearly an hour for her nasty wine. For these same reasons, I never did order a beer. Early into our visit to the casino I asked an employee where the closest restroom was and he pointed me to an elevator.

Beautiful casino! Loved the wide variety of memorabilia on display. Great selection of slots and table games. The players club card leaves a lot to be desired. The majority of the visitors are vacationing yet the “offer” is for up to $200 in match play to be “put onto your rewards card in 4 weeks”. That’s a gimmick, not an offer. Might as well make it $1000 because the chances of someone taking advantage of this offer are slim to none. The customer service actually mentioned that it would be a waste to get the card because we were on vacation. Appreciated their honesty…

Lovely place with new hotel being built. Now they even have some smoke free game rooms, which is really nice. Lots of games which ever area you choose and of course it’s a “Hard Rock” so there is food all around as well as toms of memorabilia! The place was super clean with staff all around which makes you feel safe no matter where you are on the grounds.

Very confusing making it to the venue. With all the construction, it was like a maze trying to just find the entrance into the building. Fortunately, I arrived early to eat beforehand. When I made a trip back out to my car, I was showing lost patrons where to go to leave the parking area to find the casino entrance. There were a lot of lost & confused people. Earlier there were security guards guiding visitors. When I got to the venue the lines are confusing because I had… to walk all the way around to get to the metal detector area. When I made it to my seat I noticed that part of my view was blocked by the lighting & sound equipment. I paid the most expensive ticket for a good seat and had not been told that it was an obstructed view… The concert was great but I wish I would have been informed of the obstruction n given the chance to pick a better seat. I will be writing management rehgarding this matter. Let me stress that I did like the concert performance but I am VERY DISPLEASED with Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino

Hard rock hotel and casino is an amazing place! The staff is always friendly and eager to help in any way they can. There is always something to do at Hard Rock. Whether you want to have a casual lunch or a fine dinner, enjoy the pool or hang out with friends at the many bars, enjoy live music or just walk around to admire the memorabilia, Hard Rock has it all! They offer something for all ages. Excited to see their soon to be, south Florida land mark, guitar shaped hotel!

We enjoyed looking around at the casino, the bars, and theme around the hotel was pretty cool! However, I see why they are expanding the hotel because it seemed very dated in some areas. The parking lot (star lot… I believe) lead us to what seemed like a employee only parking garage… it was kind of confusing. There were two signs to the concert. Inside the lobby… and hardly any to the entrance of the hotel. After we figured it out, it winded us down roads in the parking garage, sidewalks, and hallway, after hallway… possibly there was a parking garage for the concert hall access, but there was no info on the street where to enter to parking for said concert hall. We came right off the highway, it wasn't like we went back roading. As far as the concert, it was awesome! Little venue, but super imitate with the artist. Staff was really nice and helpful as well. I felt safe. Although, a lady at the back filling my drink talked down about the artist I was seeing… little to say, she didn't get a great tip.

We’ve been here so many times. For clubs, bars, casino, bachelor parties, and live performance events. This place really does have it all. The experiences have been a mix, some great, some not so great. Regardless, this place is a mini city and you will find something to do here. Be aware that the casino floor allows smoking and if this is not your thing, avoid that area.

No matter what you find yourself doing, Hard Rock Casino, is an OASIS, from no matter what. Go can go in, you can cool down with a cool beverage, and you can contemplate, do you wish to make a donation to the Miccosukee or Seminole tribe, because since 1962, they were declared different. But are they? Seriously and economically? Does the tribal status really matter? NO! Just be informed, that the money you lose, and rarely win, goes to these tribal nations protected federally by the United States Government. And to keep up with the parlance of OUR TIMES, the cultures and organizations, previously protected and exempt from FEDERAL TAX and INSPECTION, need to be eliminated and brought to the same sort of examination as any other United States tax filing. The massive wealth accumulated from undisclosed pharmaceuticals and illegal substance, through borders, also is filtered through, Native American, Federally Protected, tribes, and the criminals KNOW this, and have attempted to use this a way for distribution and income, but we, AS AMERICANS, that care for the future of all AMERICANS, must eliminate and end, that cycle.

Poker room is hidden, so tack on an extra fifteen minytes to your eta as it is located in separate building from the main casino, which I love as this eliminates the usual annoyance of being adjacent to a live band or craps table like most places. Most dealers are alert but a few were aloof, asking me if I checked or not. Action here was very normal. Prefer the dog tracks.

This is the worst Hard Rock I've ever been to. The machines constantly break down and there was a issue where the machine did not pay my win. Not only did I have to wait 20 minutes for someone to come but the attendant did understand the machine which further escalated the situation. I go there often and had seen other customers claim not receiving winnings but thought they where mistaken. Not sure about them but my confidence is shaken. Love all the other Hard Rocks. This one sucks.

