Luxury inn, the name gives you a feel of a class hotel but this hotel is close to a motel. I found it overpriced $130 per night. No lifts? Difficult to maintain the ratio of hot and cold water. Parking is limited. The young lady at front desk was very helpful. 1 extra star for her.

Ok hotel. Not horrible but nothing to write home about either. $110 seemed a bit much for this older, little bit run down hotel. It was centrally located in town which was nice. The hotels parking situation is terrible though. Very few spaces. The young lady named Magda at the front desk was a rockstar. Warm, friendly and knowledgeable about goings on. She should either get a raise or go work for a better class of hotel.

Comfortable… worth every bit… customer service is very old fashioned yet respectfully nice… rates are great and i'll stay only here while passing thru colorado… showers hard with more than enough hot water… very clean… bed and pillows soft… I would recommend this place to anyone who normally pays way too much for excellent service and views!

I would not recommend staying here. We followed all rules posted regarding smoking policies but were charged smoking fees based on photos of cannabis product packaging in our trash. The hotel should clearly state 'No Marijuana on property' if simply having cannabis in the room is grounds for additional fines.

Given the price and the location you are definitely getting your money’s worth! The hotel rooms come with a mini fridge, microwave, and a hair dryer. I always forget to pack my hairdryer so it was nice not having to ask the front desk for a hair dryer this time around.

On the outside, this in looks a little worse for wear, and indeed on the inside it's a little outdated and lacking in decor, but I quickly found that the room, while also outdated, was very very clean, and comfortable. The room smelled clean, and the linens were pristine and nice and soft. Towels were also nice a d plenty were provided. The guy at the front desk was super nice and friendly. Despite outward appearances, a very positive experience.

Luxury Inn was the most pleasant hotel I have ever stayed in. After my lengthy ski trip and stay at Luxury inn, I could not think of one complaint. Their staff is always cooperative and easily available. They have wonderful breakfast with many options that are all delicious. The rooms were very spacious and the room keys also provided us info about room service. They have a catering option from Dominos pizza, you can call the number and get pizza delivered to your room until very late at night! Their furniture and carpets are very modern and beautiful. Their counter space is always spotless with no food. Along with the cleanliness of the counters our rooms were also very well maintained. Our towels and sheets were spotless, and replaced everyday. I am also pleased to tell you that their emergency equipments are very high tech and affective. Their fire alarms work wonderfully and they handle emergency situations well. Glad to say that experience was also a false alarm. Their facility also has a pool which is very big and wonderful. I am happy to say that our stay could not have been better, and we will hopefully visit again next year.

Nice, clean rooms. Convenient and safe location. Pool and hot tub are nice to have after a day of skiing!

They were very nice. They let my kids swim even when the pool was supposed to be closed. We had a downstairs room and after some thumping from above we set the AC to "dry" mode which made it run nonstop and drowned out any noise in the night. Breakfast was a traditional continental, as expected. Rooms were clean. Great price and location! I would stay here again.

I wasn't expecting a lot given the cost of our stay, but the room was comfortable and clean with plenty of space. The hot tub was great for resting our sorry muscles after being out in the mountains all day plus breakfast is included each morning. There is also a brewery right across the street, which is nice because you don't need to drive somewhere for food or drinks. The staff at the front desk took a long time to check us in, but that wasn't a huge deal. All in all a great value.

A simple mountain hotel! It's cheap enough for winter stays and has all the basics you'll need for a ski trip. I'll be back due the simplicity, location and quick service.

Room was clean. Price is relatively cheap compare to surrounding towns. A little outdated.

Rooms were great! Location was alittle bit of a drive but not bad at all breakfast was pretty good too! Would come here again.

This place is a mess. The management is drunk on the job. Trash bags are left wide open inside and out near the back door. The staff leaves food laying around on a regular basis. The services used to be good, but those are on the way out as the staff keeps destroying the equipment. The phone system is nice if the person at the desk would answer. If they do answer, it's likely they will hang up on you without even saying anything. Budget hotels in Silverthorne are far better and there's a free bus system.

The people who work here are amazing. We're from NY and we were sleeping in the car because Colorado closed down the main highway. We couldn't make it to our destination. They let us check in early. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and warm. The breakfast is everything we expected. Perfect, affordable, comfortable, and super friendly.

For the price, the room was satisfactory. Breakfast was a small selection but ok. Ok and coffee were not the best. I would stay again though.

