The lady that runs the motel is a bit rude. Other than that the place is very quiet.

Quiet hidden motel. There is something going on at night in the parking lot and rooms farthest from lobby… but no one bothers me keeps to themselves.

I would not stay here ever again, The female owner is very rude, the rooms are infested with roaches. Bed bugs are a huge problem. The police are constantly there.

This place is the spot good ppl.

Horrible service. We had reservations and they told us they couldn't find them. Told us to hold on, left for 25 plus minutes and basically said the same thing. No help at all.

Room pictured online had pictures, newer looking furniture. Very cozy. In actuality it had zero pictures or ambience. It smelled bad and the walls looked dirty. It didnt even have a holder for toilet paper. Won't visit again.

For an inexpensive motel, this is pretty nice. I would actually say that the rooms are as good or better than Motel 6, but a bit cheaper.

They are okay I am great full cause they expected me and my 4 kids in time of need.

Was only visiting a friend briefly. Was a decent room with plenty of space. Had TV with cable, microwave and mini fridge in it as well.

Smells very bad. Broken mini fridge. No screen on the window to air out the smelly musty room. Shower curtain smells like it's never been washed. The bathroom wasn't swept at all trash still on the floor from previous renter. Found a females dirty shirt between the wall and the mattress when trying to get under the covers to sleep. Won't ever come here again best advice is to pay a little more money for a nicer cleaner hotel.

Pros: Excelent management (24 hr service), clean rooms, not too expensive. Cons: Bathroom window doesn't have a screen, ac unit is old and doesn't efficiently cool down the whole room (the room stayed uncomfortably warm for several hours. Shows a lot of promise and the evening staff we met seems to be working hard to provide as much as possible. Hopefully down the road they will be able to refresh a couple things in thsee rooms.

Bugs! Baby roaches in the shower. Some sort of bug that fed on my hand while I slept. Fingers were swollen and itch for almost a week!

Arrived late but the receptionist was very nice. We enjoyed the very thick walls that kept the freshness inside. The air conditioning was a bit noisy but there was a great starry ceiling!

The service was a great. Clean rooms.

Junkiest motel ever. Makes the Marco Polo look like the Ritz Carlton.

The rooms could use some updating and the Wi-Fi didn't work for us. However, the rooms were large, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were professional.

It's an unassuming place from the outside, but the rooms are clean, spacious, and have some nice amenities for the price! When I say amenities, I mean like a flat screen tv, a pretty big mini fridge, and round table with two chairs in the king sized room. They advertise Wi-Fi but I never have a reason to use it when I am there. I have stayed there twice in the last month. I only paid 50 plus tax for each one night stay in May 2016 for a non smoking room with one King bed. The owner Anne is a sweetheart and the only other staff person I met (the maid) was nice too. Family owned business that offers a great value for the price!

Nice place but, the room was terrible.

Me and my friends planned a trip for July 4th long weekend in Sequoia national park. All the hotels near the park were booked so we had to book this somewhat cheap motel 70miles from the park we planned to go. After seeing all the bad reviews, I thought this place is rally bad and I have mad a mistake. But nope. This place is not golden but it's definitely not all that bad. Customer service was good, rooms were large enough for 4 people in one queen room, A/C was working, and the beds were quite decent. The only reason did not give 5stars is because there is no signal reception and Wifi is not working properly in the rooms. But hey, I was there to just sleep for the night so it din't bother me much. So final words, inexpensive place to stay for a couple of nights if you have any work nearby. Will definitely come back if I have to. Cheers to the Village Inn team.

WOW! Standard motel with newly renovated tile bathroom. Also has new white sink and toilet. For two queen beds at $49, you can't beat this in CA. Also this place is only 45min from Sequoia National park. Take hwy 198 east from here and there it is.
