The Ridge Crest had nicely apportioned suites that were rather cozy. The bad: The complimentary Wi-Fi is limited to 512Kbps, there was no air conditioning even though it was over eighty degrees (they did provide a evaporative cooler however), and our keys demagnetized within a day. The good: The views are spectacular, the location was fifteen minutes from the downtown area, and the staff was friendly. Be aware there is no front desk at Ridge Crest: the office/lobby is a two minute drive up the hill at the Ridge Club building.
Loved everything there except for the convertible sofa to bed in the living room. Felt every single spring in its mattress. Other than that, the location is perfect, fully furnished rooms, kitchen with everything you need to stay there for long, 3 min driving from the main resort with all amenities. Highly recommend!

The location is nice, the view is beautiful and the staff are friendly. However, the only cooling was an evaporative cooler and opening the windows. The office of the resort is separate from the actual place where we stayed, which wasn't a big deal, but is a good thing to know. The free Wi-Fi is very slow. The place looks a little run down at the Crest. All in all, I liked it, but it wouldn't be my first choice to stay at.
