A very excellent Place to Stay! The House and Garden are well maintained and invite you to relax on the Terrace. There is free Access to the Pool and Hot Tub.
The Rooms are well equipped, Mattresses and Pillows are comfortable. The Sheets fresh and clean. The Door in the Bathroom was somewhat impractical, but one Night you will survive.
For Breakfast we were surprised! The Selection was great! I've been longing for such a delicious and especially fresh Breakfast for days. Fresh Berries, Orange juice and much more!

We were looking for some place to stay over the night and found Plantation by accident, it was possible to rent a room, although we did it last minute. We were pleasantly surprised how cool the place was, all the “Gone with the Wind”-theme was even in the smallest details, which made it cute and interesting to discover :) We got the best room, with the view, and we could use the swimming pool, although it was already pretty late in the evening. And the next day we got the free breackfast, it was the best one we got in our whole trip in the US. Best Western breakfasts was nothing compare to breakfast in the Plantation! :D I hope, we will visit it again, once we’re back in California! Greetings from Germany!

We are just back from a wonderful stay at the Plantation B&B on our trip to Sequoia. So many positives. 1. Location — very easy to find, right off 198, but amazingly little sense of being near the highway at all. It is a very scenic drive from there to the park entrance, passing through Three Rivers with its various shops, and gorgeous views of the countryside and mountains. 2. Accommodations — Lisa and her staff provide a friendly, homey atmosphere without any intrusiveness or forced interactions. They were helpful and fun and made our stay extra pleasant. The room was perfect for us; super comfortable bed, clean, nice decor, patio seating. Yes, the shower is very small, but who cares? Hot water was always plentiful and we weren't there to spend hours in the bath. The breakfasts were so delicious and generous and with indoor and outdoor seating, you could mingle or not to suit yourself. The place settings were lovely and all the furniture complimented a pretty country setting. Outside, the aroma from the blossoming trees was intoxicating, the murals on the garage, pool house and side panels were fun to look over, parking was easy (even when full of guests), the yards and pool area were well kept and pretty, and the birdsong and the roosters were icing on a much appreciated cake. We relaxed and felt uplifted and renewed on this trip, largely because of the Plantation B&B. We intend to be back within this year and recommend this site without reservation.

If you want to experience being a native Californian look no further. Staying here will transport you into the past while living in the present. The region is unique in myriad treasures.

Wonderful host! We arrived late and were met with cookies after midnight. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful.

We had a fabulous experience and would highly recommend this b & b to anyone! Lisa, the owner, was a gracious hostess and a fabulous cook. Her breakfasts were especially delicious and the view of the Sierra Nevada mountains from her backyard were spectacular. In addition, we met people from all over the world there — Poland, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Sweden and Lithuania. All in three days! Loved our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat!

This is a lovely, cozy place to stay. There's a pool and Jacuzzi outside. The decor is Gone with the Wind era. The breakfast was very good! There was fresh fruit of all kinds, pancakes with homemade syrup, cinnamon cake, yogurt and muesli, and chili relleno! I'd definitely stay here again! Lisa was friendly and accommodating!

My wife and I stayed the night at Plantation Bed & Breakfast, it was amazing. It was the first experience at a bed and breakfast that either one of us had. Lisa is very welcoming, and the atmosphere was warm. After a tour of the grounds and various off site activities we retired to the Scarlett O'Hara room. The bed was comfortable and the on suite bathroom was nice. The real winner for me was the Breakfast this morning. There was a buffet of fresh fruit and yogurt, coffee and tea, and wonderful homemade pastries. For the main entree we were served Pumpkin Strudel French Toast and it was very, very good. Thanks for the wonderful experience Lisa, keep up the great work!

He wore a suit for her, she curled her hair for him. They went to dinner and then they drove through the fog and rain and stayed at a place that felt like home. From the front door to the back yard, the feeling was that we were at grandma's house (the good one). We went up a steep staircase to a beautiful room with a fireplace and balcony door that we left open and listened to the rain. Amazing shower with soap dispenser, which was awesome because we didn't bring any. Adjustable shower head and a jacuzzi tub too, although a bit small. Truly relaxing stay in the scarlet o hara room, and we woke up to a gourmet breakfast service on fine china and gold silverware. I believe this stay was worth every penny. I just wish that we could have stayed longer.

Themed bed and breakfast establishment, well looked after and spotlessly clean, Lisa and Gregg could not have been more welcoming, food is excellent, sorry we only stayed one night. Bob and Eve Bailey.

We feel healed from the stress of the asphalt jungle known as Los Angeles after spending six nights at the Plantation in Lemon Cove. Highlights for us were walks in the cool early morning in the neighboring orange grove, Lisa's truly superb breakfasts, guided tour of the fascinating Cat Haven in Dunlap, hugging a sequoia in the Giant Forest, watching a bear eat the grass in Crescent Meadow, climbing Moro Rock, seeing the murals on the buildings in Exeter, feeling the summer breeze in the back yard and by the pool, and sleeping in the comfy bed in Aunt Pittypat's room. Highly recommended for decompressing from the city.

Take your stay as visiting your favorite aunt… You are meet with love, accommodated with any wish, fed with delicious food and slept in a very comfortable bed. Some things might be not top notch (as Tv or technology as the other post complained about, although we used the internet and it was fine) The breakfast was amazing! First of all — it is all home made from scratch! The post that was not happy with the breakfast — I wander do they make breakfast themselves from scratch or just eat bread bough from the supermarket and toasted? All breakfast was served with silver silverware and porcelain dishes and goblets for granola with yogurt. I have not seen a house that actually uses all that these days! We were looking for home feel, and we got it. I The hospitality is endless, food delicious and it was clean with lots of details in the house to accommodate the guests. Definitely recommend it, we will be back!

It was really awesome here in this beautifull Plantation bed and breakfast house :) it is one of the most romantical place I have been, there is also pool in the nice garden and yakuza. Breakfast was absolutely delicious:) :) :) lisa was very kind and always smiling :) and if you go there in spring there is one very amazing surprise in the air :).
