Very nice place to stay, rooms are clean and modern. Indoor pool is clean. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff was very welcoming, we arrived early and they were able to get us in a room before check in time. Walking distance to a shopping mall, restaurants and Walmart. Very pleasant stay!

The hotel is nice and clean. Beds are not comfortable at all and forget using the pull out as it is nothing but springs and bars (mattress on it is too thin). In this price range, I would expect a good night's rest. Instead, it was hard to get comfortable and it made for a less than restful night. After hours and hours on the road, I almost asked for our money back as the rest we were paying for was not had. Should've slept in the car.

Stayed two days and two nights. Hotels was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay again.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I've stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past 3 years. When I went to check in they were going to charge me 300 dollars more than the rate I was suppose to get. My orange juice in the morning tasted like cigarettes and my room smelt like pee. The employees were not helpful at all and did not want to call her manager to help me with my problems. These people are not helpful and they only want your money. Avoid this hotel.

Nice hotel, ok location. Common areas and room seem very new or remodeled. Staff is very friendly and courteous. We did have trouble with air conditioner not working.

We really like this hotel. We stay here twice each year as we drive our pets between Montana and Oklahoma. They are welcoming to our pets and have one of the most reasonable pet fees we've found. We also love the Thai restaurant next door, very convenient.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times. Today I called to book a number of rooms for my family. Both the 'supervisor' and 'manager' were rude and condescending. I asked for best rate, neither asked if I was a member of AAA or other organizations where they extend discounts. The rates they quoted were almost $50/night over the Best Western Website. In a very snotty tone, the manager said if I could book a better rate somewhere else, I should do so. These people don't want your business. Avoid.

Beautiful place to stay. Elevator is a little scary. Alexander (I hope that was his name) he was so awesome I really like him! Oh thank God I didn't have to walk in and see the news on the TV it was so just like home. Thank you guys so much for an amazing stay it was just fabulous!

For vacation this was defitinly the best hotel for me to stay at. The staff was very friendly and also Pleasantly accommodating to my needs. I never had there breakfast but wish I did so many people talked about it. Also the front desk was very helpful on directing me to sites to see in and around aurora! Next time I vist I will be back to see them forsure. Thank you guys and gals!

The reasoning behind the 4 stars is: if it were grading the staff this hotel is a 5 star. If it were grading on amenities they are very ample from the citrus water and coffee upon reception to a very generous (but not so good eggs) breakfast menu. The other side of the average is the 3 star for the bed in room 309 is not good and the very high beam highway light aimed at the suite is not either for a person's rest period. The entire stay was a great stay in Aurora and we live the residents community there. Good job but it could be done better. The value was still good.

Night staff member Richard is an effective multi tasker who I saw makes clients feel like they just got home! Another front desk guy who picked up Richards shift was also very helpful. The coffee pods were great, beds comfortable. I stayed in the suite with annexed couch and additional TV & the only complaint is the bathroom fan that cannot be turned off without turning the light off. There needs to be a light switch separate than the fan switch. Place was also clean & as a single woman by herself I felt safe. Do not smoke anything in their rooms. I. Don't smoke but overheard something that makes me want to give patrons that very clear warning.

The desk staff I checked in with was pleasant and friendly. You can tell from the condition of the building and rooms that the room service and maintenance crew definitely pay attention to detail.

Room was quiet and we'll appointed. Had two queen beds and a small bathroom with sink outside the toilet area. Complimentary breakfast the next morning as well. Staff was warm and inviting.

Value for the money. Staff was pleasant and helpful. They just seemed pleased to help and did it with a smile. Facility was clean. We used the pool and hot tub, no issues. We have tried several hotels in the area and this was a very good experience. Nice job!

Best Western has become a "Go To" choice for business, leisure & recreation, or family medical at the University of Colorado, Denver location. This is a very comfortable location, not over priced. An indoor pool, lovely lobby for relaxing, a sumptuous breakfast is provided daily, and daily housekeeping to serve any request is available. From this location shopping & dining can be found in any direction. This location certainly puts the patron first with Excellent Customer Service. Thanks so much, JAV.

The hotel staff are very helpful and professional. They go above and beyond and very courteous. Very friendly and when we need something Richard and Alex were spot on. Great place to stay and will be back in the future. Keep up the GREAT work!

We have stayed at this hotel several times during our visits with our daughter who attends University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. The location is great with easy access to the highway, airport, and many restaurants. The hotel has been remodeled in the last 2 years and is clean with comfortable beds. The hotel manager is helpful and friendly and takes pride in the hotel and his job! Breakfast is on par with other continental breakfasts and it is well stocked during the entire service time frame. A reasonably priced hotel for those who do not need a lot of bells and whistles. A 4.5 star rating from us! We will be back in the Spring!

We spent two three nights at this hotel for our trip to Colorado. Everything was great. I liked their evening snack buffet. The breakfast could be more variant and could have included more items. Nothing above standard, but also not below that.

