Brooks is the perfect 19th hole. Gorgeous facility and excellent food.

Disappointing Thanksgiving Buffett Turkey and halibut were dry, many items were cold, no coffee cups or saucers, then the decaf coffee was cold. Potato dishes over salted, very few deserts but several dirty dishes on the desert shelf, butter was frozen, just all around unacceptable. We are very disappointed by the lack of attention to details. Prices do not reflect food quality and we will not be returning.

Beautiful place, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are huge and beds are very comfortable. You could live in the bath room alone! All the extras are offered here! Must come back again!

UPDATE: After leaving a review about my experience, management was prompt about making things right. They confirmed I had a tee time and there was an issue with the system and decided to honor my rate, re-booked us for a later date, and offered us a beer tasting and food platter after we are are done golfing. I am pleased that management contacted me, and worked with us to get us taken care of. That is great customer service and fixed their mistake with class, and professionalism. Thank you to the management I spoke with and worked with to fix the issue. I called and booked a tee time two weeks ago, we showed up this morning to check In and they said they did not have my reservation in the system. They continued to tell us they we’re completely booked and wouldn’t not be able to get us our till late In the afternoon. After asking if they could honor our rate, since the rates jump drastically, they said they could not. Ultimately we were not accommodated and had to leave. It’s really unfortunate that they would not accommodate us, or figure out a way to make things right. I love the property, and course and have had great experiences before. This experience however really put a damper on our weekend, and really disappointed us in that they wouldn’t do anything to help us out.

Beautiful lakeside setting. Most rooms have a lake view. Room features are top-notch. There is an outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Paths lead down to a private shore. Hotel adjoins a golf course with a club house. Valet parking. Shops and restaurant are on the ground floor.

Every attention to detail has been taken at the Lodge. Excellent upscale rooms, amazing food and great outdoor spaces!

The service in the lodge was second to none. Took care of our needs with no problems. The views of the lake were breath taking. The only criticism was at the bag room at the golf shop, a bit of confusion in shipping our golf clubs basically had to do everything ourselves to ensure they were shipped out.

The pool and hot tub are fantastic, the view of the lake is gorgeous. The staff was friendly and prompt. Food is delicious as well.

Most amazing time. So secluded and away from the stresses of real life. Amazing food and services. Live acoustic guitar and sitting around the fire pit was a lovely end to the night.

Beautiful views, easy access to the beach, rooms are nice and updated, maids are the best, service is a bit slow, food is average… great golf course as well.

Check in was easy. Champagne welcome drinks. Treasure chest gifts for kids. No map given, no information on restaurants or activities. No mention of husband’s birthday. Gorgeous room. Beautifully done.

Heating/cooling system in the room is very, very loud and not easy to program.
View of carport not so great. Turn down service came at 8:50pm, for a family that’s very late.
The next morning cleaning came at 8:50am while we were in PJs eating breakfast. Swimming pool is too deep for kids at 4ft.
Pool boys pass you by, very young, never smiling, looked like they didn’t want to be there. The most unenthusiastic employees in the entire hotel. Towels laying everywhere on the floor.
Pool menu is very limited, kids menu is decent. Alcoholic drinks were either too weak or too strong.
No apple juice for kids.
Pool pizza came messy but tasted ok. Food is served in takeout boxes with plastic silverware. Unexpected for a 5* resort. Difficult to eat your food in boxes and cut with plastic.
The pool side with tree shaded chairs are hard and not cushioned like chairs with umbrellas. Pool service waitress on Sunday — 3:30p-5:00p never asked me if I needed anything or offered water or a menu, served everyone else, passed me by a half dozen times.
Pool service on Monday — 30mins to come by and ask if I needed anything.
2:45p ordered food, got it at 3:30pm.

