This is one of the very best hotels I’ve EVER stayed at. The rooms are luxurious, spacious, and so comfortable. The restaurant has exceptional staff who readily know every inch of the menu that offers many in-house made or locally foraged foods. Everything outside is within close walking distance.

Really cool high class spot with excellent drinks and atmosphere. We always enjoy stopping in for cocktails to start or end our night when we're in town. Highly recommended, even if it's just a stop in.

Awesome place. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The remodel they recently completed really adds a lot to the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff are helpful and super friendly. Their food is absolutely fabulous, and the servers are very courteous, whether you're having a meal or simply drinks. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

The oldest hotel in Aspen with a lot of Western charm and nostalgia. Stayed here several times. The remodel of the dining room from Victorian to more modern doesn't appeal to me. The remodel of the pool area with two new Jacuzzis is great! The J Bar is one of Aspen's best for meeting new and interesting people.

We had a lovely lunch here with my family including two small children. Everyone loved the food. My husband and I split a burger which was extremely yummy and cooked perfectly. We also tried the potato chip crusted fried pickles. They were tasty, but we wish there had been more. My husband loved the beer he tried, True Blonde. I think the rest of our party was equally satisfied with their meals. I do think 20% gratuity for 6 or more people is a bit high. Typically it's 18% of there is a standard amount for large parties. Also, when my daughter's crayon cup fell off the table, a waiter took it away. It had kept my usually impatient 1 year old entertained putting crayons in and then taking them out for almost our whole meal.

I don't have many details on the Jerome since ei was only there for a short time but it has a very nice interior and a nice staff. I recommend it as a very neat stay experience.

A hernoso place of more than 100 years old.

We had a few drinks and appetizers. Drinks are drinks, but the appetizers were fantastic! Hummus and brussel sprouts might sound strange like a strange combination but it's wonderful. The bar snack mix should not be missed.

We had our wedding in December at The Hotel Jerome and it was so amazing. The venue was incredible, and the service and hospitality was better than anything we had ever seen before. Our family and guests were blown away by the amazing service they received too. Nicole was our venue wedding coordinator and she did such a fantastic job. Nicole helped make us feel comfortable, relaxed and so special during each and every meeting. She had welcome gifts delivered to us when we arrived and also she treated us to breakfast in bed the morning after our wedding. Every detail of our reception was executed so well. We are glad we had the great support of Nicole and the rest of the Hotel Jerome staff. Nicole was professional, organized and incredibly talented. We are lucky to have had her as our venue coordinator. Valeska, one of the great concierges at the Jerome, helped us with local transportation and activities. She went out and bought a few things for me while I was getting ready and even had chocolate covered strawberries delivered to our room on our first night. She did a great job and we loved having her support. The entire staff at the Jerome was amazing. They did not miss a beat. We are so lucky to have had our special celebration at The Jerome. Everything was so perfect.

The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed the special bar drinks, service is always friendly and awesome, special mention for Ted.

Food and drinks at the bar was good. Expect aspen prices. The vodka soda was very weak, the mule was better. We had the short rib tacos, they were very tasty. Not sure they were 18$ app tasty.

Traditional mountain hotel feel. The place feels as if its been here forever and makes guests feel as if we belong here as well!

The best spot at Aspen. As soon as you get into the lobby your mind flow to a new level. New time space. The bar is spectacular and very good ambient.

A really beautiful, historic hotel in the heart of Aspen. There's so much beautiful stuff just in the lobby, and the restaurant and meeting spaces are first-class as well. The service is pretty good. We've enjoyed our visits to the hotel.

Just finished breakfast. Breakfast tacos should be able to be eaten with hands extremely messy and hard to eat. Don't serve on a cheese board that runs juices all over. Expensive for the sake if being expensive, not impressed.

Such a beautiful property, really the crown jewel of Aspen. Also great bar, restaurant, wine list, professional yet friendly staff. What's not to love?

Hotel Jerome turned out to be a fancy and high class establishment. The service and the drinks were great, but the atmosphere is what made the place so special.

A recently renovated, beautiful, grand old hotel with updated and well appointed rooms. Excellent service. The J Bar is always a great place for a drink or apps although dropping the truffle fries from the menu was a mistake, please bring them back.

Beautiful and quaint hotel in the heart of downtown Aspen. Friendly staffed and well maintained. I wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else.

