Place is superb. Rustic room, staff is super nice. Rooms are clean. For the three weeks I stayed in California, all over, my wife and I enjoyed this place the most. If I go back, it will be my place of choice for sure.

This motel has become my home away from home. Quiet, very clean, perfect location and the ‘human factor’ you can only have in small family owned businesses. I strongly recommend this place for anybody in the area. Either business travelers, tourists or just because you want to relax, this is the place to be. The personnel is unique and welcoming, helping and caring beyond expectations! Do you a favor, have peach tree inn be your place to stay! Thanks Marcello.

That is our best place in SLO. We've been staying there when in town for more than 30 years. Clean, quite, friendly and pretty good breakfast.

I had a pleasant stay just a few weeks ago. I was surprised when I was given an actual key for my room. The grounds were kept clean and felt safe.

This place is so nice and peaceful. We stay here every year in the summer on our way to the Mid State Fair. Highly recommend!

We stayed there last week for a few days and the location is great right off the 101… walking distance to nearby eateries. The grounds were neat and clean. I loved the flowers… they have a grassy area with lounge chairs to relax in. The rooms were neat and clean. I also liked that they had in the bathroom (along with the normal toiletries) a few packets of makeup remover. Cool! The only downside. The bed was uncomfortable. And the shower was very small. Other than that I do recommend this place.

One of the coolest motels we've stayed at in awhile. Rooms were clean, and the bathroom was spacious with a large walk in shower. Would have given it a 5th star if the curtains were adequate enough to block the outside lights at night. Other than that we really liked the place and will stay there again.

A little pricey, but clean, assigned parking in front of rooms and a very good breakfast. Nice people all around.

This must have been my 5th or 6th time staying here. The service is great, and rooms are nice. The particular room I had had a tiny shower, and the CCFL bulbs they replaced were intense and uncomfortable to look at. Service was nice as always, and the snacks in the lobby are a nice plus.

We picked this hotel on a whim, and that could not have worked out better. We had a king room, with a private patio facing the creek. The room was clean, and spacious, and you can’t beat the view! Breakfast was served in the main room, consisting of oatmeal or cereal, toast, pastries, hard boiled eggs, local coffee and juices. The almond butter was fantastic! We already want to come back, and will definitely make this our place to go on the next trip to SLO.

Coming into town to look at Cal Poly, we needed a hotel room. This basic hotel was clean and offered a pleasant breakfast. Noises from an adjacent room were evident and the bed had a pillow top that was much softer than I would choose. Rates were fare for the market. My first choice was one of the chain hotels but their prices were nearly double this rate and this made me satisfied with what I got. No complaints from us on the Wi-Fi.

Amazing cute little place, awesome staff and just a cozy cute feel. The breakfast was awesome too.

Very pleasant, relaxed location with very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Nice lounging chairs at the back porch and under a shady tree, great for reading and relaxing. There's also a swing hanging from another tree. Nice mountain views. Continental breakfast.

Peach Tree was recommended to us by a friend and we were not disappointed. We checked in early evening and Natalie was on the front desk, she was warm and friendly and let us view different rooms to choose from. We chose a creek side room and were able to enjoy the sounds of nature on a private patio. Room was large, clean and very comfortable.
A great free breakfast got us off to a good start for our days adventures on our return trip home.
We will certainly be back any time we are in the area and highly recommend the Peach Tree to all travelers.

Beautiful rooms, beautiful view, situated just close enough to downtown, friendly staff, fast Wi-Fi, free breakfast, and pet friendly. All in all a great place to stay.

We always stay here when we are in the area. Super friendly staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast choices. Right off 101 with no noise. Great rooms down by the creek. Oh and the guides!

We stayed here for a night and loved it. It was much nicer than some of the places we've stayed in our California trip. The rooms were clean, staff friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent!

Room was clean but seemed pretty expensive for a small room with a single bed and a small bathroom. Breakfast area was nice but not many choices.

