Easy check in. Room is clean and comfortable, albeit dated for amenities and decor. No AC in the room we stayed in, which is less than ideal for June. Bathroom could use an update as well, with a rather lackluster shower head and specs of paint on the wallpaper. All the basics are there but not much in the way of the frills or perks you'd expect. No services or additional amenities such as breakfast, probably due to the off season.

Great place. We went for the ice skating and had a great time.

St James Place have some of the nicest condos in Beaver Creek Village. Clean modern and very roomy.

I have gone here for 20 years every thanksgiving. I love the people here. They are all very kind and compassionate. I will always love coming here and will continue to as a tradition.

Very nice condo and great location right at the bottom of the square. We enjoy coming here every year for opening day of skiing over Thanksgiving week as well as for Blues Brews and BBQ over Memorial Day weekend.

I'm part I'd a long tradition that visits St. James twice a year for family gathering. This place is perfect for organizing large get together. Staff is very kinda and accommodating. Facilities are consistently clean and frequently updated.

Would have given SJP a 4 star ranking except the codo we rented was located with the balcony over the kids' water fountain area and it was noisy from 11 am to 8 pm, even with the windows closed. Also, advise checking on whether the unit has airconditioning because only about 50% have AC and rooms can get pretty hot during the day in the summer.

When we booked the hotel, we specifically requested — and were promised — double beds instead of king size. When we walked into the room we realized there were 2 king size beds instead of 4 double beds. The person at the reception apologized for this but said that he couldn't do anything because it was very late and it would be resolved in the morning. He offered rollaway beds instead and we accepted the offer. Nothing was fixed due to lack of availability and 2 people ended up sleeping in very uncomfortable rollaway beds in the room for $900 a night. And believe it or not, they charged an additional fee for the rollaway bed! Manager Matt wasn't helpful at all when I addressed this issue during the checkout. It seems this company doesn't care about its guests and reputation.

Great location — very close to Centennial and Elkhorn lifts. Staff is very accommodating. There is a wine and cheese social in the lobby every Sunday. I've been coming to St James for 20 years and never been disappointed.

The amenities are really nice but our room had some issues.

My husband and I just got back from our Honeymoon where we stayed in Beaver Creek at the Saint James Place. It was the most perfect honeymoon we could have asked for. Beaver Creek is so beautiful and when we pulled in and saw the hotel we about fainted! Everything was so beautiful. We got to our room and it was gorgeous! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! There was a hand made card and a bottle of champagne on our bed. I couldn't get over how sweet it was to have a handwritten card from them! We stayed there for 6 days and whenever we needed something the staff was more than accommodating for us. There was one staff member in particular that we wanted to give a special shout out to. Mark. At one point we needed to do laundry and the room we stayed in did not have a washer and dryer so I called down to ask them about laundromats. Mark said that he could take our laundry home with him that night and do it for us and bring it back the next day. When the housekeeping came up to get our clothes they said that they were doing their last load of laundry and they could just add our stuff and do it then. I just couldn't believe how sweet everyone was. Another day we called down to see if they had a microwave we could heat our leftovers in. Mark said he would have them bring the microwave that is in the lobby up to our room for us to use. Needless to say we felt it necessary to tip these wonderful people and every time we did they were almost shocked at the gesture.
