This place is good, with the exception of the shower curtain is way too off center away from the tub. I kept getting the floor wet.

Pet friendly, reasonably priced, decent reward program, consistent with the choice brand.

I checked in Thursday night in order to get a good night's rest to attend a conference in neighboring Visalia the next day. At least that was the idea. At approximately 3am the adjacent room had a scuffle that lasted over an hour. Initially I figured that the staff would handle it, when they didn't I called down stairs to see what they were doing and I was told they were working on it. 20 minutes later after much cussing and pounding on the door next door I called the police. The dispatchers response was it was business as usual at the "Quality Inn" Eventually the police arrived and were able to get the unhappy couple to settle down. Finally at 4 am everything was settled down, so much for a good night's sleep! The next day at the front desk I was promised a call from management to "make things right" I'm still waiting 3 days later. My suggestion to weary travelers looking for a good night's rest with no drama, avoid the crappy inn in Tulare!

It was clean and the front desk people were friendly. My only complaint would be that the fitted sheet was too small for the bed. Like a queen on a king bed. Both nights we woke up sleeping on a portion of the mattress because the sheet had come off. I mentioned it to the overnight desk guy after the first night and he said it would be taken care of. Even saw him write a note down. But second night the same.

The staff was courteous. The hotel was clean and quiet. Had a good selection for breakfast. Was originally going to stay at Motel 6 in Tulare but the staff was so rude that I decided not to stay there. Much happier with this hotel.

The room was great. Towels we're not the cleanest. Breakfast was fine.

Service was terrible. Was charged twice, housekeeping was knocking at my door to clean room at 930 am and then staff shut down the pool before 7pm and had no reason why it was closed. Brandy at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional when confronted with the issues during my stay. I would not recommend staying here unless it is your last resort.

My family and I swim and enjoy these place staff was on top of everything.

Horrible experience! Both receptionist and manager have been extremely unpleasant to work with. I felt a lack of training when it came to customer service. I have been dealing with them for over a month in regards to a forgotten item. Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Besides that unpleasant experience, the room was horrible. Toilet was broken, room smelt horrible, and bedding was dirty.

Once again, Execelente Alternative for travelers, economic and good hosting!

Nice clean motel, has breakfast.

Bed sheets were never changed in 3 nights, coffee filters weren’t replaced (or when they were they were replaced with decaf? ), you can tell the rooms haven’t been thoroughly cleaned (check under tables), hidden camera devices found, room was bugged, air vents were completely filthy, no cage over bathroom fan (so easy access for camera view), smelt like smoke. The only positive. There was hot coffee downstairs.

A pleasure to check in and out. So friendly and very clean.

It was nice hotel with swimming pool, it has quite nice breakfast with enough options. It was clean and good for stay.

Awesome location. Everything within walking distance as far as shopping goes. Excellent service, clean, neat, fantastic amenities! We will stay here when returning!

I got 2 rooms for my kids, grandkids & myself, the front desk staff were very nice, the rooms were great, very comfortable & the continental breakfast was yummy, I'll stay here again!

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable had a large walk-in shower and a nice chair for someone with a bad back. Morning breakfast was okay wasn't the best but it was better than some! We would definitely stay here again.

Was in no way special or stood out in anyway… except the lady at the front desk fell asleep and when made a knocking noise to see if there was in fact someone behind the partitioned desk, she shot up with the most dumbfounded shocked look and panicked and basically told me to go to my room or else I'd be in trouble… was adorably funny and the only reason this place gets two stars at all.

The room was clean, and everything you'd come to expect from a hotel that was found at the last minute. Free breakfast in the morning was okay, but if you want a good breakfast, an IHOP is just a walk away.

We stayed overnight while visiting Sequoia National Park. Room was clean, service was quick and cheerful. My kiddos loved the hot breakfast in the morning. We didn't get a chance to take a dip, but the outside pool and hot tub looked nice. Would stay here again.

They were very nice and accommodating. My friend and I were in a room right by the front desk and we couldn't hear anything outside of our room, walked out to find a whole baseball team in the lobby I think it's pretty much sound proof. The front desk staff was wonderful. I forgot my tooth brush and they gave me a disposable one. I'd stay here again, for sure.

The place is a very clean place and the breakfast is amazing and all the people are very friendly.

I have stayed in many of the hotels in the area and this by far has been the best! The rooms are clean, the staff very friendly, pool and spa are clean, they even have a sauna! The breakfast is wonderful with lots of choices. Wish they would have bacon but the sausage was good too. The Quality Inn in Tulare made me feel like I was a welcome friend!

Honestly, if there was the option for no stars thats what I would rate this "hotel". We stayed here two weeks ago for 4 days and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had anywhere. We arrived a little earlier than the check-in time and the lady at the front desk said to come back until check in time, no problem. We took a drive until the time she told us to come back. We came back and she said to wait for a min. And ran upstairs to make sure the room was "clean". We didn't think anything of it, we thought that maybe it was a busy weekend. We proceeded to the room, got ready to go out and left. Fast forward to about 11pm, we arrived to our door only to find that the card did not work. We went downstairs, they reprogrammed the cards and we were able to get in. At around 30 min. Past midnight, our room phone rings, my husband thought that it was some sort of alarm and he didn't pay attention to it, we were already asleep, then about 10min. Later they start knocking on our door, my husband goes to answer and the front desk lady is there with some guests with their luggage and all and says all bothered "oh nevermind, go back to sleep". By this time we are trying to figure out what was going on. We figured we would ask the next morning. That was not the end of it, the phone rings again minutes later, my husband answers and they ask "Under who's name is the reservation under? ". ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?

Very cheap but during the summer it gets really stuffy and hot in the rooms. There is a AC but it works really slowly. Simple Breakfast provided.

Right off the freeway next to Walmart and a glass station a pool work out room and hot tub with a sauna Wi-Fi breakfast and big showers in the room.

Bad service, told me my credit card wasnt good, and wouldnt re-run it, went to the store on the other side of the street and used it to buy drinks. Guy at the desk is a douchebag, but room was decent!

Whenever we visit Tulare, we always stay at this hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

This place was an excellent value for the price. The service was awesome as well. We forgot an item and they kept it for us until we could arrange for a pickup. The breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and they are in a good neighborhood. I would recommend this place and will stay again if I am in the area.

Good, clean room, comfortable bed, courteous staff. My husband and I stayed here for a night and were very happy with the arrangements. We only had 2 issues. First, I am allergic to down and feathers, and the pillows were feather pillows, the night manager wasn't able to get us new pillows but he did get us some blankets to be able to use as pillows that were comfortable. And second, the shower seems to be designed for people 5 feet tall and under, which made showering awkward for my 6'2" husband. However, the price was right and the room comfortable so I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.
