Recently stayed at the Premiere Hotel and was pleasantly surprised, it was one of the cheaper on the beach hotels. Rooms were clean, spacious, really comfortable beds and a great location. Staff were lovely and included breakfast with free parking (which is unheard of for this location). Couldn’t have asked for anymore. Will definitely return. Thank you.

This place is awesome. Cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in and all the staff were amazing. Great little hidden restaurant off the back for some drinks and food. They had beach chairs umbrellas and towels to use directly across the street to the beach. The pic I added is looking back toward the hotel from the beach as the sun was rising.

Lovely garden pool and patio area, room very clean, staff very nice.

Eat at the hotel restaurant when you stay at this amazing personally owned spot in Ft. Lauderdale. You almost always leave with a gift from the most amazing staff and owner❤️

This is the best hotel I have stay at Fort Lauderdale and will definitely come back again. Super friendly staff the best customer service I have ever experienced, super clean rooms, free parking and I love that it is so close to the beach and the price is unbelievable I will definitely come again.

Love this hotel so much! Great service, super clean, right across the beach, nice view from room. Has a small kitchen with everything in it, they provide beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. This will definitely be my official hotel when in town.

This place is an awesome place to stay. The staff are amazing and they keep it incredibly clean. Prices are unbelievably fair. We loved it here.

I had a reservation for this hotel for 3 nights (04/19/2021), I started to feel sick we did the test for covid and it was positive, so we decided to leave the hotel in the morning of the next day, they did not want to refund our money for the days that wasn’t used, we lost two nights, very bad service, they were super uneducated I don’t recommend it, we made reservations at this hotel because we wanted to take the dogs, we took them, we left her in the room and went out to dinner, the reception guy called us my husband saying he had 5 minutes to arrive at the hotel because the dog was barking, what do you mean? if we made the reservation precisely because there could dog, but the dog could not bark? experience at this hotel was not good.

My daughter and I stayed at the Premiere Hotel for 6 nights at the end of March. While the building is retro, it is impeccably maintained and updated. The location is steps from the beach. The staff are exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food and the staff in the cafe/bar are amazing. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

We just got here, but the Premiere has exceeded our expectations. Great hotel, even better people. I look forward to the next 4 days!

I can’t say enough good things about Premiere. Everyone in the front office and bar & cafe were wonderful. The views are fantastic and it is a 30 second walk to the beautiful beach. Hands down one of the greatest hidden gems in Ft Lauderdale. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great location, and the friendliest staff around. The on-site bar is the place to be with amazing food and overflowing drinks. This is a 10/10 establishment.

Amaizing place to eat and have some wine or craft beer. You can eat inside at the bar and enjoy a cozy setting with a good selection of wines, or you can eat outside and enjoy the breeze from the beach. The staff is very attentive, friendly, and make you feel at home. Food is delicious and the prices won’t kill your pockets. Definitely a place to visit, enjoy and always come back.

I went here with the girl friend and I was pleased with experience. The food was good, and the environment was nice. No issues at the time, and I was only there the one time. The food options all looked good, and I went with the wings. Which were good. It was about 50% full at the time I visited. I didn't want to go back to try some of the other entrees, but I was not able to do so due to timing. I would try this place again if I had the chance. The food prices seemed reasonable.

Best restaurant ever! Food exceptional and terrific wine, but that is just the beginning! The staff is incredible. My mom has a hard time getting getting around due to a disability. Francisco, Diego, Mario, Nathaly, and Tony made wonderful accommodations for her. It was heart-warming. Thank you so much!

We came here late at night looking only for a quick bite and hopefully some decent food, and left with one of the highlights of our trip through Florida so far! Super friendly staff who each went beyond the expected to bring us only generosity and an experience we will never forget. We will be back! And oh yes, the food was fantastic!

This is truly a 'needle in a haystack ' gem of a hotel. The beach is a stone throw away. The hotel is clean and very safe. The Argentinean dishes at the cafe/bar are out of this world. No hidden resort amenity fees. Free parking onsite. With all that being said, (if that wasn't enough) the best thing about The Premiere is definitely the genuine and accommodating staff that make you feel like family, because, in a sense it is family that operates the hotel. Kudos to staff like Fred at the front desk and Diego back at the Cafe. You all rock and I'll be back.

