Great place to stay. Room was extremely clean and modern. The in-house restaurant was terrific. A great place to stay. Very happy and bright atmosphere.

Everyone was nice. The food was actually very good and all the workers were incredibly friendly. Was perfect for a group who was stranded with no car. Needs a better sign for when the pool is closed though as it's not posted anywhere. Reasonable amenities shop as well.

Not one bad thing to say. They were even nice about us having our cat and waved the pet deposit. Definitely would stay again.

I wouldn’t give this place a 1 star! We have ruined items due to their leaking roofs! We have had ants in our beds, bugs all throughout the 5 rooms we had to swap! Yes I said 5 rooms! I’m 5 months pregnant sleeping on a bed that has two offset box springs and they told me it’s not their problem about the bed and me being pregnant! The manager here is ugly to her customers and have avoided us all throughout this whole process! I told them I need the mana lager to do something about the bed because I’m pregnant and she had an employee tell me “she’s done with the situation” we would for sure move hotels but paid a week already! May I add their restaurant is nasty, under staffed! Food is disgusting! This entire facility is a JOKE.

Love the pool/hot tub and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean but the AC doesn't work. We have to sleep with our door open and a fan to keep cool enough to rest. You're not allowed to cook in the room, which is fine but there's no microwave If the AC worked I would have given 4star.

Experienced “unknown” additional hold of funds on my bill bringing it from $147 to $227 for two nights. The “not responsible for theft or damages” sign in parking lot is a huge turn off. Dirty sheets on the sofa bed, poorly made bed, outdated bathrooms. No discount at restaurant for staying at the hotel or your typical free breakfast. Food was poor quality. And at 9 am they were testing the fire alarms in the rooms I guess? I don’t know since I didn’t really get a full explanation but having a heads up would have been appreciated. In my opinion it will be worth it to stay somewhere else.

No microwave in the room. Ask specifically for a room with a microwave if you want it. no free breakfast. restaurant is ok food, service is not great. They don't know how to cook a steak. rooms are clean and in good repair.

Have stayed here numerous times over the years. Kids love the pool. Beds and pillows are always comfy! The restaurant food is phenomenal! Always happy with this place!

Great place to stay. Clean, and with a friendly staff. The pool, hot-tub/spa was enjoyable. The attached restaurant has really good food. We would stay there again, anytime.

Older hotel ran well! Located in North Sterling right off the interstate. They have a country kitchen restaurant with a bar and room service. Service was fast and friendly. The price was around 50$usd. Pool and hot tub we're okay not great but it's not a five star kinda place so after driving all day it will be a treat. Rooms appears to be in an update stage room was nice a touch small and shower needed to be replaced but otherwise was inpressive for the price and location. It's decorations are of a country old west flair. Staff couldn't be any more polite and helpful. Bar is open until 10 and food is usually reasonably priced and good.

It is a very nice place to stay. Rooms are very clean and the staff is great. There is a restaurant on site and the service is great along with the waiters. I would stay here again and will recommend to my friends.

Very comfortable and clean place. We stopped in at 4am and they made every effort to accommodate our every need. Very nice staff and great housekeepers!

Cute little place right off the highway. The front desk staff was really nice. There is a country kitchen there and an indoor pool. A little bar for end of day relaxing.

They were really good to our family in the passing of our grandma. They let us have a banquet room for two night with no charge they didnt get mad with all the people coming in and out. They were really good it meant a lot to our family.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly. My room was clean, a little out dated. Wasn't able to try the hot tub, but it looked tantalizing! I'd recommend trying to snag an inside room, it was very warm during a very cold Sterling evening.

Debbi was our front desk agent, she had a very welcoming personality and was extremely helpful. I would definitely come back!

This stay was terrible. The people were very rude and my room was extremely cold. There was ice inside our room on the walls because it was so cold. We called them many times complaining and they were very rude.

Well where to begin… heat couldnt keep up with the huge leak around the door. Clerk brought in space heater. No hot water in sink. Plastic fork lodged in toilet. Water wouldnt drain in sink. Worst room we had in 4 thousand miles of traveling in last 2 weeks.

A decent and cheap place if you want to rest for the night. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing with exception to the bartender who paid no attention to a female amongst the bar full of men. My money is just as good as theirs and I tip just as well.

Horrible experience! Pool was supposed to be heated and it was ICE COLD, hot tub was not HOT. It stinks in this place. Vents in rooms packed with disgusting lint, blow dryer back full of lint. My husband wrote his name in dust on table in room. I went to check out breakfast buffet and asked if I could order to my room and was told NO. The young lady that worked in restaurant was RUDE. Coffee is so weak like water. Lady at front desk just in conversation because I was bored. Guys were hunting. Tells me how she loves Meth. Tells me how her husband failed his drug test so he can't work. Really who says that kind of stuff. I wouldn't let my DOG stay here. Yes it's a old hotel, but good cleaning would make a difference. Then a man that works here was mad I said something to front desk. He was making hand gestures, mumbling something to me. I guess if your visiting someone at the prison next door you'll Survive but horrible, horrible, horrible! Never again, I would have rather slept in my car.