Pretty low class no frills motel, no elevator or automatic doors, room was alright but pillows uncomfortable. Surprised that the rooms had fridges!

Service and rooms were consistent with the price.

Stayed from June 28th through July 5th and the staff & ownership was very friendly & most accommodating. Easy access off I-70 with several restaurants & shopping areas near-by. Room was clean, bed very comfortable and we greatly enjoyed our stay. Great value motel — all that most people might want. Will definitely come back again soon.

Older, but updated motel. Easy on/off. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool and hot tub were clean. Breakfast included. Only complaint was the hot water was only tepid after all the early birds got up and out.

Stayed here three nights. Rooms were clean with friendly staff. Fridge and microwave in each room is nice and the Wi-Fi was actually pretty decent. The pool and spa were at great temperature and used it many times. Close to stores and restaurants and the freeway. For the price, this was easily the best deal in town and would stay here again.

This hotel is about the cheapest available in summit county. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the stay was as good as any holiday inn or Hampton inn. There was an indoor pool and spa. A continental breakfast was served and it was just about right. My only complaint is that the plumbing was very loud when other guests started taking showers. Not a huge deal because it was time to wake up anyway. We would gladly stay here again.

Was very clean, had a pool and spa indoors, pool was small, but oh well. Beds were nice and comfortable, there was free TV and Wi-Fi. There was also a small free complimentary breakfast with cereal, donuts, milk, coffee, bagels, and toast. They accept AAA discount of 10% off.

It was spot cleaned… my husband had to fix the chain on the toilet. We came in late and chose this motel because the website said $69 but it was $89.99 so $100 after taxes. In the morning we got up early to take kids in pool for 20 min to make it worth it to discover pool hours are 12 to 10pm! Locked unlike the side door that anyone can come in.

The room was dark and one of the lights didn't work. It looked like it had been cleaned, but not very well, there was still dust and junk around in the corners and around the edges of the room. When we tried to turn on the TV it didn't work. We found out it was unplugged, so we plugged it in and then found out the cable didn't work so it was useless. It's a super frustrating experience to not be able to go in your hotel room after a 12 hour drive and not be able to relax.

Had a very pleasant 3 night stay here. The place smelled so clean and looked clean. Beautiful views and from pool and hot tub too. Within 15-20 to ski resorts. Eatery next door was perfect in which we walked. Breakfast was sufficient. Bed was comfy. Staff was quiet and friendly. I left do not disturb sign on door as I don't like maids coming and going while I'm gone. No probs with that. Very well priced, they even lowered priced when I mistakenly selected wrong dates when purchased thru a third party. Internet Wi-Fi was quick and is shut down at midnight but I was asleep most times after that. Shower temp was only Luke warm and they said they would check water heater. Room temp was odd. There is a floor heater that remains running and I learned I had to keep AC unit on high most of the time and then u get cold during the night. Paid $80/night including tax during Spring break. They provided towels and anything I needed. I would stay here again.

Disgusting hotel! The pool and hot tub were both gross and over treated. The staff messed up our reservation and gave us the wrong rooms. Breakfast was well below average. The fruit was okay, all of the bread products were old and stale. The juices were watered down and the coffee was nasty. Will not stay there ever again.

Worst place ever and they are thief 's we left for the day came back room was clean but somebody took stuff from my room when we told the person at the front desk someone took some things from our room she just laughed at us and then they kicked us out saying we are lied that there staff would never do that but they have a family member help clean that aren't part of employment.

Reasonable place to stay in a crisis, but nothing more. The staff did not seem to care and were not terribly welcoming. Everything has fines associated with it, making it feel less than hospitable. Breakfast had no kinds of protein and was what they could fit in the cupboards, seemingly no more effort than that was put in, as long as you don't mind standing up. 76 rooms, 6 chairs and 3 tables for breakfast. basic accomodations!

Decent place to stay for a guys ski trip. Hot tub is big. Rooms are good and clean. Staff is nice and helpful. But the Internet is shut off at 12 am To 6 am.

It was a nice place to stay. Wish it had a few more breakfast items such as fresh fruit and or yogurt. Make sure to mention you stay there when you visit The Bakers Brewery across the parking lot. They will give you 10% off food tab!

Decent place to stay and lived up to my expectations. Breakfast was a bit sparce but coffee was good.

