Don't let the outside fool you. Friendly man at the front desk. The lobby smelled but the room was nicely renovated very clean and smelled nice. Good food in the adjoining Chinese restaurant with super nice ppl. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here going out west and coming back. Very clean room. Room was twice the size of most motels. Price was low. Not a lot of extras but if you're looking for a good night's sleep then it's great.

I have only eaten at the Chinese restaurant here. The lunch buffet is very limited both in items and times. It's only open 11 to 2:30. Otherwise the food is good.

My family spent the night there last night, June 7, 2018. I have stayed in much higher priced motels that were not as clean as this one. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The man at the desk was very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and I would stay there again. One very good thing was NO CARPETS.

I love this place, the staff was friendly and attentive. The room was fantastic. It was very clean and up to date. The carpet and tile was very nice. The bed was super comfortable. This place was well worth the price and then some. The out side looks a bit run down but you wont be disappointed by the inside! Pet friendly and has a big park behind it.

At this price level, this is a five-star hotel, with big, clean comfortable rooms. The exterior does need work, but the rooms themseleves are excellent. They are not carpeted, so no worries about allergens, smells, or stains/dirt. Rooms have refrigerators and microwave ovens. I had to plug my fridge in, a small price to pay for a very clean room. The rooms are huge. About the only weird things I noticed were 1) the door locks are like locks on a home, you have to turn the lock and pull the door closed then check the knob to make sure it's locked and 2) the in-room phones are either missing or don't work (not a big deal in the 21st century age of cell phones). Bathrooms are good sized. Conveniently located off the freeway. Exterior looks like it needs work but don't let that scare you away. Chinese restaurant in parking lot. It was closed on day of stay so I cannot rate. No swimming pool. Owner of Inn is extremely friendly and does everything he can to keep guests happy. One member of our group had a key problem, owner ran across lot to help him and later that night owner met us as we came back from dinner, just to make sure all was good. Excellent low-cost choice. The Quality Inn next door may have a nicer exterior and be newer but the rooms and beds at the Burlington Inn are just as good and less expensive.

I come here for the buffet often. It is always been fresh and delicious. The service is alway friendly and when I call ahead for an order, it is ready when I get there. I can't suggest this place enough.

I would give a zero but I can't unfortunately… seriously eaten alive by bed bugs and the owner said we brought them he wouldn't give me a refund told my girlfriend he wouldn't talk to her because she's a woman and she doesn't have any say even though she's a paying customer called the cops on us for wanting our money back because apparently we threatened him… seriously skip this place and head to literally any other hotel.

This was a great place to stop for the night. Nice, clean rooms, a restaurant on site, close to the highway, and it was inexpensive. I would stay again.

We stayed in room 108, such a beautiful room. It was cold the owner gave us a lil heater that worked awesome thank you we look forward to staying here again. Our room was completely pretty and the bed was amazing! The memory foam mattress was the best thank you We will be back next week love this place!

My friend and I got caught in a blizzard. Our car got stuck in the parking lot in snow drifts. The owner / Man behind the desk helped us out. Very nice and helpful. Clean rooms. Thank You.

Clean, spacious, affordable room. Nothing fancy but your not paying for that so don't nitpick.

My family stopped in here to use their common area. The man behind the counter was extremely nice and gracious too us. Highly recommend, thank you.

It's a bit rundown from the outside, and nothing fancy inside. It's located right off of I-70 and a half to a third of the price of nearby hotels. It is within walking distance of popular fast food joints, including a small restaurant inside the main office. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi are included. We only needed a bed for the night during our travels and this was an inexpensive option. The room was clean and offered HBO.

