My parents have been owners for years. We love The Ridge Tahoe and look forward to our turn coming out with mom and dad. It's like coming home, and the staff is friendly and lovely. Highly recommend, and the hikes from this property abound!

Decent place. Needs updates on many things like windows, screens, fireplace didnt work, carpet, and some broken barstools. Otherwise its not too bad of a place. Kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms. Could use extra cleaning on floor heaters and in bathroom floor corners. We had fun. Place had nice views.

Lack of everything since Holiday inn took over. Missing pots and pans and a whole lot of everything. More pissed off that owners are even being treated this way.

We have been coming here for 10 years with our kids and my husband has been coming here for 30 years. We LOVE the Ridge. So much room for a big family and amazing service. We couldn’t imagine not coming back each year.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly. I wish they had sorted out the Wi-Fi situation (we didn’t have Wi-Fi for 3 days), because if it wasn’t for this issue it would’ve been a perfect stay.

Incredible staff and beautiful views.

Worst dump I’ve ever been to. Poor signage, almost impossible to find the unit I was staying. No mention that there was no underground parking, much less any parking at all. No front desk to help with these issues after 11PM. One night here out of necessity, that’s it. Not coming back under any circumstance, ever.

We bought $1000 package only to have to turn around and drive home the same day we arrived ASSURED several time we'd receive a full refund because they couldn't provide us with a room with working amenities. The manager assured me several times and then lied the following day and said she never said that (after we were already back home). We ended up paying close to $1000 for my kids to swim for an hour after being in a car for 4 hours and then home again. Dishonest.

The rooms are huge, nicely decorated. Views are amazing. Just a short drive to Stateline.

Home away from home. It has everything. All the staff are very friendly and very helpful. We love that there is a shuttle service.

We stayed here in the one bedroom condo which was much more than we needed but it had all the amenities we could ask for. The only thing I felt they lacked was customer service. When paying such a high rate for a stay they need to have more than just coffee, tea would have been nice also. We called Guest service to bring another package of coffee up to the room because we were there for 3 days was told a porter would bring it up… they never showed. The vending machines for Soda only dispensed HOT bottles of water and the Bistros food (Nachos) well they were something a college kid could have made even better on a budget but yet we paid $18.54 for them and a soda.
The view was amazing, showers were nice the beds well sleep numbers are not my favorite but it did fine.
Front desk was awesome in showing us our "Disneyland Map" (as we called it) of the grounds but were confusing once you really looked at them. There was no menus for the restaurant and the market down stairs was way to over priced.
I would go back better prepared and probably would bring my own food since I had a full kitchen and my own Tea.

Well run resort in a beautiful mountain setting. Lots of activities and personal touches that make it stand out over other resorts. Our 2 bedroom unit was spacious and comfortable. It had a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Free Wifi was usually good. Parking was in the basement, especially handy in bad weather. The Bistro in the Club House had very good food. Every morning we received a phone message giving the day's weather forecast, the day's activities and food options. Shuttle service is provided.

Customer service was horrible. I would not recommend this resort. You can pay $100’s less per night somewhere else and get better customer service than this place. I literally had a younger female employee roll her eyes at me when we were entering the security gate entrance. For over $1000 for 2 nights, I expected a lot more. I am giving this place 2 stars however because the rooms were clean and the views were great. No a/c in the rooms though that actually work reasonably.

The location of the Ridge is wonderful. It is 15 minutes along a fun windy road to get to Heavenly Village where there are tons of shops and dining options. The preview of owning a timeshare is a bit of a joke. They want to earn 16% interest for 10 years on an "investment" that doesn't actually earn you anything. If you travel a lot and are interested in timeshare, paying for it in cash might be worth it. The rooms at the Tower were beautiful! Especially the one bedroom looked very comfortable and large.

This review got a response! In which case it was unfair of me not to mention how awesome their staff was and how many fun and varied activities they host. Genuinely memorable stay. If I'm coming back to the scenic Tahoe area I'm checking them first! Original comment: Naturally cooled means no air conditioner in room. Smokey days in the summer means hot room or smokey.

