Quiet descance 😇 and very friendly staff.

Simple clean hotel, decent breakfast.

I was personally harnessed by a maid! I was out walking my dog and this maid made a beeline for me. She started asking me questions about the room I was staying in and then she proceeded to follow me to my car and came right up to my car window. My dog didn’t even stay in the room and the motel fraudulently charged my credit card $150.00 for 2 nights of having a pet.

Wonderful place and staff. Perfect location for our visit to Sequoia and Kong’s Canyon National Park. Checked in by Audrey who was so pleasant— would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We checked in in first room, the bed was broken. They gave us second room, it smells like someone died in it and left there for a month. When we asked to fix the issue, the hotel staff told us that maintenance went home, so nothing the can do till tomorrow (and no other rooms available) see the pictures: 1 st one is what they promote “ Breath Easy”, ye right!? And second, I found under the sink: it looks like that’s how the deal with smell issue, by putting toilet fresher in the room instead of solving the problem.

Great hotel! Bedrooms were clean, and up to date. Bed was even comfortable! Customer service was excellent, and breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend staying here!

1-Location: about 11 minutes to the Sequoia park. There is nothing but a 'meh' mexican restaurant, a pizza place and a subway in the area. About 30 minutes away from fast food places. 2-Comfort: Beds are quite comfortable. Nice sized rooms. 3-Amenities: Decent pool, could use a bit of cleaning. Jacuzzi function does not work (water does not heat up). Breakfast could use a little more variety (waffles, sausage and eggs every day-no bagels). Better get up at the crack of dawn to get ice-only 2 machines for the whole place and they are constantly out. Overall okay place for a stopover. This place has so much potential if only special attention was placed on the little things.

After ten days of traveling, this was our LEAST comfortable hotel room. The room had been somewhat updated. However, the bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and messed up my shoulder the chiropractor had put back in place before we left. Our room door couldn't close without slamming it, and we had trouble opening it. There was also trouble with the bathroom door. There was no elevator to take our luggage (two week's worth of clothing) up two flights of stairs. The room needed attention to detail to make it much better. The breakfast was nothing special, and the orange juice was rotten. I kept noticing other guests throwing away completely full glasses of orange juice.

Missing in nothing, some rude operators, no lift, outdated rooms and poor bathroom, outside there is a very unpleasant smell that fortunately you do not perceive inside the room, stairs and outside of the hotel dirty, mwntre the inside of the room It looks clean, pool soup of small insects drowned. I forgot, noisy conditioner, every 10 minutes it turns on and it seems to be in station.

Location gives good access to main roads and Sequoia National Park. Nice spacious rooms that were very clean. Hotel staff were very kind. Overall very impressed!

The hot tub was down for the season and I was bummed because I was looking forward to using it so they have us the hotel suite with a got rub in our room for only $20 more! Very good customer service and the room was amazing! We will be going back this summer!

Hotel simple to face the visit to the Sequoia PN.

We stayed in march 2018. On our first morning, we discovered blood in the sheets that didn't come from us. The sheets hadn't been changed! We talked to the front desk and the clerk assured us she would speak to the manager and we would receive a discount. That discount? $9.90! This hotel owner thinks its morally ok to charge $90 to let you sleep in used, bloody sheets. The manager and owner weren't available to speak with directly. The front desk clerk couldn't do anything else. I sent them a message that was ignored. I contact Comfort Inn headquarters. The customer service agent pretended to care and then told me since I received a 10% discount the complaint was considered resolved. The owners of this establishment take no responsibility for it. If they don't mind if the housekeepers skip changing the sheets, what else do they allow? Stay away from this place!

Excellent location for a stop before / after a visit to sequoia national park. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is typical as in any american motel I've been.

