Close to park entrance, reasonable rates, clean rooms and well-run, small family-owned motel with owner on site.

Spacious and clean rooms, great location, fantastic garden.

The owner, Chris is super nice and very helpful with advise on where the best places to eat are. The location was also great. Quiet with beautiful flower gardens through out the property. One in which had a nice gravel trail and solar lights circling it. Perfect for a late night stroll.

This place is old and needs renovation. The A. C was not working properly. The inside temperature was 38°c and was not cooling off with AC working full speed. After complaining I was told that it was due to the outside temperatures (42° c) and our body heat. The room was not worth 429$. Not happy at all and will never comeback again. The room was highly over priced for the quality of it.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, Friendly staff. There's always room for improvement and the Sequoia Motel isn't the Ritz Carlton. But then again… they're not trying to be :-)

I left behind my 4th gen iPad mini underneath some blankets on the bed. It was returned to me free of charge; heavily protected within two boxes and shipped via FedEx. That alone warrants a five-star rating; big shout out to Chris S. For her help. Although she did not explicitly ask for reimbursement, I paid her $40 for her troubles anyway, which was the least I should do. The room (king bed) was large and clean, with a good LG air conditioner that worked well even on the hottest days of roughly 95ºF plus (it could chill the room to.

The Sequoia Motel is a fantastic choice if you are visiting Three Rivers!

What a warm and comfortable atmosphere! I come back as often as I can. I highly recommend it to my friends, family, or anyone I here is going in that direction!