Great location to local stores, restaurants and entertainment. Thankfully they had space available to upgrade my room to a suite using my membership status. The breakfast was better than I remembered, with berries and even granola. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and very spacious, and the microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker definitely was a plus. My only minor issue was the bike in the fitness center didn't have a place for a water, so I had to use the window ledge, and there were no towels; I guess I needed to bring one from our room. Beyond that, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend it if you want a decent room and not blow your budget. Though I didn't partake in the free breakfast, others did and enjoyed it, and it did smell really good. One more thing, there is a Walmart directly behind the hotel and a Sam's Club next door. This hotel is surrounded by shopping and eating, which is a huge plus.

Very nice motel. There was a manager's reception that night free wine, beer, and snacks. This was only on Mon-Thu. Although we didn't go, it was a nice idea. The breakfast was excellent. All food tasty and fresh. The room was comfortable and had a great shower spray.

So far, this is my favorite Best Western Plus. The location could not be any better for my needs. The staff is incredible and takes care of all my needs. The full breakfast was the BEST I've ever had in all my years of traveling! Kudos to Dereck and Blanca Plus I I am a member of Sam's Club and it is right next-door.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Everyone was catering and extremely helpful. Breakfast service was courteous and expedient, but the quality of food was not up to my standards. However, it is continental breakfast, so I didn't expect 5 star meal. The cleaning smell was strong. Overall, we had a great and would highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in a king suit. The couch bed was for our son, he's 13 and thought it was comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed the sleep in the king bed. The only downside was how hot the pool room was. Other guests said it was just as hot during the winter. It's a heated pool area, so understandable, but more air circulation would have been nice. Breakfast was the regular and prepared nicely. Assistance during breakfast was prompt.

Very busy place, the staff was quick and pleasant to deal with. Wi-Fi was slower than adequate unfortunately. Breakfast was well attended.

For the Money — It was just another hotel. + Good Location for Shopping and Traveling Felt Safe GREAT Staff Good Atmosphere Decent Pool & Hot Tub — Breakfast was Terrible. Powdered Eggs? No. And the Real Hard Boiled ones — Rubber. Room wasn't Spotless — yellow spots in tub Smells of shampooing in the lobby as well as a strong Pool Smell Would I Recommend>? Eh. Maybe. Would I Stay again? Eh Maybe. Staff — you get 5 stars!

Good location, easy to get to airport, pool hours were limited to 9am-9pm which 2as disappointing. Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was typical fare.

I loved this place, mostly because when my mom came to visit, I would stay in the room with her. I love the free breakfast, indoor pool and hot tub. When I had breakfast there last year, there was always this older lady in the breakfast room who was super nice to us and always remembered my face. I went again with my boyfriend about a week ago for a romantic getaway, and it was just perfect, despite the squeaky bed and small marks in the tub. I'd say this hotel represents Aurora, Colorado very well.

This place was/is great. Too bad I didn't have enough money to spend more time at this motel. If it was a tad cheaper, I'd move in :-) My son loved the workout room and breakfast. I loved the safe, ironing board, iron etc. Keep up the great job! Kolene & Kooper Graham.

I visited this location with a guest. Although I did not stay here overnight, I still enjoyed my experience. The lobby and exterior were clean and the staff was friendly.

Free breakfast every morning was a great plus to get us started every morning, as well as the indoor pool and hot tub. Our room was a bit of a disappointment… while the decor itself was fine, it wreaked of incense and marijuana; not surprising given that Colorado is "legalized" now. Overall the staff were accommodating and the rates were reasonable given the amenities…

I have loved this place since the first day my little family has stayed here. Everyone was so understanding with my millons of questions as everything I was doin was last minute. The pool was wonderful and the hot tub was warm but not too hot for my one year old. They didnt mind when I needed extra coffee for our room and even went as far as to allow me to grab as much condiments as I wanted from the breakfast room. I knoticed alot of truck drivers staying there and I thought it was verry thoughtful that they prepared a grab and go breakfast for thoes leaveing be for the main breakfast was served. That by the way was amazeing compaired to any other Hotel we had stayed at and a staff member even helped me carry food up to our room because I was on "breakfast duty" for 2 and a half people that morning. I will definitely be staying here on a regular basis through April and want to thank the staff for bein the best.

Stayed at the Best Western for seven nights and after the 4th night in our room we were awoken by a leak in the bathroom that was very serious and needed repair. The water was coming out of the ceiling and flooded the bathroom within minutes and it was 1:30 am and we had to move rooms. While I do understand that things like this happen, being on vacation and having to move rooms in the middle of the night was very irritating and we were inconvenienced. I spoke with Richard at the hotel and he was not very helpful and informed me that he had other clients to attend to and didn't feel that we were inconvenienced at all and it is only normal to be sleeping and move rooms in the middle of the night. I was offered a $19.07 refund and feel this is a joke and will not be staying at this hotel in the future.
