Nobody was at the desk when we arrived and when someone came to help, we weren't even greeted. They cancelled our room with no notice or no call, and an hour after we had found another hotel to stay at they attempted to charge our card. Staff was rude, wore very dirty attire, super unprofessional overall.

Verys nice customer service the showers are amazing big rooms close to my wrk great place.

Personally, I will never stay here again, shout-out to front desk staff and everyone that busts there ass.

Stayed there over memorial weekend. My room cards kept becoming inactive and the lady accused me of stealing cards and trying to activate them. She almost didnt give me my card to my room. I said she could come and test the cards and she raised her voice and said NO I Wont. So I got my card and walked away. Overheard her and her male friend talking about punching me in the face. Won't ever go here again.

Not a friendly staff. They will hang up on you very quickly and not listen to anything you have to say.

This place blows, they are a BIG FAT 0 star's they screwed me and my family (Wife and 2 kids-5 months & 2 years old) out of $64. We was told their was a $50 deposit fee that we get back on check out, like all hotels I been at (even the shity one's) but come to check out they told us we don't do that then we look at our card balance so we could get gas and they took our last 14 and some cents. We paid cash and for a week, When we called they told us it was because our room was trashed, witch was false their was a bunch of crums because of our 2 year old but they have to vaccum anyway and they even admitted they took the "$50" deposit fee for the room cleaning. We paid $64 to get that floor vaccumed really.

Very nice and clean. Kitchenettes in the rooms, so no breakfast.

Looks nice from the outside, but looks a bit getto on the inside.

Rooms were nice plenty of parking accross the street from good stores so easy walking distance.

The hotel has thin walls, but the current customer support is great.

Don't think any of the people that claimed to have stayed here actually stayed here. Think they were the druggies and drinking everyone's beer. Probably parking lot hookers not getting any business.

Wonderful staff! Great room! Fantastic location! Centrally located… Just an amazing place to stay. Coffeepot, microwave, two-burner stovetop, and a nice sized fridge are all in your room!

The staff was great, but nothing else was as I expected. For the price, I expected more. Sticky carpet, bare walls, TV that was loud or mute, bed cover that smelled of urine and a leaky A. C. Unit were the worst. Nice staff. I didn't have a problem with them. Smoking is allowed on the top floor, and the elevator realed of smoke. I stay in many hotels, and did not expect this.

People are real friendly rooms are fairly clean not really a pain in the ass to get clean towels or anything.

BED BUGS! Woke up with bites all over and notified the manager which she then shifted blame and asked us to leave. All the staff was very helpful except the manager.

In general the Hotel had a nice lemon scent to it. Except for the elevator, someone had smoked a cigarette in it and it stunk. Other than that it was a pretty pleasant experience. The staff was very kind and besides it's patronage I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff at the desk was very friendly and made my daughter and I feel at home. The room was very clean and smelled amazing. It was nice to be in a place that had a small kitchenette and had a full size refrigerator…

Upon our arrival to the Colorado savannah suits we came across multiple issues.
First off we knew we would be in Colorado a little later then 11:00 p. M so we did the early check in, when we requested the 2 rooms for the 26 and 27 of may our preference for pay was cash, they did not tell us that the money would be taken out if our debit card.
When we arrived we went to check into our rooms, we were checked in by an associate who worked in the laundry area (very unprofessional)! We headed to our rooms, came across people outside drinking alcohol on the stair case by the entrance which we had to squeeze into because they did not move for us.
Got into the rooms and from first glance realized we needed to by our on pillows they were disgusting and old (update every so often for cleanliness to your customers please) towels were the same way.
We had to go to Walmart purchase towels and pillows when we got back into our rooms we notice there was BUGS in the room crawling in the wall!
Lastly we went to let management know about the rooms and ask for a refund but THERE WAS NO MANAGEMENT ON Sight employee also tried to get a hold of a manger by phone and nobody returned phone call! We had to leave our rooms and book a room at the double tree hotel, we did not stay there nor were we able to get a refund because of the lack of management! Employee asked us to return to savannah suits at 8 in the morning for refund.

I'm used thirds floor only smoking floor. Besides my room smelling like a steal ashtray. Its spacious has a small kitchen with plates silverware and cook ware and full frig. They didn't touch nothing and came and made bedroom changed towels and sahompoo. Admit men kind of follow decent looking women around but I always have mace and my husband knows about the time frames it takes me to do things

Came to visit my friend from Oklahoma and this lady comes out of her room and says "what's going on? " And she looks at me and my son and says "oh is that the baby that's been crying all night? " And I said well probably we just got back from getting him milk and she tells me how loud he is and to take him home!? And I told her I'm visiting my friend from Oklahoma and she needs to chill. Then she continues to tell me she is the owner. How unprofessional. Literally my son is only 1 and the so called owner treated us like straight trash. Still here but definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anybody… ever.