I'm visiting my cousins here and it is great. I was here visiting them about 3 years ago and it was great then to. The only problem this time is all the fires. As you can see in the pictures. I thought I was coming to visit and get away from the smoke from the Carr fire at home in Shasta Lake City, Ca. Otherwise the visit and the room is of great quality! Hope I get invited next year so I can come and do the outside stuff that we were going to do this time.

Had a king room there. The view from the hill was amazing. There were so many amenities too, many of which we didn't have a chance to use. Loved the pool, playground, and hot tub. My brother and sons used the indoor basketball courts and family used the movie theatre, miniature golf, restaurants,. Bingo, shuttles and more! The shower had good pressure. Our room didnt have shampoo and conditioner, but got it when we asked for it. The oil came with an extra fan and ceiling fan, as it was a warm week, but they helped cool the room off. Thanks Ridge! We hope to stay again sometime!

The area was beautiful but the staff were rude. Check in was at 4pm and took us Till 6 pm to get in our room. We were in line and a lady left us at the registration line for over 20 minutes and didn’t apologize. Check out is at 10 A. M. Which is a little early for paying their prices. In the lobby there were ceiling tiles falling apart and some were different colors and some of the elevators floor were falling apart. The restaurant /bar and store were up the hill and was not a fun walk up the steep. The room were super clean but need to hire more housekeeper staff that are faster beacause waiting two hours for our room was not fun. You had to take your own trash to the dumpster. So I will not be coming back to visit.

While the condo that we are staying in is lovely, we had to call engineering 4 times. Twice for the pilot light for the fire, and twice because NONE of the three DVD players worked. It took an hour for them to come the third time we called, resulting in calling a fourth time to see if they’d forgotten. They had. However, the area is beautiful and the staff here are quite nice. The road up is a bit steep, so drive carefully.

A beautiful hotel in the mountains. We went in June. The outdoor spa was great and the views beautiful.

Many buildings have upgrades. We love all the pools, fitness center, many activities, including an awesome hiking trail, and excellent customer service! They offer fun classes for the kids and free shuttle transportation and free parking. So many amenities and excellent help from the concierge service for local activities and deals around the Tahoe area including airport shuttle services for a fee.

The Ridge is one of the finest Resorts you ever have date fun of going to. It is like a little self-contained City and once you or here there are all sorts of options. It is my favorite place in the entire country. The staff is excellent and the Ambiance is very warm. I spent about 4 weeks out of the Year here.

The location of The Ridge Tahoe is gorgeous! Our room had a huge window overlooking Carson City and the whole valley. The resort itself is a bit sleepy. The bar closes at 9, we didn't get service or even greeted when we showed up at 8:40 on a Friday night. After not acknowledging us, an employee came through to collect the money from the register and proceeded to leave at 8:50. Overall the resort is quite nice, clean and upscale. The views, while not of Lake Tahoe, are phenomenal. The gas fireplace in our suite kept the place a comfortable temperature despite night time lows. We had our service dog with us, which we made staff aware of well in advance, and the staff did not bother us about her at all. Everyone was generally friendly, although it wasn't the happiest place in earth by any means. The location is nice, removed from too much traffic but in close proximity to services and activities. Overall, our stay was pleasant and I would stay again.

I had the pleasure of having my wedding here last weekend. Shannon the wedding coordinator at The Ridge out did her self this last weekend and our wedding. We were blow away and wouldn’t have changed a thing. From the very beginning The Ridge made wedding planning super easy since we live in Sacramento. We initially got contacted with Blair who answered all my millions of questions I had for her. Once we decided on The Ridge we were in contact with Shannon. The venue is breath taking, the food for the reception was mouth watering, and the staff out did their self. If anyone is looking for a beautiful venue with a wedding coordinator I would highly recommend The Ridge.

