I love this place! It's safe and comfortable. The team at the front desk is incredibly sweet and make me feel welcome. Rooms are spacious and perfectly clean every time!

More than I expected to be honest. Got a last minute room for fairly cheap. Overall would def. Come back.

Good selection for breakfast and breakfast was included in room prices. Inconvenient because this location requires 2 night minimum stay. 24 hr fitness super sport right next door. Dog friendly suites! Free and easy parking. Free laundry machine use but they charge for items you might forget (toothbrush, toothpaste, laundry detergent, etc).

The beds are also very good to sleep, bathroom is also very clean
Breakfast provided in the morning is the most abundant and delicious I have ever eaten!
In the afternoon there is also a free beer and snack supply for people to eat!

Stayed one night while visiting Great America, we had a 2 room suite. Very spacious and clean. The beds, while too firm for my taste, were also very clean. Ac, fridge/freezer, stove. Free breakfast and dinner on some nights, not too shabby for hotel grub. Free beer & wine with dinner as well. Overall a good place to stay.

Lovely stay definitely will come back. Excellent accommodation staff very helpfull and friendly.

Stayed here twice. Like the open feel of the premises. Other typical hotel kimd of setup makes u feel claustrophobic. This has been good.

This place is ideal for people coming to sanjose. Near to Airport and has lot amneties within the hotel. The breakfast is amazing with lot of options. I would suggest to keep boards for oversees travellers to identify food. Happy hours give scope to network with people.

Great service, very cozy apartment like suites. Beds were sizable enough for two and the rooms were very clean. I am a fan of suites based solely on the fact that it truly does feel like a home away from home. The breakfast offered was truly a good one. The standard continental breakfast but it was much better than what I've had in my experiences. The food was constantly being rotated as well as the fruit was particularly tasty for the winter. A great to consider also is its extremely close proximity to the airport. Five minute drive no traffic. Would reccomend it and will be staying there on my next trip to the area.

Best place for long stays. They serve American breakfast contains breads, corn flakes, eggs, yogurt, fruits and oats. They also keep boiled rice because there are lots of Indian guests in the hotel. There are pork and other non veg items too. The cottages are spacious and the hotel also has gym and heated pools. The staffs are very polite and I make friends with all of the staffs Everytime I visit. It is definitely a home away home. The socials in the evening also has video variety of snacks and beer/wine. We can make friends from all over the world via the social evenings.

I, with my husband and 6 yr old son, stayed here only for a weekend. We stayed in a 1 BR with living room and full size kitchen. It was sufficient room for us. Free breakfast (although my son was bummed they did not serve bacon on the 2 days we were there). The breakfast area was I think a little small. We had to wait for a little to get a table. The pool, although advertised as heated, was cold (for me). There was HBO but not much channel selection. The staff were mixed — some were pleasant others didnt smile at all. The room was clean. Shower water pressure was normal. Utensils were missing some serving pieces. Usb plugs in the nightstand. Parking was limited (and you cannot park on the spaces adjacent to the 24-hr fitness) There were towels in the pool that looks & feels like 20-yrs old. But the room towels are nice and thick. It has a walk-in closet. The pillows are ok.

I should have my mail forwarded to this place. The 2b&b wonderful. Far too expensive midweek so plan ahead.

Good rooms! Great staff! Not-so-satisfying breakfast. Breakfast might be subjective as I'm a vegetarian and spicy food lover and the breakfast offered is a American breakfast. This is an excellent place to stay.

Surprisingly comfortable and clean for an 'extended' stay oriented hotel in Silicon Valley. Was upgraded to a suite free due to Spire Elite membership status, which contributed to the good experience. Easy free safe parking. Good location (for work) in Silicon Valley.

Good rates and decent food offerings foe the price. The rooms were a little run down but I would stay again. Free beer Monday through Wednesday.

Excellent place to stay if you are visiting Santa Clara or surrounding areas. Peaceful surroundings, good breakfast, weekday evening drinks and snacks, and of course additional amenities. Rooms are well maintained and the prices are average to high, no low cost options available as far as I can tell.

Employee court gave us excellent customer service. Ask for court, great clean rooms. I will stay there every time I'm in town.

It actually has rooms, not just everything in the same space. There are doors on the rooms and kitchen is fully equipped for anything and everything for an extended stay. Definitely the best place I've stayed!

Great property. Clean comfortable with can do attitude from employees. Rooms are like your apartment or condo. Great to have refrigerator and microwave in kitchen.

Just check in 7/1/2017 and received a single room suite instead of a two room suite. Paid the price for a two room suite but only received a single room suite. Purchase a superior suite still received a single room suite. No one at front Desk even ask if I wanted a larger room. I believe this will be the last time I stay at a Staybridge. Paid 40 dollars a night more for the word Superior.

Good place for an extended stay. Sometimes spiders crawl in bathtub. 2 bedroom space is huge. They need to have TVs with a cast option or HDMI. Breakfast buffet is fine. 3 day evening social is great.

This place has very nice rooms & it's a very quite area to stay! The breakfast and dinner food is decent & the front desk staff is great. Especially Kourt. He's been awesome to us. But I'm not giving a 5 star rating bc house keeping & maintenance. All the house keepers with the exception of 1 or 2 ruined our experience staying here. They aren't friendly! If you don't answer the door within a few seconds they will just barge in on you! (one time almost hitting me with the door). I have 2 kids who obviously take naps, I will tell them they are sleeping & they come in and are soooooo loud. They will flip on all the lights too. My son has occasional accidents in bed and they will act very bothered that they have to go get new bedding. They will not come to your room for house keeping if you request a certain time of day. Sometimes they are here at 9 in the morning. Sometimes not til 5pm. It's very annoying. My kids have even tried to talk to them and they usually just ignore them. As for maintenance, the guy is really super nice but doesn't really know what he's doing. We was in our place for 3 hours trying to fix a dishwasher which ended with us having to move. We actually moved rooms 3 times! Within a 2 week time frame bc the second place they moved us too, the AC didn't work & yet again couldn't be fixed. I CAN NOT wait to leave here! Unfortunately we are stuck due to company paying for our stay.

