Multi day stay has been quite enjoyable. Cozy lobby with full service bar and dining area. Rooms are quiet and efficient with all the necessary amenities. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the South Denver area!

The hotel was decent for the price. Our room seemed very well kept. The only issue I had was your bed frames. I banged my dang shin on that thing like 5 times in a two day time period.

Friday night we stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn. It was beautiful and we had a great stay. However, my husband realized he had left about $50.00 worth of health supplements in the drawer and called the day after we were there so that we could retrieve them. They said they had not been found. We had to go to Denver today to take a friend to DIA so we stopped to ask if we could look in the lost and found. We were not allowed to do that and they had still not been found! I asked what there policy was for items left in a room. Like surely they would hold them for at least 24 hours but the lady did not tell me the policy. I was hoping to hear from a manager so that this review can be more positive. It’s not good to not have a policy. We either want our stuff back or our room money refunded. Thank you!

Dirty. Smells like pot. Our room was not very clean. The hallways all smelled of pot. It is a non smoking hotel but no one was enforcing anything. The bathroom ceiling and a wall had hair plastered to it. The bathroom floor had stuff on it, the shower walls were dirty. The hotel room walls had messy spots all over. All the wooden furniture and all of the doors and trim were dinged up and scuffed badly. We checked in late at night and left a note the next day asking for the sheets to be changed and the bathroom ceiling to be cleaned. When we came back, the note was gone and the sheets had not been changed and ceiling not cleaned. I mentioned the state of the room to someone at the front desk and he said they’d talk to housekeeping or give us some points or something. The room was never correctly cleaned and no points. The halls were lined with towels and trash outside doors most of the day. The towels, bedding, and sink and toilet were cleaned. And it seemed they had only 3 people cleaning the entire hotel. I’ll never stay in a Hilton again after this and too many other bad experiences.

Room nice. Pillows and bed great. Headboards needed to be wiped down. Coffee bar and refrig were nice. TP one ply sandpaper cheap. Exercise room claustrophobic small to use the free weights. Spa green. Public seating clean, neat and comfortable. Staff helpful. Outdoor seating plentiful and cozy.

Breakfast wait staff not very friendly not very attentive. Front desk lady not very approachable did seem friendly at all
Room was not made after was requested towels for the pool had to be requested three times
Cleanliness of the place was not that great and found two spiders in our room

Pretty sure my last review dinged this place. Happily the staff has done a complete 180. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating staff. Completely night and day situation on customer service. Well done. This stay was MUCH more enjoyable.

Clean, comfortable, quiet hotel. Nothing super fancy, but it has all the basics covered. Staff is friendly, and the free area shuttle helps make up for it being very slightly off the beaten path. It's within walking distance of the train, if you want to go into Denver. I wouldn't necessarily stay here as a tourist, but it's quite serviceable if you're traveling on business in the Englewood/Lone Tree area.

Clean rooms great food and a nice pool the only thing I thought was odd is the housekeeping got mad we needed back in our room before she started cleaning but other than that great experience and a beautiful place! We actually took my maternity pictures at a park next door!

Amazing staff, very friendly. Hotel was nice but walls/structure we're dated and could use updating. There was a small fitness center, business center, small pool and hot tub, and breakfast buffet for $12+

Its the only place I stay at when I'm in Denver. It doesn't matter where I'm ending up. The breakfast buffet is a little pricey for what you get, but the bar is great for evening adult drinks.

My wife and I went there for a Valentine's weekend getaway. It was the best stay of a hotel for the price and amenities that you receive. Everything was wonderful from the CLEAN pool and hot tub, to the atmosphere, friendly staff, making our stay the best. The manager and staff ensured that our room was perfect, helping me to surprise my wife with flowers and balloons in the room. Although the breakfast was not free, it was well worth the price of paying for the buffet, along with a chef preparing your your meal, fresh and hot, of whatever asked for. I am looking forward to another wonderful stay again.

Stayed here for several days while house hunting. Very clean and nice, professional staff. I like the green choice program they have as I usually put the “do not disturb” on the door when I am out. The buffet breakfast is very nice but can get expensive after a couple of days. The gym is small but nice. Had to compete for a treadmill in the morning. Room was nice and clean. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Clean, great breakfast, very nice and attentive staff. Close to the huge park meadows mall but you need a car to go anywhere unless they take you in shuttle. Safe quiet location in between Parker and Lone Tree.

While checking my card was declined because of $1.50 and the guy at the front desk said we could not pay cash even with a deposit, so unfortunately we had to leave, find an ATM and return to the hotel to check in. After settling into our room, I wanted to take a shower. When I went into the bathroom I seen that the bathtub was still dirty from the last guests. There was hair along the sides and dirt residue around the drain. When we were about to settle into bed, we both noticed that there were hands prints and finger prints all over the headboard and bed side tables. If that wasn't bad enough, it looked as if the floor hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time. There were small pieces of trash on the floor around the bed. After the hands prints alone, I quickly began to reconsider if I even wanted to stay there! Being it was the only available hotel on such short notice, we did stay. The hotel is in a considerably nice area. Very quiet and there's a little bit of everything all around. The hotel should work a little more on their sanitary procedures and maybe I would reconsider staying again because it really is a beautiful hotel and the staff is friendly.

Things they can't fix — two elevators are apparently not enough for a hotel this size. Very long waits every time. Things they need to fix — the morning I left, I waited about 5 minutes at the desk to tey to check out and get a receipt while the lone desk clerk was on the phone. I finally just left the key and went. Not exactly optimal.

