All staff are top notch and surroundings are savoury! Spa is amazing as is the food. Kitty is somewhat aloof but I’m sure he sees his fair share of patrons who want to engage.

Beautiful hotel with elegant, comfortable and spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast with attentive staff. The lounge and bar of the Snow Lodge restaurant really welcoming and of excellent standard both the service, cocktails and appetizers served. We ordered the mixed fried, the tuna tartare, the pizza caprese.

I went there just for the spa and oh my god I loved it! There were technically 3 pools: a freezing one, a hot tub and a waterfall pool all inside of course. Everyone is super nice and helpful. The facial I got was catered to my skin type and made me feel so relaxed. If you have trouble breathing in the altitude there is an oxygen room with cannula and masks that you can use. Snacks, water, and tea are provided. Highly recommend.

This experience was amazing… customer service is out of this world and concierge staff made my stay way too easy… the views are that of a postcard and the location is close to everything. The spa is calm and the people of the town were friendly. I'll never stay anywhere else!

Very disappointed with the level of service. I would expect better from a mid-grade hotel let alone a St. Regis level resort. We experienced problems with shower temperature, Internet access and transportation to and from the airport. How disappointing.

Fabulous in every detail, Our guests loved it and my wife. Fantastic decor and views, and very personable staff. We enjoyed the Velvet Buck first night with guests and service was 5 stars. Next year hope to bring the rest of family and friends to enjoy the Saint Regis as well as the world class classical music nearby.

Absolutely one of the best hotel experiences we have had anywhere in the world. One of the things we try to splurge on in life are hotel properties that make for a full experience, this one didn’t disappoint. The service has been without exception phenomenal, from Kitty the house Burmese Mountain Dog greeting at the valet, to the butler service and TJ took amazing care of us at the Velvet Buck. Delicious spring menu by the way. The night team went above and beyond to remedy a noise issue that kept us awake and the manager the next day took extra care to make this romantic get away the memorable time that we had hoped for. Do not miss a chance to visit Aspen and when you do, stay here, you will have zero regret!

Need a 6th star everyone everything just so amazing right down to the oxygen beds, hot tubs, Kitty and the bartenders. A piece of history that’s worth pampering your self at. Best location to the shops.

Great condo! Booked a 2 bedroom from "Gondola Resorts of Aspen" and they provided limo service from the airport, and gave us access to their private concierge. She provided us services above and beyond what the St. Regis provides. Highly recommend the residence club condos!

This was a stunning resort. The resort itself was very nice and offered all the amenities and services you would expect. The rooms were wonderful. They used beautiful materials, had great showers, and very comfortable beds. The grounds are very well kept and the hotel is very convienently located in Aspen. They also offer bikes that you can ride throughout the town, which is really nice. Their bar offers great cocktails and very attentive service. Their concierge team was very helpful in area going reservations and other activities. Overall this was a great stay and it makes a great place to stay if you are visiting Aspen.

It was our first time at St. Regis Aspen. We could not be more happy! Such a beautiful, cozy place… The entire stay was superb! The hotel is very pet friendly — our pug got his own bed and copper bowls. The butler service is excellent, the staff is really friendly and resourceful. Chefs Club is definitely worth trying for dinner. Will definitely go back!

This is one of my favorite hotels ever, and I’ve stayed in many Ritz all over the US and Canada as well as some really nice hotels in NYC and Beverly Hills (the plaza and Four Seasons, etc) This resort is very relaxing and the ambiance is so tasteful it’s delicious. There is something going on in every corner and the service is fantastic. My only suggestion is make reservations for dinner in the town so u get a chance to enjoy the town.

We stayed here over NYE in 2017-2018 and loved it! It's a great location and the service is impeccable. It's walking distance to many of the great attractions that Aspen has to offer. The NYE celebration was great and they had amazing views of the fireworks that went off. We stayed for 7 nights. The St. Regis picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, which was convenient. The car will drive you most places that are local if you ask and the car is available. We felt like the rooms were a little small but who can complain when you're in Aspen!? Maybe the room seemed small with all of our gear? There is plenty to love about this hotel. The food here is delicious too, so don't skip room service :)

Full disclosure: I was here on a gifted weekend that included a free day pass to the spa. That said it is a truly 5 star hotel. The rooms are fantastic with real attention to fit and finish. I think one can really tell the quality of a place by the attention paid to the caulking in the bathrooms. Seems silly but these are the details that matter. The spa was great! Lots of amenities and the bathrobes provided were beyond compare. If you can afford a weekend away I think this would be a nice place to go.