Booked a smoking room but when I got to my room it was non smoking so I had to take all my stuff and put it back in my car and go back to the office to switch to a smoking room. No problem, front desk was accomidating. Gave me a new key for a smoking room. Unloaded everything only to find out the key would not open the door. So, I had to pack all my stuff back in my car, go back to the office and get a key that worked. He came and checked the keys right away and found one that worked. Got settled and went to turn on the tv, there was no remote. I had to call the front desk to inquire about a remote. He told me he would bring one and promptly did so but it wouldn't work… SO… again, I get moved to a third room! Got settled, took a shower that wouldn't drain so I was up to my ankles in water by the time I finished. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Wanted to get the Wifi Password but there was no phone in this room. Went to office again, got password and went into the ON PROPERTY buffet to eat… located in the same lobby as the Inn. I tried to hook up Wi-Fi and it said I was out of range when I was basically IN the office! The smoking rooms could use a least one ash tray… non to be found. The outside is scarry and feels unsafe. The beds however, are very comfortable. The room is basic but clean. I didnt know about the breakfast as I didn't partake. Funny stale smell like plumbing issues in room. Luckily I had a small can of Lysol to help with that.

Broken English speaking service, scary looking from the outside and no protein options for breakfast. The room was clean and looked recently updated with hard floors. Water was hot. Funny thing we set off the smoke alarm when we turned on the heat but it must have been the first time since before summer that it was turned on. But the price was under $70 so you get what you pay for.

Driving across the U. S from California. I've stayed in Vegas, California and Cruise line hotels/ motels and never have I received such great customer service matched with an affordable price and cleanliness. Upon walking into the medium sized chilled room layed a giant, thick and soft Eastern king bed. It was the most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel/motel. The sheets were clean and super soft. Love's gas station and McDonald's among others neighboring. -Pleasant and friendly wake up call. -Shower/bath, no blow dryer. -T. V. /fridge/microwave/clothes hanging area/cooling and heating element. -Free fruit/waffles/muffins for breakfast. *Will definitely recommend!

The first room they gave us the lights, by the beds, didn't work. They switched us to the room next door and all was good. Clean rooms and nice beds but you don't have many amenities. No hair dryer, no iron or ironing board. They did however provide the sample shampoo and soap. Breakfast is cereal, fruit, waffle maker and muffins. No yogurt or eggs.

This was the best place I have ever stayed at in the under $100 a night category. I paid $76.23 with tax and that included a dog charge. They have continental breakfast that is A+. WiFI and HBO included. There is a chinese restaurant on site and a park right behind. Quiet, beautiful and amazing! The cleanest hotel or motel I have ever stayed in at any price range.

The room was really nice. Awesome bedding too. Breakfast was a little skimpy but good. The employees were extremely helpful and curteous.

This is a very cozy place to rest for the evening or even stay for a prolonged time! They have great rates, super comfortable beds! Thank y'all very much for your hard work and dedication.!

This has been my halfway point from AZ to Ks. I absolutely love this motel. The rooms are beautiful clean and updated. The staff is so nice. It might look like a simple motel on the outside but the rooms are awesome especially for the price. And only a 10$ pet fee. Great free Wi-Fi. Stayed there July 4th and there was a great firework show behind the motel. Made my holiday. Thanks Burlington inn I will always stay at your hotel!

The rooms were super spacious. Great bathrooms too. This place is right off the highway so it is easily accessible. The place closes at around 11pm and we would reach here only by 2am. The guy at the reception told us to give him a call 5 minutes before we reached, so we did and he was at the desk as soon as we got there! Super helpful guy. Great rates. I would prefer if breakfast was included here.

Well, I'm pretty sure this is the place we stayed in 1979… the room was big enough to have a party. We had been driving from CSPRGS in thunderstorms and had to stop because we were exhausted. Good to see the good reviews all these years later.

Room was musty and toilet had a running leak. I demanded my money back within 10 minutes, but the front desk manager refused, offering me a bigger room instead. I declined. My receipt was refused with the excuse that "I had already been in and used the room. " This is a ridiculous statement since, as I said before, I had been in the room for only a matter of minutes. Furthermore, please do not issue me a receipt if you do not intend on recognizing it. Don't patronize this hotel.

I was mislead by a majority of the ratings people left on this place. For clarification, it is a complete dump with poor DIY attempts at maintenance. Not quite complete with Chinese food restaurant which means no breakfast. The entire place literally stinks. By booking ahead, I spent over $80 for what is in my opinion a $35 motel room; Huge mistake.

Currently seems to be under construction. Rooms very clean and nice. We thought the website said they had a pool, but they do not. The staff was pleasant while checking in.