This a nice resort to come and stay at. My family has had a time share here for 15+ years now, since I was a kid. It's really close to the stagecoach lift at heavenly ski resort, so if you like hitting the slopes, you barely have to roll out of bed to get there. We have always stayed at the cascade building, and there's a good view from there, and a hot tub too. There's tons of stuff to do here with all of the amenities that they have to offer: indoor tennis, raquetball, wally ball, workout room, spa, locker rooms, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, and tons more. Last time I was there, the fireplace was having some problems, but each time we called about it, a maintenance person came quickly and was very nice while fixing the problem. I've enjoyed coming here, basically as a guest so I don't know how much it costs, but it has always been a good stay for me.

I LOVE TAHOE! This is the place to stay! Away from the crowd and noise. Beautiful place among the awesome backdrop. The staff extremely friendly & helpful! The manager who's name is Angel, is helpful. And accommodating. He really. Makes the resort. 5 star!

The location of this treasury was fantastic. We stayed in The View building and had a great view of Lake Tahoe. There rooftop hot tub was amazing and the bed was comfortable. The rooms were decently maintained and accommodated, but we found the staff to be less than helpful and somewhat unfriendly. Since we were in The View we had to shuttle back and forth to the main building to swim, eat or do anything on property as their are no sidewalks between buildings. We had a good week vacation but The Ridge pales in comparison to what we typically expect from a resort.

Great amazing location and view. We Loved it. Make sure you get the suite. My advise is don't get the time share program they offer. The second time we went was on a promotion rate but the catch was to go to a 90 min tour and chance to sign up for their time share. Well 90 min turned into over 2 hours and they said if you don't want it just say no because it wasnt a hostile sales environment but guess what we said no and they were trying to convince us for an hour to take it.

The Ridge Resort is awesome. Their staff has been very helpful tending to their customers. Their setup is great. They have shuttles to bus you around to ski lifts as well as all around the resort. They also have a playground and a mini golf course for those who just like the monkey around or get a little tee time. I totally recommend the Ridge Resort to all who come to Tahoe for a visit!

We enjoyed a lot with my family, a beautiful place.

Very nice Hotel Away from the center about 20 minutes by shuttle bus served by the hotel and running until noon. 30 am. Swimming pool and spa very clean and well kept. The only drawback was the food service that at 8 pm was already closed and we had to walk for 20 minutes to find something to dine with. I've already recommended it to friends who want to go to Tahoe.

We have been Ridge owners for 35 years and have wonderful memories. Place still looks good but it took 2 days to get the icemaker fixed and the heat could have worked a lot better. I noticed some new "safety " measures like a card attached to the Venetian blinds warning of child choking. Really? The blinds were behind the stove unit. No child could reach them. Also, the fireplace is now behind a thick sheet of glass. The hot water for showers must be turned all of the way to the hot end to be hot enough. Doesn't anyone take care of their children any more?

It's a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The fireplace though is electric hot.

The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful, they bring anything you want to your room. The location, of course, is absolutely beautiful. The rooms were very clean and extremely roomy and they were also stocked with all of the utensils, pots, pans, glasses, cups, everything that you might need.

Picturesque place with fantastic views. Unfortunately, the hotel has also seen better times, something has come up in the years. Nevertheless a nice place for holidays in the mountains.

Our room on the 9th floor in the Tower was amazing and the view was breath-taking. Extremely courteous staff and the hourly shuttle to Heavenly Village was super convenient. We love The Ridge Tahoe and will definitely be back!

Very close to the stagecoach lift in Heavenly ski resort. They provide a shuttle bus, and even they have a tram which is directly connected to the stagecoach lift from resort. I stayed on a suite with full size kitchen. I recommend it for family trip. They offer 2 bedroom suite, so 2 families could be accommodated. On icy road condition, w/o 4 wheel drive SUV, it's mostly impossible to get there. Very nice location for skiing, room is clean, inside parking is available.

