Nice and friendly has a gym and pool lovely big room would recommend.

Large suites with full kitchen, ready to go for an evening or a week. Close to the airport. Clean, spacious, even the pull out couch bed was comfortable. Staff are eager to help and are efficient and pleasant down to the last person. 5/5, would recommend.

All started off extremely well. I was able to check in early which was awesome however after going up to my room I realized it wasn’t cleaned well. Hair all over the bathroom floor and all in the shower, food smudged on the counter, and broken shelf in shower etc. I was a bit taken aback by that and was very careful to not put anything down (COVID) until I wiped everything down. Then in the morning the hair dryer provided in the room died while I was doing my hair. It was early like 6 am so I called down asking for a new one and the solution was that they’d send one at 7, which was exactly when my butt had to be in the airport. So she said she would call back. I checked out at 6:41 and still had no call. I’m just bummed at the lack of service knowing the number of vacant rooms and no effort to resolve it. It’s not the end of the world, but it would have been nice to have a bit more effort. Overall not a bad stay, but with so many other choices it’s hard to want to book here again.

Abandoned at airport for almost two hours. Called for second time after waiting 45 minutes then three more times for status. Finally just called an Uber to a ride to the hotel. Never staying here again. You definitely need a better shuttle company.

We checked into the room. The hotel itself appeared nice and well maintained However the area is a very bad area. My wife and I went to our room. As we were putting our three year old on the pull our sofa there were a big bag of drugs between the mattress and frame. We contacted the front desk took photos and they promised to comp our room. We were moved to another room which we clearly carefully searched. In the AM the LOD Bianca who could care less said she couldn’t comp us but would give us point?! Her attitude was not great for what we had experienced. Never another Hyatt property again. Cleaning in this hotel is obviously an issue.

Would definitely not recommend this place. Have been checked in sense September and was supposed to be staying tell may of 2020 but this hotel randomly charges your card on file for "incidentals" then changes their story to "ohh sorry your company credit card declined so we charged yours"… be great if the company had a card on file but they dont they do an invoice. I will say the front desk lady I believe her name is Lei was amazing and refunded our $296.32 random charges and was super sweet. We had another guy that we work with also staying at the hotel be charged $1, 354.16 and when confronted about it the front desk person Nikki was so rude and said it's his problem not hers and that it's not showing on her screen, so we showed her the email and she just smiled at the other gentlemen worker that was standing next to her. We decided to call the cops and the cops informed us to take it to small claims court. So fair warning to anyone that wants to avoid lawyer fees I would definitely stay away from this place!

Everything my husband and I booked a king studio. Perfect size. It is clean and the view is nice. The room service was unexpected but nice. The free breakfast was pretty good. We will use hyatt house when we come back to denver. You will not be disappointed.

Hyatt House you failed me this time. Although the place was clean and the staff was helpful you were out of several items on your menu and the food items you normally stock for purchase were almost bare. Your staff said it was a result of low occupancy at the hotel the week before. Having stayed there with my large family this was disappointing and inconvenient. Top top it off your airport shuttle had a running board that was loose and unusable due to safety concerns which caused difficulties for older members of my family getting on the shuttle.

Spacious rooms, kitchen if needed. A nice choice if you're staying near the hotel. Breakfast is a good standard hot meal with omelets served.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was nice and the omlet bar was amazing. The food was great from the restaurant as well. The bartender/supervisor Skyler was efficient and had excellent customer service. All in all, a great hotel!

The location was great, you could barely hear the planes and it's right next to the airport so I could easy get to my flight on time. The service was great, the front desk was very polite and helpful and provided any information I needed for the area or transportation. The room I had was cheap but high quality. I had a kitchen with pots, pans, and plates. A nice bed and bathroom, free cable and a nice little living area. Overall a great place to stay.

It was okay for what we wanted, which was to sleep and have a hot shower. Everything was clean and organized, plus the included breakfast was nice. It is far from any attractions or malls or places to eat, so keep that in mind if you don't have your own car. There is a 7eleven near by, so you can stock up on snacks and other things. Staff was also nice. Be aware to not come with an exact amount of money; the price you booked will have $50.00 added per night you stay (which will later be reimbursed in 3-4 business days)

Stayed here for 6 months and quickly became family here. I was treated the same way they treat their family. Highly recommend and will always make this my first choice.

