Very clean motel and friendly staff.

Nice place to stay in the city of SFO and top location. The manager at the reception is fine but doesn’t has knowledge about the local city much. Nice and comfortable rooms Value for money!

Really impressed with Seaside Inn. We decided to check in there after finding out our reserved hotel was in the really bad neighbourhood of SF. The rooms at Seaside Inn are modern, clean, with all of the amenities you realistically need. The Wi-Fi is fast and there is (limited) free parking on-site. Highly recommended!

Have just spent a couple of nights here. Clean and comfortable, good facilities, great value for money. Very convenient location, easy to get around using public transport. Yogi provided excellent, friendly and helpful service, all in all a good place to stay.

Located at a nice location. Not too far from Golden Gate Bridge. Rooms are neat and clean, and same goes for the bath. Free (included) breakfast doesn't have many options but still We loved it since everything was fresh and tasty. Owner is a helpful and friendly person (Mrs Yogi). Overall a good experience.

Better than any other hotel in fisherman’s wharf: exceptional basics plus more! Free parking, well designed rooms with a big mini fridge and microwave. Free Wi-Fi. Just came from the Sheraton, came to seaside and what an amazing choice! MUCH CLEANER, and if you don’t need a pool or a fire pit and don’t want to pay $50 for overnight parking, Seaside is the best place for the right price in a great close location.

The best choice. Hidden gem The beds are super comfortable and FREE PARKING. The neighborhood is clean you can walk to local eateries and pubs. You can walk to the Marina. You're away from the noise and city traffic but close enough to walk to it. The bigger plus to this quaint motel is YOGI omg she's super amazing she is the owner and such a sweetheart. I will be back again we loved our stay here.

Went there this weekend to celebrate our Anniversary and stay at the Seaside Inn. It was very clean, bed comfortable and close to site's we wanted to visit. It was our first time in San Francisco. Next time we go we will stay there again.

Really good, comfortable and clean. Good location and easy to walk to Embarcadero and all the sightseeing spots.

A nice place to stay. We booked based on good reviews and found the room (two doubles) was attractive and comfortable. We were at the far end of the block so noise was also fine, apart from silly guests banging doors which can't be helped. Friendly check-in and good Wi-Fi. Able to walk to Fishermans Wharf (30 mins) and a cute street to stay on. A lick of paint and this place would be "boutique". Would stay again.

A non-optimal choice, although the location on Lombard Street near the sea was the main reason. Breakfast is unacceptable, from discount.

Great location, cheap and cheerful, with parking. Really friendly staff. We had the room above reception and it was small but lovely with ensuite facilities. Stayed two nights. Located on Lombard Street very close to Fisherman's Wharf. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

It is an excellent stay in San Francisco. It might get loud due to traffic but with earplugs no problem. It is more than just the average motel.

Called them to Cancel my Reservation. They said no one is there who can cancel my reservation. I have to wait till a manager shows up. I asked when a Manager would be available and he said "I don't know" Try back in a hour maybe. I better not have to cancel my Card in ordered to avoid being charged. I am attempting to cancel but they are making excuses. Do not book here!

Nothing to say home level/communication. Clean rooms but beds a little small in the room with two double beds. Very basic breakfasts and have to eat standing in the entrance of the hotel or in the room.

This might be classed as a motel but the rooms were hotel quality. The bed was amazing, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Great location, an easy walk to the marina and Fisherman’s wharf.

Yogi, the front staff was very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was clean and it had all the things we needed for a stay. Will definitely book this place again!

What looks to be a cheap motel is actually a well run clean motel run by an immigrant family. They focus in customer satisfaction and the place is neat and clean. If you are looking for a cheaper place to stay, This would be an option.

The Inn has very minimal provisions to be a place to stay. It you want breakfast, better bring your own, including milk. Very disappointed with our stay here, being it's very close to Fisherman's Wharf. I got better customer service around the corner at the gas station.

Small and quiet. Safe place in the Marina, rooms are small but very clean and updated. Bargain for the area, plus. Nice touches like toiletries and free continental breakfast in the lobby.

This is an excellent place to stay if you are looking for a very clean, reasonable place. The proprietor is very friendly and accommodating. I needed a place on short notice because I am having surgery tomorrow and I could not be happier.

I spent more that 10 nights there, I am so happy that found this location! Clean, quiet, nice staff and close to everything. Yogi help me with the reservation, I am very gratefully for it. Amazing place to eat around here, chestnut and Union street.

