Great clean comfortable rooms you get a well deserved rest after some welled traveled roads.

My 2 $5000 bikes were stolen last night from the back of our vehicle which was parked right in front of the lobby! All 3 locks were cut and the bikes were stolen sometime in the night. This place is NOT secure.

Friendly staff with a real homey feel. The lobby is adorable and the rooms are put together so well. It’s clean and I loved everything about this place! I live in Kremmling and will definitely stay again if I can’t make it home.

Clean room, very nice staff! Breakfast is also pretty good. Unfortunately, there was loud construction in the hotel when we stayed here. Nonetheless, good stay!

Clean hotel with tons of space. Was able to keep two bikes, camping gear, and luggage with no sweat! Convenient location and nice staff!

My experience with this hotel was terrible. My sister and I were both laying down on our beds and chatting and we got two noise complaints. The first was by phone call. But the second one was terrifying. We heard several consistent knocks on our door and when we asked who we got no reply. My sister eventually opened the door slightly and a male employee was standing there with his arms crossed staring at us. My sister immediately closed the door. We made sure it was locked. Luckily our parents who were right infront of our room opened their door and confronted the man. We hit a noise complaint for literally whispering and the man handled the situation incorrectly. Also the lady who called for the first complaint was very rude towards us. I am a teenager however my sister is younger and I do not think they are treating children correctly.

We stayed for 5 days and nights to hike and bike the nearby trails. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and facilities. The staff was always friendly and helpful and the breakfast was better than expected. Great location for why we go to Colorado.

Very beautiful. Great sized beds. We had 3 adults and 1 kid and easily set up sleeping places. Also food was good that was served for breakfast. Eco friendly. Would definitely choose this hotel again if going on a road trip.

We loved our visit to the Quality Inn in Silverthorne. We stayed in the Silverthorne room, 322, and loved it. Tyler greeted us with cookies during our arrival, and we loved our entire stay. The outdoor hot tub was nice. While in Silverthorne ate at the Red Mountain Grill, it is beautiful, and the food is good.

Excellent staff and service. Very pleased with the prices as well especially staying on Christmas Day. Not a new or updated facility but it was clean and I was very pleased.

Location is perfect if you're staying in Silverthorn. I was in a bridal party and that's where we got ready. The bride and groom also stayed there on their wedding night and the room was beautiful.

Great value for the price. I was doubtful that it would be nice until I arrived there. Lots of places to eat and have fun. Bed was VERY comfortable. Will visit again.

Awesome place for the price look early online for good deals. Nice breakfast nice hit tubs and pool close to some of the best world renown ski resorts.

Very clean family run. Friendly staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable. Only con is shower when on hot or warm water not enough flow to rinse hair well. Otherwise will stay again.

Decent hotel, but nothing special. During ski season, the prices on the weekend are a lot higher than you'd expect for the "quality" of the hotel/rooms. But that's to be expected anywhere in Summit County during ski season. The hotel is fairly old and run down, but it works as a place to sleep while skiing during the day.

The location for the hotel is great, really close to food in Silverthorne and very close driving distance to Keystone, Copper, Breckenridge, even Vail. Rooms are clean and they allow pets. There's also a pool and jacuzzi in the hotel. Overall, I would recommend it as a cheaper option to staying at the resort.

Be careful. If you have a job where you have to get drug screenings… be weary. The whole second floor wreaked of pot. Not normally a big deal, but like I said… be careful. They smoking it up in the hotel huge like. Other than that the hotel was pretty good. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. The breakfast was meh, "we skipped out on that".

Room service didn't remove dirty towels, and they gave us these bunk beds that were pretty sketchy. Just 2 regular twin beds, screwed on top of each other. Still pretty good place.

My family and I absolutely love this place. Nice staff, great indoor and outdoor hot tubs and very nice suites with fireplaces and hot tubs in them. Definitely our go to!

Check in guy was friendly. Got a diamond upgrade, but hot water went out so could not shower or use jacuzzi. The lady filling the breakfast bins turned the lights out and TV off at 9 sharp. Said that's just how they do it even if we were still eating. Rude as can be. Beds are very firm.

We had a really enjoyable stay here. The front desk staff was helpful, friendly, and available any time we came by day or night. The room was clean, had a nice TV and well laid out. The beds were also comfortable as well. The breakfast buffet was good and definitely more than just a simple continental breakfast. The pool and hot tubs were also nice (and the temperature you'd want out of both! ) and had plenty of room for everyone staying here. It is also in a good location — skiing, shopping, food, etc in Silverthorne and easy to find.

Very excited I found this place a long day in the car if you're ever traveling in the area are going through a highly suggest you stopping very friendly.

