This is a great place to stay.

Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast choices. Friendly staff. Recommend.

The front desk is rude, they don’t want bikes or tattooed people to here. So we arrived here and they said they had no two beds left and offered two different king room. When we got to our room it had two beds. When we asked about it the, the front said they didn’t know, there “system” shows things wrong all the time. They put us in the room next to it that was a handicap, wheelchair room they said it was the only king bed room they had. It was aweful. They also charged us more. Then when we were walking by the front later in the evening they were checking in another gentleman and told him they had several king rooms available… so basically they lied to us separated our party because they didn’t want us here. I felt very targeted possibly for having tattoos or riding a motorcycle. My father ended paying for a suite (since that was the only other room, they say) with no problem, he is also a veteran of 22 years in the Air Force. I don’t appreciate it and I usually like this chain but I will definitely rethink my hotel choices.

The Holiday Inn Express has made my experience in Grand Junction better than I thought it would. They have warm and comfy beds, their breakfast was AMAZING, and the employees were very friendly. I would highly recommend you stay at this wonderful hotel.

Not even if my life depended on it, would I stay here again! My car gets broke into and three hours later I get called by front desk saying I need to evacuate immediately and I may do so willingly, or by police escort. The reasons kept changing as to WHY they're forcing me to leave. The afternoon staff Nikki said she was told to call me and as first order of her shift. She has no idea what's going on or why and the only information she can tell me is that the site manager is gone for the weekend and that I'd have to call back during the week. So, recap… MY car is broke into on THEIR property, I'm the victim but I have to evacuate for reasons the staff doesn't even know.

The room 100 is nice looking, but it was next to the laundry, and the hot water utility closet which you could hear running water all night long. Both the laundry in the utility closet is so loud with running water that I wasn't unable to listen to the TV or sleep. I stayed at a number of Holiday Inn's Express they all been excellent. But this room honestly sucked! Inside the room, there was a door, and I was unable to secure from my inside of the room. There are no locks on the door. I think someone was on the other side ready to come into the room in the middle of the night. Not recommended!

The room I'm staying in it's not the highest quality places to stay. The room 100 is nice but it's next to the laundry and it will utility closet which has running water. But this place truly sucks! I also have a door in my room that I am unable to secure. There are no locks on the door other than keep me from going in there. I'm thinking there's someone on the other side of that door with a gun ready to kill me in the middle of the night. Not recommended!

Room was clean. The front desk staff at check in and the graveyard shift the first night were awesome! Graveyard came up checking on a complaint someone was smoking. It was vented right into our bathroom two nights in a row. The second night, the graveyard shift was a female and really didn’t seem to care that someone was smoking and venting it into our bathroom. “Housekeeping will figure it out in the morning. ” I said ok, I’ll just turn on my bathroom vent and room unit to flush it out. She told me not to because it would circulate the smoke. Hmmm… I wonder how she thinks it was vented into our room? Upon checkout, the front desk staff disappeared. The ladies in the breakfast area went searching for her. About 15 min later, she comes in the front. No apologies. Won’t stay there again. I paid too much money for a room to deal with all of that.

Nice rooms and they had a pancake printer at breakfast. Only downside was the view from the second floor overlooking the neighboring junk yard.

Clean rooms, polite staff, good coffee and lots of variety for the free breakfast. Always our choice when traveling.

I stayed a total of 3 weeks here. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and roomy. Breakfast is good. It is located next to the Mesa Mall and near Riverside Parkway. The only complaint I have is the vending machines ate my money. I did not talk to the desk staff about this issue.

I eat at the restaurant at least two time a week! The staff there is amazing. Tara and Tracey are amazing! If you go there ask for them! They will take care of you! They are the nicest and sweetest waitress and manager ever! Lexi and Kathy at the front desk are awesome too! If you plan on coming to Grand Junction, make sure you stop and say hi to everyone here at the restaurant!

Place was fine. Had no problems. Clean. Nice staff. And fast Wi-Fi.

Service and rooms were great, didn't get a chance to eat there and they don't have a restaurant like the holiday in near the air port but over all a great stay.

Good example of a HI Express, newer and in good shape. Fairly convenient to the airport, also close to a few local restaurants and a grocery store.

Staying here while visiting Colorado Mesa University. Always love the cinnamon rolls! Hotel is clean and a short distance from the school. Nice pool and hot tub also.

Really nice hotel, rooms are spacious and very well kept. Breakfast bar had somethimg for everyone to enjoy.

You just can't go wrong with Holiday Inn Express. This one didn't let me down. Clean room and great breakfast as usual.

Had a business meeting in the conference room. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and nicely presented as well.

They are so nice and helpfully I would love to work here at the front desk or maybe a housekeeper I love customer service and helping people. My room was outstanding and so nice I am like omg.

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are really nice, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast, pool and location is nice as well. Have stayed here twice and plan on staying again.

We really like staying at the Holiday inn express. Especially in Grand Junction Colorado the service is always Great the personal is always nice, and very helpful. It is clean. Food is good too. Thank you for your services.

Overpriced for what we recieved. Beautiful hotel, great breakfast but just not worth the 180$ a night we were forced to pay for a 2 queen suite.

Very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Inside was very new and clean. Be aware that Grand Junction has just about zero restaurants open past 9 or 10pm for those rolling in late at night.

The rooms were relatively large and we'll maintained. The walls were thin, however and the Coffee was aggressively bad. But overall the breakfast was decent for a hotel near the highway.

Our room was very nice, however, the hallway had a very strange smell, like a mix of dog food and bleach. The hot tub and pool were good and the continental breakfast was decent (just wish they had more vegetarian options).

I was greeted with kindness and respect. And my stay was good but the bed was a bit hard. All in all pretty good stay.

I always like this hotel, and stay there for work almost once a month. It's nice, clean, well kept, and the staff does a good job. I would recommend it.