There were a number of issues I had with this stay. It all comes down to this location not having near enough staff to accommodate an advertised airport hotel. When I checked in after driving 12 hours straight, there was a hefty line backed up because the only one person behind the counter was on the phone rather than assisting the guests he had in in front of him. It took us over 30 minutes to check in and there were only two guests in front of us. The entire time we were waiting and also while it was finally our turn he was juggling phone conversations as well as guest conversations. He kept his cool, but it was unbelievable as there should have been multiple staff assisting such a busy time for the hotel. A friend I had staying there also said the service for their Bistro night was so bad they had to comp her meal because she had to wait over an hour for it. Mind you, this is the only food option they have for dinner and it’s only for a few hours. By far the worst part about my stay was me having to catch their earliest time for the shuttle, 4:00am. Mind you, I chose this hotel specifically because I needed a shuttle and I had a 5:15am flight. Their shuttle driver just never showed. It was by the grace of God and the many people in the airport that let me cut in front of them along the way and the sprinting like a madman that I made my flight.

My experiences with Hyatt have always been exceptional this included. Very clean, modern, and professional. Breakfast was open for hours and didn't have a shortage of selection towards the last minutes. There were no pastry options for a quick grab out the door, but fresh fruit was available. I need to eat better anyway lol…

A hotel to remember, in few hotels you can descan like in this.

Awesome Hotel! Great studio style rooms. Bathrooms are large, beds comfy. Full kitchen. And the complimentary breakfast is amazing! Good views.

Friendly, helpful staff. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered everything we could have wanted. Just wished the one little window had more than blinds to cover it as they let in a lot of light from the parking lot.

We stayed here for a week while on a trip for my wife to have a major surgery. It was perfect for us. The kitchen and living room were godsends, and the daily customized breakfast bar/buffet was ideal for our needs. And the staff was incredibly helpful, understanding of our needs, and accommodating for our entire stay. We really can't thank them enough for their hospitality. Best of all, it snowed in the area, and the views from the living room watching the snow fall topped it off. Highly recommend for those who need a home base while in town. It's not luxury. It's more a home.

Travelling as a family of four, we had a fairly good stay at the Hyatt House after arriving late. The shuttle service picked us up promptly from the airport and check in was easy. Breakfast was pretty good. The bedroom and bathroom was great, 4 stars due to the fact that pull out sofa was VERY old and worn, pretty horrible looking and we had to make the bed up at 11pm at night with young children. I would expect (having stated that we were a party of 4 on booking) that this would have been done ready.

Had a great quick stay on Feb 15. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast — even a personalized omelette station. General manager was out checking on things also. Would definitely recommend.

Good option for a trip when I was meeting friends the following morning. Options for evening meals a little limited but the hotel do offer lifts to local restaurants in their transfers bus which is very helpful. A 7-Eleven is close by for drinks/snacks and essentials.

Decent amenities, a clean environment, and delicious free breakfast AND dinner. The fitness center is well-equipped, in particular. You'll notice attention to detail even in the less frequently-used amenities. What more could a frequent traveler ask for? I had an excellent stay. A couple of nitpicks: Most of the TVs appear to use outdated analog cables and there's no scanner at the guest desktop computer.

I was in town for an interview. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. It was nice to have a nice breakfast before my early morning interview. I planned on walking to my interview since it was at the Holiday Inn, but I wasn't expecting the snow. They often to take me on the shuttle! This really helped with the anticipation of my interview and I received an offer!

Everything was super clean. They have an efficient airport shuttle which starts operating at 4 in the morning. Free continental breakfast is included as well. The rooms are spacious as well.

The rooms are great but most of the machines in the work out room don't work, they closed the breakfast bar earlier than they said they did (at 9:40am rather than 10am which we hoped to grab after an early morning trip out). They don't have coffee access 24/7 like a lot of hotels, and breakfast doesn't start until 6am which kind of stinks if you have an early flight out or activities. The bed was comfortable but the fitted sheets kept coming off the bed. The staff was always friendly though. It is a little out of the way from downtown so if we visit Denver again, I think we would probably stay somewhere closer to downtown. Lots of outside noise from the rail and airport. Decent experience but don't know if I would come back to this exact one.