420 friendly, bait and switch hotel. I had the whole family with me and we decided to get a suite where we could all stay in the same room. The pictures of the room online show a nice, spacious room with a couch, bunk beds, and kitchenette in the main room and a separate room with a king bed. What they put us in was a cramped room with a king bed and couch in the main room and a closet with 2 bunk beds in it. No kitchenette and the mini fridge that was there did not work. When I brought it to the clerks attention I was told that room stays booked up. Typical bait and switch scam. Furthermore, the whole floor and room wreaked of weed. This was not the hint of weed where maybe one idiot thought the could get away with it in a non-smoking hotel. It was obvious it was coming from multiple rooms. Having young kids with me, this was not an option, so we decided to check out. I was not upset, I am a to each is own type of person and would not have even bothered writing a review. But one childish, buttheaded, comment from the clerk inspired me to write. After stating my reasons for leaving and the clerk checking me out without issue, I told him I appreciated it, referring to how well and quickly he checked me out. He handed me my paperwork and waited till I had turned my back and loudly and rudely proclaimed "Whatever! ". Well, here is your Whatever back at you.

Room was decent. Free Wi-Fi that was very good. Large TV with plenty of channels. Fridge was broken, shower had no pressure at all, and duct tape holding the closet together. Service was good.

Great hotel off of I-70, close to Dillon, Keystone and about 20 minutes from Breckenridge. There is an outlet mall right down the street with plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms are spacious and clean with fridges and microwaves. Wi-Fi was speedy (there were 3 of us streaming devices) with no complaints. The pool area is clean with a good temperature and both an indoor and outdoor hot tub. The free breakfast has a great selection although the breakfast area is very small. They do provide breakfast trays so you can enjoy breakfast in your room. They offer free coffee in the lobby and cookies at the front desk in the afternoon. I will definitely stay here again!

My husband has stayed here many times for work and this is our second stay for vacation. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is amazing. Very friendly and will go above and beyond to make your stay as comfotable as possible. Travis and Tyler were very helpful and accomodating.

Upon my car breaking down and finally finding a mechanic in Silverthorne, we found ourselves needing to find a room for the night. A phone call to the Quality Inn & Suites resulted in a great experience with Travis answering the phone. Travis was very positive and genuinely wanted to help. When we arrived is immediately offered to give us a tour of the suite he recommended. It was such a change from the way we had been treated all afternoon! He then made recommendations for where to get a bite to eat and was very attentive and caring. Then after sitting in the lobby in the afternoon waiting for the mechanic to call, the Manager, Paul, walked up and offered to hold a room for me in case the car didn't get repaired! He also informed Travis to call him when I had finally received a call from mechanic so he, Paul, could give me a ride to the mechanic' shop as he didn't want me to have to call Uber. He also insisted on waiting at the mechanic's until he knew I was good to go. Very, very personal caring service. If you need to stay in Silverthorne or the Summit County area — choose the Quality Inn & Suites! Paul, the Manager provides and lives amazing Customer Service.

Had a pleasant stay. Room was clean with the exception of having to swap out sheets due to a missed stain — the front desk/staff responded well. Pool seemed standard for the hotel type, though I wasn't impressed with the jacuzzi. Exercise room could use a couple of dumbbells or something more versatile but had enough to get a person through while supplementing body workouts. Guest laundry facilities were very clean, though a ~45 minute dry cycle doesn't seem to do the trick for thicker fabrics. Front desk was friendly and receptive to guest questions and helpful in general.

We were relocating to California with our 3 cats. Very nice place and accepted my pets.

We stayed in Silverthorne, close enough to Breckenridge and close enough to the shops. Our room was great! We had a king bed and a couch in our room. Mini fridge, microwave, and a safe! Free breakfast and Wi-Fi as well. Pool and spa. The staff was helpful too with local things going on.

Stayed here for work. Staff was friendly enough on check in. Arrived in the room and there was some silver substance on the table and bed. It was dried and seemed to be there for a while. Didnt think anything of it. After we checked out the manager called and asked about it. When I said it was there He said he needed to investigate and would let me know. The next day there was a $150 charge on my card. They won't call me back. Pretty good scam. Wow. Post a review and get a call back. The manager (paul knapp) just let me know he can do what he wants and his customers don't matter. Cancelled my reservation for the next stay because he doesn't need poor people staying in his hotel.

Amazing experience. Car broke down a few minutes outside of Silverthorne. We were able to find a mechanic in town, along with this hotel — close to shops, amenities, gas, etc. As well as neighboring towns with more points of interest (i. E. Dillon, breweries, restaurants, etc. ). An extremely convenient location for travelers and out-of-towners. Rooms were large, clean and arguably luxurious (especially when considering the price tag — great value! ). Immediate check-in, friendly receptionists and staff, along with a solid spread of breakfast in the AM. After deciding to stay a second night, we received a discount along with a room upgrade on the first floor, equipped with an in-room jacuzzi/hot tub.

