Review of Century Casino & Hotel - Central City 3*

The casino is great bit my review will focus on the Mid City grill in the Century Casino. This was my second visit there as I thought giving the grill a second chance. This second visit showed a huge problem with customer service on seated there is a long wait for a server to show up for drink order. The first time we waited about 15 minutes. This visit was much the same we waited 20 minutes for our server to show up for just drink order and meal order. The drinks were served in a timely manner and our food arrived in an timely manner. My friend peered a hamburger without buns but arrived with buns. No biggie. We ate and did not show up to refill drinks or inquire if we needed to go box or dessert. He showed up only to drop the bill. The bill was 20. And some odd cents we only had a 20.00 and a 10.00 he asked if we wanted the change back which we said yes please. Our thought was the service did not merit a almost 10.00 tip but we're going to leave tip of 5.00. Well the server never returned. We asked another server who wakes by and he said he would help. 25 minutes later I found the hostess and asked for the manager and relayed the problem of the missing server and change. She stated the manager was looking for him I let her know we had at that point been waiting for approx 45 minutes for our change. The hostess came to our table and gave us 10.00 and apologized and went on to say the server can be pretty goofy and spaced out. We thanked her and left. For us had the initial service been better we might not let it slide but by skipping out with our change was right down theft and misguided impression by server he provided service that merited it. What should of been a hour tops lunch turned into a little over 2 hours. Then place was not busy so that was not a problem. We do not know the final out come so if you choose to eat their be advised. Food is okay just major wait staff problems.
