Great security, small hotel.

What a wonderful surprise! This boutique hotel is literally across the street from the beach! Rooms are classically decorated, surprisingly large and beautifully appointed. Most of the rooms face the pool and garden area and there’s a lovely air conditioned gathering room with a dining table and fireplace where our family could share drinks and quality time. Perfectly located next to amazing restaurants and bars, everything in walking distance, we will definitely be back! Staff went above and beyond to help us book 9 rooms and coordinate our family event!

Loved that the hotel was a little oasis in the midst of huge impersonal hotels. Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable rooms, wonderful staff. Would totally recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Thank you Elita for a happy stay.

The property is extremely fresh and up to date. They have wonderful costumer service. I found my new favorite ft lauderdale place to stay!

We love Elita! Such a friendly, welcoming staff, so clean, and beautiful modern rooms with tons of storage space! Complimentary snacks, hot coffee and delicious orange infused water poolside is a nice extra! We love that it’s so close to the beach and that they have beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and beach toys that you can use! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone we know! Thank you for a terrific experience!

The value of our stay was excellent. We had more space for far less money than the surrounding name brand hotels that were in the area. Can't wait to visit again.

Hotel is brand new and located just off the main road at ft Lauderdale beach. I would recommend staying here because of the great customer service and relaxing atmosphere. A special shoutout to Kiki who greeted us, help us get early check in and watched our bags a week later when we were not even guest of the hotel and waiting for a flight home. She’s the best!

We loved Elita! Just left there today after 3 nights. Such a hidden Gem of a hotel and we hope to come back soon! Perfect location and loved that the parking wasn't an extra charge! Small hotel, but clean and luxurious! Very friendly staff at the hotel and front desk, we have no complaints! :)

This hotel is a hidden GEM. Nick runs a 5 star establishment. My room was clean and modern. The staff very friendly and attentive to guest. We will return in August 2019.

Hotel a 100 metri dal mare, molto tranquillo e intimo. Bello il patio esterno con piscina, spaziose e ben distribuite le camere (che vantano piccola cucina con lavabo, frigo e microonde). Nelle vicinanze un paio di posti per la colazione, che non è inclusa né offerta presso la struttura.

Service and stuff are straordinary, very kind and always ready to support any needs. The place is very close to the beach. Personally I loved the pool. And the garden both very well designed. Go Elita.

Stayed in Penthouse 1 and loved every moment. Free parking never over crowded, like some hotels I know. Friendly staff and just a 2 min walk to the beach. Would recommend to anyone who has been in need of a getaway spot.

What a great unique boutique Hotel just steps away from the beach. This is the place to stay if you want to be away from the crowds and being in the center of everything at the same time!

Great hotel to stay, much more personable then staying at a larger hotel. Very well manicured and clean exterior. Perfect size pool to relax in and if you choose to they have a bar set up outside BYOB, so bring your drinks and mixers and have a fun time!

Although close to the beach and various restaurants, our room was small and the only conveniences were the Wi-Fi and the tiny refrigerator tucked into the closet. The water pressure in the small sink and in the shower left much to be desired. All surfaces are covered in tile, including the front steps to the second story, where my girlfriend slipped on the wetness and broke both bones in her forearm on our first day there. The final item that I would mention is that the cleaning staff apparently cleans too well — I accidently left a medical device in the drawer of the end table when we checked out after our week-long stay, and called about it almost immediately upon returning to Texas, but only got the story that "nothing was found".

Customer service was initially great. Cute little hotel. Great location. However, when there was a bed stain, no one knew what to do about the complaint. We did not want to move to another room as we were already settled down & liked our view — we just wanted new sheets. The only thing that was said to us was, "We currently have no one onsite who can change the sheets. " We had to push back dinner plans to physically help the receptionist (Carlos) put on a new bed sheet for us — bed sheet that were the wrong size, mind you. After requesting a discount on the situation, we were accused of making the stain ourselves & accused of 'fishing for money'. We have left many voice messages for the Manager, Elizabeth, with NO responses. The W Hotel across is great, though.

The boutique hotel was a very nice surprise. It is a half a block from the beach and right around the corner from several good restaurants and night life. Ilona and the rest of the hotel staff go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Snacks, flavored water and coffee are available in the lounge and patio areas. Need a beach chair or beach umbrella, just ask and the staff will show you where they are stored. The rooms are modern and clean. Hairdryers are provided. I love the ceiling fan and the room AC Unit is extremely quiet. If you have mobility issues, make sure to let the hotel staff know BEFORE you arrive and they will try to accomondate you and assign you to a room on the terrace level. The pool is a perfect size, is quiet, relaxing and clean. Forget the large hotels with crowded pools, noisy hallways and lines for everyrhing. This hotel is one to keep on your radar.

Wonderful, beautiful and quiet hotel hidden amongst other tall hotels. Only a short 2 block walk to ocean. Shopping and restaurants close by also. Heated pool and well kept patio areas.

Beautiful Hotel. Stayed here with my family and we had plenty of space. My 4 year old son loved it and didnt feel confined. This hotel is close to everything, offers free parking, and a great alternative to one of the chain hotels. I will definitely be back!

The hotel is half a block away from the beach. There is a pool in the courtyard along with nice beach chairs by the pool. The rooms inside are moder. And nice and the bathrooms are nicely updated.

The hotel is small but designed with details in mind. The rooms are clean lines and efficient in space. Minimalistic style with good space in bathroom and bedroom. Floors are ceramic tiles, easy to mantain clean. Nespresso with free capsules is a winner in every room. The personnel is fantastic. They take care of each detail. Really professional. Absolutely love this hotel! The room was gorgeous, grounds are lovely, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect: close to the beach, and within easy walking distance to restaurants and nightlife. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Front desk staff is great, Especially Jose. The hotel is super cute, free parking, half a block from beach and 10 min walk to the nightlife. Rooms are clean and I love the decor. What you see in pics is exactly what you get which is rare to find. Only thing is that they don't offer any breakfast. For price they should at least include a muffin. But I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be back and make this my number one go to place.

I stayed the here for the weekend. They charged me $100 because I spilled something on the sheet and they had to throw it out. I spoke with Alexis who is supposed to be the manager. She was not helpful and very rude about the situation. The cheap sheets do not cost $100. That is a total scam. I would never stay with them again. I do not recommend anyone ever stay there. On top of it all I caught the cleaning lady in my bag while she was supposed to be cleaning the room. Unbelievable the way they operate business. With so many hotels in Fort Lauderdale you would think they would value customers, rather than treat them like dirt.

This place was absolutely beautiful! They accommodated my friends wedding over the weekend, the staff and owners bent over backwards to make sure my best friends day and her new wife's was a memorable one! I'm so happy she chose this place to celebrate, perfect location, wonderful decor and clean, had a bar and allowed us to bring in our own bartender and bar supplies for an open bar, they made sure my friend, her new wife and us guests were well taken care of and comfortable during the entire weekend! A wonderful place to call home away from home! Plus it doesn't hurt that it's close to the beach with plenty of surrounding places to go to and have fun with friends! It's wonderful to know this place is accepting to all parties, no matter what they believe in, who they love, and what they do in their personal life! This is a place that I highly recommend if you want to be on a discrimination free zone!
