This room was clean and mind blowing. Not to mention the surrounding scenery. I didn’t expect it to be so spacious for the price that I paid. Two balconies, lots of amenities, and close to the shopping areas. Definitely staying here again.

It has just about everything you need to have a memorable visit. You choose your own activities or ones that they provide for you. They have a wonderful shuttle that is available to you. The staff if very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and they even provide firewood and fire starters for you to use. I would highly recommend staying here.

So far so good, we are having a really good time. Awesome view.

It's a beautiful resort that has the Marriott feel … quality and clean. The view from our room is amazing. Currently relaxing poolside!

We have stayed in many Marriott timeshares and have always been impressed and very happy with the accommodations. This is not the case this time. The girls at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. However, the gentleman in the office looked at us like we had three heads when we asked if there was a concierge to book our activities. He also made us feel like we were bothering him with our questions. Definitely not what we are used to with Marriott properties. On top of all that we were given a room close to the highway with no balcony, the hot tub and grill areas were being renovated and the highway noise was not acceptable. We are celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, so this is quite disappointing!

Good sized rooms — the only downside is there was no room cleaning service for the 3 days we were there and no A/C even though it was the middle of summer.

The rooms feel like small apartments. They are clean and comfortable but definitely nothing special. Lots of road noise from I-70 when opening windows. The staff is helpful and friendly.

We only started one night, but the room super comfortable, pool was great, staff was friendly and amenable, and the workout room was clean and had a decent selection of equipment. Only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

Nice place, I didn't like staying in the side of a mountain. If you just wanna get away, it is very relaxing. Staff is great.

Loved it! Great place to stay family friendly with tons of activities to do at the hotel. Nearby the lake, river, and hikes to have outdoor fun. Saw deer and cubs outside the back patio almost every day. Peaceful place to relax with family.

The decor was just updated and we loved it. Rooms were nice and comfortable, the staff was great! The shuttle driver, Tony, was very helpful with his knowledge of the area and restaurant suggestions. It's near the bike/pedestrian path and close to the grocery stores. I would stay here again!

Pretty cool so far! Everything is so chill. You can do what you want to participate in what you want to explore the region. Something for everyone and everyone.

This is a terrible hotel I highly advise anyone reading this to stay somewhere else. I stayed here for work last minute as it was the only Marriott option available. The quality of the room in comparison to any other Marriott property was very poor. The room didn't have adequate sleeping accommodations, what it did have was a Murphy bed… which was so hard and uncomfortable I couldn't sleep all night. In the morning as I was getting ready I wasn't able to dry my hair because the electricity in the room kept tripping every time I turned on the hotel hair dryer. I am a loyal Marriott patron but I will think twice about staying at one of their Vacation properties.

The room itself was quite nice and roomy, enough so for a few people to relax comfortably. The pull out couch was surprisingly nice to sleep on and the main bedrooms bed was super plush. I really think the full kitchen is super nice for longer stays. Now you can meal plan your stay with the shuttles sometimes running to the local grocery store. I will say, I'm glad they had a portable humidifier in the room, I really needed it being from Florida. Our room had two TV's, a balcony and a fireplace, which were super nice to utilize. Two bathrooms made it a breeze to get ready in the morning. 4 people would be fine in a room here. I really enjoyed my stay. The ski lockers are located at the bottom of this building so you can grab and go straight to the shuttle, which goes into town to the lifts. Just make sure the construction is done in this building before booking. You'll thank me. They weren't shy about starting early.

We believe Marriott recent night this place from RCI. Doing renovations now. Will be very nice once Marriot is done.

The location is fantastic! The rooms are spotless. Also, the shuttle service is amazing.

Clean quiet and in a great location.

Marriot Streamside has a killer sauna steam room, and fun social hours. It also has a free bus to Vail!

Well kept, clean and comfortable 2-bedroom condos. Our group of four has returned again and again for years. Their best service is the reliably timely shuttle to Vail's Lionshead gondola — almost as good as being slopeside.

Very nice and clean place. Friendly staff. Very burn bus service for the ski areas, for the village and Osra the nearby mall. It should be taken into account that the concept does not include help in carrying the suitcases to the rooms.

This is an excellent hotel, conveniently located a few minutes from Vail. The service, in general, is very good. It has shuttle to the ski center and to the supermarket. The cabins are quite spacious and have everything you need to have fun.

Excellent condo in Evergreen very comfortable clean… and the camiinetas that take you to Lionshead and Vail very good service.

Although the room is very nice, in our short time here we have been rather disappointed in the customer service at the resort. Check-in is at 4:00. We arrived at 4:00 and checked in promptly. We were given the resort activities and discovered that there is a kids night tonight (Friday) and inquired about enrolling our three children. They told us that sign up had to be done by 3:00pm. This seems odd and inconvenient since check in isn’t until 4:00 pm. We asked if it was full, they told us no. But, they needed time to order the pizza and snacks. The kids night doesn’t start until 6:00 pm. We offered to provide food for our children, they still refused. Unfortunately, there isn’t another kids night until Tuesday and we check out on Monday. If you are looking to utilize this resort because of their advertised kids club. Be advised to call in advance, to make sure that you can partake in the activities.

