Why don’t we start off with Asad the nobody who is a hater with a bad attitude that myself and other guests have observed him emotionally abusing staff and employees and treats guests, especially female guests rudely cuz this man is SEXIST. What a sorry excuse for a “manager” and honestly a Human being. This man has casted a negative reflection on the entire ITH brand and because of him I have a negative perception of All of ITH. He takes forever to help you and you have to pull teeth to get any help from this man cuz he actually truly doesn’t wanna help you if you need something. He doesn’t greet guests and he will talk down to you. ITH should really fire this man. He’s ruining the whole brand and many people won’t even return because of him including myself and yes he’s that bad. He’s a failing filmmaker as well and his one little short film is terrible, it must be hard hustling in a hostel barely getting paid when your main career is failing but that’s not an excuse to be rude to people. How this man even got this position is beyond me. Also in general, the hostel has way too many stairs, the kitchen is small, but it’s a great location. Asad even policies the scoops in the coffee and two scoops literally is watered down coffee. He likes to make up rules about whatever he can because he’s truly a sad pathetic person who a smart person can tell he dislikes himself and should not be in the position.

Wonderful hostel! Extremely friendly and welcoming. Angelo was phenomenal as soon as we arrived, very kind and welcoming! There is free breakfast every morning and we were luck to be there on Tuesday for FREE Taco night. Great location, comfy beds and great value!
