My experience has been an outstanding one. The girls at the front desk are so nice and the service they provide is sometimes above and beyond. Christina has the patience of a saint. Overall great experience. I highly recommend.

Excellent stay. Stay at this location all the time. Jasmine and Christina is my favorite. Hard working ladies. Accommodate all my issues.

A place with a kitchenette. Housekeepers are very sloppy meaning they half do the cleaning in the rooms. Always ask for some extra towels and some disinfectant so you can spray and mop your bathroom and kitchen floors. Make sure to ask for clean linens Change your bed spread and sheets when first arrive because most times they're not clean. Bring some bleach wipes with you so you can wipe down everything. It's looks clean but it's not. Make sure to put in an order for a good set of dishes when you check in otherwise you'll have to go buy your own to cook with.

I don't generally give 1 star because you get what you pay for… however, I didn't pay to have used condoms sitting in the bushes directly outside of my room. Two hours after checkin management asked how we were doing. Told them about the condom, 24 hours later its still there. I could hear the phones ringing in the room next door, as well as the actual conversation that was going (words not blah blah blah) including the person on speakerphone. No water pressure, to the point I couldn't get the soap off my skin so I couldn't try to wash my hair. Wouldn't have complained about thin walls and low water pressure except THE CONDOM IS STILL THERE OUTSIDE OF MY WINDOW TAUNTING ME!

We checked in around 4am Saturday morning. The night attendant supposedly worked us a deal to stay until Sunday morning since we were charged $130 for the mediocre room. There was a guy outside (Jay) soliciting us to buy drugs. He went as far to knock on our door. The room smelled horribly. The refrigerator was rusted and carpet stained. The bathtub was filthy or stained. There were centipides all over the floor. The room had not been vacuumed. The bed had dirt and debris in it. The sheets were turned inside out. We went back to the front desk and got a new room. This room had no carpet (thank goodness) but still smelt. Our neighbors had a multitude of beer cans and bottles strolled across the walkway. Not to include the numerous cigarettes butts despite the sign that said you must be a hundred feet away to smoke. Of course our friendly drug dealer Jay came by our new room to offer us Coke and Molly after going by the front desk to visit the night attendant "Natalie". No security to be found anywhere unless you count the young lady that rode the parking lot at 5am, went into the office and left. Of course Jay drove through to let us know this was normal. I would've rather slept at a rest stop. I was put out on Saturday at 11:30am because the night attendant screwed us over. Bottom line this is a drug motel. Beware staying here!

It's not a clean place. This old man and the attention is not good.

The hotel staff is nice. Other than that the hotel needs an upgrade. The Microwave is old and needs to be taken out and replaced, same with the countertop stove. Also the shower needs to be replaced it is very old looks very worn out and the water pressure sucks. Also In the mornings and after coming back to the hotel after work looks like there is centipedes or some sort of similar bug but looks like its dieing. So I would pick it up every day to flush them down the toilet. This place definitely needs a lot of work.

I always enjoy my stay here! Staff is very helpful and pleasant. I never have a problem, if I do it is handled in a timely matter. Area is very quiet and family friendly. The front desk staff, Krystina is always warm and bubbly!

The place is a dump! Smells horrible! Never took our bags off the cart. Went to the Sheridan. Paid more but it was day worth it! Beautiful hotel. Great food and great staff. Had to rate this before posting this should be a negative 1 star.

This location is AWESOME! The staff is amazing, they are very helpful. The staff accommodate all your needs and if they can't they go out their way to do so!

Why this hotel has any stars is beyond me, I had to put 1 star to post this review. WE arrived at 8:30 pm from a long flight for my wife to have a treatment for her cancer. When we walked in the room the smell was horrific. The toilet had urine in it as well as the toilet seat. There were bugs on the floor and table in the room. We went to the front desk to try to get another room, but were to that there were no other rooms available which I don't believe. We tried calling other hotels but it was to late we couldn't find anything available at that short notice. We ended up sleeping on top of the bed with all our clothes on. What they advertise for a continental breakfast and what they have are 2 different things. Stay away from this place.

Not much of a hotel for the price you pay. However its nicely located. Dont go in thinking that the breakfast set up is a nice continental, its just oatmeal packets, coffee, hot water, coco packets, tea bag. Granola bars and mini muffins. Is it worth the expense? No. Not when other hotels at better rates are right around the corner. Oh and they have a little coin laundromat on the property. Front desk isn't always nice (depending who's working a shift).

Got in early but Shanelle the front desk agent was extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating. We got our room and all the information needed for our stay in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend this location to others and my husband and I look forward to many more stays in the future!

Their rooms are old and not upgraded. Smell is awful like smoke. The state they give you stove ware and utensils but don't say they are old and scratched. Pompano Beach location.

The location was nice but the workers were not. The manager claimed that " We do not have any rooms with double beds available. But they did have double bed rooms. I know this because the manager gave it to my friend.

The staff are very friendly, clean hotel and it's great walking distance from a lot of stores! Definitely coming back! Oh and I got to use my AMA discount.

Terrible service never answer phone at front desk. Pillows are horrible. Took 3 days to get dishes. Horrible breakfast but good coffee.