Beautiful large and comfortable suites. Perfect the spa and free continuous connection with the city center.

Very nice location close to restaurants and other amenities and just a short hop to Vail village. Clean rooms with a pretty view.

1 bedrrom villa is awesome, but the hotel exteriors and architecture are equally bad. Y9u have to check in in one building like 300 ft away and walk back to the birch building. Entrances are very narrow to carry luggage, feels like a cheap lodge. Elevator is hard to find. No breakfast included.

Great place, they would get 5 stars, but there's some maintenance issues in our condo,

This was a great getaway, the staff were all helpful and welcoming and the location was amazing. This is just far enough away that you get to escape, but a 10 minute shuttle ride (free! ) Gets you directly to Vail villiage. The accommodations are all clean and comfortable as well, if you stay here multiple nights it would be very easy to run to the store and get breakfast items and or dinner items with the brand new beautifully appointed kitchens to cook in. We will definitely be back.

Place is great! The activities manager is really genuine too! The pool the hot tub sauna and steam rooms are a huge plus. Great location. The washer and dryers not in the unit are downstairs and 100% free. Definitely made my friends and our vacations worth it.

Been coming here since I was a kid and they do a great job of keeping it updated.

The rooms are nice but there are no washers or dryers in the units. The noise from I70 was too much, had to keep the windows closed but you could still hear it. Will not come back here again.

I loved this place even though it was a LOT of stairs getting to our suite. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Free shuttle is worth more than you think in this town. Easy to get in and out of. Highly recommend this place!

I have enjoyed the hotel quite a lot the rooms are very clean, and the overall atmosphere is most pleasant. I would reccomnd this to anyone looking for a nice getaway in the Vail area.

Friendly staff, No elevator, free bus shuttle, indoor outdoor swimming pool, outdoor hottub, deer wander through too.

We were very happy with the accommodations and service. Very private and, of course you are at one of the most beautiful places in the world. There is so much to do around Vail from rafting, hiking, mountain bike rides. The village at Vail is so convenient with all the free shuttle service and other transportation. Don't miss the Epic Adventure experience. At $94.00 dollars… a real bargain. Zip line supreme, plus rappelling and rope bridges over the canyon. All with an experienced guide. Going back next year. Still more things to do and see in Beautiful Colorado.

Nice location and amenities. Shuttle service to town is every 15 or 30 minutes. Didn't do any activities, but they were plenty. Rooms well stocked. Nice view of the stream from room, but no balcony on lower floor. Overall, nice place.

We had a fantastic stay at the Cedar. Friendly, responsive and quick staff from top to bottom. Easy, helpful and comfortable shuttle service and drivers. Clean, comfortable, large and very convenient for our ski/board family vacation.

We had the most amazing time, with warm staff and the rooms were great. Perfect get away to see my best friends. We got tons of snow and loved every minute of it. My best memory is going to the outdoor hot tub while in a blizzard. Nothing like the cold flakes melting g on your warm face. Thank you Streamside Marriott we will be back!

Overall the accommodations we have at Marriott’s Streamside Birch at Vail is not what we have come to expect from Marriott. Unfortunately we have accommodations booked at Marriott’s Streamside Douglas at Vail on 9/23/16. If there was a way we could get out of that upcoming reservation we would. The only upside to our stay is the staff. Before we unpacked, Julian did everything he could to get us other accommodations, with no success.
We requested a high floor when we made the reservation, but at the check-in desk they gave us a room on the first floor.
The hall and room has an odor.
The shower looks like it came out of a motel, and the first night we ran out of hot water.
The toilet seat is worn.
All of the carpet needs to be replaced (stained). It doesn’t look like this room has been renovated in years.
The so called “Villa” has no King bed (which we also requested), no in room washer/dryer, no balcony, no plugs on the night stand, and only one night stand (between the two beds). What we have looks more like a studio than a one bedroom.
Someone spilled coffee in front of the ground floor elevator a couple of days ago, and it has never been cleaned.
In summary, the accommodations we had at Residence Inn Wichita East at Plazzio was much, much better than what we have at Marriott’s Streamside Birch at Vail.

In all the years I have been staying at Marriot this has to be one of worst experiences I have ever had! I am sitting in a hotel with no power typing this and when I asked if I could change hotels and be credited back for this night their response was "we will work with you" REALLY? I think the answer should be absolutely! Just be prepared if you stay here, the place is dated and also very loud from the highway 70. The two good things I can say about this place is the concierge and the room service was great! Other than that I compare these accommodations to a 2 star hotel. You can tell their staff isn't properly trained on company policy but they are very polite. I can say this stay did help me make our decision NOT to be a Marriot Vacation Club owner!

I have owned this time share for over 18 years. I am always happy to come here and visit with the people who are managing property. The amenities are great, the rooms are clean, and they will take you everywhere! Once I get there I do not need my car for anything unless I want to go exploring.