The hotel was very clean, modern and comfy. The guy who checks us in, Long, was really nice and helpful. There was another guy at the front desk (we stayed on 9/22/17), he was training a lady earlier that day but not in the evening. When I went down for some coffee for our room he helped the guy who got there after me, then when he was done he looked at me and then walked into the back office. I was not happy at his disrespect. He even ignored me when I walked up to check in when I arrived; he once again, helped the man that came in after me. He is the reason I took a star off this place. Remember the gentleman named Long was fantastic!

1st night there the elevator broke. Disabled and had to walk 5 flights of stairs… During my stay, my allergies were out of control and I woke up with nose bleeds or a stuffy nose. Had a hard time sleeping, but by the time I realized the source of the problem, it was well after 2am, so nothing could be done. Housekeeping had failed to thoroughly clean numerous rooms (I found out this info from the front desk clerk upon checkout), all of which people complained about the layers of dust that had settled throughout the room. All I got was an apology, which definitely does not go with their policy saying, "If your not satisfied, we will give you a free night's stay". If not for this, I would've given a better review…

It was a very good stay. Location was a bit odd, but you don't hear the interstate, so it's good. Room was nice and clean. My limited interactions with service were excellent as well. Would consider staying here in the future.

Wonderful breakfast and great rooms. I only wish the doors sealed better because hallway and neighbour noise was an issue every night. The staff were also a little odd and inconsistent between us.

Let me count the ways. First off, I rarely write reviews. I write this one as I sit in bed for my final night's stay after begging the staff to change the blood-stained comforter in my room. It's not my blood, by the way. Don't worry, I sleep on the opposite side of the bed. I also retrieved my own towels from the front desk all but one night during my week-long stay. That was unfortunate, as I ran out of soap on day two. The one day they changed my towels and soap was due to my extensive plea to both the staff and their manager. My trash was only emptied once during my stay. My tub and sink were also only cleaned once during my week-long stay. It was pretty gross for a hotel bathroom that is ultimately shared with other guests on a regular basis. At the end of it, they had the audacity to leave a card offering points in exchange for future voluntary deferrals of room cleanings. I was tempted to ask the hotel to retroactively reward me for all the days I involuntarily deferred my room cleaning. My key also didn't work half the time. And while not a deal-breaker, it doesn't help in light of everything else this hotel doesn't do well.

I love the hotel and location and staff!. I've been coming here for many years. Only negative comment would be, every time I've asked for something (x3 this week) was, if I can find one. One request was for a luggage cart, one was for an extra luggage stand in room and a request for 2 additional pillows. None of the request were fulfilled. The trash outside in the rear parking lot has been overflowing for 3 days as well. Sorry HGI, I'm a loyal guest but I had to share.

I had a very nice little room nicely decorated and very comfortable. I was able to use the workout facility which was small but efficient. The hotel is located right next door to a Mexican restaurant that has excellent food and the hotel itself has a small restaurant that serves dinner and happy hour. The staff at the hotel and the restaurant we're all very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Was a very relaxed stay.
Through close to LightRail connection also for excursions, to the city or the NFL football very much recommended. Direct connection to the SportsAuthorityField at MileHigh. Drive from the stadium to the hotel last season very well organized.
Are known and all necessary facilities available for business travellers.
Actually it should be unnecessary to mention it, but the staff is of course, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean without any complaints.

Great value for the price, friendly, helpful staff. Keurig in the room is a nice touch. Ordered the sirloin steak from room service and it exceeded expectations. Only downside I've found is inadequate soundproofing. I had to run the hvac fan to drown out the sound of the TV in the next room.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great food but on the expensive side. $14 for breakfast. It looked like a continental breakfast but I got food and sat down and got a bill for the $14. I was a little surprised by that. There was nothing showing that breakfast was not included.

We stayed at this hotel April 22-24 2016. The toilet ran all night long. Hair was in the shower when we checked in. We waited over an 1hr30min for fresh towels after we called down for them 3 times. Not good customer service at all. Ryan at the front desk was great, but other than that I did not enjoy my stay at all.

As most Garden Inns, this one was well-styled, well maintained, and well equipped. Loses one star because we had to switch rooms after an accidental double-booking during a wedding.

Liked location. Stayed in 3 rooms on the 4th floor. Great customer service.

I am frequent traveler. This Hotel is best in every Matter. Costumer service Five Stars. Great rooms and mattress. Very Honest Costumer Service. Very Helpful Staff from every level. Very flexible staff. 24 hours same service. High quality products is Hotels and rooms. No Bleach towels. Very clean towels. It is almost a blessing for me staying in this Hotel. We requested for an early check-in, it was approved, we request for a late check-out, it was approved also, even on a off season time, some hotel would not have approved it. The reception personnel were very helpful in advise on what to do in the city. God bless Staff and Hotel Management and owner.

I've stayed here a few times. Service has always been excellent. The location is close to great shopping and several restaurants. The beds are adjustable and very comfortable. The television and channels are average. Wi-Fi was average.

My family and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Englewood, CO in August of 2015. My daughter's Ipad was stolen from our room sometime during our stay. When we reported it to hotel staff, we were told they "questioned" the employees but no one had any knowledge of the Ipad — big surprise. We filed a police report, and called the hotel several more times when we returned home, but our efforts to get our daughter's Ipad back were unsuccessful. Hotel employees implied that the Ipad had been "lost" or "misplaced" by our daughter sometime during our stay. Overall we were very upset and disappointed during and after our stay at Hilton Garden Inn in Englewood.

We loved it here! the location was perfect for everything we needed! The staff was always very friendly and remembered why we came to Denver and asked about our trip. They answered questions and were quick to help. Every staff member we encountered smiled and said hello! The room was clean and cleaned daily and the keurig is a nice touch! Room service was great!
