Did not get reservations correct. Only clean rooms every three days.

Absolute beautiful and an amazing location to visit. Outstanding service and design with large spacious suites. Family and pet friendly which is without doubt knowing their customers. Extremely professional staff and amazing customer service.

Everybody here is so great! Nice place! I’m down here for work and stuff. I feel like I’m at home still lol! You guys are amazing! The two girl at the front desk was amazing and sweet. Keep on rocking! 5 star all the way!

Holiday inn never fails to satisfy. Awesome stay. Room was very clean and we'll maintained. Staff members were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great.

Great service here. Check in was fast and the room was clean and comfortable. Hallway noise is above average, but not terrible. A little white noise took care of the problem. Breakfast was good. Good selection of hot and cold items, including some fresh fruit. Coffee was average.

Great service. Breakfast isn't great but its good and free. Sad there was no hot tub but the beds are comfy, the rooms are clean, the place is safe, close to everything, and staff is super nice.

Guest rooms are clean TV worked great and had plenty of hbo movie channels. There’s a gym and a heated indoor pool. Great walking distance to food and activists and IMAX a very short walk down the street. Staff were friendly. I could kind of here other people in other rooms from time to time but I wouldn’t say it was bothersome. Breakfast is free with a few different options to enjoy with a nice seating area to enjoy.

Very modern looking hotel. Complimentary fruit infused water and hot cocoa and tea. Some of the best hotel breakfast I've had. Very friendly service and very comfortable beds. Near the movie theatre and many restaurants.

Great spot for a little "staycation" we live in the springs but we like to come here and let the kids swim. This is a perfect spot to stay for anyone there is an awesome movie theater as well as many shops and great restraunts within walking distance! Staff is very friendly we always have nothing but great things to say when we leave this place!

Newly built, modern in design, clean rooms and public areas as well, friendly staff, seating areas are nice and the gym, pool, business center are also clean and adequate. Washer and dryer are also available. The hotel’s location couldn’t be anymore convenient to stores, restaurants, and Peterson AFB. Although, the nightly rate is more that the gov’t daily lodging rate.

IHG Spire and Hilton Diamond member and this hotel is one of the best. It’s nice, clean, well maintained, great location and view is outstanding. Most importantly the staff is first class. The breakfast is stocked, dinning area kept spotless. I even left my iPad at the breakfast table and they secured it. After I called they took it to my room. Oh, they give you free drink coupons to a nearby bar and grill and discount coupons to others. Great job by the staff, management team and to the owners; this is hotel service done right.

Hotel is very nice. The rooms were clean. The hotel staff was excellent.

Horrible. Shocking. Unprofessional. Beyond disrespectful. Was asked to vacate my room at 5:30 PM on my 3rd and final night. Was notified of this for the FIRST time when I asked for an extra room key. The staff member refused to issue a key. Upon returning to my room I received a call from the same employee and was told that if I did not vacate my room, he was going to discount the alleged incoming guest, who’s room I was supposedly occupying, by half and add their discount to my rate. What? Is that even legal? I went downstairs to ask for the GM and was told he was unavailable because he was bathing his children. Unfortunately, in the GM’s absence, I was left to resolve this matter with the same staff member who was deliberately condescending and incredibly rude. It was obvious that he had zero intention of finding resolution and was more occupied with creating further conflict. Even stating that he’d have me evicted. This ruined my night. Ruined my stay. And I will never stay at this property again. I called my IHG rep at the corporate office and was assured that there was NO WAY they could upcharge me for not vacating. Not only because they can’t, but also because my contract was firm, with pricing AND room location guaranteed.

Very kind, thoughtful, and accommodating personnel when the computer system made a mistake with our reservation; upgraded us to a lovely suite for no extra charge. Great complimentary breakfast options. Quiet hotel, clean, well located in the city.

My husband and I moved here to Colorado Springs from Augusta, GA and we stayed here for 10 days and it was AMAZING! Our room was very clean and the hotel itself is beautiful! They are also super pet friendly! We received treat bags for our little furry baby. Breakfast isn’t all that great but hey it’s free so that makes it better. Overall I would really recommend this hotel to friends and family.

New, clean, great location in an up scale shopping area. Walk to restaurants. Doesn't get nicer than this.

It's a fairly new location for Holiday Inn and it's a fantastic stay! Nice clean rooms, Fantastic service! And it's right in the middle of a shopping center with plenty of Restaurants, Stores, and other useful locations!

I stayed here many times for work and I always come back. I think this place single handedly pushed me to IHG gold elite status. Clean, modern rooms. Great location; walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommended.

We always stay at Holiday Inn Express when traveling. This is the nicest one I've ever stayed at. Clean rooms, friendly staff and the guy taking care of the continental breakfast is a worker! He never lets anything run out and changes the menu up daily. I highly recommend this place.

The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and acted like I was wasting her precious time asking a question. She rolled her eyes at me and sighed and as I thanked her anyways, she waved it off and looked back down at the computer. Housekeeping never visited my room once during my stay and I found myself having to constantly call for things like towels or soap. Breakfast was great and the pool and fitness center is nice, it's in a great area too, but that's pretty much all I enjoyed from my week stay.

It was clean and had a great breakfast, Bath & Body Works shampoo, conditioner, and lotions, Colgate toothbrush, Colgate toothpaste, and comfortable rooms. I loved how big the room was!

We had a good experience here (except for the fact that they disregarded our reservations) and would stay here again. The breakfast was good (it was a fairly basic breakfast, but was still good) and the room we had was in good quality.

I like this property. It's very clean, the staff was friendly, it's in a GREAT location, the rooms are large and comfortable. All you could ask for! The only thing I didn't like is the lack of a sleep timer on the TV. There are like 100 channels, but no way to make the TV turn itself off : (

The lady at the front desk was very rude while I was waiting for others to show up she kept harrassing me about what room I was staying in and then told me I had to leave the meeting wasnt for another hour so we just went somewhere else.

Was a wonderful and clean hotel experience. Close to many shops and activities, centrally located. Expected a hot tub, but disappointed they did not have one for how nice the hotel was. Will definitely recommend to others!

Had a great stay. The room was spacious and new. The breakfast was great. They offered more food than most hotels do. The only downside was that it was hard to locate. The gps said the address didnt exist.

First and foremost, I agree that the walls are paper thin. I can hear everything next door from conversations to the TV. I'm 2 doors down from the elevator and can hear the ding in my room when it comes to this floor. Additionally, don't leave your valuables/medications alone in your room. I had a short term prescription for narcotics (i. E. Only 21 pills) so I knew how many I had taken. We left for the day and when I had returned 9 pills were missing! I will have to say, I do like the beds and there is ample outlets to plug in all your devices without having to unplug lamps/clocks.