The casino offers free water, coffee, and cappuchinos to their players. You can really spend the day here eating and just enjoying the vicinities amenities. However the strip JUST closed down for 2 years due to construction so there wont be alot more than the casino for a while.

South Florida at its finest. This place will let you get away for a weekend and make it feel like a true vacation. Please realize, this is South Florida's take on a Vegas type casino. If you don't like Vegas or the thought of going there, don't come here. The casino, entertainment and food are world class, but remember, It's still a casino/hotel. I also recommend drinking before hand if you plan to bar hop here. Drinks can be expensive, so when you arrive with a little buzz it's not so bad maintaining it (financially) through the night.

The service was phenomenal in the hotel and at the pool. We loved having lunch at the pool. The food was great. Also, it is in a great location with a small outdoor mall right outside and being not to far from Miami or Ft. Lauderdale. Overall a great trip and would recommend!

The seminoles run a great hotel with professional hospitality. I can't speak for the casino side as I don't gamble but their pools are always clean, furnished hotel rooms that make me feel like i'm in a suite, and employees that make me feel welcomed. Ate at council oak and kuro and albeit pricey, I can see the argument for the prices. Thank you hard rock seminoles for giving me an enjoyable experience with top notch service. Overall this was a really enjoyable hotel to stay in. I will most definitely return if I'm ever in the south florida area again.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of service and greeting by all staff and the pool and spa were clean and gorgeous. Every restaurant was fabulous and we did not spend a bad moment. Stayed 5 days and going back this week. Can't wait. Security noticed someone see me win money and follow me and Jason Landau was right behind them! Our casino host, Carole Cohen is wonderful. Great shopping and just overall pleasure. Kuro is an amazing restaurant — was named in Zagat's top ten new restaurants to try now, and we know why. We love Martorano's. Even the coffee shop was good! Not one unpleasant person in the whole place. Let's see if it's the same when we go down on Friday! Also a lot of casino staff came over and introduced themselves as we played and asked if there was anything they could do. Real customer service. My husband holds everyone to high standards and they met all!

Spent 4 days in the hotel for a conference that was fantastic. The food was great all week and the service was decent. I only gave 3 stars because you can't go anywhere in this place without being engulfed in a cloud of smoke. It seems everyone here smokes and it's quite offensive to those of us who care about our health. The ventilation needs some work, by the second day I had a consistent head ache from the polluted air within the restaurants, casino, and corridors.

I didn't have any issues with security, but unless the casino security personnel are fully deputized, you can walk out to your car irregardless of what they tell you or ask of you. Even if they are deputized (probably not), they can be charged with false imprisonment or kidnapping depending on how they attempt to hold you there. If they touch you, it's assault. They can only ask for ID if you are entering the Casino for age verification. They can ask for ID on the way out, but you can tell them "no" unless they are fully deputized law enforcement AND if they have suspected you have committed a crime (Stop and Identify Statute). Then they have to tell you the crime you have committed or let you go. If they continue to detain you without stating the crime, it's kidnapping. If they're not deputized, they are no different than you or I asking someone to do something. They have no authority over you. Know the law and keep those cell phones rolling! Had a good time at the casino :)

It was my first time ever going to the Hardrock Casino and it will be my last. I was with small group people and it was all of our first time attending this particular casino. The service was subpar compared to other casinos that I have visited and enjoyed but all we had a good time because of the party we were with. The problem came when we're leaving to go back to our cars we noticed barricades that were not there before and we were told by a security staff members that we had to get in line. There were two security guards randomly checking ID's and when I say randomly only asking to se the males ID's but ushering the women through. I was the second in line of my party of people and when it became my turn I asked the security guard what is the reason for the security check point while taking out my wallet, he replied in a abrupt and hostel tone "ID" as I began to open my wallet I asked him why are you needing to see my ID; he replied take your ID out of your wallet. I then replied to him are you going to answer my question and he called for another security personnel to come over. Who then stated the reason I was called over is because you refuse to show him your ID, I advised him that I only asked a question as to why is it that you need to see my ID and he refused to answer my question. Then he advised me that they ask to see ID of anyone that looks under the age of 30 after 10' o'clock in order to gain access to the clubs.

Very nice facility, easy to reach and plenty of free parking. The casino itself has plenty of slot machines and gaming tables. Everything is clean and the staff is friendly. Lots of memoribilia everywhere for music fans, and the outside area has some nice shops and restaurants. My only complaint is the air quality: the smell of cigarette smoke is everywhere. It gets in your hair and clothes. I can't stay there very long without feeling ill. I also find it upsetting to see young children with their parents suckling in the foul air. I do wish they had manned roulette tables because the electronic ones are confusing. I would go more often if they had a better ventilation system.

