Love the layout. Two double beds. When staying in same room with friends its nice to have the toilet with a sink separate from a shower and sink. Pet friendly too.

Exceeded expectations.
We loved this place.

Very nice place. Comfortable room, with a separate area for relaxing and watching TV or reading.

For an Expensive Hotel,
Television should face Bed, No Coffee Maker, poor layout of Room and bathroom Shower door leaks water on floor during use, causes slip fall hazard!
Will not stay here again or recommend anyone else!

Conveniently located in downtown Grand Junction, perfect if you want to walk the shops and restaurants. Nice sized bar and lobby for hanging out in the evening and for having breakfast in the morning. The pool and the fitness center are on the small side, but they do provide complementary entry to a nearby gym. Parking is $7 a day as of September of 2018.

Nice stay. Room was large, included breakfast was nice. Paying the additional fee for parking was over the top. Otherwise not a bad place in the middle of GJ.

Very nice room at an affordable price. Quiet, clean and extremely comfortable beds! Only reasons I did not give five stars: 1) the breakfast (included in the price) had powdered eggs… real scrambled eggs are not that hard to make. 2) $6 a night to park a car. This is not a big city — charging anything for parking seems a little petty.

Atmosphere of the bar lounge was nice. Quiet music, easy to have conversations. Bartender was easy going. Knew how to make our drinks. Kept us comfortable while it was being prepared.

Typically great experience staying at this hotel. We have stayed here several times over the past year and the rooms are always clean, well appointed and comfortable. The front desk staff are courteous and respond to simple requests promptly. Fun little happy hour that draws a few locals. The included breakfast is fine — nothing to write home about but fresh and satisfactory. Hey, the price is right. Our go to hotel in Grand Junction.

Good hotel, clean rooms, and near by several places to eat. Parking is a bit of a pain and you need a free parking permit from the front desk. Housekeeping staff was super helpful and friendly. Check-in staff was a bit hit-or-miss and I had to go find someone to actually check me in. The rooms look fairly new and the bathroom is huge. Beds are a tempurpedic like mattress making them really comfortable. A/C blows super cold too which was nice in the 100 degree weather.

Staff was fantastic. Hotel was very clean and modern. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Stayed there with my family of 5, and we had more than enough room and our standard check out was noon, so the morning was relaxing. Location is great to walk downtown. Great experience. Would have rated a 5, if the pool were bigger.

Nice, but can be spendy on short notice. Rooms are very clean and nice. Attentive staff. Breakfast is a plus. Have tried other hotels in the area, but my family prefers this one. It's close to many restaurants on Main Street, and City Market is like 100 yards away!

Nice hotel, but beware of undisclosed parking fees. I found the Fairfield Inn to be fairly comfortable and quiet. The rooms are very nice and you could not find a better location in Grand Junction. The continental breakfast is OK. My main gripe is that I found out about the $6 daily parking fee when the invoice was put on my door the day that I checked out.

I generally try to find the positive in everything. So I will start there. I stayed in a junior suite which was nice. It had a nice comfortable king-size bed. The room had to separate air conditioning units. Which is good because the one in the living area smelled like dirty socks but the one in the bedroom was cool and didn't smell. The lobby and outside of this hotel look amazing. The rooms initially look good but when I looked closer in the bathroom I saw that they are starting to need a little bit of TLC. The door frames are rusting and there is some mold and mildew growing around the top of the shower. Basically I think there's a bit of a ventilation problem. But the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly which is important to me. I think this hotel just needs a little bit of TLC in its rooms and it would be on par with other Fairfield Properties.

When we checked in last night, the freezer in the minimart was broken. The hot tub was broken. The “high speed” Internet we paid extra for was less than 1 Mb per second. Tonight the elevator is not working. This place is falling apart. Don’t stay here.

This property is great! It was very clean and updated. The complimentary breakfast was a nice one, with a good selection. The location is fantastic! Walk out the lobby and you’re right on Main Street with your choice of great restaurants and stores.

Didn't stay overnight, but stopped in to rest briefly on our road travel. The two front desk gentlemen were most helpful and the lobby provided and very clean, modern atmosphere. Very much appreciated!

Clean, nice. Happy hour bar. Had a late check-in and they were very accommodating. Reasonable breakfast.