I really wanted to love it and give it 5 stars. I know it is a local institution, but it felt more like a tourist trap with outrageous pricing. Canned cider from somewhere in Colorado was disgusting. Whiskey Sour on the other hand, was spectacular, maybe the best I've ever had. They make it the proper, fancy way, and while pricey at $15, it is very large. Wok charred spicy edamame with shishito peppers was very tasty — we actually had two orders of it. Well priced under $10 Chicken sandwich we had was not tasty at all — chicken was off and chewy, too many toppings which made it messy, and it had a general feeling of something created 15 years ago which somehow stayed on the menu. Description was way more appetizing than the sandwich. Thin-cut fries were great though. $20 or over for it was a rip-off. We finished with spiced beignets, and I'd have those again — burnt honey-coffee sauce was surprising and tasty. Priced at $10, as expected. My advice — eat elsewhere, maybe grab some edamame while you are having those amazing Whiskey Sours.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with an excellent and personable staff with a lot of attention to detail. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Aspen.

We just stopped by the hotel for dinner and drinks. We loved the old décor and enjoyed the old photographs. The staff was very cheery and fun to converse with.

Perfect stay in Aspen. The staff was wonderful-friendly and accommodating. I loved the easy transportation to and from the airport as well as the central location. Our room was huge and very well appointed including the cold water for turn down service and a yoga mat! Great hotel!

The Hotel Jerome is Aspen! Old west history with a modern flair. The lobby is unique with lots of nooks and crannies to have a drink, visit or just chill. Location is great — close to all the shops and restaurants. Our rooms was beautiful. The service is exceptional. This is our second stay and would definitely be back.

My husband and I just stayed for 3 nights during a friend's wedding. I've never been to Aspen. The service and staff at this hotel is nothing short of top notch, which matches the incredible luscious decor. The textures and colors in the lobby, lounge, and room provide constant entertainment for the eyes. We had fabulous drinks and food on several occasions in the multiple lounges and restaurants. This historic boutique hotel blew me away and I cannot wait to come back in the winter.

Went to the bar and had a drink last night. Very friendly bartender and delicious, almost bottomless drink and some very tasty nuts to munch on. Definitely will go back another time on this trip.

Conference room is nice. Good food. Staff respond well, open doors, kind. Excellent restrooms, though they are small. Attended for a conference, can't comment on rooms.

Hunter S. Thomson's old hangout. Nice place, with fairly expensive drinks. Cool part of history, but wouldn't spend a whole lot of time there.

Beautiful remodeled Victorian Hotel, built in 1889. Right in down town Aspen, Colorado. You can walk everywhere from the Hotel. The "J"-Bar on the main floor has a bar menu And classic Victorian decor. Breakfast room, Very nice dinner dining area, underground parking, air conditioning in the rooms, first class bellman, valet parking and concierge services. Very nice staff and excellent management. Outside dining on the deck, very nice for lunch. Remodel expansion underway… now.

Very cool vibe and decor. The wine list could be better and this is why I'm not giving them 5 stars, but a good spot.

You can definitely tell the difference between Rock Resorts (old) and the new Auberge Resort management. This place is back and better than ever. We love going in the fall for couples retreat. There are few other hotels on the planet with such an ambiance and setting like the Hotel Jerome. Service is first class, as is the pool & hot tub and the dining experience. We look forward to returning every year!

One of the finest hotels I've ever stayed in! I can't remember ever having better service than that at The Jerome. The rooms are equally as impressive and the food and bar fill ever last desire. Top of the top in Aspen, and probably the world!

What a great place to stay! from its humble start in the silver mining days to the Aspen icon it has become, even the locals frequent the "J" bar during the week, the food is impressive & the rooms are large, clean and well appointed. The staff always greet you with a smile & hello. I have visited many hotels around the world but this one has managed to keep its original character (right down to the miners belts that line the lift walls) & the items that are in the restaurant & bar are very interesting. I would like to thanks Belinda Oster for the great holiday, I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends and skiing buddies.

Absolutely amazing service. The staff is top notch, the hotel is enchanted, the views are breathe taking, and the rooms are like nothing I've ever experienced before.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous on the surface, the hotel and its facilities themselves are 5 star; the faces of the people are very nice, however, if you ask them for "anything" they can care less. During my stay I asked if they can bring extra pillows upon check in, the lady said "yes! Of course, can I do anything else for you? " That night, there was no extra pillows delivered to my room, I called before going to bed, no extra pillows, two hours later, I called again and they did not know of my initial phone call or the request when I reserved this room. Upon check out I told them of this insincerity and the manager discussed with me she will have the GM call me. Instead I did not receive a phone call and was sent the bill for the full amount. I do not mind paying for their suites at Hotel Jerome, I do mind simple requests to make my stay enjoyable to be fulfilled or at the least acknowledged. On the flip side, the restaurant staff is very nice and accommodating, as well as the concierge and the valet.

The drinks here are pricey but DELISH.
