I was on a business trip and scheduled a room for one night at what I thought would be a reasonable rate for a DECENT room near Denver ($100/night). Oh boy, was I ever mistaken! This place is a complete dump. I was absolutely appalled at the STENCH of weed that has permeated every inch of that hotel; it absolutely REEKS of pot. The carpeting in the halls has large holes worn into it and the hall walls were covered in dirty, chipped paint. When I got to my room, I was extremely disappointed when I opened the door and saw the abhorrent conditions it was in. It looks like it was built in the 1950’s and just painted over again and again and again. Besides the fact that it reeked of pot, the bedding and bed were covered in burn holes, the bathroom was filthy, and it also smelled like sweat and BO. The fridge was dirty and covered in fist dents and the AC was broken. It took 6 times of calling to reach the front desk person, who seemed to permanently be sitting on the couch “chatting” with people. He informed me that I would need to wait for maintenance because they were booked and had no extra rooms. He then mentioned that the AC was broken in the lobby too, and it had been out for days just waiting on maintenance. I advised him that it was 7:30 at night, I had to be up early for a business meeting and there was no way I was going to sleep in a stinking, hot room so either he needed to find me a new room or pay for a different hotel.

Giving the hotel 1 star because of the location. (We needed to be close to the hospital for a night and seemed like the area was sold out) Other than that I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again even if it was free. Only a 2 of the staff members were nice I believe her name was Nia and the other was Aaron. Whenever you ask a staff member for something it seems like you are asking them for a million dollars and seem annoyed. The rooms are a decent size but they are filthy. The people staying there are questionable. You could hear arguments take place in the middle of the night. This is more of a 1 star hotel. I think you get the gist to stay away from this place.

Room smells, carpet wasn't vacuumed, TV and night clock are dusty. There is like an oil stain on the head board. There was small pebbles on the pull out bed. There was food on the wall. I would not recommend this hotel what so ever.

Have been at this location for 1yr. Clean place with friendly attentive staff day and night. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing staff who are courteous and helpful. Clean spacious room. Both kid and pet friendly. Both of my dogs adore manager Cameron and maintance Anthony who are extremely nice and genuinely happy to see them. Will be recommending to all my friends and family.

Only words of advice I have for any future lookers. Don't stay here. It isn't worth what you spend. The bed was lumpy and soft in all the wrong ways. None of the light fixtures other then the one celling lightbulb worked or had any sort of wiring. There were some unidentifiable stains on the furniture and floor. The fridge and freezer combo didn't work. The microwave wouldn't even turn on. One side of the building had been closed for "renovations". I later found out from one of the front desk clerks it was closed to severe mold. The complimentary breakfast was arguably the worst I've ever had. Brown mushy bananas, bruised apples and oranges, cold coffee (that should have been hot) week old bread options.

Nice and quiet rooms are very clean I like the kitchen area it's a great place to stay I would recommend it to all my friends.

I love this chain because of kitchen. I wanted to downsize & having all bills in one id great. Staff is wonderful here. This particular one does seem to have more families, whereas the one in Rio Rancho NM had older. Staff is minimal, so you take your own garbage out etc. Do not expect 4-star service. Have a nice courtyard with barbecue that works, pair of magpies that live there.

Safe and clean. Could use an update. Better soap in the bathroom is needed. It doesn't even lather!

It's a good place if you need a place to stay for a few, but other than that? No comment. Zach and Dre are the ONLY two that actually do a good job taking care of things.

First of all they very much DO have coffee makers, plates, pots etc for free you just have to ask. They even do your dishes once a week. I have no idea why this isn’t 4 stars. This is hands down the BEST E. S. A. In the Denver metro area. I’ve stayed at the majority of them while waiting on home renovations and the quality & cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness of staff and just overall is miles above what I’ve experienced at other locations. I will only stay here in the future. So take my advice and skip the other “sketchy” extended stays and come here. You can thank me later.

