I came in about 9pm and I was dog tired after a 12hour trip from Dallas and I wanted to be close to my work site. The lady in from got her $139 room and after I came up asked if they gave discounts and she said no. She then told me my rate was $170 I just paid because the plan was to find a cheper hotel. The room was left open by the maid service who came in and touched my personal belongings. The air-conditioning didn't work, thank God I brought my fan and the TV was small like 25" inch not a big screen at all, you would think for $170. That the TV would be big, I really want a least a day refund because the heat mad the room very uncomfortable and they didn't give a receipt until I had stayed two days, aren't you suppose to get a receipt daily or for the days you book the first night of your stay they asked for a credit card. Sorry I forgot photos.

I came for a work trip and arrive an hour early. The staff was nice and got us in our room. The rooms are clean and tidy as you would expect from a hotel. The breakfast could be a little better but I'm not complaining. All and all I would recommend.

I travel for a living and this hotel is one that a truly look forward to travel into. We even stayed here when we came through on vacation. Staff is always friendly and great. Rooms are clean and spacious. Couldn't be happier.

Haven't personally stayed, just came to visit a friend. Very clean, courteous staff.

The night manager was awesome. The booking. Com app however said we were getting a spa tub king suite, which we did not that was another 80$ a night. The breakfast was good and stocked. Rooms were very nice.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great continental breakfast, affordable rooms and very close to highway 25. Also if something needs to be repaired in your room they have an awesome maintenance man.

These folks made our whole trip to the Denver area easier. We drove for 8 hours, through the night, to arrive in time for an appointment in the morning. After the appointment (approx 8 a. M. ), my husband and I desperately needed sleep. We contacted the hotel and explained our situation. They got us right into a room even though they hadn't even completed their other check-outs, and were extremely accommodating. The room appears to be very clean, the bed is so comfortable and we got a room overlooking the mountains. The traffic wasn't as noisy as I expected, being located right off the interstate/frontage road. We feel like the price of the room was competitive and fair. My only gripe is that the coffee pot lid was broken, and had a nasty, smeared around brown film in it. I had to wash it out before use.

Friendly people with a laid back atmosphere. My husband and I stay gere all the time. Only complaint is their prices.

Soon as I walked thru the door I was set back at how luxurious the place looked compared to the comfort inn & suites in hays Kansas. Right away I was greeted by the nicest young lady promptly and didn't have to ring the bell and yell out for a worker like I had to at my last stay in a comfort the night before. The rooms are perfect so quaint and relaxing you almost just want to stay forever. I mean everything you need is here from the indoor pool and hot tub to the workout station and spa laundry on the 2 second floor in the cleanest machines I've ever seen and the detergent is given to you at the front desk the view out the top floor west window is amazing during the sunset animals are welcome and kids would love it. The staff is the friendly bunch of people I have ever met and will help you with anything. The best part is the front desk employee loves her job and doesn't mind if you call and ask for anything and enjoys conversation with all the customers from all across america. The best part she wasn't on her phone any. I could go on and on forever about this amazing place but the beds fell like clouds and sleep is coming fast… This place gets a 10⭐ rating and I'll recommend anyone this is the place to rest at night.

Our room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We really needed a handicapped room, clerk said none available. Clerk was rather rude, but maybe that was a bad night for her. The morning clerk was very pleasant. Other than that, beds were very comfortable. Couldn't hear any road noise. We had a very restful nights sleep. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, waffles, pre engineered eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc… it was good. Would stay there again.

Gave us a great price, our room was located where we could see our vehicle right outside our window, and the man at the front desk was super accommodating and talked with us a bit about the upcoming eclipse. Room was clean and inviting.

No parking. If you can find one it's impossible to get out. Trucks are constantly blocking exit. It is impossible for even an emergency vehicle to enter or exit. Management with customer service hangs up on you. Phone number for such customer service is very difficult to find. I would not recommend due to no customer service.

After booking my reservations online at the cost of somewhere in the $120s/night I arrived at 9pm to be told by the clerk that my room rate had gone up to $200/night since I booked it about a week before. Okay, so maybe somewhere in all of the small print I should have found the information telling me that this was a possibility, but I did not read it all. After much conversation the clerk agreed to cancel my reservation and treat me as if I had just walked in the door for a room. I was able to get the room for $143/night. I have never had an experience like this with any other hotel. If you are planning on using a hotel in this chain be aware.