Not sure about the reviews posted by others… Decent hotel with good staff. I don't expect high five stuff from hotels during drives but this one is in very good location and they had wide variety in breakfast… Beds were comfortable rooms were big enough. Will recommend for sure…

Room was clean but a/c was not strong enough. Never quite got comfortable. 2 stars because it Did have a Microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast was very weak. Doughnuts and Bread. Coffee and Juice were had to Drink. Parking lot was sketch and overgrown.

Rooms are fairly clean, parking is Okay. At 60$ my expectations are not high. We needed a place to access summit county on a budget. Here is the clincher: THERE IS NO Wi-Fi! When we reserved the room we made sure they have Wi-Fi as I need access to internet for work and school. We checked in and there is a big sign that reads: "DUE TO PEOPLE DOWNLOADING MOVIES AND GAMES WE HAVE NO Wi-Fi FROM 10PM — 8AM" Are you kidding me? So that's what they mean by we have Wi-Fi. You can have super slow 1mbps during the day (when no one here wants it. We're all skiing) but not at night when you need it. When I suggested that this sounded like an IT problem I was told I was wrong, and there's nothing you can do about it. (Which is funny because I work in IT. And fixing this "downloading" problem would be very easy to do. ) When there are 5+ hotels with nicer interiors and rooms AND Wi-Fi for only about 20$ more nearby, you need to ask yourself how badly do I want to save money. Breakfast is donuts and nasty warm fruit juice. How hard is it to cool some juice in the morning.

Stayed one night for a quick getaway with my kids. The hot tub was broken and the pool water was 60 degrees. The entire building smells like stale cigarettes. The furniture looked like someone scratched it with a key. There was a desk but no chair. The bathroom had hair in the tub, rust on the pipes and rust stains on the floor. "Continental Breaksfast" was a juice machine, 1 loaf of bread and 1 bag of bagels. There was also a box of stale donuts and cinnamon rolls from the local grocery store. I was hoping to spend a couple days in the mountains with the kids and have a relaxing hotel with a hot tub and pool to hang out in the evening. Instead we spent our hotel time uncomfortably waiting for morning so we could get out of there.

Nothing too crazy here but as always you get what you pay for. Location was pretty good, but wow it smelled pretty terrible in the room. The smell lightened once you were in the room for a little while. Breakfast was awful — my donut was definitely stale, coffee terrible (like most hotels anyway). When stepping into the shower I felt as if there was no support beneath me as it made a loud creaking noise when I moved. Alas, you get what you pay for.

Convenient. It does the job for the 60$ a night after taxes. There are even several shuttles close by that you can use to get to keystone, I like that because my vehicle didn't have to move once we got there until we were ready to leave. The reason I did not give a full 5stars, its just the motel feel. Some rooms have a smell, and the showers weren't to nice.

Let me start off by saying I used to LOVE staying at the Luxury Inn and have stayed more than 10 nights at this location. I will NEVER stay with them again after this interaction. I made my reservation online (as I always do) for three nights. I was at a convention in Las Vegas this past week and had called to change my reservation (before their 3 day cancellation policy) to check in a day later and only stay 2 nights. The gentleman I spoke with didn't understand exactly what I was saying and was trying to tell me to change it online. I told him there was no way I could change it as I didn't have access to a computer. After about 2 mins he finally said he would change the reservation for me but if I checked online it would still show my original reservation. I thought this was weird but discarded it, until I checked my CC statement and showed they never changed my reservation and charged me a "no-show" penalty. I called to speak to a manager regarding this mix-up as I then didn't have a reservation for my arriving night (I ended up staying at the LaQuinta). I didn't get a phone call back the next day and so I stopped in to see the owner, which wasn't there. The front desk associate finally located the note left (only had my name and number, no explanation). The associate then said she would leave a more detailed note and the owner would get back to me the next day. Well the next day came and passed with no phone call.

From first glance the place looks a little run down, compared to the other hotels around it. Once you get inside its clean but a bit older. Staff seems nice but I was disappointed that when I reserved our stay online I was unable to get a King Bed Room yet when we checked in they had several available. When I asked if we could change over, I was told no because we have reserved online and their system would not let them change it. Honestly I think they would not change it because the King Bed Room was cheaper than the Double Queen Beds Room we reserved. Very disappointed with their lack of customer satisfaction.

The plumbing sounds like its going to break through the wall when someone flushes a toilet. The TV is tiny a and the fridge in the room doesn't work. The continental breakfast consisted of a bunch of donuts from a gas station, coffee from a machine I don't think had ever been cleaned out (tasted like burnt coal). And a couple bags of english muffins.