Didn't have a problem with this hotel until I was looking at reviews so I decided to check out the pull out bed for my daughter, as I'm pulling it out I notice a straw used for coffee stuck on the mattress, no sheets, plastic wrap covering 10% of the bed, and it looks yellow. Highly disgusted and disappointed. Will not come back here.

3 stars because it's really clean (kind of, I'll get to that in a sec) and we'll kept and it's a GREAT price for the large rooms you get in a nice area, a little ways from downtown but easy freeway access. Lost it's 5 star rating for me because there was an open drug needle under the bed, luckily my husband found it before our daughter or one of us stepped on it! However, the staff and team lead were super apologetic, comped us for the night and offered more free stays. If it wasn't for the staff on site and corporate who I called about the incident would've given it one star.

I love staying at the Extended Stay! Very nice and friendly staff! Inviting and cozy rooms! I love the space and the rooms have everything you need like a little apartment! Super comfortable beds! It's also doggy friendly! Bring your fuzzy along with you.

The room itself was well priced but the interactions with the staff, quality of service, basic items being in the room and working were poor experiences. We stayed a week with our 2 babies and several things were broken or missing from the room. They did fix each problem which was very nice, but the "team leader" had very poor customer interactions based around a defensive and negative attitude and a "I'll help you but it's not my job" attitude. We wouldn't stay there again based on the staff. We would rather pay a little more and feel like we are being celebrated as customers, not tolerated.

When I first pulled in to the hotel there were several police officers going through someone's car. Checked into the room, when pulling into the space to park, I observed people doing drugs and drinking in the parking lot. Lots of sketchy people. I was very nervous and felt unsafe. Got into the room, it smelled horrible. The floor had stains everywhere and there were pee stains on the bed. I immediately checked out and drive 2 hours home. The only decent part was the guy at the desk, he was very nice.

Location was great, right next door to target! Rooms were well kept and service was friendly and helpful. Only problem was the pull put couch was the worst bed I have ever slept on! Old matress that does not hold up any amount of weight, just awful! There were no sheets for the bed either and was expected to sleep on the bed with just one blanket. I slept on the couch regularly and did not sleep very well.

No room service. The room I checked in wasn't cleaned properly, there were dirty towels on the floor. When I complained, I was told to bring dirty towels to the reception and they would take care of it. I wasn't going to touch those towels. When I asked for extra blanket and pillows, they told me to come pick it myself. And when I got there they gave me a blanket but said they don't have any pillows. The room didn't even have basic amenities like coffee maker and plates. Such a bad experience at Extended Stay America. Never going to stay here again.

I had a horrible stay here in this extended stay. I adjusted here for a week, but was unable to bare any more, so I changed to other hotel. Staff were good and professional. I don't have any complaints on them. I have complaints on the items which they provided. The sofa bed had blood marks, Even after asking for many times, I didn't get an extra blanket on sofa. They didn't replace the non-working cooking stove burner, even after complaining many times. No service, no replacement of towels, nothing… I am really disappointed with my stay here. I am big fan of extended stay, I stayed in other extended stays in many other cities, but I never disappointed as this. Hope the management concentrate on this.

Hi I was in Denver this past week meeting up with friends for our annual trip and they were staying with you guys and I just wanted to say that I was quite impressed with your establishment, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. I have never been in a extended stay before and now that I know how nice they are and especially how much more you get for your money, I'm sold! I'll be booking you guys from now on! THANK YOU EXTENDED STAY FOR MAKING OUR TRIP A SUCCESS!