Sequoia National Park is about an hour's drive from the hotel. The hotel itself was very nice, the room was large enough, there was parking right in front of the rooms, there were scrambled eggs for breakfast. There was also an outdoor pool, gym and laundry room. So the hotel has everything you need. The hotel is very secluded, it is very quiet, there are hardly any usable supermarkets. Restaurants are also rare. The Wi-Fi is surprisingly good in the hotel.
The only thing that wasn't so great is the thin walls. You can hear the neighbor through the walls and also the other guests walking past the room. Even the water flush (I think it was) could be heard from the upper guests, as the pipes probably run down. Personally, I do not find the carpets very hygienic, among others. Because pets are allowed in the hotel.
Nevertheless, I would recommend the hotel to others, we were satisfied apart from the volume.

This place turned out nice and descent for a one night stay comfortable queen beds with bedding and clean bathrooms a little out dated but worthy of a one night stay. Quite, clean and friendly staff. Continental breakfast was good. Close to Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon Park. Small little town called Three Rivers is friendly and nice pizza shop with flat screens within walking distance or other places to sit down and eat if your tried from driving. Would stay here or other Comfort Inn & Suites! Will return soon!

Good hotel, nice, with pool. The breakfast was great. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the entrance of the Sequoia Park.
Small Tip: take gasoline before arriving in town because here this is very expensive (+ 70cts)

Nice place. When ee arrived on a very snowy day. We found our room to be already heated and iy smelled of pumpkin spice. I loved it! The eggs at breakfast could be a little better though.

Lousy hotel definitely a trap. The photos that are both on your website and on Google Maps are not true, the rooms are dirty without maintenance I did not even receive paint maintenance either in the rooms or on the outside.
It is definitely a lousy option disgusts sleep there, try to find other options really do not be fooled.

I’ll be straight to the point, I’ve stayed here before and everything is what you would expect. This time, hot water was broken. When we found out, we called down and they said they were working on it, no ETA. After a day of hiking, came back, no hot water still, no ETA. We found another hotel and checked out, manager tried to charge us for the full night we had stayed, I asked for compensation and he told us “it wasn’t his problem, he didn’t know until he had been called about it”. It wasn’t my problem either as a customer, and I wasn’t personally accusing him, I just wanted a discount because I did not get what I paid for. He said he would discount half, turned around and walked back into his office and said “bye”. Management rude, one star.

Too much signage~this is the Gateway to Sequoia National Park and as such, all businesses should be aware that part of that experience is seeing the stars. Bright lighting decreases that activity. This is a very small community and that amount of signage is not needed.

As the name says, really comforting hotel. Great rooms and beds. Free breakfast, continental and hot. Super close to all the attractions at Sequoia. Getting parking in front of your room is not easy if you come to hotel late. So arrive early lol, if you don't wanna walk the whole hotel. Staff was good too.

This is not a 3* hotel by any countries standards. The rooms are dirty, the walls paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbours are doing and the windows don't lock properly so anybody could just slide them open if your in or not. Think of a 70's police show where a prostitute has been killed in a cheap motel and this is what you would imagine.

Everything was fine with our stay. Heater worked, shower worked, clean. What made it go from a four star stay to five stars was Tiffany, at the front desk. She was so wonderful. She just went above and beyond. Very impressed with the customer service.

It’s a reasonably nice motel, reason price, good service and the breakfast was OK. Typical motel breakfast, dried egg and sausage, fruit, yogurt, waffles, hard boiled eggs.

10/28/17 Only Modern and Secure Hotel in the area. If you want to experience nature daytime but want to feel safe and not in an older rustic motel/cabin this is the place for you. Good breakfast included with your stay. Small town down the street with a pizza place, subway, and a small market for anything you need. Location is right at the entrance of Sequoia National Forest. Laundry machines available as well if you plan to stay longer. Room is spacious with chairs and center table available. All the basic needs to rest for the afternoon/night and continue the adventures the next day.

We are happy with everything except the laundry room. 2 washers but 1 out of order. We had to wait for an hour for our turn. It was midnight when I got done. It was 8 : 30 pm when we went to the laundry room. We got lots of use from the picnic table outside. : — (

When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and it took several minutes for someone to show up. A car alarm sounded pretty much all night and disrupted my sleep. The breakfast had cold eggs and thin waffles, but good coffee. The housekeeping was good. The room was decently comfortable.