Place looks nice and advertises great amenities but not the case. Plus side you have shuttles and a place to eat and drink, and hot tubs. However everything "nice" is broken. Sleep number bed… broken. Humidifier… broken. No towels for spa, fireplace… broken. No room service. Try to call the front desk and get busy signal all night. Call from cell phone waited over 30 minutes with no answer. They don't clean well we found change and wrappers all over the floor and stains on the couch. Everything is hot. We stayed over Christmas and set temp to 65 only to be boiling all night. We got a conjoined room but was locked from both sides and we weren't able to use it. There is no place to put your luggage besides on the floor. Walls are extremely thin. I heard everything my upstairs neighbor did. I knew what they had for breakfast and when they went to the bathroom. I think they held a dance party but you can't call front desk because you only get busy signal.

Stayed here on a company paid trip and had a very romantic stay here with my wife. The accommodations were perfect. We had a two bedroom in the Plaza housing and had the most amazing view of Carson City and the rest of Nevada. We also enjoyed a free shuttle ride to Heavenly for all day ice skating.

The Ridge is fantastic. They have a hot tub in every building, and 2 of the buildings have an outside AND inside hot tub, which is honestly a lot of fun when it's 20 degrees out. Service was great, and whenever I had a question the customer service was quick to answer. There is a gate to get into the hotel area, and the guard will open it upon seeing your parking pass or hotel key. If you have outside guests visiting, or are driving with separate parties in the same room, let them know beforehand so they know who to let through. The gate was the only complaint I had about the whole experience, as it is a bit inconvenient and really doesn't provide any security. Other than that small inconvenience, the hotel is great and I highly recommend anyone stay there if given the opportunity.

Stayed at Plaza. Rooms are okay, rustic decor, clean. The view at the other side of Heavenly is worth more than the property. There is a nice bar, a little deli, heated swim pool. You can get the whole spa treatment here as well. If you need to gamble or go to South Lake Tahoe there is a bus leaving every half hour.

My wife and I have come to the Ridge Tahoe every year for about 30 yrs. Now And our children came along with us. It has been the best tradition we could ever have setup for them as we all have a great time with all of the amenities available with pools, tennis courts, restaurant, kids play ground. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It truly is a home away from home.

Excellent location. Food and drink are high quality but subject to typical resort pricing so not a particularly good value. The staff is outstanding. The amenities are substantial and very good for singles, couples, and families. There will be a diligent effort to get you to attend a sales presentation. They will compensate you fairly for your time. There are myriad and varied opportunities nearby for recreation. Public transportation is provided by the resort.

A hidden Jem. I had no idea this place existed up on the mountain. If you love the outdoors and like to be away from the downtown crowd this panther place to stay. Wonderful, most helpful staff. They offer activities for kids and adults. The spa is amazing. I highly recommend a hot stone massage. The views are amazing. The only reason for the 4 stars is because we were staying in Pointe Ridge which I think is an older unit. The walls are pretty thin. Can here people making breakfast in the morning or walking in the above unit at night. Rooms are nice, clean, big, and comfortable tho. We had a sleep number bed in the room which was amazing.

It was a time share presentation. Its in the mountains near heavenly ski resort South lake Tahoe. Resort is beautiful and if intrested well worth the money. Unfortunately not in my Financial opportunity to do so.

WARNING! DO NOT STAY HERE! This was the worst place I have ever stayed. Our room Was discussing. Moldy ceilings, shower head broken, safe broken, lamps either broken or missing light bulbs, phone broken, fan setting only on high, no A/C etc. 2 hours after I checked in and gave them my credit card it was used online to purchase $500 of items fraudulently. I went to front desk to complain and they had no manager on duty on a Saturday? Left a list of things wrong with our room. No one ever saw the list. I called several times after our stay to Recify. No one ever called me back. 3 months later the resort fraudulently charged my card again. Customer service is terrible and place is a dump.