Disappointed to find quite a few hairs in my bed that were a different color than my families hairs… Sheets had not been changed. When I called down to inform them, they sent someone up to take care of it. He didn't seem thrilled about it. Breakfast probably would've been good if they weren't out of things for quite some time. A homeless man got in line in front of me and took the last of the eggs, he filled a large plate full went a sat down to eat it them, then came up to the fridge with a backpack and filled it with yogurt. No one said a word. It was a bummer for us paying customers that were waiting to eat. There were about 15+ of us waiting over 15 minutes for eggs, sausage, & fruit. Later another homeless man came to get food. I guess they just don't mind or don't pay attention.

Great downtown location. Walking distance to nice restaurants on Main. Recently renovated and large spacious suite. Breakfast was standard Marriott fare. Ample off street parking makes in and out a breeze. Fast internet and I love the internet TV in Marriotts now. Would stay again without hesitation.

Had a great experience hanging out at lounge at this hotel. Had Zach as the bartender who did a great job. A local college guy who knows the area well and is very helpful.

I am a frequent traveler with my work schedule and stay exclusively at Marriott properties. There are plenty of positives to say about this property. Great downtown location, large room, clean, updated, etc. My complaint is this is an incredibly loud hotel room. I’ve been here for 2 nights and it literally sounds like a heard of buffalos are walking on the floor above me. It went on until 11:30 pm one night and started at 5:00am and I’m awake from the moment they get up and are active in their room until they leave. I use a sound machine and it doesnt even come close to drowning out the noise. The crazy thing is it’s just normal walking from one area of the room to another. My advice. Request a top floor or request a room with no one above you. I usually stay at the Courtyard in GJ and from now on I will only stay here if they can guarantee a top floor room. But most likely I will stay at The Courtyard as I’ve not experienced the noise that I have at this hotel. I travel so much that I truly feel the sound level at this hotel is completely unacceptable and not typical of new Marriott properties and I’m exhausted and grouchy.

Great location in the middle of downtown. Close to lots of bars and restaurants, and just 10 minutes from the Colorado Monument. They also have complimentary passes to the local gym, which is a 5 minute walk away. Rooms and service are great as well!

Pool not big enough. Sister likes it Rooms are very roomy. Very clean room. Employees very polite.

Continental breakfast was better than expected. The staff was friendly but always seemed to be busy. Perhaps a bit under-staffed at peak-times. Other than that, it was a great stay. Rooms were very clean and the entire building was well taken care of.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. If you were staying here for business or a slightly longer stay you wouldn't go wrong. The lobby is nice and open with a bar, lounge, outdoor patio with heat, and a small office area. It's in a convenient location with the ability to just take a walk around downtown. Only complaint is there's a separate $6 per day parking fee for their lot. You'd think that'd be something included in the price…

This location has a bar and live music about once a week. It's located at a great spot for walking to the best downtown restaurants and everyone who works there is exceptionally friendly.

The hotel is nice but we really just go for the bar. The bar tender that always seems to work on Friday nights is very nice and keeps us coming back. It's a real nice place to go and have a drink without being crowded.

Very convenient to downtown. Easy to walk to anything else downtown (restaurants, shops, art gallery). Room has microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, ironing board, blow dryer. Small but good workout room. Nice sized indoor pool with outdoor hot tub. Pool/hot tub is only open until 9. Free Breakfast is what you would expect at most hotels. Pet friendly. Onsite self service laundry services as well as pay for overnight laundry service. Short drive to CO Mesa University.

Unfortunately, we had families with small children surrounding us. Its no good if you have early morning meetings or plan on enjoying down town Denver. Request a quiet corner. Rooms are nice and clean…

Very nice. Large rooms. The beds are the foam type, which are surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast is good, with several options — including both hot and cold. Small workout facility and pool. Located right downtown, easy access to all of Grand Junction. Parking available right behind the hotel.

Overall great place, great location, and a great room. The hot tub was my only negative as a CPO I would say its pretty under-filtered and overused. Its small like really only 3 people at a time small, I doubt people follow that rule so the water gets overused quite quickly. Its not the cleaners fault just is simply too small. I will say though it does have some black algae growth in the hot tub, don't get me wrong, its not unhealthy and once it starts that stuff is almost impossible to remove short of a demolition, but it is treatable and should be addressed.

This was the most positive hotel visit I have ever had! The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean, and the location was perfect. I was in town for work. I live in New York. Unfortunately, I fell ill with the flu during my stay. The staff sent a get well card, chicken soup and water to my room! It was just one of the many kind gestures I experienced during my 1 week stay. I can’t speak highly enough of the exceptional level of customer service you will experience at this location.