Good and clean inn with a good price-performance. Nice manager with a small but lovely breakfast.

There is free parking, the place is kept very clean, & the people at the front desk are friendly & helpful. However, there is no sink in the bathroom which makes it very unsanitary since after using the bathroom you have to open the door leading to the bedroom (with unwashed hands) & then wash your hands in the sink! There is no enclosure surrounding the shower, just a curtain, & a drain for the shower water. The bed was somewhat lumpy.

Clean room, front desk was helpful, free Keurig cups, parking was included (albeit not as plentiful), comfortable beds.

Overpriced. While the staff is accommodative and rooms are clean, the breakfast is just namesake. All that they have in the breakfast is prepacked muffins, pastries, bananas, apples and 2 variety of juices which you need to carry to your room since there is no place to sit down and eat. No milk, no cereals, no pancakes. I would pay more than 170 including taxes for a place of this kind.

Spending the second day of a 4 days reservation and until now everything seems ok. Room is confortable and the staff is gentle.

I repeat, motel, so very standard, but we didn't miss anything so I would say 5 stars also for the favorable location in the city.

We stayed for 2 nights, it was clean, had plenty of towels and a fridge and microwave! We had a room with 2 double beds and there was still plenty of room. Breakfast is help your self which we enjoyed. Fruit, pastries and hot drinks are available. Next time we're in San Francisco I wouldn't think twice about staying here again! 1

I was there this past weekend n I was very impressed. My room was perfect as a single room with just enough space for one person n nice amenities. Breakfast is simple just juice fruit coffee and pastries. There is a IHOP n another restaurant a few blocks down but there are none really close in that block for breakfast.
Though it is not by the sea the location allows you to be within walking distance of the Pier or the crazy curvy street if you don't mind small hills or steep hills. Leave your car at the hotel because parking is horrible in that area.
Yogi is really sweet she will tell you how to get around using public transportation or by car if you choose to drive. I would stay there again if I ever came back.

Not by the sea but close enough to walk there. This place was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and supplied with the appropriate goodies for shower etc. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. King size bed was comfortable. Owner and his wife look after the place themselves so they aren't missing a beat. Parking is limited but we were able to find a spot and we were even permitted to leave our car there while we walked the area for am hour or so. This was a spur of the moment decision to stay here and it's was well worth gt.

Pros: affordability, nice small rooms, clean beds and it's vicinity to the SF city centre. Cons: the hotel has relatively few parking spaces.

Small, clean and comfortable rooms. The bed was very comfortable. This is quite a basic hotel but the location is perfect for exploring San Francisco. The marina is a 10 minute walk.

My parents came to town and stayed here for the week. The rooms were all very updated and modern. They only have 6 or 7 parking spots, but we didn't have trouble getting one when we needed it. I would definitely suggest this place to others.

The hotel is well located, free parking or is close to public transport.
It is true that breakfast seems 'simple' but it seemed to us sufficient: you take more than fruits, pastries, fruit juices and hot drinks at home?
Our room seemed to have been refreshed there are few because the bedding and furniture are like new. The leaders were very friendly and hard working.

Room is very clean and modern. Inexpensive. Super nice beds. We had parking each night. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is walking distance to the Wharf. We had a very enjoyable few nights here.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights while we visited San Francisco. We just needed a place to rest and sleep at the end of a long day of sightseeing. It was extremely clean and must have just been renovated because everything looked brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable and clean. The room was on the small side but since we were really only there to sleep it was just fine. There was a flatscreen tv, a large mini fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker — all brand new. There were lots of outlets to plug in gadgets. I would definitely stay here again. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that even though they offer parking, there are only about 8 spots for the whole hotel so you have to be lucky to get one. Otherwise, you park on the street. Also the towels were very rough and scratchy.

Expected an actual hotel. Got a motel type of over priced place. Room was ok. Cramped. No closet space. Washstand outside bathroom. Beds were roo soft and pillows too fat. But all was clean. At least got parking. Decently located. If you're lookjng for a place close to fisherman's wharf there are better ones for similar rates at the wharf. And don't be fooled by breakfast included — next to nothing. And no milk for coffee even. Only creamer. Luckily I jad no. Need to spend much time here so it was ok. But way too pricey at approx usd 200 per night including tax.