Our all time family vacation place to stay when in Lake Tahoe. This resort is beautiful and comfortable, large enough for our family to stay together. Beautiful scenery especially for pictures any spot is picture perfect. Love this place :-)

The Ridge Tahoe is the primary location of Resorts West. There are multiple buildings close to Heavenly where people can eat, sleep, play and stay. The Ridge Tahoe was initially built in 1984 and is one of the better time shares in the local area. You get parking garages and outdoor parking for the various buildings, play areas such as a playground for children and then kids events during the week while the adults can enjoy an indoor tennis court, indoor racquetball courts, indoor and outdoor swimming, multiple spas, a weight room, a massage service and many other things to do including a dedicated tram that goes to one of the ski lifts for the Heavenly ski area. The rooms are generally quiet and the views are nice as many of the buildings have spas on the top floors which provide nice vantage points for sightseeing during the day or at night.

We stayed in the Ridge Tahoe and were married in the Garden during our stay. Beautiful resort and view from our room. Staff was great with making sure our wedding day was special. Only surprise was the lack on air conditioning in the rooms, but the breeze coming through open windows made it tolerable. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a blast! The experience is truly what you make it. We were hesitant before booking because there is no air-conditioning but with the portable unit and fan we stayed cool. With all the activities that are offered there is no reason to be in the room all day! We had a blast.

The online booking ended up being a pain in the neck, so we wouldn't recommend that. However, the suite was a great value, with lots of great amenities included. We would definitely stay again!

Just a short, 5 minute drive to south lake Tahoe. There are many on-site activities. Beautiful location with great views. Rooms are nice and clean. Small kitchen in main building is convenient and has some really good food.

Haven't been here in a few years. The city run shuttle service was awful during the 4th of July holiday weekend, sometimes running a full hour behind. The resort has been redone completely but they charge for Wi-Fi now which is redonkulous. For major holidays either have an alternative means of transportation to and from the resort.

Great place to visit! Lots of walking but also lots of amenities! Friendly staff and quick service. Just a little dated but very nice. I am having some trouble figuring out a comfortable setting on the sleep number bed. Overall, highly recommended.

Stayed for a week. Great rooms and amenities. Semi-Secluded (15 minutes from the lake and casinos). Lots to do at resort. Pool, billiards, hiking, gym, tennis, raquet ball, market place, bar and restaurant too. Daily events and much more. Looking forward to having a chance to come back again soon.

Room are really nice spacious, clean, luxurious. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Only two issues have there is no temperature control in the rooms. So in the summer only way to cool the room is leave the windows open and run a fan. And in the winter when it is cold you have to run the fireplace to keep warm. The second issue is no free Wi-Fi 20 bucks for a week.

We stayed 2 nights at The Ridge Sierra and loved it! When we arrived check in was quick and easy, our suite was clean and spacious, the view we had was breathtaking. We made use of the amenities at Ridge Tahoe and swam, rented movies and played billiards at both locations. The drive into Stateline was short and we ate our dinners out while making our own breakfasts and lunches in the room. It was a great family mini vacation and would gladly do again with my family or just my husband or even alone. There were many things I would love to try.

Good fairly convenient place to stay, up at the club house they have lots of activities for all ages! Rooms are alwayse big! Washer and dryer in most with a full kitchen! TV in living area and bed w/cable Only down side poor Sprint cell service and Wi-Fi cost but you can pay a flat fee and use on up to 4 devices. (I do not recall fee off hand)

The place is old, but in good condition. The beds are inflatable on each side, but deflates during the night to about 30 to 35 pounds, making it uncomfortable, till you inflate again about 3 in the morning. It was very clean, but not comfortable.

We unfortunately experienced some bad weather but that certainly didn't take away from our amazing stay! We stayed with our family and had two separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms. The bathtubs in each bathrooms were huge and gorgeous (wish I had one at home). The pool was extremely well designed with an awesome border between the inside pool area and the outside pool area. You can easily swim under the water and swim outside in the deeper section. We found two spas (one inside and one outside) in our building and one near the pool. Saunas are equally abundant. It is incredibly gorgeous everywhere you look. We enjoyed drinking cocoa by the fireplace and taking in the view of the mountain side.

It's on top of a mountain with great views all around. We love being members. They have all kinds of activities going on everyday. It's not just for adults.

