Kelly Mitchell (General Manager) was excellent. One of the friendliest hosts ever. Fastest check-in. Great customer service. Much appreciation to Ms. Mitchell and Extended Stay. I shall return.

The staff at this location were great, friendly and helpful. I keep coming to the front desk ringing the bell they held their composure.

PROS: it was clean. The TV is tiny but it works pretty well. CONS: The Wi-Fi is terrible. I’ve seen three people sitting in the hall of the first floor just trying to get enough signal to use it. I’m out of data now because the Wi-Fi constantly disconnects and is unusable on the fourth floor. There is no free breakfast. I work long hard days and this place said it had free breakfast. But all you have to look forward to is a basket of granola bars in a tiny cabinet in the lobby. The lobby is always empty. I’m actually sitting down here now (trying to get enough Wi-Fi to upload this review) and I haven’t seen a staff member since I checked in yesterday. Are they all off? I would love to resolve these issues with them but there is no one to talk to. I’m getting real tired of ringing the useless little bell on the front desk. In conclusion, Motel 6 across the street is probably a better option. It makes me pretty angry to pay for breakfast and Wi-Fi when I can’t get either.

Awful. Had ants. It was late when we checked in, after booking earlier in day online w external saver app. So I went to night desk and the guy looked clueless as to what to do w the ants. Mind you, it was my mother's day weekend & we our child is away at school, we rent a room fr a big family, we wanted quiet. So we start to cuddle &and thr damn fire alarm goes off! all occupants hungout in parking lot for 30minz in the cold for a faulty switch! no apology ever came. The improvements to the structure are overshadowed by the lack of proper cleaning and horrible management.

Ms. Kelly is the best. I had a issue with my reservation and ms Kelly worked it all out for me. Clean rooms great service with great people. I will always come back.

It's decent for the price. No gym or pool. They don't offer room service for less than 7 days stay. But it is cheap for the area.

Decent place to sleep. Extended stay so you have a kitchen but no amenities like a gym.

People working here have a very bad attitude. If customer service does not suit you. Fine a different job.

I have traveled alot in my life and I can honestly say this is one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty and I mean dried junk on the table, dirty fridge, broken shower curtain and towel rack. Not to mention the broken chair back off the chair that's in the room. All that for $130.00 bucks a night. Would have been better off at Motel 6 for less.

My stay here was like no other extended stay I have ever stayed at the girls at the front desk were so very nice to me and went out of there way to make my stay a enjoyable one first of all the cleaning lady blandine cleaned my room so well because when I arrived I was not satisfied because of my OCD I am never satifised with the cleaning but blandine went out of her way to make me feel comfortable… then the lady's up front I think there names were Stephanie &Erica checked in on me and made sure I was comfortable also when I went to get my cup of coffee in the AM it was absolutely wonderful nice and hot I just want to say that every last one of these lady's deserves a raise there service deffenatly made up for the two guys who have been super rude to me on several occasions… thank you very much Sandra for your excellent management skills she has always been more than a help to me.

Great service comfortable and affordable. Plenty of parking and is set back from busy street just enough to block traffic noise with easy access to both 880 and 680 freeways. Groceries and assortment of resturants and fast food within walking distance. Overall this location is the best of the 3 in fremont and has made an amazing transformation in past 6 months since it has acquired a steady manager, Ali who is available onsite most everyday as is his assistant Sandra, both are approachable, professional and positive even when busy!

Hotel is a lite older. But still nice. Wifi is not good or secure. Service is fast and very responsive to the needs.

As of today I've been there for about 40 days I'm in the transition and what I have to say in regards to this facility is that I felt at home safe comfortable Pleasant staff that continuously give 110% to each and every person staying there exceptional staff.

This place is family friendly and the crew is super professional, they make u feel like vip. Feel safe and and the GM is excellent Thank you Ali and extended stay of america wee need more hotels like this.

Good location for our meeting. Rooms are pretty plain but price is right and staff was helpful.

Room is in poor condition. Paid 185 for 1 night. Would not accept AAA. No breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel.

Good location. Indian Food n grocery options nearby. Hotel… good… clean… housekeeping frequency could be more… near freeways … minimal breakfast (worth improving). Faizal Ali and Karishma Chaudhary are customer centric front desk managers and provide great service with a smile.

Staff is very nice. Rooms was a little smaller than expected. Comes with a kitchen but costs extra to get the items needed to use it. Grab and go breakfast made eating in the morning that much easier.

I spent the weekend with roaches in the room and management did nothing and should have offered me a refund. I complained to the front desk staff numerous times and I will never stay at this place ever again. I ended up in the hospital because I wanted to commit suicide after being in the room all weekend with damn bugs! I should have sued the place! Horrible place to stay, make matters worse one of their staff members charged $ 95.00 worth of coffee products with my debit/credit card! I never knew it until I called to get my balance and transaction information.

The location is what it is. It's a smaller hotel, that I would assume is useful for business expenditures, but not much else. There isn't much by way of tourist attractions, here. The service is great, though! At least, the food service is! I didn't actually stay in one of the rooms. I was only meeting up with someone.