Disabled veteran reliant on wheelchair waiting on new housing. Affordable, king handicap room is spacious with room for walker, wheelchair, and luggage. Clean, cold refrigerator. Enthusiastic general manager, positive front desk personnel, courteous housekeepers, and attentive, on-site maintenance staff. ALL personnel are motivated, proficient and readily multi-task. Cool, air-conditioned and clean room. Very HOT water 24/7. Efficient guest laundry room. 100+ average Mbps Wi-Fi. No regrets, since 8/26/16.

DO NOT stay here! Between the knocks on the door until eleven pm, a group of men following me to the car from the second floor, and the bed bugs this place is a nightmare. The staff were anything but helpful in the matter. Trust me, your money is best spent elsewhere!

DO NOT stay here! While the room exuded a cleanly appearance, it was just a ruse. While reading a book on the bed I had a sensation of bugs crawling on my arms… looked down and sure enough the sensation was accurate. Bed bugs, that's right… bed bugs. The bathroom was absolutely atrocious, we used our house shoes to walk around the room for fear of catching something it was that bad. The staff was anything but polite while checking in, and the icing on the cake was getting followed by a group of men to my car. Traveling solo, with family, or even just your children is scary enough. Having 3 "different" men follow you down the hall, stairs, and parking lot whispering is unacceptable. This was hands down the worst hotel experience of my life to date. DO NOT stay here!

It was ok. Heard noises all night like someone taking showers all night. Probably won't go back… No ice machine. Never heard of that.

The house keeping never cleened are room. When we told the front desk they handed us clean sheet and pillow case we had to make the beds are self. For 74.00 dollars a night I should not be making no bed. Front desk personal was unhelpful and will not be stay here again at lease motel 6 they leave the light on.

Would not recommend this place to my dog. 80.00 a night for a run down out dated rooms and a management staff that blows. They need to come to Texas to learn some southern hospitality.

Many of the ads on several websites say that they have Wifi but it doesn't it's a flat out lie. They have a internet but it's through a hardwire cable if you're lucky. The room was ok but the halls smelled with smoke and the halls smelled with smoke. There are so many better options so choose them.

This place is a nice place to be, provided a kitchenette and dishes, and then plenty of room. Really like really like Savannah suites.

WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT BOOK! We got to our room at 1am after a night at the hospital with a family member. Both beds in the room had the most filthy sheets I have ever seen! The first bed had blood stained sheets the second semen stained sheets but the beds had been made up! Desk is closed until 8 am so I track down the laundry room and get us clean bedding, the blankets on the bed were also nasty so we laid there with only the sheets for cover. Tried to turn on the heater but it smelled so hot like it would catch on fire so we shut if off. It was Halloween night so go figure I would rather stay at the Bates Motel with Norman than ever stay here again. Don't be fooled by the pictures it is a nasty filthy place.

I expected a normal single room an it was a kitchenette very nice an clean also freshly remodeled will stay again.

BE CAREFUL! The house keepers took my brand new Samsung headphones jus like 3 days since I got them with my new phone.

This is exponentially better than the last time I stayed! I spoke to the hotel staff and they said they have installed a very high-speed fiber circuit to this hotel along with an enterprise Wi-Fi! Speed is fantastic and I can now do my work EASILY in my hotel room. The rooms have been improved, the parking is excellent and it has everything I need. Service is top notch. They also have Cat 5 cables if you prefer to be wired so you can have either. If you need a REAL fast internet experience, try this hotel! Finally, someone gets it in the hotel industry! Kitchenette is nice and you can actually feel comfortable for staying weeks on end if need be. Saves quite a bit on my daily meal allowance when travelling. Great location too.

STAY AWAY! They double booked my room, dirty room, loose door that sounded like someone breaking in, smelled like paint, dirty soap on the tub floor. In the morning when I complained they blamed me.

The pillows had a horrible smell like something died in the bed, and the staff was rude when we asked if could exchange them. We had an extended stay, and were told that we should buy our own toilet paper since we were staying longer than a week. Oh yes and there is a dollar store down the street if we needed cleaning supplies and not to ask housekeeping. What a Joke, and the police are constantly there, No Wi-Fi, Super Rude staff/management.

NEVER STAY HERE! RIP OFF! $100 no flat screen, no Wi-Fi, crappy bed, crappy bed clothes, crappy shower! NEVER STAY HERE! Waste of hard earned money. Crappy pillows. Filthy floors! And I'm in a non smoking room.