Hi there ~ This review is specific to my Hard Rock Live experience. A concert was announced there months prior to show date. Tickets are sold *only through Ticketmaster. I had all TM emails as well as PreSale info. When tix went on sale there was nothing better then 5th row and back. My friends and I were on the site at 10:00 am and Continued to check diligently many times a day. Stub Hub as well. Weeks went by and still nothing. I called the venue numerous times to inquire about these first 5 rows and there was no one to speak to. Not until the day of the show! I then proceeded to email Hard Rock, on three separate occasions, and no one ever responded. I called the day prior ~ leaving messages in 3 departments. I finally received a call back from a woman (Dale / Gail) who informed me all tickets has been released, and that I probably wasn't online at the right time. Or that they went to the fan club (neither is the case). I have been to many (many) converts at all types of venues and I am well aware that casinos hold seats / a row for high rollers … But 5 rows? Some 4th row popped up the week prior and my Friend grabbed them. Come show night ~ we enter venue and sure enough. The first 3 rows were approx 60-70% vacant. Seriously!? Can anyone from the Hard Rock please provide a reasonable explanation for this? Of all venues ~ I would Think the Management would want the bands to have those front rows filled with smiling faces singing along.

All I have to say is that since they changed the management this year at the Hard Rock Casino it when all downhill. I’ve been going to the Hard rock for over 5 years and been an X-Card player for over two years, and for the past year the promotions have been getting cheaper and cheaper. I understand that they have a lot of remodeling going on with the outside construction and the inside remodeling, but do not take always the promotion that keep me from coming back. It’s bad enough the slots are tight and it hard to win. The change also in the players club has change for the worst, they should not insult and embarrassed paying customers especially X-Card players. Sorry that I have to take my business to another casino that values an X-CARD player.

I loved this place because it was the first place I had gambled in over 30 years that offered the "self excluding" program. Because of this thoughtful and effective program, I was able to ban myself from the premises for life. Now, after about 3 years in the program, I have been tempted to sneak back in about 3 times, but their facial recognition caught me the third try, and I was escorted from the establishment by security. Due to this, for the first time in my adult life, I have been able to help my friends and family with financial assistance, yet still have over $100k left in the bank. Thank you so much Seminole Hard Rock! :-)

I didn't realize how much smoking indoors detracts from any place's appeal. The whole casino is quite smoky. The décor of the Hard Rock is pretty typical, memorabilia of various musicians, etc. The food was nothing special, but reasonably priced.

Went to show on March 1 (Jennifer Nettles) and she was great. What was NOT GREAT was the inconsiderate spectator 3 rows in front of our seats that felt it necessary to stand and dance throughout the entire performance. She only sat when she had to make a remark to her companion. Some of the people that were being blocked out of the show by this woman, decided to stand on the side along the wall but security informed us that we could not stand there. We asked the ushers and security to please ask the "standing only" patron to stay in her seat so that people behind her, who paid over $100 each for the show, may also get an occasional glimpse of the show. They either could not be bothered or were afraid to confront the patron that was blocking numerous ticket purchasers that eventually missed the whole show. If not for the video monitors, we would have seen nothing. Selfish patrons who decide to stand and dance during any show should stop and consider the people behind them. I can only hope that the HARD ROCK will change their policy and request that people stay in their seats at least for a MAJORITY of the time that the show is in progress. If you want to stand and dance, buy a ticket against the back wall so you won't block other patrons. I feel like I wasted my money and missed 90% of a show that I was looking forward to. Paying attention hard rock.

Every once in a while I eat here, it's very nice to walk in the shops around the Hard Rock and then finish having a jumbo Cheeseburger in the Hard Rock Cafe. I always have a good time when I go. Food is good. Everything in the menu is very good. Fajitas are my favorites, I also like the burgers and the sandwiches. It's a pretty safe bet: if you wanna eat a very good burger or fajitas and listen to rock music and maybe a live band, you can go the Hard Rock Cafe and you will have a good time. Recommended.

I have been coming to the hard rock for a while and it has always been fun and a great place to be. However they have recently made a new rule that you cant stand or sit anywhere outside. The security constantly followed us around and bugged us all night. It is hard to enjoy yourself while waiting for the rest of your friends or to decide where you want to go when you have to constantly keep walking. I had the worst time last night.

We saw The Rascals last night. The show was two hours long and incredible! It's clear that they still have an avid fan base and that they have lost none of their magic. My beef, though, is with the facility. The seating on the floor level consists of folding chairs. SMALL folding chairs. If you are 14 and weigh 75 pounds, you might be comfortable. But for everyone else, the seating is cramped and VERY uncomfortable. You expect more when you are paying almost $100 a ticket. I've never had a more unpleasant seating experience even in other arena venues I've attended. I will never purchase floor seats at the Hard Rock again. That is, IF I ever return.