I love this place! Amazing atmosphere, nice lady working in the front, complimentary breakfast, lots of options, good sized rooms, there's backyards in some of them, and also there's a really cool swing hanging on a tree that you can go on. Definitely would come back here. Only complaint is that sometimes there's not enough space in the breakfast lounge.

First of all, our stay was very inexpensive, which makes the remainder of my comments more useful. The room was very clean, well lit, and very comfortable. Nice four poster bed and the all time best blankets and sheets I have ever had in a hotel room. Breakfast was eh, but that's not why we picked the place. Short walk from restaurants.

What a wonderful place to stay in San Luis Obispo! We were on our way home to Santa Clarita from Santa Cruz, getting very tired and stopped in and Kim welcomed us at the front desk, she explained they had one room available due to a last minute cancellation so we took it, an amazingly peaceful setting with a wonderfully cozy room, even though they were fully booked it was a nice and quite night… A very cute place to stay in SLO!

Typical motel located in San Luis Obispo which is a good stop if you travel from San Francisco to Los Angeles. It has comfortable and clean rooms in a fabulous setting; But we had a little problem with our reservation (we booked a room for three people, but all it contained was for two, including a single double bed) which we were not able to afford. The right breakfast, no more. We were here on Thursday, June 11th, 2015.

The service was pretty wonderful. The hotel is in a good location for easy access to 101 for all the day trips we made during our stay. The rooms were quaint and pretty clean. We loved the outdoor seating area and the view of hills. The hotel is also next door to a decent breakfast place. The only issues we had were that the king size bed tipped if two people sat on the end or one person sat down fast (two extra long twin box springs on regular twin frames) and the shower ceiling and walls had a bit of mildew/mold. Overall great experience and we would probably stay here again if we are back in the area.

Small place, wasn't expecting anything marvelous or over the top. Was very clean though. Small bites for breakfast was a definite plus.

The room was small, nice and we'll decorated. Felt very welcoming. Breakfast and the front desk also share the same feel. Great hotel.

It's a cute place and very clean. It's a little dated but everything was nice, clean and fresh. Check in was easy and the man at the desk was super friendly. I would absolutely stay there again. It's really close to a lot of food options and the surrounding area is gorgeous. Also where we were was incredibly quiet.

I loved staying here. Nothing fancy but so comfortable and clean. So many towels to shower. More than enough. I really liked how it had makeup remover pads for the ladies. Had never seen that in other hotels. The bathroom had a window and there was a small three right against it that had blooms it was so pretty. (I'm a very detailed kinda person) we had access to our truck right outside our door which I enjoyed. Beats having to drag your luggage up and down elevators etc. Breakfast was a little on the short side. But I still left with a happy tummy. If you need your eggs sausage and potatoes your gonna have to go to dennys.

We enjoyed a 2 night stay at the Peach Tree Inn. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the swing under the giant tree. We will be back!

Great staff, clean rooms with nice amenities, cheaper than the others nearby, and friggin fresh strawberries in the breakfast spread. What more do you want.

Wow has this place changed. We used to have the greatest experience here but the new manager is just horrible. There was a lady who used to run the place and she is no longer around. The rooms need updating and man did we sweat with no air conditioning. Breakfast was not as good as it used to be. The hotel is old and tired and needs a facelift. Recommend staying somewhere else.

Since Claire was fired from Peachtree Inn the hotel has lost there heart and soul. It is an old hotel which had all the charm from Claire and it is gone. Oh well I guess I will go to another hotel.

Not much or fancy, but very friendly, clean, comfortable, and at a decent price. My family and I would stay again.

Great place to stay. The young guy at the front desk was so helpful, from my first phone call to when we came in looking for a place to eat to the moment we left. It was exactly the kind of hospitality you expect from people in SLO. He gave us great recommendations for food, walking directions, driving directions. The price was great, the porch was charming; we couldn't say enough good stuff. I was also happy with their green efforts by placing the soap dispenser in the shower so that soap bars arent thrown away after a single use. Whenever we pass through again it's definitely on our short list.
