All in all for the price this place deserves 5 stars. We stayed in cabin 1, which has a private deck with a beautiful view of the mountains, just ignore the liquor store directly across the st. The indoor pool also offers an impressive view of the mountains and its a short drive to Pike's peak and the garden of the gods. The bathroom was very clean, we have driven cross country from De and stayed in pricier places with disgusting bathrooms. The people were also really nice and provided some tips on where to eat and sight see.

Great little local motel. Large, clean room and bathroom. The owner (I think) was working the front desk when we were there and was friendly and helpful when we needed extra pillows. One of the better of the 8 hotels/motels we've stayed at this trip, better than any Super 8, Motel 6, Travelodge or the like we've ever stayed at anywhere.

The room was great nice decor, very clean, Flat screen TV, nice hot shower, cold air conditioner, comfortable and new, King size bed with clean sheets and pillow cases. The price beat everybody else in the area! $87. Very nice Hostess at check in.

Clean room. Walking distance to places cool to eat. Not fancy. Great office service.

Decent for a motel. Alright if you're interested in surrounding attractions. Watch out for the wasps though.

Great little motel. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, not to mention affordable. We definitely recommend and would stay again in the future.

Perfect for what we needed. Clean, great location, and affordable. Our room came with a mini fridge and microwave, which was prefect for our kids snacks and milk. The location is perfect to get anywhere, and there is fast food near by for quick snacks. It's very obvious that the owners truly care about the motel and are doing their best to fix it up. My suggestion would be to add weather stripping around the doors. You could see light around our door, which let's in noise and warm air. My other suggestion would be to put "Do not disturb" signs in the room. Our house keeper happened to stop by when we were on our way out, which wasn't a major inconvenience, it just set us back a few minutes. That being said, the house keeper was very sweet! We would definitely stop there again!

Fantastic! No it's not a 5 star hotel but if I wanted that I would pay for it. However the location is perfect. Located near a bunch of local attractions plus all the basic hotel ammentaties. With the added benefit of a very accommodating attendant and it's right for the money. If your not much for city life, aka come from a rural area, the hotel has a divider fence between the street and parking lot and the rooms are across from the parking lot and road putting a fair distance between you and people.

My wife and I just stayed here on a short trip to Colorado Springs that we tried to do as cheaply as possible. While Garden of the Gods Motel is listed as a 3-Star hotel, it’s really more like a 1 — or 2-Star. Amenities are very basic, the rooms aren’t the prettiest, and the beds aren’t terribly comfortable. However, it’s proximity to the downtown portion of old Colorado City and Garden of the Gods (among other major attractions in the area) coupled with the low price makes it a worthwhile option if you’re more concerned with cost than comfort.

This place is really bad. I would never stay here again. They treat the guests and employees really disrespectfully. The owners the "Lee's" do not pay their employees for the work they have done, nor do they keep up with safety codes or keep up with sanitary practices. This place is a filth hole that should be condemned along with the other properties they own, (they have 3 that are just as bad includig the rodeway Inn on on Colorado ave. They should all be closed for business. ) DO NOT Stay here. Wow was this bad experience.

I have stayed here on vacation and when my apartment flooded and as a little get away over Christmas. The owners are sweet and it has the best view of Pikes Peak!

Stoped in because I was doing a job in colorado springs. This place is great! Rooms are clean and the ladie at the front desk is sweet and kind! Will be back soon.

Scheduled for a king size bed, they upgraded us to two queens and the best outside patio there. Great location for local tourists! However if you prefer softer pillows, bring your own. Theirs are a tad stiff.

Good price friendly staff and reasonable price with a good location. Also the view from the room was amazing!

Pleasant stay. Very clean room and the staff was really helpful. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but what I saw of it, it was very clean also.

Beds were hard. Drug deals and prostitutes in the parking lot. Rooms were very clean and large but pool area was not. We left a night early beacaue of how hard the beds were.

Stopped to stay the night ended up staying for 3. Staff was great, helped us a bunch on places to go check out. If you are snowflake you'll not like it. If you have a soul you'll love it. Everything within walking distance, great mom and pop shops. I didn't see any 'sketchy' people… but then again my wife and I might be the ones they were talking about.

It was a very nice stay overall. There were like 8 police officers there one night but everything seemed fine.

Great rates, awesome views, restaurants within walking distance. Close to garden of the gods, Pikes peak, air force academy. Managers are very nice and accommodating.

The room is big spacious and clean, has a mini fridge and a microwave. The bathroom is clean and nice. The room could fit 3-4 people, great location and close to everything.

My 2 children, husband and myself are currently staying until my house is ready on fort carson. The staff is very nice. We are staying in the smaller cabin and there's a little room for my 3 year old to run around in which is nice. It's a tiny bit run down furniture wise but the view is amazing, it's close to everything, and it stays rather quiet. Also, for an extended stay, it was very reasonably priced. The owner is also is also so sweet. Thank you!

It's a unique park. Visitors come from across the globe. Ancient Indian holy place.

This is definitely a budget friendly hotel. It has a great staff that are super nice. The owner is actually involved in the management and she's a fantastic lady. The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is the too frequent smell of marijuana.

Stayed in one of their cottages for only 10$ more than a room. Well worth the price. It was clean, quiet and comfortable for my family of 3. Its just minutes away from the nearby tourist attractions, a Starbucks, a Safeway, dispensaries, and the highway. A+!

The rooms were small and quaint. Fairly cheap so I couldn't expect much more. It's conveniently placed next to a 711 and a subway so a good place for travelers.

My sister & I plus our sons' stayed 4 nights at GOG Motel & we thought it was the nicest, cleanest motel we've ever stayed in! The rooms & grounds were immaculately maintained & the furnishings were of the best quality. All of the linens from the towels we used to the sheets we slept on were as soft & clean as the ones I sleep on at home. The indoor pool was clean & the water temp perfect. Every staff member we encountered was polite & very helpful. As 2 women traveling alone w/2 teenage boys we felt safe staying there. The parking lot was well lit & cleaned daily. Each room had a light outside the door that was bright & welcoming. We have nothing but good to say about our overall experience staying there. When we come back to Colorado Springs we will definitely stay there again. Thanks to everyone for such a pleasant stay.