Very clean and very friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised after staying at other Quality Inns. The location is great too. Walk to restaurants and shopping and only a short 15 minute drive or so to Keystone, A-Basin and Loveland Ski Area. I will definitely be staying here again!

After an emergency trip to Denver in which we paid $260 dollars for one night without breakfast, we sttoped at this hotel with low expectations about a good deal. Right after trying the hotel next door, where a very rude lady couldnt help us because she was busy checking her phone, we gave it a try to this place. Oh boy what a difference! The moment Tyler saw us and we explained our situation (5 people wanting to have some rest) he sugested a suite with bunk beds, a huge pullout sofa for our kids, and a separate bedroom with king bed for the wife and me. He even was empatetic about the high price we paid for not making reservations and offered to look my name for previous stays and when he found us offered a great discount! The room was clean, enough towels for everybody, and the pool was clean and inviting. Did I mention they give free breakfast too?! Thank you Quality Inn and Tyler for saving us from what it could be a horrible trip to Denver.

The room wasn't ready when we got there so they up grated us to a suite at no additional cost. The breakfast was good, the area to eat was crowded.

I stayed in a suite style room. The room was nice, for the most part clean. The only problems I had were the bed was very hard, sheets were loud if you moved in bed, and the mini fridge would make very loud noises every so often. The hot tub in the room, was again for the most part clean. The faucet was almost not attached but still worked. I would go back but would bring my own pillow and blankets.

Extremely rude staff with horrible customer service. When encountered with the terrible customer service I asked for the managers name and advised I would discuss the short comings of my stay in the morning. About 30 minutes later at 10:30 at night we get a call from him kicking us off the property by 11pm. This is coming from a guest that spends 200+ nights a year in a hotel. Even though there isn't a Hyatt in Summit County the Hyatt Diamond member customer service desk they were able to find detailed wonderful accommodations. I would recommend anyone to avoid this establishment at all costs.

We have stayed at this hotel every weekend since May while we build a house here. We had been treated very good, got to know the staff. Tyler, and Dani are very pleasant. Last Friday, I called to make our weekly reservation, Tara answered the phone. Very rude, refused to give me her name although that should be part of the greeting. Said she had rooms available but would not honor the rate that we have been getting every other week end. I asked why, she wouldn't give me an answer. I asked her to have Paul, the manager call me. He apparently doesn't care enough about his guests to follow up. Tara said she knew who I was and still chose to be extremely rude. If you stay at this hotel, deal with Tyler or Dani. Tara will ruin your experience and Paul doesn't care.

Do not stay at this hotel! The manager is horribly disrespectful and couldn't care less about his customers. I reserved a block of rooms for my wedding. I was emailed a contract stating a total of 45 rooms were reserved. When calling a couple of months later to inquire about the rooms, I was told only 22 rooms were on hold. When speaking to the manager, he said there are only 27 rooms in the hotel, so there is no way 45 rooms could have been booked. Apparently they do not feel the need to properly train the staff to know how many rooms the hotel holds. The manager also stated none of the rooms were actually reserved until payment was received by each guest. My contract stated I had a "fixed cut off date" months down the road and I was never told verbally these rooms were not being held. What's the point of having a block of rooms if it's first come, first serve to the general public? Regardless, I tried to sort this out over the phone with the manager. He became very aggressive yelling at me while claiming to be "helping me". I'm glad I found out ahead of time how horrible this hotel is and to cancel the block of rooms. I certainly wouldn't want to subject my guests to such outrageous customer service.

The hotel owner Paul showed a non-guest man his surveillance videos with video of several hotel guests coming and going and allowed him to record the surveillance video. It was then posted publicly on YouTube. I am sure these people would not appreciate their privacy being violated in this manner. If you have visted this hotel in the past year, and you value your privacy, you should find out whether you are in the video. The man who did this has a restraining order against him to protect his female victim. He found out she had visited this hotel, and traveled there afterwards to get copies of surveillance video of her at the hotel. Perhaps he was after footage of her bathing suit. It would not be the first time he taken photos of her without her permission. The hotel owner allowed this and is heard in the video bad-mouthing this woman he doesn't even know. He even states he knows what he is doing is illegal but but he doesn't care if he gets sued because his insurance can foot the bill. I have yet to receive any apology from hotel owner Paul or any offer of remedy for the pain I have endured. And as far as I know, he has done nothing to prosecute the man for recording and sharing the surveillance video. It is a very sad way to run a business. I do not recommend visiting this hotel at this time.