Or family just began a month long stay and so far I am very pleased. We started a little bumpy, being booked in a smoking room accidentally. Unfortunately they were full so we had to tough it out for one night but the staff handled everything wonderfully. They sprayed some air freshener in our room, which only helped for a little while but was a nice gesture. The next day, they got us a new nonsmoking room right away. The whole time they were extremely friendly, as accommodating as they could be, honest, and helpful. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool, hot breakfast each morning, a light dinner 3 nights a week, laundry, fitness room, a library, and a little pantry for little things you don't want to run to the store for. Overall, I look forward to the remaining 33 nights staying here!

It is a very luxurious expensive but very nice hotel with free food was awesome the reception was excellent and the view is excellent and also I love the service over there.

We chose this hotel solely for the fact they allowed dogs and that it was very close to the 101. To our very pleasant surprise the suite we stayed in was incredible. It's a 2 bed room with a queen and two doubles in the rooms, respectively. Each bedroom had their own bathroom and for $215 that is a steal. The continental breakfast was better than mediocre. The beds were fairly comfortable. But we had ample space for 3-5 people (the couch with a chase also becomes a bed). The hotel staff was great and this is a very newly renovated property. Will most definitely be trying to stay here again.

Convenience location. Very roomy and comfortable. Can be a but noisy cuz it is next to Bay 101. On and free breakfast!

I'll let you be the judge. Booked a 3 night stay through a 3rd party at Staybridge Suites San Jose. It was stated refundable room-free cancellation. BTW the room rate was $1330, but, the refundable room was $1510. Paid an extra $180 for free cancellation. After cancelling I was given written notification that the room was indeed cancelled free of charge, however, Staybridge charged my credit card $1510.41 for the complete duration of the booking stating that the 3rd party made an error that the room was not refundable. That may be so, however, did Staybridge really have to charge me. Not only myself, but, approximately 10 other people totalling $7800. The general manager, Charles Julien, and the operations manager, Spiro Stamos, pretty much said tough beans get your money back from the 3rd party who made the error. Hopefully that will happen someday, however, it has already been 2 weeks and nothing yet. Then again, that may be because the 3rd party is trying their best to make a deal with the managers of Staybridge, but, they are not budging and why should they. They made a profit of $7800 by taking advantage of would be travelers. Adding insult to injury, after contacting the assistant to Elie Maalouf, the chief executive officer of the Americas at IHG the parent company of Staybridge, I received a phone call from his staff stating that policies and contracts cannot be avoided and tough beans again to you and the others. I was told the hotel did what they had to do.

Worst customer service of all time. Spiro Stamos needs an attitude adjustment and a course on customer courtesy.

Nice place! Booked a king suite, got a free upgrade to a two room suite. Everything clean and comfortable. Free dinner M-W, free breakfast every day. Food was good. The Wi-Fi was only ok, dropped out sometimes. Fitness room was pretty well appointed.

I am currently writing this from their conference room. I stayed here last night in one of the 2 bedroom suites. My associate just ate breakfast at the free buffet… EXCELLENT. The room was VERY nice, I have stayed at many of these type of "extended stay" places over the western United States. This is the best I have stayed at. Very comfortable room, clean, and the staff was VERY accomidating.

I am staying here for more than two weeks. From the day I checked in, my room telephone is not working. I raised the complaint more than 5 times but still the issue exist. Its very disappointing that they dont care much about customer's problem. Moreover the food they give us complementary are slowly becoming very bad.

Looks nice on the outside but the one bedroom suite is terrifying. The door handle to the bedroom is ripped off hanging by some glue, there is a massive hole in the desk chair (oval, 1'x6"), the shower head is barely functional due to the massive calcium deposits on the head, and the heater/air insists on keeping the suite at 85 degrees at night and turned off during the day. I reported the problem to the office staff and was assured it would be fixed that day while I was away, and nothing was done. I reported the problem a second time and they looked at me like I was lying — I showed them photographs. I am getting pissed.

I have stayed at other Staybridge Suites. I like the layout. I think it is a good value, especially AAA weekend rates. I like the two bedroom units on the ground floor near the parking lot. You can park right next to it. If the windows could open more than just a crack, and if they could somehow incorporate a balcony/patio, it would really make it more appealing, but I guess security concerns are a factor against this. I wish they would change the shower control to one that adjusts the volume of water. I hate to waste so much water while taking a shower. Too many hotels have this type of shower control. The government should ban this type of water-wasting plumbing. We had two problems this time. The unit stunk of a lysol-type chemical used. The previous occupants must have been smoking or spilled something. It was VERY strong. We kept the front door open for a while. It dissipated a little by the following morning when we left. They did not have another convenient unit available. The other issue was water dripping from the light unit above the bath. It was intermittent, but the bubbling ceiling drywall around the light unit indicated this problem had been there a while.

When I arrived I wasn't sure if this was an apartment or a hotel. The rooms included a full living room (tv), kitchen, bedroom (tv) and bath. Everything you need from plates to a microwave to a full fridge. I will definitely stay here again.