I recommend sitting inside and going with a smaller group (2-3 ppl). They do have tables outside for a larger group. It is not by the water but it is close by. The ambiance inside is nice. They played great music. The service was phenomenal. Street parking was convenient and right outside the restaurant. The wait time was non-existent. I left this restaurant incredibly happy. They got the service down. Thank you for a great experience. I am just visiting but I would come again. I recommended your restaurants to friends who live here and will recommend for anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale.

We had a great time at the Premiere! Room was very nice and clean and we had a beautiful view! No complaints about our stay here! The front office staff was always friendly and helpful. Included umbrellas and chairs for the beach (which they always had available). The pool was also great. We especially enjoyed our time at the Premiere Bar — it had a wonderful and relaxed vibe and staff was so friendly! Special shout out to Diego who took care of us three nights in a row! Always accommodating and so pleasant each night (even when the place was packed). I would highly recommend both the hotel and bar! We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Ft Lauderdale.

Excellent place in Fortlauderdale. Try the. Salmon and there are typical Argentinian dishes XQ is owned by Argentinians.

This place was amazing! Not only was the food delicious and inexpensive, but the staff was extremely nice! When we asked what the dressing for the salad was, the chef gave us a bottle of it to bring home. I would 100% recommend this place!

Delicious food including some Argentinean choice, HUGE portions, very friendly service and reasonable prices. Salmon was delicious and twice the size of anything I have seen in restaurants. Beef with ham and cheese was interesting and tasty. I wish I lived close enough to go back!

Great food, really friendly staff and the owner gave us amazing tarts for free (the quince and pumpkin are excellent)! All a good price and it's a nice location just a little back from the beach. Thanks for the food and I hope to come back!

The arugula salad was great, about 1/4 bacon. Service was over the top preemptive and friendly. Portions large. Empanadas yummy. Mozzarella sticks average.

Excellent atmosphere, variety the wines. The food is delicious and prizes very reasonable. My recommendation is arrived early, because the place is small. The owners is very attentive and courteous.

Great food, great people! They brought us a nice cheese platter and dessert that was free! Reasonably priced and fun atmosphere.

This place is awesome, food are nice and dirty cheap. It’s a family owned business so service is slow but who cares if you got a nice wine for only 20-30 bulks and an vacation mood. Great decor and atmosphere.

Marvelous place for dinner! Very cool vibe in a small bar/library with just a few stools and some outside seating. It's a two man show with the owner, Mario and his wife doing everything. They are so kind and generous. They cook amazing Argentinian food at extremely reasonable prices. I'll be back!

The food was tasty. The beer was off the hook. I enjoyed the Moscato (sweet & fruity). The music was LIVE! It's a beautiful, cozy, friendly, enjoyable ambiance. Must visit!

I was a little disappointed that there was construction going on right across the street but it wasn't all that bad. The room was super clean and everything is white so you could tell if anything was dirty, nothing was! I stayed in the back building which had a great balcony view of the beach and 2nd pool! Staff were all great and quick to assist. The location was great, easy to walk to stores and bars! My only suggestion, not complaint would be for the management to look into better A/C systems. It did work but we had to run it all the time! Definitely will book again!

Was a guest at the Premier hotel July 6-10. I ate the Premier Cafe. What a great treat. The staff were great hosts. The space was well lit and comfortably designed to eat at the indoor bar or out on the deck. The food was well prepared. Get the ravioli bowl and skewered beef and vegetables plate and you'll have to share it with a friend. The pricing was very reasonable.

This place is absolutely amazing it became my favorite place makes you feel like home every time you're in a good mood of a nice good beer an excellent food and not breaking the bank this is exactly the place thank you guys love your customer service.

Superb customer service. The room is updated and very clean. The view is great. I'm glad we chose to stay here over the well-known, pricey option down the road. If we come back to Ft Lauderdale, we will be staying here again.

Great Hotel, super clean and cozy. The people here are super helpful and make you fell welcome. The beach is just across the street and there are plenty of restaurants and bars around to go at night. Just an awesome place to stay with the family and have a great experience and a confortable room to come back to after a long day soghtseeing, shopping and só on.