The wife and I did a spa day. Excellent. Great massage. Clean. Great service.

My significant other and I were planning a trip to this hotel for a 3 day weekend in February to celebrate my birthday early. We are platinum status Starwood Preferred guests and very loyal to the SPG hotel line so we were splurging on this expensive hotel and going to stay for free with points we had acquired over the past couple years. Unfortunately, his uncle passed away and we had to cancel our reservation a week in advance in order to fly home for the funeral — which is to held the weekend we would otherwise be on vacation. I contacted both SPG and the St Regis hotel and they both told me they have a strict 2 month cancellation policy and would be charging me $3700 is if I cancel! UNBELIEVABLE! So now I am paying nearly $4000 for a hotel I will never set foot in because a family tragedy has occurred and we have to cancel our vacation! Even the airline is willing to fully refund our flight if we send in the funeral announcement. What a great way to say thanks to your loyal customers SPG! Looks like we will find a new hotel line to stay with in the future.

The St Regis Aspen is great! People are the best and take care of everything. It’s everything you would expect out of a St Regis. Great location in Aspen with everything around it. We have been for Food and Wine and trust me you want to stay close for that event! Highly recommend.

Overall, we had a great time. Everyone was extremely friendly, rooms were immaculately clean, and the food was excellent. The only nit worth mentioning was a slightly creaky bed frame.

My favorite venue, Hotel, & place to think when I arrive in Aspen. From when my best friend worked in the gift shop to my father staying there for John Denver memorial week. This was probably the nicest hotel we have stayed. They have an outside pool that is kept as warm as a hot tub. It was snowing and we were in the pool. Beautiful location and the staff is top notch.

We stayed here for four days and it was pleasure to be a guest there. Front desk and concierge services are excellent. The conference area in basement is very well made with nice acoustics. The courtyard and pool restaurant area are must to enjoy in afternoon or evening time. Beautiful view of mountains from most of the rooms.

We came here the first weekend in December to celebrate our baby moon and the experience have been phenomenal. This hotel reminds me of the movie "The Grand Budapest Hotel". The hospitality is something else from check in to dinning to afternoon champagne ritual to s'mores at night. We felt so pampered and we will be back again for sure.

We could not have selected a more perfect venue for our daughter’s wedding than The St. Regis Aspen Resort, and we will always be grateful to our wedding planner who recommended the St. Regis to us as, "the number 1 location in Aspen for a wedding. " The décor, including the guest rooms, is warm and inviting; the staff is top notch — — gracious and accommodating; the Fountain Courtyard with the view of Aspen Mountain, where the ceremony took place, was elegant; the reception in the Astor Ballroom was exquisite; and the appetizers, dinner, desserts and wines were superb. Our guests, most of whom came from the East Coast, could not have been more complimentary of our daughter’s wedding and their stay at The St. Regis. It exceeded our highest expectations. There are several staff members who deserve recognition for going above and beyond to make our event so memorable. Susan Kistner, Sales Manager, Catering was responsible for almost every aspect of our daughter’s wedding. She was professional, kind, organized, and she handled everything – we never worried about anything — and we feel that we made a friend too. Went in for drinks only. Great service. Very elegant lobby.

Was here for work. Crowded, not a relaxed environment. No shop with affordable Grab and Go options for food. Overpriced room service. Wouldn't stay here if I could afford it. Housekeeping services are impeccable.

My wife and I spent time at the Remede spa getting the great bath couples service. All of the employees we came in contact with could not have been more attentive or helpful throughout. We would highly recommend the spa to anyone who is in Aspen.