Amazing and stunning view, a beautiful setting. The food and service was impeccable. A super shoutout to Guy our wonderful entertaining waiter. Guy was a delight, his recommendations spot on, his attention to detail was appreciated. Guy gave us an experience. I highly recommend the elk with cherry relish and the Creme Brûlée was sublime. Definitely a special occasion restaurant.

Very nice view of the lake. Great amenities and plenty of places to sit down and enjoy the lake. Food at the restaurant and bistro is Michelin star worthy.

5 stars is an understatement. The Lodge at Edgewood Tahoe exceeded my expectations. The staff was the friendliest I've encountered yet in my travels. They go above and beyond to make your stay excellent. The location is second to none, right on the lakeshore. Valet was on top of it, retrieving the car quickly. Rooms were large and clean, bathroom is amazing. Definitely staying at The Lodge at Edgewood again.

This place is somewhere in between a Hilton and a Four Seasons. Very nice, but not quite 5 stars. The service is a 5 but the food is a 3.5. Concierge is very attentive and the bar is loaded with great booze. Overall this place deserves 4.5 stars.

Really impressed. Check in was at 4pm we showed up at around 1pm hoping for a early check-in thinking it would be a long shot. Front staff was helpful and understanding and got us into our lake view room within 15min. Awesome. The hotel is 1st class all the way. Location is amazing. The Decor of the hotel is truly modern with a meticulous attention to detail from the lobby to the stairs to the walls themselves. Small LED lights throughout the hotel and rooms also adds to the luxurious feel when u stay here. Staff is friendly especially the Valet. They got things from my vehicle for me without hesitation and they even shuttled my family and I to the grocery store. Waited for us and took us to the sno-park and picked us up when we were ready. This place truly exceeded my expectations. And I'm jus a regular guy will be staying here again and again.

Great service and awesome view.

A visit from a nearby property for New Year's Day brunch at the Bistro left us full, smiling, and eager to head back for dinner. Both meals came to ~$75 (for two), and both were fantastic. Service was prompt and attentive. A calm walk along the shoreline is a great way to end a meal anytime, but timing it near dawn/dusk is certainly worthwhile. The icing on the cake for me was their hot sauce selection available at brunch, which included Dave's Ultimate Insanity Ghost Pepper sauce — my favorite — as well as some other choices at the upper end of the Scovile scale.

What a truly amazing stay. From the moment my boyfriend and I walked into the lobby we were greeted by the most unbelievable staff. Jermey made our stay unforgettable. Thank you for a 5-Star experience. What a treat!

It's a very nice venue, new and modern decor and a notice setting with a good view.

The service was impeccable. The poolside bar had amazing cucumber chili margaritas that could rival some of the best margaritas in Texas. The rooms were exquisite and the lake/golf view was one of the best I've experienced. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Incline Village for the first 4 days of our 9 day trip. The Hyatt was rundown, completely booked, overpriced (for what you got), and the service was atrocious. Comparatively, The Lodge at Edgewood is fresh, new, spacious, and the service impeccable. We are planning a family vacation to Lake Tahoe in March. We will definitely stay at the Lodge at Edgewood.

Great property, really the only full service resort on the South Shore. Great food, best pool in Lake Tahoe with a view of the Lake and a full service bar. Definitely the place to stay in Lake Tahoe.

I ate in the restaurant where he plays Golf. It was very rich special drinks and have a modelo especial Draft. The food was excellent I ate the chicken tacos with tomatillo sauce and was very rich.

Great views and the food at Brooke's is excellent. I always get the salmon. The drinks are delicious.

My band played a wedding reception at Edgewood and it's definitely an incredible place. The views are breathtaking, and the clubhouse is beautiful. I also played a solo acoustic cocktail hour out on the patio, which was right on the water and gorgeous. I had the fish and it was delicious.

Amazing view. Great drinks. A little pricey, but overlooking tahoe makes it worth the $.

The course here is 100% worth it. Definitely the most beautiful and fun golf in the entire area. The back nine is especially incredible. The staff was extremely nice as well.