We had the nastiest experience! We returned to our room, to find the cleaning crew still cleaning. They laughed when they saw us, and left; leaving their supplies in the room and the cart blocking the door. That seemed odd, but not as odd as the horrible stench in the bathroom, which smelled like someone's worst rectal disaster. Oh, and they had left a tampon applicator for us. My gf and I decided to leave until they had finished "cleaning". We waited by the pool, watching them come and go for the next 30 minutes. When they finally left, we returned. The room was spotless, except for a smear of blood on the bathroom wall next to the toilet. It looked like finger painting. Remember the tampon applicator? It was gone, but we had the "artwork. " Oh, and the day after, they left a syringe on the bathroom floor. Nasty doesn't cover it. Other than that…

I've. Have really enjoyed my stay. In the Hotel the time that I've stayed Federico and Lucinda his mother and his father Mario give me like family this hotel is very family orientated very good accommodations make you feel like you're at home of lovely barbecue very attentive to their customers any feel like you're in a five-star hotel I would definitely say this hotel again in the future thank you guys for the awesome stay.

We stayed at the end of the month of August and will surely be back. Excellent attention of the owners, who at all times are attentive to the needs of the guests. Unbeatable location facing the sea. The rooms are clean and tidy with all the comforts needed to spend a well rested vacation.

50 metres from the beach, spectacular, comfortable, large rooms, for families is excellent, give you deck chairs, towels and umbrellas to zero cost, which in many European hotels gone q ask a sign, I have no words to describe how well q attended us all, more grateful and super q recommended.

My husband, granddaughters and I had a great time at this hotel. We loved the room with kitchen, a/c, dining table, two queen beds, free parking, Wi-Fi, no fee for my dog. The beach is a two minute walk from the hotel and they have a salt water pool always warm and very clean. Housekeeping is very attentive and very nice. The price was perfect for us. The hotel is very peaceful with relaxing music and super clean. I really like this place and will come back whenever I have a chance.

My fiance and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we had a wonderful time. The hotel is located right across from the beach and the person working there (possibly owner? or family of? ) were very nice to us. They offered us free beers when we arrived and were very helpful with suggestions of nearby attractions. The day of our flight back to NY, I had left a bag with a tablet (along with the locks and keys to the suitcases) inside my room. I called and they confirmed they had it. I requested that they ship it out to me if possible and I would pay for postage but instead they offered to bring it to me at the airport before I departed! After losing a bunch of money at Hard Rock, we headed to the airport and received a call shortly after from the person asking us which terminal we were in. When I received my bag, I offered a little cash to thank him for his troubles to which he refused so I left the money on his dashboard. He then gets out of the car and returns the money back to me, I was very moved. I thanked him profusely and he drove off into the sunset.

My daughter and I stayed at the Premiere Hotel for 10 days, and we had an amazing time. The room was extremely clean (the room service including clean towels and beach towels was provided everyday). Our room had a fully equipped kitchen, so we could cook any meals that we liked. The pool was cleaned on a daily basis. The owner Mario was extremely nice and helpful through out the entire stay. He would do anything in his power to help. The location of the hotel is great, the ocean is literally 30 seconds away, the stores and restaurants take about 5-10 minutes to get to. The atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly, hospitable, and quiet. The hotel has a collection of DVDs that you can borrow to watch at night. In all it is a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who want to have a wonderful and affordable time in Fort Lauderdale. We will come back to the Premiere hotel again and again.

Very good value for money.

The rooms are very clean, has a full kitchen which helps out alot with a full refridgerra and freezer one block from the beach and the owners and other guest are very freindly, we have been here 3 times and all the times have been great, close to a 7-11 and supermarkets and the hot spots in Ft Lauderdale I give this hotel a 5 stars.

I came down with my husband's rugby team and almost from the beginning they were harassed. The first morning one of his teammates woke up at 730 am and went for a swim. The owner came to the room later and yelled at them for disturbing the hotel and swimming off hours. They were entirely confused because there were no posted hours and it was presented to them as middle of the night drunken debauchery. Later that night, the hotel owner was waiting outside for our friends to return from partying at the amazing local establishments. He walked them up to their room, then came inside the room turned out the lights and TV and told them to go to bed. We were just a few doors down from them and never heard anything from them until the hotel owner came and harassed them. I understand that some people make complaints, but these guys were never even given a warning. They were just instantly harassed. Also, the owner stated that because of them, several people checked out early and was trying to charge these guys for the "money" he had lost. I asked other people who were staying in the rooms near them and they had no complaints and had no idea what noise I was referring to. It was high drama and ridiculous.
