Curt at the front desk checked us in. He is so friendly and welcoming it was a pleasure checking in. The room is immaculate Comfortable beds. I love everything about this hotel. I hope to come back again soon.

Clean room, quality towels, standard queen beds (a tap to soft for me personally) but the sheets and bed comforter absolutely top notch! Wow, I'm in love! The best I ever experienced! Restaurant, Bar, Breakfast combo room is nicely cosy clubhouse style. Breakfast is of traditional buffet style with kitchen. Everything freshly cooked to order. Loved the variety of sausages! For 12 bucks, it's a no-brainer! Sadly, the "fresh" bread box was embarrassing. Nothing to remember… Maybe due to the day of the week (Sunday) and the bakery was closed.

The hotel is in great shape and everything is easy to find in the hotel. Hotel rooms are about as typical as they can be. The placement of the front door and the bathroom doors are a tad awkward as only one can be open at any given time. Staff is great, attentive and quick. The reason for the four stars is I didn't believe there was anything extraordinary or different from your average hotel chain. I will say everything is clean and nothing was missing upon walking into the room. There are tons of parking so no need to worry about finding a spot. Across the parking lot are some food chains and a movie theater so there are some forms of entertainment and dining. Can't go wrong with this place, but price could be an issue as this is one of two hotels before the wineries so closeness to wineries is it's key element.

This is your "garden variety" Hilton Garden Inn. Typical rooms that are adequately sized with decent sized bathrooms. Breakfast is available, but it costs $12. This is pretty typical for the area, though. I went to a cafe across the street and spent $15 for a modest breakfast sandwich and a mocha. Not a whole lot of selection of restaurants in the area, but the shuttle will take you within a few miles of the hotel. Property is clean and looks to be newer. Overall a decent stay for a shorter length of time.

Usually I am highly satisfied with Hilton Garden Inns; this one was generally good. However, I was extraordinarily disappointed to find a washcloth that was used by a prior guest at the top of the shower curtain. The washcloth blended in with the shower curtain so I didn't notice it until the morning while preparing to take a shower. I can conclude only that this hotel is not as highly focused on cleanliness as I would expect from a Hilton Garden Inn.

Try not to stay in a room near the pool, unless you are ok with the smell of chlorine. Room is great.

Good quality hotel and nice to have the restaurant and bar in the lobby. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint is that a room nearby was playing music 24/7 and could hear the bass line through the walls.

The staff here are all amazing. All of them seem to be super friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms arejust like every other HGI. Clean. Enough room. Comfortable bed. Exactly what this business traveler likes.

There was an initial mix up with the rooms, however, the staff was quick to fix the issue. Afterwards, the stay was perfect.

We called the day we needed to stay and were accomidated with the room type we wanted. It was a pleasant stay. Room was clean ans and bed was very comfortable. Stayed just the one night.

Nice hotel, couple good food options within walking distance. Nice walking paths and close to rain station.

Best HGI I have experienced. And I must have seen 50 or more. Never left a review but this hotel deserves it. Best breakfast I had in a HGI. Awesome bar with a good selection of local craft beers, wines and spirits. Bar tender very knowledgeable and all the staff very friendly.

Very noisy hotel, as it is built, like all the new Hilton properties are these days, out of wood frame construction with hollow walls and floors. So you can clearly hear people talking next door and in the hallways. All Hilton has to do to improve the quality their hotels is blow in sound proofing in the walls and ceilings of all their cheaply made hotels. That, and not let their room doors slam so hard.

You pay extra for everything. Wi-Fi is not free, they really nickel and dime you on everything. Not worth the money at all.

A luxury hotel with many amenities. Room was very clean and customer service was just as good. For the price you pay, you get a hotel with everything you need for the best stay in Santa Rosa.

Stayed here back in March 2017. LOVED the room. Nice and spacious. The front lobby amenities are great! little mini shop, nice restaurant and bar, lounge area has lots of seating. I loved the pool area and it is in a nice area, off the freeway but pretty quiet and safe. There is a movie theater close by as well. I keep trying to think of reasons to head back that way so I can stay there again!

Best HGI breakfast anywhere ever. Guest room windows open for fresh air. I wish all Hilton properties would allow that. Only drawback are those annoying uncomfortable HGI air adjustable mattresses. Change the mattress and I would give it 5 stars.

Typical HGI, but in a great location. Very close to the airport, but close enough to Windsor and Santa Rosa.

Rooms were clean. Excellent location for s couple of days in the area. Great bed & shower.

Expensive rooms. Charges for simple things like a toothbrush. Bed was comfortable for the nights sleep though.

I'm a frequent guest at his hotel and they have friendly staff, great breakfast, nice and quite place however the mattress they have is not the best. Some kind of an adjusting knob which doesn't do the job quite as well as it is supposed to do. Management should take immediate action to replace all mattresses (especially on in room 336) to something more comfortable.

Very nice clean accommodations, free ride to and from our nearby event, and a very friendly staff made for a great stay.

Service was OK checking in and I haven't had any problems but the beds were very uncomfortable. I would think they'd be a little better quality.

Very noisy! I noticed that the floor in the room seemed to rumble under my feet when I walked. When the guest above me walked around, I could feel the wall tremble as I lay in bed watching TV. Hilton tries to be 4-star, but you can't get there with construction like this. When one of the neighboring guest turned on the shower at 5:30 AM, it was so loud that I awoke desperately reaching for the alarm clock only to realize that I was not in control of the shockingly loud noise in my room. The bed was soft with nice sheets (4-star) but the pillow was flat. If I had brought my own pillow it may have been more tolerable. I also have to give credit for not having the prerequisite bright LED on the TV and smoke detector. I like a dark room when I sleep.

One night stay but generally no troubles. Nothing spectacular.

Wow. Not the usual crummy breakfast buffet. Snow peas, mushroom, zuchinni stir fry. Omelletes made to order, delicious! Oh, yes. Rooms and excercise room great also. drdave.

Server for Breakfast was the best with a great attitude.