The staff was helpful. The breakfast was fresh and watm. The location was excellent. However, the walls were thin. I could hear both sides of a phone conversation happening next to me. A television show in a room that was 4 rooms down could be heard in my room.

I have delivered food here multiple times. I have no reason to stay here unless I want a getaway from my house in town so I have yet to stay here, but the main entrance is very nice. The rooms, from what I have seen from the outside of them, look nice. The pool is in a large indoor room, there is a fireplace outside in the front, and there is a bar for guests.

This was just an overnight stay on our drive back from zion national Park. I am beginning to like staying at the SpringHill — This was our 3rd SpringHill that we stayed during our recent road trip. Suites are quite large, rooms are very clean and the staff and service is quite good. One of the few hotels that allow pets. Breakfast spread w as s great and constantly replenished. I would hope that they would add Hashbrowns to their menu — would be a great addition.

When the clerk told me that I had to pay for parking, I almost didnt stay. Went ahead an checked in. Got a luggage cart that was about to fall apart, it was the best out of 3. Got in the elevator and it was making noises that would wake the dead. Room was clean, beds are memory foam, TV is small, cheap cheap cheap toilet paper. And staff is always in a hurry to do something else, rather than look at you and talk to you. This is the worst fairfield I have ever stayed at, period.

Great. Wonderful room and super relaxing. Small gym but had great treadmill and pool. Overall the customer service was super. Will be making this a future stop.

Had the whole family in town for the CMU graduation, Fairfield was perfect! Friendly staff, great shuttle service to and from airport, free Wi-Fi, huge rooms, and nice complimemtary breakfast! Thanks Fairfield for the great stay!

Our stay was awesome! For starters the check-in/check-out was all done digitally by smartphone. The front desk was nice, thoughtful, and helpful. I'm a person who prefers to use the stairs. They have easily accessible staircases on either end of the hotel. The room was everything we expected it to be: kitchenette, full sized fridge, plates, bowls, cups, flatware, microwave, dishwasher. My wife loved the bed. It is one of the memory foam style, and I guess I'll be buying her a bed like it. She says she slept incredibly well. I slept fine, but I always do. Easy access parking, $6/night.

Very nice and inviting hotel. I got the best sleep that I have had in a long time. They have the tempurpedic mattress and it was awesome! They have an indoor pool and hot tub to help unwind after long day. The hot breakfast is just ok, seems pre-made and re-heated. The bacon is hardly recognizable as bacon but everything else was good. The cold breakfast is good but fairly standard beagles, toast, cereal and such. Make sure to plan to have to pay for parking. I was surprised when they slapped me with $12/day. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will return next time I'm in Junction.

Large, pleasant room, very comfortable bed, windows that open, for us freash air fans. Very nice shower with extra nozzles. Above par service at the front desk. They even picked me up at the airport after checkout, and rental car return, and shuttled me to the train station.

Nice and fairly new Marriott downtown Grand Junction. Good happy hour specials and a very nice breakfast spread including fresh bagels from a nearby bagel shop. The workout facility was very impressive and the pool was nice as well.

This hotel is in a very central location within a ten minute drive of Colorado National Monument. My group held a meeting in their modern, attractive facilities. The space in the Main Street room was large enough for over twenty people to sit around an open U, with space in the back of the room for standing activities. The staff were helpful in finding adapters for the A/V.

I should have listened to the reviews about the beds. They were some kind of foam that felt like sleeping on concrete and we hated it. There was also a weird smell throughout the hotel while we were there — maybe something from the pool. The staff was nice but between the weird smell and weird beds we didn't get much sleep.

Awesome! The room I stayed in was amazing, and they even allow pets! The beds are AWESOME (memory foam) and the ammenities are pretty awesome. Overall, I loved my stay here!

One of the better hotels I've been too. Customer service was nice, even had a free airport shuttle. The rooms are clean and roomy. Love the features in the room like bathroom and shower separation. Even has a pull out sofa. Daily breakfast provided free and it's pretty good with fresh scrambled eggs, waffle maker, yogurt, cereal, bagel, breads, and fresh fruit. Walking distance to everything in their little downtown area. Daily bar happy hour. Parking is $3 per day, which is reasonable.