Worst customer service ever! First off, no one was EVER available at the front desk. I needed an extra blanket because we weren't provided with ANY in the hotel room. I first went to the front and waited for a long time no one was there. I went back to my room and waited a while. I went back again and finally someone was there. I asked for blankets and they told me that they were still washing but once they were done they would send it up immediately. I mean at first I thought, okay weird they don't have ANY available even though our rooms didn't come with any blankets just sheets. But then again I thought okay they're probably busy it's cool. I waited all day for sheets and NONE arrived. I went back to get some and again, NO ONE WAS THERE. Another incident was when my friend wanted to get more towels. She went downstairs to get some but no one was answering. She knocked, called out, yelled, and nothing. But she heard someone in the back room. I know this isn't allowed but she went over the counter and knocked on the door. And of course, someone was there blasting music. She was so upset because she had been waiting there forever just for towels and no one replied but yet they were there all alone. OH AND ALSO! THe toilet wasn't working. Instead of giving us options or being apologetic they said, oh you can pick up a plunger at the front desk. LIKE WHAT? I'm sorry for the long review but man, I've never experienced such a poor poor establishment like this.

No towels, no rooms, elevator placed out of service by local code enforcement, people living at the hotel and being evicted for no pay. Cars being towed at all hours of the night. Prostitues fighting in the parking lot and pimps making deals over the phone on the sidewalk out front. Appalling what goes on there. Surrounded by great restaurants though.

Do not stay here! Very dirty rooms and rude staff. We were even given keys to an occupied room. Beds looked like they haven't been changed in a while. We will never return.

Very classy, some of the best looking rooms that made me feel at home since I've been in Denver.

No towels, had to make our own bed, ant infestation. Told there was no toilet paper when I said the problems need to be fixed Troy the front desk attendant with the lisp told me he would call the cops and have me thrown out if I continued to bother him with my concerns. He proudly stated he does that all the time. The place stinks and none of the amenities it claims to have, i. E. Pots and pans, cookware etc. Are available. Total dump.

Love this place its so much like home and I feel safe and comfortable here. I can't say one negative thing about the staff here everyone is just awesome and really just exceed most any where as as far as customer service is concerned. This is the best place to stay in denver!

This place has outstanding staff that truley go above and beyond for their guests. They deserve to be a 4 star just because of the staff. This is my absolute favorite hotel and I dont like to stay any where else. They make you feel comfortable and safe. Stay here and you won't want to ever stay any where else!

My husband and I stayed here with our dog for several weeks after moving to Denver for my husband's job. The staff is friendly and the rooms are large for the price. It's an extended stay so it's not a palace but it's not a bad place.

My key literally never worked. They have the worst keys. I was always going to the front desk to get a new one. The room smelled and the floor was greasy. The lobby was a mess and not vacuumed. At one point the manager put a sign on the desk that said he would be back in thirty minutes, and it was about two hours later when he finally returned to a lobby full of people who's keys didn't work. If you are looking for a cheap place for your heroine binge this would probably be the perfect place for you.

I have stayed at hotels the planet over. This place was by far the worst. It was filthy, there was a horrible stench and they ran out of soap and toilet paper. I had to go out and buy body wash. There were "working" girls and crack heads in the parking lot. Sadly, all the hotels in the area were over booked. We stayed there four days and they did not give us clean towels, never made the bed and the staff was rude. I called the home office and Mr. Jason Duck promised to escalate my concerns and have somebody call me within 24 hours. It has been a week and nobody has called. The only service they performed was to swipe my credit card. Do not stay here. It is a pig's sty.

Dirty. The hotel is more like a college dorm than anything. Lots of college people walking about. The rooms are heavily used and the wear is evident. The pull out sofa in my room has blood stains on it, small, but bloody. I will never stay at another extended stay again, so help me god.

I refused to stay there! To start, this is an extended stay hotel with a full kitchen but I had to ask for dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee pot, etc. The carpet in the hall looked dirty and when I got to my room. It smelled! The furniture was old with torn upholstery, the carpet had stains everywhere and there was no toilet seat! Horrible, nasty place.

Aside from the fags temper tantrum the room was different from other extended stays on the area.

We was at this place over weekend, nice hotel, room was clean and sheets was clean.