Very close to the park, friendly and familiar. Clean rooms. Breakfast and Wi-Fi is bad. To the offer as the face of Three Rivers in the low season, it is a good option.

Excellent place to stay as a jumping off point into the park! Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is great! There is a market within walking distance (like only a block) so we could get snacks and lunch stuff for our all day jaunts into Sequoia and Kings Canyon. We had a good breakfast in the morning then on to the park. The Wifi was spotty so we ended up using a lot of our data for this trip. : (But for the price and the location, it was a great place to stay!

Our stay at this resort was an uncomfortable one at best. Mostly to management along with an outdated room. When we arrived in the afternoon our room was 80 degrees + because the air conditioner had been turned on 78 and along with the outside temperature and a closed up room, it was very hot and uncomfortable. As we turned the temp down on the air conditioner, the temp didn't change because it kept shutting off. Management shrugged their shoulders and told us that house keeping must have neglected to turn the air down after cleaning the room and unfortunately as the air conditioner was shutting down at intervals, it probably was working at it's full capacity and they would provide us with a box fan to push all the hot air around. Trying to make the best of things, I retreated to the bathroom for a bath and discovered that the tub drain was missing. Nearly in tears now and sweating profusely, I opened the bathroom door as the doorknob retainer was afloat and pinched my my fingers. I went down to the front desk to ask for a plug and another room key card since only one had been issued to us. Finally maintenance arrived to install the drain plug and reiterated to us that although the room was very hot, the air conditioner would eventually cool the room down.

Its basically a small step above a motel. We got 2 king beds with no smoking online. We brought two dogs as they are pet friendly and were greeted with a rude "should have told us" when we checked in despite no option online… Then asked how big they were (they were literally on a leash standing right there…). The front staff was consistently bewildered at straightforward questions. They have laundry but charge $2 EACH for soap, dryer sheets, using the machine, etc. Room was fine, AC cold, water hot (until it randomly didn't work for two hrs this morning). Bed a bit firm, but eh. Location is close to Sequoia entrance with some good, but overpriced food, down the street. There was a nice grass patch for the dogs and a good pool and hot tub. The other guests were nice enough as well and breakfast was pretty good. Still, probably would have to try a different place if I were to come to Three Rivers again.

Comfortable and spacious rooms. Wifi disastrous: slow and with connection difficulties. Do not have a refrigerator in the room, which is a discomfort if you need to have fresh water for the next day or have some fresh food.

So this is not a five star hotel but staff were friendly and rooms were clean, after reading a lot of negative reviews I was worried. But it was a great place to stay pool and jacuzzi was good, breakfast was great sausage egg cereal waffles and toast it was a great deal for the price, I would recommend this to friends.

Very good customer service from the receptionists who gave us last-minute information about the access to the park (it was winter, and there is a lot of snow). The room was very clean, comfortable, nice size. Heating. Very good breakfast. Abundant. I recommend it!

My fiance and I were in California during my spring break to go see Sequoia National Park. When we checked into the motel, there was a lot of construction going on. There was a sign on the desk apologizing for the construction. But where does one go, last-minute, during spring break right outside of Sequoia National Park? We chose to stay. MISTAKE! We are both morning people in the extreme, so we were up before 4:00 the next morning to be on our way — only to find that there was NO HOT WATER whatsoever! Zip, zero, zilch, it didn't even get lukewarm. So we could not take showers before we left. That was bad enough, but I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt — after all, it's not whether or not problems happen, it's how they're resolved… right? On our way out of the motel, I stopped at the desk to check out and to tell them that we had NO HOT WATER in our room. The guy at the desk said they do not actually turn the hot water on that early — seriously! He did NOT apologize. So I asked for the name and contact information of the motel manager (can't remember his name). As we traveled that day, I exchanged several emails with the manager, who informed me that he had not found any problem with the hot water… at 1:00 in the afternoon… OF COURSE he didn't find any problem, it was hot by 1:00! He also offered no apology NOR any sort of refund, only offered me 1000 "Choice Hotel Points. " NO THANKS!

