Fantastic hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Melissa who made our stay one of the best we have had since arriving in America.

I had a one night stay. I found the staff to be friendly and professional during my stay. Lemon water and coffee were in the lobby around the clock. Breakfast had plenty of selections to get you fueled for your day. Beautiful as the bed was I personally could not get comfortable, even after a 12 hour workday.

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. We were on a road trip, and it was very late when we pulled in. When we got to our room we hurried up and got our six year old son in bed. After he was already tucked in, I went into the bathroom and found it reeking of cigarette smoke. This is a non-smoking hotel. The front desk called us to ask how the room was. (Do they call everyone, or did they know there was a problem with this room? ) They offered to allow us to change rooms, but our little boy was already half asleep, and I was exhausted, so I declined, a decision I immediately regretted. In hindsight I should have ripped my child out of bed and taken them up on their offer; both my husband and I have asthma, and I had to hold a wet washcloth over my face when using the restroom in order to breathe. It was that bad. In addition, I felt guilty for exposing my son to second-hand smoke, and I barely slept all night. My main issue is, why were we given this contaminated room in the first place? There’s no way staff who cleaned the room did not notice the smell. The reason I had chosen this hotel is because it was the last hotel in the area to have a room with two queen beds. It was the last such room in this hotel, too. Nevertheless, I would have much preferred for staff to level with us before checking us in to let us know that room was unavailable too. It really should have been. To say I am unhappy with my stay would be an understatement.

Rooms are great. Overall a good stay. I had to ding them one star because getting breakfast is a challenge. The food is good if you can get a place to sit. The tiny breakfast room has very few tables. You have to wait for someone else to finish to get a table. And then it's so crowded everyone is in each other's way getting food. I never had that trouble at any of the other Comfort Suites.

We needed a Jacuzzi Whirlpool! A wonderful greeting and easy check in. The ice water with lemon and fresh cookies in the lobby we're truly needed and welcoming. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and detailed well. The jacuzzi tub can always use more Jets but it was of a sufficient size and very very relaxing. The breakfast buffet was kept clean and well-stocked with fresh items. It's the customary Belgian waffle maker, toast, scrambled eggs, tater tots and some great object resembling sausage which I failed the courage to try. Importantly, the coffee was tasty! We will return again.

Really a nice Motel and considering The exceptional prices out of season (I was there in October. ), it's definitely worth returning, if there will be occasion… Very spacious and well furnished room, very comfortable and functional bathroom, clean OK and very nice staff… In California really hard to get better at these prices…

Very clean rooms, staff is extremely friendly! Everything I expected from as soon as I walked into the door. I was greeted instantly with a friendly hello from Madison, she got me taken care of and helped me with everything I needed the lobby itself was so beautiful I could have just stayed there all day! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is just stopping by for a quick rest for a long term visit.

Arrived around 12:30am. Nobody at the desk so I waited about 10 mins. Ghost town. Saw sign that mentioned ringing the bell, so I did… Despite the fact that I hate doing that. Waited another 5 minutes. Rang again. Still… crickets. So I took my business elsewhere.

Note to Management: if you are going to have a multi-story motel, an elevator is always a good idea. Also, when you are checking people in and there is a choice between a gel mattress and a board, please offer this before the Guest checks in, not after. Say something like, "would you like a comfortable bed or would you like to sleep on a concrete slab? " Always a good idea…

Stayed here on my wedding day in September left my eye glasses on the counter sink came back to the room and glasses where gone been calling the manager and still haven’t called me back I’m 100% forsure I left them in the room … I won’t be staying at comfort suits again… I don’t recommend this place at all…

I selected this inn as it had rooms that can easily fit 5, and when traveling with 3 kids this is important. The room has been great. The only thing that struck me as off was the lack of a lock on the bathroom door. The breakfast was pretty standard, but one of the better ones that I have had. There was multiple waffle choices and the eggs were cooked properly for my preferences. Would definitely book here again.

Good staff. Pretty big rooms, old furnitures. Not so tasty breakfast.

Good facility. Rooms are comfortable and roomy. The pillows could be better, but they're plentiful.

Clean rooms and adequate breakfasts. Plus enough parking.

Our stay at Comfort Suites was great. We had two beds and a pull out, which fit our family comfortably. The front desk experience was smooth. The breakfast was great and even had our favorite yogurt, which seems small, but was an awesome addition. We are staying here again in a few days.

Great hotel, breakfasts are not roll-tea, and omelette, yogurts, fruit, tea, coffee, there is certainly toast. The rooms are decent + iron, board, microwave, coffee machine, fridge. Super.

Nice place overall. Staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is more than adequate. Nice location in town and close to everything you may need.

Great place to stay, beds are comfortable, place is clean, friendly staff, two night stay with family on the way to Sequoia, the complimentary breakfast is great, full breakfast options not like others who only offer coffee and pastries, definitely will stay again if visiting the area.

We are very pleasantly surprised at how nice this place is. Looks new. Nice staff too.

Look if you are planning to come here and do any work with this place internet don't come… the connections sucks as*. Other than that, the room is clean… The towels are not too bad, but I think they can be better. The bed is on the firm side… the way I like it. The pool was dirty so I didn't use it. Not sure of of the breakfast because I don't eat at hotels.

Excellent stay! Great staff, good rooms and had everything we needed. Free parking and breakfast was very convenient.

The staff at s great. & The rooms n suites are modern, kept up campus. Pool area, crowded and children regulated till 10pm. Could be open longer for the late bird, work shift. Till midnight on days that are 80° or hotter. I think pool area upgrade is over do. & That's my take on this Tulare site.

Had a great stay. Staff super nice and helpful. Breakfast was perfect' I want that mattress on my own bed.

Breakfast is good and hotel is close to where we are going. Price is decent. Air quality in the city is bad though.

Amazing hotel! The staff is amazing, the breakfast is super yummy, and the rooms r so clean and perfect! We come to Tulare a lot and will only stay here, if by some chance there's not a room available we postpone our trip!

I loved my weekend here! Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfy, spacious, private, and affordable. Everything you can need and more. Oh, and lots of great shopping close by, too! I travel alot. Its my job. I've stayed in a lot of different motels over the years so I know good from bad. This is on my top 10 list.

Rooms are clean, but there is no elevator if you are staying on the 2nd floor. Breakfast is good, but it is the same thing every day.

Eric was wonderful! He was MORE than accommodating with our family. He made our stay perfect! Many pats on the back for this amazing young man! Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Very much recommended!

Nothing, in town doing public works completely disrespected by staff stuck with fraudulent charges for bedding. I work construction so had a little mess, but just normal wear and tear.