A pretty cosy place to stay and all apartment style so you get a kitchen and living space. We had linked rooms giving us two doubles. They have a rentals place on site though they fitted my wife with extremely small boots — her first time skiing so she didn't know to question it.

This place is great if you need a place to crash after a long day riding Heavenly. Amenities are substandard Hungry Bear is crap, Moutain Side Eatery is lodge food. Drinks are marked up as to expect. Staff minus house keeping lack customer service. Still with descent house keeping rooms are dirty site is falling apart. Any event they do offer is to good to be true and a let down. Spas are crowded due to lack of them. The customers that are attracted to the site are your typical low budget tourists who have no common courtesy and will sleep with their kin and steal all the condiments. But, they do have sleep number beds with questionable stains. Enjoy your stay, with caution.

I was there for a wedding and although we did not stay at the resort it was a very nice place, the only problem we had was the lack of instruction for parking. Other than that it was all great.

Spacious suites. Not new but we'll maintained. Hot tubs and pool open year round. Great views and access to slopes.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. There are a lot of facilities that make the stay much more enjoyable and the in room kitchen makes food much easier.

Unloaded the car of all our luggage including ski equipment etc. Got in the room and the ceiling is leaking and has been for awhile. You could see evidence of a poor temporary patch. Maintenance guy came and told us, "Oh I better shovel the deck of the unit above. " So obviously this was a known problem. We were moved to different unit. We have been here 24 hours and maintenance has been here twice. The fireplace (Gas) pilot was out so we could not have a fire. The management recommends using the in unit safe for your valuables. Ours didn't work. Maintenance comes and says, "Yup, it was vandalized a while ago and doesn't work so don't use it. " The community hot tub is old and shows it. The trash is overflowing next to it. It is warm, not hot and we overhead a maintenance guy telling another customer that there is nothing they can do about it. Another thing, there is a note from the Management saying to leave your two bathroom and kitchen faucets running with a steady stream to keep the pipes from freezing. We are in the middle of an historic drought and how much water is being wasted? The Ridge sits above Heavenly's Stagecoach Lift. 4 of the 7 buildings have easy access to an eight person little people mover that goes on a track down to the lift. It broke down at the end of the day so we had to take a shuttle back to the room, quite a time delay.

We were very excited about our mini-vacation in Tahoe and about spending time at this hotel. However upon arrival we realized what a hard snowy icy drive is up the hill to this place, good we had an AWD, while many other cars got stuck along the way. When we checked in we were assigned a room in Plaza Bldg which — besides being the smallest hotel room we've ever slept in — had the heating (in 10 degrees outside) malfunctioning and the phone to front desk not working. After a few cellphone calls we got an engineer to check on the heat, but unfortunately he couldn't do anything about and upon leaving the room left the door (unintentionally he said? ) open while we were gone out to dinner. When we called the front desk surprised to see our door wide open, we were told that we should be happy that our room has a valley view (?! ), like that was going to fix the fact that we had low heat, a claustrophobic room and the door left open in our absence. Eventually after calling them again the next day for another issue, someone at the front desk showed common sense and made it up for all our troubles during our first night stay. So glad that there's some goodness in this world because if it was after the first front desk person (Fran) we'd have been freezing with a toddler in our smaller-than-life room. The guest services lady (Cathy) was on top of things however the first night when we needed a space heater and a roll-away bed for our child (although we needed to wait 2.

Incredible resort. Extremely close to Stagecoach lift at Heavenly, away from the city, and has every amenity possible. Very fortunate to stay here.

Room was amazing. Perfect location with amazing views. Spas could use a little work but sauna is a total plus. Room was spotless and a double shower head is a luxurious touch. Hallways were a bit warm but room was perfect.

We have stayed in the Tower and the Nagel 12 buildings. Both accommodations are spacious and comfortable. The staff was very nice and provided good customer service. The only negative was the Internet service. It couldn't provide a strong enough signal and was constantly going out.