I love that the room came with a bed and food/water bowls for my dog!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Aspen and at the edge of a scenic mountain overpass. I couldn't afford staying here if my work didn't pay for it. Food is OK, but expensive. The company is top level, C-suite folks. Recommend to book rooms early as it regularly sells out.

Beautiful resort, excellent service and perfectly located in town. They are pet friendly which is a big plus. Have been here every summer for 10 years and look forward to many more.

Excellent hotel at a premium price point. The staff are always welcoming and helpful, the facilities (hot tub, gym, restaurant and bar, ski shop) are well appointed and many are available 24 hours. The hotel is split into two buildings connected by a sky bridge; the building opposite from the main entrance has rooms that are styled in a more dated, but similar quality, decor. Ski/board valet service is immensely convenient. My only gripe: my double queen room had double full beds. Tough to squeeze two adults onto a full, and a nuisance to change rooms midway through our stay.

It's a St Regis. 'nuff said. Excellent location, staff are the right blend of formal-casual providing the expected level of service. Great property overall. And dog friendly. Definitely worth a splurge.

Underwhelmed. I've stayed at other 5 star hotels and was expecting a very high level of service and quality; unfortunately, not so much here. Since it's Aspen, everything here is expensive, but this place is over the top. One quick example is when we ordered a hummus appetizer that only came with 4 crackers; we asked for more crackers and were charged $5 for another order of 4 crackers — ridiculous. I had the additional charge removed, but we should have had plenty of crackers included from the start. I'd put the value of the room in the mid $300s per night. With so many other options, unless you're getting a great rate, I'd recommend staying elsewhere.

Beautiful rooms, attentive staff, great location in town!

I have to admit as an SPG Platinum Member and avid traveler this St Regis fell way below even my most minim expectations. Service quality was intermittent, the breakfast was ok and the amenities were the norm. Some days they would replenish the water in my room and other days they forgot. They didn't provide service by the hot tub and pool unless you asked. And when I did that their reponse was "I'm not sure if I have staff to accommodate you! " Wow. Oh the fitness center all I can say is that the Westins have an amazing one in comparison. How much is this place per night. Oh yeah over $1, 000. They really need to step up their game. Honestly I think Hyatt Grand next door is a better value. And cheaper! My advice if all your looking for is to be seen and make a statement then stay there. But if your looking for a quality stay and get what you pay for m, then DON'T!

This hotel may be my favorite place on earth. The team is incredible, the building and design are beautiful, and the location is unbeatable. If you haven't been here, you should make it a point to visit. So much to do and see… Fantastic spa… amazing cuisine… Plus, in my view, the best skiing in the west at Snowmass. Paradise!

Very underwhelmed! I was very excited to stay at a St Regis for the 1st time as I have stayed at other luxury hotels and always wondered why St Regis was priced much higher than there competitors. The rooms were very small and did not accommodate are needs with 2 children even though we told them we needed a crib and a roll away when making the reservation. Regardless I thought the rooms were way to small for the price, no fireplace in the room, at a ski resort really. We also went to the Italian restaurant the 1st night and the service and food were absolutely horrible. I will give very high marks for the chef club located in the St Regis but this is not owned by the St Regis. Would not recommend so many options in Aspen.

Everything is impeccably done. Service is gracious and prompt. This is a luxury hotel well worth the cost.

What a beautiful place! A friendly, warm welcome from the front door to the front desk. Elegant yet comfortable and cozy. We loved the details that added to the experience — — the live music in the evenings in the lounge, the coffee, and iced drinks all day in the lobby, even a humidifier in the guest room to use if you like. Food was excellent and we so loved the location being in the heart of everything! We'll definitely be back!

Extremely classy-well done hotel in the heart of Aspen. The staff was very attentive and friendly. My only negative experience was you had to pay for WI-FI access (unless you sit in the tiny business center). Given the hotel rates, I would think they could include free WI-FI for guest.

Vist was part business and part pleasure to Aspen. Hotel associates are exceptional and make you feel very welcomed. Our group had many receptions at several different locations and I was impressed with service staff that remembered us from venue to venue day after day. One young gentleman Jayko from Portugal provided and engaging caring experience that I will never forget. The St. Regis signature Bloody Mary presentation is not to be missed.