Large Hotel on two levels with adjacent Parking, refrigerator, beds in the room and two King Size. Eiswürffel machine, unfortunately, was gewessen on the floor broken, but it was not so bad, because another one is on the ground floor. From the offered Breakfast, you don't need to expect all of a lot of, in addition to the standard US Breakfast of fruit, Joguhrt, fruit — vegetable juices and someone the coffee they serve. To recommend for visitors to the national Park, since the Park is around 10 minutes by car. Close to Dinner, Pizza hat, IMex, gas station.

Okay motel for $70 or $80 dollars a night, but definitely not worth the $130 we paid. On the plus side the room was relatively clean and quiet. Unfortunately, the AC died twice, we had to unplug the unit and reset it, since no other rooms were available. A little low brow… including dated decor and warning signs about being charged ridiculous fees for taking towels and other items… I don't even know who wants worn motel towels, but ok. No fridge or microwave. We were told they had fridges in the "deluxe" room, but we were already paying too much for a very basic motel room. Breakfast was ok but a little disappointing since there was no fruit of any kind.

The sheets where rough and the cups for the continental breakfast are too small, but service and cleanliness where both great!

Standard hotel room. Hardish bed, one soft and one firm pillow. Staff was nice, had a weird high pitched noise coming from the bathroom in the middle of both nights spent there. Breakfast was standard quality hotel food.

Great location near Sequoia national park. Clean and good size room. Like the hot shower and great breakfast. Coffee and tea 24 hours at the lobby. No elevator so book ground floor if you have a lot to carry.

Nice peacefull and comfortable stay for the second time there. But after two years, bathroom looking a bit old and mouldy. Hope the current revamping will solve this little hicup out.

Pricey, but really good. Our room was very clean and well maintained. A surprising oasis of civilisation in the middle of nowhere, just an hour driving from Sequoia Forest.

We arrived with a three day stay — and immediately (before the first day was over) asked that we change it to two days. It was approx 10 pm. The person behind the desk did not know how to do that, so she said we'd have to check in the morning. I asked her to make a note. She did not. In the morning — well before 8 am — I stopped at the desk to talk with the manager. He said I needed to let them know the day before. I told him — — and the worker (who was still there) agreed that was what happened. He said he would change it so that our stay was 2 nights. We stayed one more night. When I checked out he said he could not provide the paperwork but ASSURED me we would only be charged for two nights. Of course — that's not what happened and we ended up paying for three. We are disputing it with our credit card people but they lied. DO NOT STAY HERE — — they are terrible.

Almost zero phone service. No military discount, AAA discount was below industry average, internet did not work in room or in breakfast area and cable TV was hit or miss. When we contacted the feint desk about internet and cable after check-in we were given an 800 number for "tech support" which was an answering service that never returned a call. We called multiple times 3 days in a row without return call (used room phone as directed by management). The biggest issue is that the hotel had their water tested for bacteria and drink ability multiple times before we arrived. We received a letter in our room on our last evening stating all water from the tap was not fit to drink. These tests and results were all before we arrived before we arrived. We we only notified on our last night about the water issues an had been drinking the tap water while in the room. We had some stomach distress, but chalked it up to travel and food, but after reading this complained to management and were told the note was only a precaution and not the issue. That was nit acceptable and a formal letter to corporate management has been sent. The hot tub was closed for maintenance (pump was out for over a month) and all ice machines we old and barely produced ice. Breakfast was standard for a Comfort inn, but despite reserving a room with a refrigerator and on the first floor we were not given one, but offered an upgrade for $35 per night.

The Welcome at the Lobby was not very friendly. The rooms are clean and good. Big Plus: There are washing machines ($ 1.25/load) and dryers ($ 1.25/load). The morning food from plastic plates is the norm here.

A hotel whose main advantage is its excellent position close to the national parks of Sequoia and Kings Canyon that makes trips more productive by not wasting time in travel and buses. The facilities are not anything of another world but inside of which usually have hotels in this area of California.