Dated rooms, rude staff owner club is not worth it. Place is a joke spend the money and stay at Heavenly Village. Staff will tell you they only work there to be able to Ski everyday at 2. Just a couple tips for those who decide to stay. Stay away from Sydney at check in she has no people skills. If you want to get a drink go down to heavenly village or HardRock. Bartender at bear trap closed down at 8:28 on a Thursday night which was my Birthday night told us to go and get our own drinks at the Market. Pfft, we will never be back and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place. Top it off the smoke detector battery is low so now it is chirping in our room. I feel real safe deffinetly tell they stay up on their maintnece here. This place is horrible!

Great facility, but the staff is a mess. They don't answer the phones even to take reservations or take them on their website either. We were here for a wedding and we were all suppose to be in the same tower and floor so the kids would all be in one place. The person who took our reservation (when they finally answered the phone after 4 days of calling) assured us and the other 4 family's that this was no problem. Then when we checked in not only were we not on the same floor. We were not even in the same building. The manager said that they never could have done it, which would have been fine had you not told us otherwise. Sitting here on there pool side restaurant they are going through a shift change right at lunch time and are not taking orders … Good planning guys. I could keep complaining about all the other things that have done like cleaning my room while I was gone, even thought there was a do not disturb sign on my door, but I am just going to enjoy the rest of my weekend the best I can.

Booked a room for the July 4th weekend. Went to a concert at South Lake Tahoe and when we got back to the resort there was NO parking AND they do NOT have a night staff available at all to help. Even a hotel 6 has someone at the front desk 24-7. The facility is not designed to accommodate the volume of vehicles that come with the hotel being at guest capacity. Had to pack up and leave in the middle of the night. Completely ruined my weekend plans. Also, the rooms have no A/C so you WILL ROAST! The resort is actually a few miles from the lake so for the nightly rate you would be better off staying somewhere closer.

Great accommodations and spectacular clubhouse. Fireplace and jacuzzi tub in room. Nice porch overlooking mountains. Lake Tahoe just down the mountain. Will come back to this place. Plenty to do to stay busy or just relax. Also great steam room in clubhouse and racquetball.

Great stay, excellent rooms and facility. Very friendly staff. Convenient to Heavenly ski resort. We have stayed at the Ridge several times and have always been happy and satisfied.

I liked it especially the sleep number beds, that is something you will not find at a why dam but the thing is because of a drought in the U. S. (California) we saw no snow.

My Family and I go every winter for the last 8 years, and always have fun enjoying our stay. There is so much to do and so little obstacles or hassle doing them, and the resort provides everything you could need and want.

Great skiing. Staff friendly and accommodative. Condos were very up to date and capacious.

I can not believe hotel rooms have no AC. We are being cooked here. The fire place pilot light, heating is coming out. My son has a bleeding nose. It is so dry and stuffy here. Two workers have have seen so far, are smokers. I am ok smokers, but I don't want to smell 3rd hand smoke. They can wash their hand often, chew gums or change their clothes or something to prevent the smoke. I give it a two stars, but not one because it may be a good place to come during the winter if you don't mind about the smell. Definitely, don't come here in the summer : (.

After some research on their website, I called them up and got signed up for the special rated accommodations (about half price) if my boyfriend and I attended their 90 minute timeshare ownership presentation. When I received the email confirmation, I read the disclaimer and saw that I may not be able to participate due to a bankruptcy three years ago. I emailed them to inquire about this. The response was an email saying they were cancelling everything and refunding the charge on my card. I immediately called and asked if they would have even known anything about my finances if I had not been honest and disclosed it. They said they would not have known. I asked if my boyfriend could attend on his own and we could still take advantage of the rate/timeshare presentation package, as he has perfect credit. Their response was that they do not market to SINGLE MEN. My response was that I did not care who they marketed to, but that if they offer a package and then retract it/cancel it based on the fact that he is a SINGLE MAN, that is DISCRIMINATION. I asked them to resolve this situation and I received an email telling me they had been running this business for years and that they had crossed all their T's and dotted their I's and that what they were doing was legal. Being in Human Resources, I was shocked that a business could do this. I am writing this review to let others know so that others are not found in a situation such as this.