It was a cold night so we turned on the heat. The unit started pouring out smoke and a burnt plastic smell. Hotel staff said that's not unusual and it's because heat was rarely turned on. I had to air out the room for a couple hours which was counter intuitive since it was cold outside. We also requested an iron since our unit didn't have one. They said it would take an hour but we never received it. The location is a bit questionable. The price was fair and the staff was very friendly despite the issues I had.

I love my stay here very nice clean place. And the staff was excellent.

NO STARS, This place was dirty, the sheets had yellow stains, the linen was turned inside out make of that what you will. There were no cups to drink any thing out of unless requested. I had no trash can to place anything into. There is no ice or vending machine or. The tub drain was not working so when I took a shower there was 1 foot of water in the tub. The room smelled like BO, and smoke the door had 2 latches for locks plus the deadbolt (that was a little nerve racking). It was very noisy, but my room was facing the street. There was a football game on so the front desk person seemed annoyed with me being there and actually having to do her job. Will never stay there again!

This place is really nice. I stayed for awhile and it was a awesome experience. Customer service and staff was good.

My stay was GREAT! Thanks to shanice and jazmine for making sure I had everything I needed and was comfortable. I felt like I was at home. I will be staying here again.

Was efficient with a clean room and reasonable rates.

No stars! This room smell like a garbage dump. The bathroom door had paint splashes. The light fixtures were rusting. The bathroom smell musky. The bathroom door was water logged an swollen. The shower leaked water on the floor because the curtain was too short. There were roaches on the kitchen sink. Millipedes were found crawling on the floor around and under the bed. In addition, there were small bugs on the bed. The bed sheets were not change before I checked in, there were stains, I was told because it was a 3 day stay there willbe no room service during my stay.

Rude desk service. The guy selected who he wanted to rent rooms to. My sister and I had to sleep in the car because he claimed they were overbooked, yet I made reservations. We sat in the car and watched him rent rooms to others. He saw us sleeping in the car. He walked passed the car several times and did nothing to help us. The worst kind of people. Ruthless. Shame on you!

My experience was one of excellence! From the registration online, to checking in. The front desk staff is friendly & accommodating. I registered for their perks and was able to save quit a bit on my weekly stay.

We stayed here for about 2 weeks while my husband worked near by. I love the hotel and staff. They're very helpful and quick to answer questions or get what you need. The only thing I didn't like was it seemed like some people lived here and would do wash and leave things in the washer and dryers for hours or until the next day to where you aren't able to do your own wash. Other then that I loved everything about it!

Our first room had a AC problem. Half of our room was flooded but the staff was very helpful change our room gave us our money back for that night we are pretty happy with everything else.

Stay here during the week for work the manager is very helpful, she works with us travelers, very good place to stay if u are a working man. Prices are fare rooms are good, most of the staff are willing to halo in any way possible I giving the manager 4 Stars.

Great place to stay! Staff friendly and accommodating. Rooms clean and comfy. Stay here when in town.

Not the worst nor the best.

The room is nice although, a little rough around the edges (stove vent light burnt out, temperature of hot water isn't very good as well as having low pressure, front Formica panel on bathroom sink is missing) The staff could not be nicer! Great recommendations for places to visit and even waving and giving nice smiles as you passed by. Laundry room was clean but, could have used a table to fold. The area is safe although not a lot of choices for dining nearby.

Bathroom had obvious flood damage. Everything else was okay though.

They tried moving me to 3 different rooms, the first room the AC unit was coming off the wall and had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke and mold. The second room half of the lights would not turn on, smelled like mold and smoke again and there were long hairs all over the bathroom. The third room was the charmer, smelled ok, lights and AC worked, but the dried blood stains and cigarette burn holes and marks on the sheets were our sign to leave. They offered to let us try another room and refund our money, I wouldn't even stay there for free. If anyone would like I took pictures of the 2nd and 3rd room.

My week long stay here was not comfortable. The upkeep on the facility is lacking. The tub was clogged and took 2 days to get repaired. The telephone is broken. Comforter looks like it has not been washed in years. The bathroom cabinet is disintegrating. On check-in we were told that we could choose the day to have the room cleaned. We chose Wednesday. Not only was the room not cleaned but when we asked about it we were told that the rooms are only cleaned on the 8th day of stay! Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not stay at this location.

Smallest of all extended stay hoyels. But worth for the price. You have to order kitchenette with them. It's for free only. It will not be available ready in room. Very limited item in morning breakfast.

Carpets were smelly and the room was full of centipedes. The chairs in the room were all ripped up and deserved to be thrown in the dump. No matter what time of day or night when you step outside there is always people just hanging out smoking and starring at you. The only good thing about this place is that its close to the turnpike, hated my stay there.

It was not happy place to much travel along the road way. It was good to have some information about food places to eat at. Sorry no pool.

Absolutely horrible hotel, they lied about breakfast. They don't have breakfast! They have 2 items to choose from. Normal checkout is 12, but here it's 11. I'll never come back.

It will smell musty in the room, is dirty. Hair in the towels and old blood stains. The whole room is totally run down. We would never set a foot in this Hotel. Absolutely disgusting. To recommend action. Air conditioning loud and cannot be turned off completely. PS: Informs you in what quarter, Hotel in Fort Lauderdale!