Friendly owner, I'm guessin, g she was very nice and loved her dog, clean, love the beds. My kids were excited to sleep on them. Memory foam Im guessing. Will for sure be coming back on my future trips we make this wayour.

Location wasn't too bad, as it was one of the first hotels off the exit ramp. The area is not nice but it doesn't seem unsafe. The room had wood floors which most would assume is a good thing but the gave the entire stay and uncomfortable, cold feel. It was very empty and dreary. I'm pretty sure they came and turned the window heat unit on when I made the reservation because the room was frigid when I got there. However, I can say that I had a good nights rest in the bed. They had a microwave and mini fridge, no coffee maker or any of the other amenities that a chain hotel would offer. My boyfriend put it in the best terms I think, calling it a very polished turd.

Very nice rooms with HD TV's with many channels. There's also a fridge and microwave. My room looks newly remodeled.

Absolutely fantastic place! Our room was spacious and beautiful with super comfy beds. Management was great and they even let us look at the room before checking in. It's also the first motel I've seen having wood floors in the rooms. They've got an Asian lunch buffet and a pretty nice continental breakfast. It's also not far from a really nice Denny's. Best place I've stayed in during our entire trip.

We were worried about a storm ahead so decided to stop. They said they only had one room left. The lobby looked ok so I was fine with it. This was the worst room I've ever been in. It smelled bad. The floors were gross. I should have taken pictures. We were actually a little scared to stay here but it was almost midnight and we already unloaded all three kids. The front door had hinges almost out! Luckily one if the pad locks worked! The door had what looked like knife scratches all over it. I get the kids in bed and my son screamed, there was a black bug crawling on him under the covers. We quickly moved them and didn't see anything else. It did take s while to get kids to sleep, they were scared. I really wish they would have told us how bad the room was going to be. The smell, yuk! We were too scared to try the breakfast we went else where.

Been on the road for 3 days stayed at a couple other well known hotels. However money was getting tight as trip was coming to a end saw this hotel and thought despite the look of the outside I just need for one last night before getting home. I am so glad that I chose burlington inn. The bed was amazing room was nice and price was cheap. I fact it was better than the other hotel I stayed in front desk the 2 men who were working were so nice I will be traveling back through in a few weeks for vacation and will be stopping here.

Even though the lobby was beautiful and some rooms had been updated, ours wasn't. It was in the very back of the property and I was glad I was in a rented SUV instead of my car because the lot was dirt and awful. The room was as clean as it could be which is why they even get two stars. But it was straight out of 1969 with stained carpet and lots of patches in the wall and various burn holes. Bed was good enough but the room needs to be remodeled. T.

The bed and bathroom recently renovated, but it's still an old and crappy building. Powerful urine smell and plenty of flying insects in most rooms. Fridge in room was unplugged when I arrived, thankfully I didn't need to store anything cold that day. Decent Internet speed/stability.

We stayed there last night and had a great night's sleep. Everything in the room was new, the owner has updated 20 rooms, and said he is working on the rest of them himself. Memory foam beds, new pillows, TV properly placed on the wall, fridge, microwave, and so much more! The owner is young and extremely professional and friendly. Trucker friendly as well! :).

I'm a bit confused by the extremely poor ratings this motel has received. Granted, these reviews are 2-3 years ago (at the time I'm writting this review) This motel is about what you'd expect from a $65/night motel. The room was clean, spacious, the air conditioner/heater unit worked, the lights worked, there was coffee, soap, towel, clean sheets on the bed and a $65/night motel breakfast was provided. If you are traveling and looking for a place to stay the night on the cheap; you won't go wrong at this motel.

Please do not stay here, I made the mistake of paying at the desk, the moment I got near the rooms, a horrid stink in the air greeted me, it was like a slaughterhouse, we literally could not breath, canceled the rooms right way and ran.

Do not stay here, The rooms are dirty, with bugs especially flies. There is an old dragon of an asian lady as a receptionist, she charged us $40 for 2 people no pets, but the guy right after us got charged $65 for the same. The "Non-smoking" rooms are smoking rooms if the tenant wishes so, they are only put up to make you feel better. Go somewhere else.