Can't sleep the maids slam doors and hotel shakes all morning long, I don't think they realize people try to go to a nice hotel for rest and comfort, only 1 elevator in the hotel long waits for elevator and it's always packed and hit and smells. There is only broken washing machines so they send you across the street to another hotel to use there washing machine and the other hotel has 1 washing machine that's constantly being used. This place needs help I feel scammed.

We booked a suite because we were involved in a car accident while traveling and figured w could use a kitchenette to make it slightly cheaper to get by. Upon checking in we were suprised too find that even though my confirmation email and the room detail online say that there is a stove top in the suite we did not get one. We called the front desk and the guy seemed surprised that we even had the idea that there should be one. Other than misleading information from the company we had a great trip. The staff was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The rooms are decent but a little smelly (chemical cleaners), but we bought an air filter and it went away with time.

A fine room in a central part of town. Service was good, not mind-blowing. Rooms were very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Breakfast was exactly what you'd expect from a hotel: serviceable. I didnt take advantage of the pool, bar, etc.

Very friendly staff. The room was amazing. It had a microwave and mini fridge. The shower and toilet were in separate rooms and both included a sink. The bed was super comfy. The air conditioning was needed and it worked great. There was a half wall between the bed and desk area. There was also a couch.

Just stayed here for 5 nights and had a great experience. The staff was fantastic, check-in was quick and easy, the lounge area was enjoyable, the shuttle drivers were friendly and safe; right down to the friendly housekeeping staff. My wife and I were impressed and if in the area again will definitely stay here. Shout out to Meagan and Michelle in particular, they gave us some great tips from the monument to dining; we can't thank you enough for your hospitality!

Helpful and friendly staff on every shift. King size suite room clean, with a comfortable temperpedic (sp? ) bed and sleeper sofa for kids, etc. Only complaints are about the elevator, that is very slow and only 1 of, and the indoor pool that was ice cold (even in early July). Good thing there was a hot tub just outside the pool room. Really enjoyed our 4 night stay. Free hot breakfast every morning was nice, too. Oh, it costs money to park, being that it's downtown. $6 per night. No way to avoid it.

Giant, clean, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, fantastic beds. The shower was a great end to the day with the multiple heads. We had a motorcycle break down on a holiday, the hotel helped us arrange monitored storage for the bike until it could be retrieved with a trailer. We will certainly be coming back.

Excellent location, staff was wonderful. This site is pet friendly for a very minimal charge. Breakfast staff was wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful. We stayed on our way from southern Utah to Virginia while moving my mom. So it was a same day reservation. Again, an excellent property to stay at.

Very nice hotel. The pool is far from advertized. Not enough to even do one crawl stroke. Nice to just jump in, oh I'm sorry, step in, and get wet. Then head over to a real pool at Lincoln Park Moyer Pool. The rooms were great, but kind of cramped for the "luxury" that was promised. Not a lot of sounds from the other rooms so that quiet was so nice. Great breakfast.

The bathroom door was broken and it wouldn't slide open unless I lifted it. I had to fix it myself. (took me 30 minutes)
I booked a king size bed and got 2 queens.
The breakfast is mediocre at best.

Don't believe these ratings. Worst Fairfield I have stayed at ever. The floors are dirty, mirrors are cracked, carpet is dirty and worn. Marriott is sleeping on the job.

The hotel lobby is very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, the staff was professional and curtious. They serve breakfast in the mornings with a variety of food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Grand Junction, Co.

Hotel was in downtown grand Junction and the rooms were really nice. We walked to the nearby rockslide brewery. Employees at the hotel were very nice and willing to help.

Nice place to stay at a lower cost. Breakfast is included with each night's stay. The work out room is plenty adequate for the size.

There is room for improvement but all and all happy with my experience in this hotel. The receptionist was accommodating with a professional attitude. The shower is amazing just makes a water mess on the floor no matter how hard you try to keep it dry. Please add more trash cans in room. Especially in both bathrooms. The little imperfections would not stop me from visiting again.

The location is great and convenient. Check in and check out was fast and easy. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked the lounge atmosphere although I didn't partake. The shower was great as well with wall sprayers and adjustable shower head. I plan on making this my hotel of choice when visiting Grand Junction for work. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

We booked a nights stay a year in advance for the parade of lights because we heard they put on an awesome event! Very excited. They even let us pick out our roomand take a look at it! Great service, amazing facility!

Great location downtown with good food within walking distance. Up to date decor and comfortable room. The internet connection leaves something to be desired but other than that great experience.