The manager was very nice. We stayed the night left the next morning, about 2 hours away we forgot some dimond earings that were very expensive. We were very worried they were gone but we called to see if they were still there. The manager went to go look in the room we were in right away and luckly found it. And was very nice to even mail it back to our house. We really appreciate he did that for us. We will deffantly go back there and tip the manager for doing such a nice thing for us and how honest he was.

My most recent visit was a great experience, but that hasn't always been the case.

The room was nice for the amount of time I spent in it. I did not use the restaurant and pool but the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

The woman on duty at the front desk was the most patient, kind hearted and helpful person that I encountered throughout this city. I had run into problems that left me stuck with stranded issues and she made sure that ended there. The hotel is very nice and clean. The room was immaculate. Thank you!

Stopped here for lunch with a Group and took over an hour to receive our food. The restrooms are in such disrepair I would be embarrassed to have my brand name associated with this property and ramada should pull their name from this facility.

It was a decent place. Big, 2 story with rooms either on the outside facing the parking lots/scenery or inside, facing the pool. The pool was cold but refreshing. They also had a hot tub. They have a lounge where you can kick back and have a brew and play some pool. They're undergoing renovations so, some things are a bit undone. We had a plumbing issue so they moved us to another room. The rooms are small but comfy. A shower with a massage setting was perfect after a long drive. There are also refrigerators in the room. Not a 5 star hotel but, after a long day, comfortable.

The waitress was so nice. The food was SO GOOD.

What a nice surprise! Very plain looking on the outside. Very nice on the inside. Spacious. Clean. Well maintained. I talked with the maintenance man who talked with great pride about his work.

Service was just as you would expect at a hotel friendly and helpful. Location was good just right off I 76. Rooms were clean the bed was a king and very comfortable we had a good hot shower and comfy bed and the couch in the room and 40 something inch flat screen was nice as well. Would stay here again.

Stayed here several years ago and it was much nicer then. Very out dated, and mis matched. Smells of cleaning supplies. Room was clean lobby was not. Disappointed!

The bathroom was subpar. It was old and a little moldy. The bed was decent, and at least the room was quiet.

Shower head was really short, lights kept flickering, room smelled funny, roof was leaking in multiple places so the floor was always wet, the paint was peeling and there were holes in the wall. I would keep going but then this review we be 3 paragraphs long. This is the worst Ramada I've been in a long time.

The pool and hot tub didn't have heat, the kids jumped in and out real quick. Super disappointing!

Hated it. I woke up to little bites all over. The room was nasty. The staff is inconsiderate but that is to be expected in Sterling.

On our way across country we stopped here for the night on 9/10/15. Although they said they are "pet friendly", the rooms they offer to people traveling with dogs has NO a/c, NO windows and they want a minimum of $50 for each bed. Needless to say we didn't stay there. Found another hotel close by that was more than accommodating.

I had to check for myself after reading the reviews… Sure enough, a roach in the bed sheets and one in my shoe that I took off 10 seconds ago. Also black mold on the ceiling. Checked in, showered, saw roaches, checked out. Wow.

This place was shit… bathroom was dirty, the pool was ice cold, the hot tub smelt like feet, the cocktail lounge didn't serve delicious mixed drinks, and there were black cockroches running around in the room and dead by the pool.

I don't understand how this place is open! It was so unbelievably nasty! Don't waste your time book at a different place! We ended up leaving and not staying the night! If it was possible to give no stars, I would!

Room was unbelievably cold (thermostat cranked to 90 entire time there), pool was ice cold, room appeared to be in remodel. Left middle of the night due to cold temperatures and not willing to let us move rooms. Also, was charged for two nights on my credit card instead of the one we attempted to stay. Terrible — courtyard was DARK (even after we asked them to turn lights on) and FREEZING. Kept our coats on entire time. It's an Indoor Courtyard too.

If I could give negative stars I would. Stayed here in August. My room was supposed to be a non-smoking room and I was charged extra for that but it smelled like the last occupant smoked 2 packs. When we woke up in the morning, there were black roach like bugs in the bathroom on the floor. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I told the gal at the front desk to make sure the maid had a new vacuum bag when she came to tidy up because it was obvious that there had been no vacuuming going on in there for a long time — dead bugs all around the carpet base. She just shrugged, no discount offered or anything. If you can, go to the next town. This place is a dump. The only decent thing is the hot tub/pool.

Disgusting. You're better off sleeping in your car than paying over $100 for a room here. Bugs everywhere, alive and dead. Visible mold in the bathrooms. Rooms had an odd unpleasant smell to them. Overall very poor condition.

If it was possible to give no stars, I would. I should have taken note of the dead bugs all over the lobby. Upon entering our room, there were piles of dead bugs in the corners of our room. There were quite a few live one's flying around the room as well. The bed's are falling apart. The carpet was missing chunks. The pool is run down and dirty. The ceiling tiles are falling out or missing in quite a few places. The attached restaurant looked to be in need of a good cleaning and updating. In the end, we asked for our money back and drove an extra hour to a much nicer hotel that was even cheaper (This hotel runs about $120-$130/night depending upon the deals I've seen). The one saving grace for this place is that the front desk lady was very nice and personable. If I were the people at Ramada, I'd be completely embarrassed to have this hotel listed under my name.

Staff was ok but the rooms sucked a/c did not work good at all if your looking to get food the country kitchen staff is horrible very lazy then again its sterling co.
