Do not stay here it’s dirty manager doesn’t take care of any problems there is stains hair and bodily fluids on the bed sheets it smells very doggy toilet lid left up no toilet paper just gross!

Best Western is one of the larger hotel brands in the us, and while the facilities vary this particular property is the sharpest one I’ve ever been to — this is the best of the best Westerns. I like that the design qualities match that of the college and surrounding buildings. Speaking of which — this property is in a great location right beside campus and plenty of places to eat. You can really tell management takes pride in the upkeep and amenities here. Rooms feature an additional heaters as well as an in-well unit. Boutique and eco-friendly bath product dispensers in-shower. Everything was of the best upkeep. Shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. Indoor pool was one of the nicest hotel pools I’ve seen. Plenty of tea and coffee from a local shop available 24/7 at the front desk. I’ve eaten hundreds of similar caliber continental breakfasts and this one had every variety and condiment imaginable. For instance the waffle bar offered MMs chocolate chips, sprinkles, two flavors of batter and three flavors of syrup including a sugar-free variety which was great for one of the band members that had diabetes.
Staff here was pleasant and helpful as well. Can’t speak more highly about this place.

Great location! It is walking distance to downtown Fort Collins. They also have a huge indoor pool and hot tub so you can use it all year. One of the most unique things they have is outdoor fire pits that are free to use! Room was clean and the breakfast was solid.

This is a great place to stay while visiting beautiful Fort Collins. It's close to a really awesome part of town with lots of restaurants, cute shops and a very walkable and cute area. The hotel itself has bikes you can borrow as well as a great large pool area and a really homey lobby building with breakfast and comfortable furniture. Our room was really nice, had clean and comfortable beds and bathroom, and fast Wi-Fi which is important to us. Check-in was quick and the staff we met were friendly, fun and really efficient. We will stay here next time we're in town!

I really liked this hotel. Location wise, it's perfect as it's close to downtown and probably close to where you want to be. Our concierge was super friendly and even offered to give me an HDMI chord because I forgot mine at home. Fast Wi-Fi. Spacious rooms. Delicious complimentary breakfast. Awesome indoor pool and hot tub — much needed during the snow. Definitely stop here if you're rolling through Fort Collins.

This hotel is great. It’s within walking distance of a lot of local independent businesses, bars and restaurants. It’s also close to biking/walking trails. There staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They also have a big pool and a nice gym for getting a workout in.

Clean modern hotel. Great breakfast, pool area, grounds and an excellent location! Friendly staff. Would stay again! Comfy beds after the 18 hour drive from Green Bay, WI!

Guests should be aware that this hotel has no elevator. If you request a ground floor room, don't count on getting it. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, but are desperately needing refurbishing. The free breakfast is good but room to sit and enjoy it is at a premium and you will be eating under the nose of the front desk clerks. Traveling from Kansas City to Seattle and back we experienced several Best Westerns and this was the most expensive and the least comfortable. We would not stay at this location again.

Touring musician Beth Bombara stayed here after a recent performance and loved the experience! The staff was warm and welcoming during check-in and the room was perfect. There was plenty of room to fully relax and it was very quiet. They also loved the free breakfast in the morning as well as the fitness room, they both made getting back on the highway just that much easier!

This is a great hotel to stay at if you're in the Fort Collins area. The staff are super friendly and always there to help, even with the smallest concerns. The location is wonderful, because you can walk to everything. It's across from the college campus too. The cost is reasonable compared to the other more fancier options. I like it clean, comfortable and friendly, and that's exactly what this hotel is. Kaylana at the front desk is a gem:) She's not fake cheerful, but real cheerful… I find that refreshing.

Very nice hotel in a great area. The front building (where they permit dogs) have direct opening doors and the back building (where they don't permit dogs) seems newer and nicer. My room was plenty nice, they had grass for the dogs, convenient bags for cleanup, and convenient trash cans. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The hotel was within walking distance of restaurants. It is in an older area of downtown and quite a few of their parking spaces are for smaller cars (I drove a truck). I could find parking but I would have driven the smaller car had I known.

Love this hotel! Staff was great, so friendly and helpful, especially K. At the front desk. Room was spacious and very comfortable, the bed was a dream. Pool and hot tub are very nice, and this seems like a great place to bring kids. Breakfast was great and the lobby is cute. Excellent location near the college and next to coffee shops, etc. I will def stay again when I come back through Ft Collins!

I was able to spend some time in the pool, which is in it's own separate building kind of like a greenhouse. Very relaxing. Nothing extra fancy, but I slept very well, the rooms are clean and it's nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room. Decent hot breakfast too!

Had a great stay at a great location. If you're taking or picking up your kid from CSU, this is a nice location. Clean, close and a very good free breakfast with excellent coffee. They even have free grab bags filled with water and fruit if you plan on exploring the area.

I was traveling alone to move my son out of the dorms. Great local coffee in the am. People were very nice. Needs an up date but got the job done.

Pros: Location, location, location. Cons: Maid service was less than stellar. Facility is definitely showing its age. We were there for a week and had our daughter and granddaughter with us. The bathroom door somehow got locked with no one inside. Once I had it open, it was apparent that multiple repairs had made the locking mechanism not align correctly to automatically unlock when it was shut from the outside with the lock engaged on the inside. Another time the granddaughter locked herself in and because the handle was not an ADA compliant bar handle, she couldn't open it. Fortunately I was there and had a paper clip to disengage it but our daughter had that temporary flash of panic she so didn't need that week.

This was the perfect hotel for our visit. Right across the street from CO State, we were able to walk over to campus for our visit. They also had inexpensive bike rentals so we were abe to rent bikes for the day and not only biked around the campus, but biked into Old Town Fort Collins for the afternoon and again in the evening. The rooms were clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful and the best complimentary breakfast spread we have experienced.

Clean rooms, good space, efficient amenities. Really like the soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the bath instead of the single use bottles. Great breakfast and coffee options. They even provide an in-room recycling bin. Great to see a business strive to be good stewards of the environment.