Beware! Spiders in this hotel. Crawling in breakfast area over my foot as well in our room. Husband and kids got bitten we were told that the Manager would contact us immediately & as of yet we have not received one call or e-mail regarding this matter… We love pets. However, who wants to stay in a room & sit on a couch or lie down with dog hairs all over. If your going to be a Pet Friendly Hotel clean up thoroughly after every guest!

Longmont Suites is pretty nice. Is in the eastern end of Longmont, and is situated between two other hotels. My room looked clean, no issues there. There is a pool, and laundry machines as well as a Continental breakfast. Service has room for improvement.

Very new, clean, and comfortable. No password needed for the Wi-Fi, and the internet is fast.

BEWARE! Room was disgusting. Old food from previous guest in the fridge, used soap in the soapdish in the bathroom, dirty sheets on the bed, someone's dirty clothes and hat in the corner and the window was open with a nice collection of ciggie butts on the sill of the "100% non-smoking hotel room". When I went downstairs to inform them and ask for a refund, the manager was neither surprised or helpful about the state of the room. Her reply was a flippant, "oh well. Life will get better from here". Wow.

We have been here 2 nights and so far no complaints.

I am pleasantly surprised the way it looks! I usually stay at only 3+ star hotels. When I arrived, I found this hotel is as good as 3 or even 4 star hotel. 1. Clean 2. Very good beds 3. Everything was arranged with deep thought.

I started staying here for my business travels over six years ago. Back then the facility was new and nice. Unfortunately now it is beginning to show a lot of wear. My room had a cracked counter top in the bathroom and the toilet handle was cracked. The wooden trim in the bedroom had wet circular stains from drinks and the small television was an indication that the larger one had either been broken or stolen. It is time to remodel their rooms. Also it would be better if they changed their pet policy and didn't allow them.

I've traveled all over the country for work, and this was one of the best motel breakfasts I've ever eaten. My family is on vacation, and we ended up staying here 3 nights. Comfortable beds, like-new decor, and nice staff. The Wi-Fi worked ok for normal Internet access, but I never could establish a secure VPN connection to work. Ended up at the McDonald's across the highway.

Very nice place. You can walk to Qdoba and Starbucks from here. Right by the interstate as well. I've stayed here several times, no issues.

I've stayed here twice and thought it was a nice place but the third time my wife and I had a run in with the owner. He was helping someone with a trailer park and I thought they were together. I took 4 spaces and asked if he needed me to move so the other guy could get through and he started yelling at me telling me, "You park no good"… So I thought forget about this weirdo and checked in. When we went out to get our bags he came up to us and I told him to leave us alone but he kept complaining so my wife started yelling at him. He asked what room we're in and said that we'd have to leave. Oh great, he's the owner. We're getting kicked out, I didn't care at that point. I was too angry to stay there. I'll never go back. This was 9 months ago but I still can't forget it. The guy should not be in the service industry. And it might be a good idea to stop advertising truck parking.

Do not stay here unless you are desperate. The owner couldn't care less about customer service or about the comfort and safety of guests. Let me tell you about my experience. Upon arrival, my companion and I visited the pool and spa. The whirlpool was a murky green. When it started agitating, vile, pungent odors filled the air causing us to gag and irritating our eyes. We reported the situation to the desk clerk, who was new and by herself in that huge motel and didn't know what to do. She tried calling the owner and never got a response that we know of. The pool was not closed in spite of the health hazard. Next we went to bed. The air-conditioner didn't work properly, but we finally got it functioning somewhat. The fitted sheet kept popping off the bed. I turned on the light and discovered it was the wrong size and would not cover all four corners. It was also torn. So I called the night clerk (different one) who was also fairly new. Had to get dressed and let him in. He eventually found the right size sheet. Very nice person. In the morning we discovered that the television didn't work when we tried to check the weather report. Also, the stinking spa was not closed downstairs. After we pointed it out, the more experienced desk manager closed the spa until it could be serviced. Considering all the inconvenience, we asked for a 20% discount upon checkout. We were offered 5% which was all the manager could do without the owner's permission.
