Good stay water was wet!

This is a new place and is very nice. Conveniently located.

At a slight higher rate than compared hotels, my comfort and convenience to a great breakfast is very accommodating.

Staff is very friendly rooms are super clean they go out the way to make sure you are comfortable if you stay here you want to sorry.

We have been traveling between AZ and NE for more that 2 decades. Last night I happened upon the this place and I can't tell you how happy I am. We always travel with our pets and so finding a good pet friendly hotel is not always easy. This is by far the best pet friendly hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms are very nice, staff is overly accommodating and biscuits and gravy for breakfast what else can you ask for. We will be changing our travel itinerary to include this hotel as a stop for our quarterly trips.

We stopped at this nearly new Fairfield Inn on the second day of a cross country trip from Alabama to Colorado. The hotel was really quite perfect, and the desk staff was helpful in recommending local restaurants. The room now has Netflix on their TVs so that was a plus. The only issue we had with this hotel was entirely not their fault at all. When the wind shifts in Burlington it blows in smells from the local cattle farms. It's not just a mild odor, it's extremely intense. We could smell manure inside the lobby of the hotel, and in our room, although just slightly. Outside we had to hold our breath and run for the car. The odor had cleared by morning but I don't know the locals stand it.

Hotel is only two years old. Very clean attractive building as well as being decorated very nicely. They do have a little snack bar with easily accessible dining in the nearby neighborhood. Was warmly greeted and promptly assisted. Room was attractive with both bedroom and sitting room. I was very pleased with my accommodations.

A clean hotel, but very little around beyond that. The beds and room were comfortable for a night's rest, though they are on the smaller side. Staff was very helpful in directing us to places to eat and getting us some breakfast items outside of breakfast hours. Would definitely stay at again!

Perfect place for us to stay driving from Wichita to Utah. Pool was clean, warm and kids (7&10) still had fun. Our room was white glove clean and it was quiet. Beds were super comfy but not too soft, pillows had just the right amount of softness too. We arrived really late & the breakfast people gave us a few extra minutes. Lots of variety as far as breakfast goes. Every employee we encountered was very nice and attentive. A huge plus for us is that is a PET FREE hotel and I hope it stays that way for us people who suffer with allergies this was a saving grace. Thank you for helping us enjoy our stay.

Very nice place! king room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast had a nice variety. Staff was helpful and friendly! wanted to swim but pool was small and only 4ft. Still worth the money. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm out there.

This is a new hotel so everything is nice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is better than similar hotels. There is plenty of parking for large vehicles, trailers, campers, etc and one section with 120v plugins (maybe for engine block heaters). It's also next door to the Loves so refuelling is extremely convenient in the morning. We'll stay here again.

This is a nice new Marriott Hotel. The staff is quite accommodating and the hotel is very clean and well-maintained. They offer a nice complementary breakfast with good coffee! All very well done getting you off to a good start for the day. You will come and leave this place with a smile on your face and the location is perfect whether heading to New Mexico or Colorado.

Friendly staff, cozy room, awesome tiled shower with great water pressure. A great place for a weary traveler to crash for the night. Loved the smart TV so I could use my Netflix/Hulu account. Free breakfast in the morning was very nice.

Dirty underwear under the ottoman and a band aid on the smoke detector!?!? What type of health code violations do you think these are? Only offered a new room and slightly reduced rate? I believe a surprise inspection from the county health department is in order. Pics available upon request.

How on this earth is this place rated so hugh when there is an inescapable feces-smell?! Inside! Outside! It's so intense; and I am not typically a complainer. Its making my eyes burn as we speak. Only decided to stay because after 7hours of driving and arriving at 1:30am I thought id pass right out, but no, the smell infultrated my dreams too. The room itself smells like an armpit+poo and the breakfast attendant had a terrible unwelcoming attitude. Never again.

Great for travelers! Right off the interstate, in the same parking lot as a Carl's Jr. And Loves. Spacious rooms. My room had two separate TV's which was very nice, didn't make it feel like I was staying in a hotel too much. Just a nice place to stay in a nice area. Town is a bit small but there are some great eateries (try the Dish Room)

A great hotel to stay at during a long travel. Upgraded rooms with excellent TV options including Netflix and YouTube. It's a small town with not much to do so this was a gem. Would be higher saying but the room had an odd smell I think was from remodeling and breakfast could be better. Need a bar.