When they say no frills they mean it! It is a decent hotel. The photos make it look nicer than it is. 4 out of 6 dryer machines are out of order. Hotel staff are mostly friendly. Breakfast is a pretty much a muffin and coffee.

Friendly staff. Fair prices. One of the affordable places to stay for short term.

Rooms are nice and clean the area is pleasant and the staff are wonderful to deal with even when you have an issue they can't fix.

Quick access off 680. The rooms were in decent condition though the beds left my whole body aching by morning.

This place sucks… Been here just over 4 weeks and being on a once a week cleaning schedule, they've failed to clean it on time 2 out of 3 times. Tell me it will get done the next day to no avail. Should have been cleaned 4 times but they took just about 2 weeks to clean it once. Only met one staff member I like, the rest are unprofessional at best, and that's coming from a 24 yr old… Won't be back if I can help it.

I stayed here for 2 and a half months. It's not too bad. The Wi-Fi is poor but it got me by. The hotel may be a bit understaffed but the employees who work there were always polite and were able to help me immediately after anything was brought to their attention.

So today's my last day staying here after being here for 2.5 weeks. The staff is nice however expect to ask them 2-3 times for something you need before they bring it to you. When we took a shower the drain was so plugged up the water would pool and fill up like a bath. My boyfriend ended up cleaning the drain out and now it drains fine. Gross. My room was cleaned 1 time my whole stay the only things done were the sheets being changed bathroom wiped down and new towels given to us. No vacuuming, they didn't take our dirty dishes or wipe down any other counters or tables. But we dealt with that. There's a lot of crickets outside this building and since we've been here 4 of them have somehow gotten into our room. I just stepped into the bathroom to be surprised by a huge spider chilling on the wall and crawling behind the mirror. That's not even the worst. The worst part of everything is that we turned the heater on in the morning yesterday because our room was freezing and the heater sparked a flame then that went away and it sparked again and made the whole room smell burnt. You'd think the fire alarm would've came on? But it didn't. Not to mention you can tell when someone takes a shower upstairs because there's a pipe in the wall right next to the bed. And for some reason it makes an annoying clicking sound in the wall if there is water going down that pipe. Lots of road noise because it's right next to I-680.

No one is present at the front desk when you get there… waited 20 minutes to check-in. Had to knock on the counter and call customer service center for someone to show up. I gave them a government credit card to charge the room to because I am a government employee and they still charged my personal credit card. They do not pay attention to their customers. Never heard of customers bringing their own towels down to get new ones.

First off, when we arrived to check in, one of us requested a ground floor room. We where told that they where all booked so we accepted a second floor room. Turns out the toilet didnt work, the room smelled like old curry, the beds where dirty, and there was hair in the drain of the tub. So we called in to get it fixed or get moved to a working room. They told us they couldn't fix it till 8 in the morning and that they had a 2 bed room available for a little more expensive. We accepted this and said we would have to get it approved by the government before we could move. That morning we left for work before the maintenance people could arrived so around 10, a little after we got confirmation to go ahead and move rooms, we called in to check on the status and we where told that the room was no longer available and the toilet was been fixed. No longer willing to stay in that room, having received the go ahead to move, my boss took over the call and he had a conversation with the manager till they made arrangements to move us but we still had to stay another night in the first room. Turns out the toilet wasn't fixed, it was starting to flush after a long time or once every 5 flushes, never seen a toilet act like that. We had to pack our stuff up and take it with us in preparation for moving rooms. the next day we went through work and called to confirm and they where ready to move us into a 2 bed for the same rate.

Not a 5 star hotel by any means. You do have to exchange sheets and towels if you need new ones, and they don't clean rooms every day, but it isn't bad. The staff is super helpful and so nice to work with. The showers are nice and the tv's aren't bad at all. Fridges could be a little colder and if they had more dishes I wouldn't complain. But during our stay they were absolutely awesome! (Parking lot is kinda sketchy, but so is San Jose).

Stayed here already 4 weeks, house kipping come 1 time for 10 days or more, shower cotton was took away, I have to go to the front desk ask for it and put it back by myself, bath tube is blocked, floor is not clean, no kitchen towel, face tissue is out for 3 weeks. You need to ask for everything in the front desk, at least front desk girls are very nice. My god I'm going to live here for 2 more weeks.

Weird staff and management just awkward. I was not impressed with anything I saw or experienced here. The best part was when I was frying some bacon in the A. M. When I turned on the vent hood it blows the smoke directly in your face. The place smells awkward being there is no where for the cooking vapors to go when people start cooking things. If your looking for a place to stay but need better then your typical roach motel this will do. Overpriced in my opinion.

Worst customer service ever. I am generally a forgiving person but these guys do not care about their customers at all. The air conditioner and fan haven't been working for 3 days and every day I am being told that it will be fixed the next day. They didn't even offer me another room in exchange even though most of the rooms were unoccupied. They said no other room is available despite the fact that the parking looked almost empty. The only reason I coninued to stay here was because I was busy with work and didn't have the time to move to another hotel. Never had such inconsiderate hotel staff in my life.
