I haven't had the pleasure of staying here but from the faces of the guests I'm going to say they love it and with me just being able to be a part of garden Court hotel team it's a great experience in a wonderful place to work.

Amazing stay. Hotel is first class, comfortable and in the heart of downtown. The staff was courteous, friendly and professional.

We attended a wedding reception there and the setting was very nice. Didn't see any signs or maps so it took us a bit to find where we needed to go. All the tables were served promptly and our glasses were always replenished. Seemed like a upscale hotel but we didn't go into the hotel part.

Attended a wedding reception at the garden court hotel, I was part of the bridal party and also had the opportunity to see their rooms since we used it for hair and makeup and getting ready. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms had fantastic natural light, food at the reception was delicious as well!

I attened a wedding ceremony and banquet here. The food was excellent and the venue is warm and cozy. Lovely.

Clean room with balcony. Sort of noisy with weddings in the court up until 8 pm, but peaceful otherwise! Good TV & Wi-Fi. In-room food service is varied & fair-priced. Bed comfy & crisp linens. Bathroom updated, clean with robes & spa towels.

Great event staff. Highly recommend for event venue.

We were there 5/6 for a wedding. Everything was perfect; the court where we had cocktail hour was beautiful. As was the Hall beautiful and cozy. The food was great! Filet Mignon cooked to perfection.

This is our go to hotel in the peninsula. We keep coming back here because the interaction with every employee is delightful. Tammy is exemplary. She ensures that we have the best room available. For our latest stay it was the impeccable The Garden court is a perfect weekend getaway place. Every appointment in the room is designed for elegance AND comfort. This hotel has a warmth and uplifting vibe. Not the sterile business suite environment. Look no further for a hospitable experience with superlative customer service.

Really nice space, right on Palo Alto’s main drag. Staff were really nice and good food.

Rooms are cozy and beautiful. Love the open courtyard. Staff is highly attentive.

Came here for a bachlorette party and spend the day in their suite. The suite had a patio that extended from the room and had a great view of the ferry building! Very relaxing! Clean sheets and comfy bed.

The food was outstanding but the service was atrocious. It took us 3 hours from the time we sat down till the time we were able to pay her bill and get out. We sat at least 30 minutes waiting for our check while our waitress had her dinner sitting at the counter. Dinner was $500 for the six of us. Would have expected much better service for such an expensive dinner.

A great banqueting service is very good place for parties and your business meetings and the banquet Supervisor Rudy Excellent very professional.

Event coordinator, Jesse, was amazing! He had everything ready well before, which allowed me time to view. Family and friends loved the venue and rooms. I could not have been more pleased. Also, lots of compliments about the food. Great experience.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. I went for a wedding for my cousin and it was amazing so neat and organized. The food was delicious. I even had a drink prior to the wedding at the restaurant on property which was amazing. The staff was friendly, helpful and always had a smile. Can't wait to stay there!

I didn't stay here but spend a day for meetings. Good place. Nicely located in downtown with all famous pubs and bars around. Cost wise, this hotel is on costlier side.

Had dinner at Il Fornaio. Restaurant was small, I guess cozy. The outdoor patio looked nice but it was a bit windy so we opted to sit inside. We were seated at a booth where the thermostat on the wall was next to my face. There were tons of other tables so that was a bit annoying. Food was good, and wait staff was very friendly.

Beautiful floor to ceiling marble in the restroom. Kind guest services. Great location as well. Valet lost a friend's car though.

Fantastic accommodations for a work event! Was attending a leadership event and the staff was great. We also had lunch which was a fantastic, lots of diverse salad and gluten free options. Finally the PA system for the speaker was loud and clear.

I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Since the very first moment I felt so welcomed thanks to all the fabulous personnel and their professionalism, they take care of every single detail. My room was very very comfortable and clean. So definitely I will come back to this warm and incredible place soon.

Nice rooms, although some have a funky layout. Clean, very comfortable beds. Grest specials on price sometimes.

Great service, great location. However, for the price you pay, I don't believe the amenities are up to a four/five star hotel. Evening reception is very minimal (one bottle of port and a few truffles) breakfast is just coffee and a few pastries. There is no roof top terrace as is talked about in description. Fitness center machines are in need of renovation. For the same price, I'd opt for the full service and amenities of the Four Season's or go way down in price and opt for the equally great location of the Cardinal Hotel for half the price.

Just a great place to stay in. Will always come back. Staff, rooms, location, all perfect to me.

Banquet/meeting rooms were very nice. Everything was set up exactly as requested with nice finishing touches that added a lot to the overall effect. Wait staff were great. Always on hand when we needed something and quick to respond. As an event venue, it exceeded my expectations and I was very pleased with how everything turned out.

I attended a conference at this hotel. I was impressed by its valet, kitchen service, conference room setup, presentation equipment, besides its court yard for us to take fresh air during breaks. Highly recommended for business events.

I was only there for about an hour for a wedding rehearsal. The staff were very professional and helpful with the bridal party while we were rehearsal. They offered some very good tips. Much love would come again. I'd give it a perfect 5/7

The hors d'oeuvres at the schmoozing event I attended were delicious, but they could really have done with a better selection of crackers for the cheese plate.

We had lunch on the patio at il fornaio restaurant. The ambiance and food were both great.

I was able to see this hotel thoughts construction state and watch it turn into this beautiful boutique hotel. I admired it and for some reason always wanted to stay there. FINALLY I was able to. We brought our 2 French bulldogs and were not disappointed. From the valet, to the reception desk to our rooms… it was simply wonderful. It's weird to think in the middle of Palo Alto we felt so incredibly relaxed and that's exactly what we associate this hotel with. The bathroom was great, the bed and linens were wonderful… we just loved it. We are hoping to be back after xmas. Garden Court… you and your staff are a gem and we love you.

Great location in downtown palo alto. It takes less than five minutes to blue bottle, peets, and lulu lemon. Also love the molton brown bath products they provide.

Nice hotel, nice staff, nice decor but I can only give this place a 3 star. Was there for a wedding, the staff had the reception time wrong, had to wait around for almost 2 hrs in the cold while the dinning room was getting setup. I figured there would be more coordination between staff and the planners.

Had a company off site meeting here. Facilities were nice, the staff was helpful and quick.

This is the best hotel in the Palo Alto Area! It is central to everything near Stanford University. The beds feel like heaven. The service was superb. The rooms are roomy enough to make you want to visit the area just to go back to stay at this hotel. Great restaurants and college style shopping within walking distance, or you can bike around. Oh, it beats the Four Seasons Hotel in the area, but then I have a preference for more intimate boutique hotels. The one downside is the price. Hey Garden Grove Hotel gods, how about a lower established rate program for regulars.

GREAT location (in the heart of Palo Alto within walking distance from almost everything) and very upscale. And absolutely the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life.

Garden Court is a boutique Hotel in downtown Palo Alto. It is small but very cute with beautiful view and party rooms. I was here for a wedding. It was beautiful and service was great.