Nice staff. Great room. Bathroom shower was large. Work out faucity was clean. Great experience. Only issue maintenance left sprinkler system on at end of November came out to car covered in a sheet of ice as other cars were also.

Right over the state line and just on time. This is the perfect place to stay on our way to play in Colorado. My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful room overnight and a great breakfast to get us on our way. The staff was completely awesome and we set off in the greatest of moods thanks to the attitudes of this incredible Marriott. We loved it so much we stopped to stay on our way out. When we're going to and from Colorado on business interviewing clients and documenting footage for media this is our go-to place to stay because of the way they treat their guest. Should any of this nut come in right that's because it's talk to text going down the road at night. Hands down this is an awesome place and you're going to want to stay. Book your trip!

Had a fantastic experience with this hotel. Very well kept and maintained. I came in late, and they only had a handicap room available (which I'm completely okay with since I have severe arthritis in my knees). The room smelled clean, sheets clean, everything was very well kept! Checkout is at noon (which I'm VERY pleased with because I hate waking up in the morning, and breakfast starts at 630am ends at 9am. Staff was very friendly and helped with my questions. They have a fitness center and an indoor pool which is nice for those coming in earlier than myself. It's a VERY convienent location, being right off interstate 70. Has a few fast food joints nearby. If I come down here towards Kansas I will definitely book a room again!

Brand new hotel. Very clean. Comfy bed. Didn't stay long enough to check out breakfast or the pool. Location off I-70 is super convenient.

I loved this hotel when coming home from Wyoming! It was very clean, rooms were nice, pool was nice, breakfast was great, everything was good!

It was nice and the beds and rooms were good and the breakfast was really good to. The pool is indoor and is pretty nice as well.

The beds were super comfy and had exceptional linens, great staff and very clean! However, the pool was very small (sign says only 12 people allowed in pool at a time) and there was no hot tub, which is something we look forward to on a long road trip! The free breakfast was good and the coffee was awesome for being hotel coffee! We would stay here again!

Smoke alarm went off and woke me up due to them fuming a room. But other than that the stay was great.

When we travel to see family we always have to stop overnight somewhere in Kansas or Colorado. We usually look for a Hampton Inn or similar. This hotel is new and clean with nice lobby area. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel is. Our room had a king bed with a pull out sofa, where the kids slept. The toiletries offered were Paul Mitchell — not bad. Microwave and fridge in the room with a coffee maker. I'm always surprised by hotels that don't offer these things. The room was quiet and we were never disturbed by neighbors. The hot breakfast offered was your standard hotel hot breakfast. Waffles, eggs, bacon etc. Plus all your cold stuff too. They do have an outdoor seating area where you could enjoy your breakfast, which was nice. I would stay here again, in fact we did a week later when we were on our way home from our trip.

I seldom give mediocre ratings, but… While the hotel is clean, the thermostat was terrible (we would adjust it so the a/c would kick on, but before you you it, no a/c and the room heating back up all night), the breakfast was not great, with items running out and missing plates, knives, etc, despite the fact that the breakfast area wasn't overwhelmed. I would expect more for $175 for the night.

Absolutely fantastic. Convenient location. New facility. And breakfast had something for everyone, including vegetarians. So happy that veggie sausage patties and soy milk for coffee were available. Thumbs up!

Not great. Rooms are too small, everything is crammed together, bathroom exaugst fans don't work and breakfast ends at 9:00 am.

Great hotel. Nice, clean, quiet hotel. I booked the room by calling the hotel. I requested a rollaway when I booked the room and asked for it at check in. I was told it was not in the room yet but would be up as soon as possible. About three hours later it still hadn't showed up. I called the front desk and was told they were out… After a brief conversation with the supervisor, the situation was resolved. Without going into great detail, I can assure you the supervisor was going to make certain that my needs/requests were taken care of. The mistake was a glitch in the computer. Therefore, I did not deduct any stars. Very satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was new, very clean and modern. Breakfast was better than average. My only complaint is that our room was next to the kitchen and was a bit loud.

The staff is still learning their new roles but the hotel design top notch. I don't usually stay at Fairfield but I will stay at this one again if I'm in the area. Rooms are clean and quiet even though it is right next to the freeway.

Best motel I have ever stayed in! New, modern, clean. The bed was very very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower awesome! Breakfast delicious. Loved this motel!