This hotel was awesome. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff including the shuttle drivers were outstanding, well dressed and very polite. Every evening that I called for my shuttle it was very prompt, while others that I knew waited almost an hour for their shuttle. The complimentary breakfast and lunch were awesome as well. Great place to stay!

Nice hotel with rooms designed for long-term stay, very spacious with a living room area, kitchenette and fridge! The hotel even offers to pick up grocery for you, and host daily happy hour events. It was close to the airport (about 20min drive) and there's a hotel shuttle bus for pick-up and drop-off. Friendly staff at the front desk, and a great experience overall!

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Location of this Hotel is about 10/15 minute ride to the airport. Offers free shuttle service to and from the hotel. Free breakfast is decent. The Trio Suite was awesome for the group of 7 ladies. Plenty of room for all. Will consider again for next trip to Denver.

It's very close to the airport. The hotel was comfortable and I would recommend it. The service is good.

Checked in. First room we were given reeked of horrible smell, dead fish or a sewage problem. Was moved by nice man at front desk. Went to second room. TV turns on, but satellite TV does not work. Same nice man at front desk comes up and makes an adjustment to the tv. Watched a movie and then suddenly, satellite TV quits working again. I really should ask to be moved yet again, but at this point figure the third room would probably have a problem too. Very disappointed. Won't stay here again.

I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. Everyone that we interacted with was polite, professional, courteous, and warm. Two who stood out the most, and whom my wife and I interacted with the most, were Arturo at the front desk, and Charles the shuttle driver. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We even learned we could get almost anywhere we wanted to go via the RTD rail and bus system, courtesy of Charles. We have decided that we need to come back to Denver in the future and would certainly stay here again.

Great staff. Nice breakfast and evening social hour. I could not recommend this place more. Unfortunately the planes start at 5 am but not their fault.

Hotel shuttle driver, Troy, was incredibly angry and hostile. The rest of the staff was wonderful but feeling threatened along with the reckless driving put a real damper on my stay.

Not a bad Hyatt house but certainly not the best one I've visited. Walls seemed a bit thin but other than that quality interior and well kept.

Rooms were way above my expectations and the breakfast is 9 out of 10 for being a somewhat hot breakfast. I would definitely recommend my friends & family to stay at that location anytime!

Seat belts were inoperable in two different hotel vans. I used the hotel airport shuttle to the airport and neither I or the person next to me could get my seatbelt to work. On the return back the van I was in (a different van), three seat belts in one row did not work. Someone in the van mentioned that it has been reported to the hotel manager multiple times but the seat belts have still not been repaired. On a brighter note, very friendly staff and van drivers, clean hotel.

Overall great place to stay before your flight, staff is great to work with and accommodating. Keep your belonging close while in transport to and from airport and things will be okay.

One guy at the front was very friendly the only one. Room was small for what I paid for a night I paid $139 a night got a small one bedroom suite room I go too hotels allot I have a house but on weekends love to go to hotels to. Go swimming and spa. Room was very small house keeping came in and cleaned room and left the trash made bed and could tell it was just thrown together. I will continue to go to my hotels every week but this hotel will not be one of them I gave 2 star because a guy at front was very friendly other then that BOOO!

Stuck in Denver during a snowstorm, Hyatt house proved a perfect place to wait it out. The staff is incredibly accommodating and helpful. The room, breakfast, pool, and especially shuttle service, were top notch. I will definitely seek this place out in the future.

Hotel is very nice. Rooms are nice and feature a full kitchen. Hotel is new so everything is in top shape. Not much better than a Hyatt bed. Best mattresses in the hotel business. Only three stars because was loud throughout the night. Bad luck on neighbors as far as I can tell. Maybe the walls are too thin? Will definitely return and stay when flying out of DIA.

Cordial service. Ample parking. Roomy accommodations with very nice bed. Plus the complementary breakfast was exceptionally good.
