Bare essentials. Very clean. Thoughtful, and respectful service. Park only a few feet from your door. Everything you need at a reasonable price. I feel a real sense of clean here. Easy 5 min walk to a variety of restaurants, and ice ream too. I really like this place.

No problems — exactly what I want! Stayed one night while traveling through. Not luxury, but very appropriate for the price. I made myself a note to stay here again if I'm in the area. A bonus — — the staff was very nice and friendly.

First time at this motel and I must say it was a pleasant surprise, they clean and they affordable as well.

It was quiet that was the best feature. Front desk people were rude, room was run down and a little dirty. No coffee for the coffee maker. I leave at 5:30 so can't do the 6:30 breakfast. It is in a good location and my room was very quiet Nothing spectacular.

The room stinks like an ashtray when it was supposed to be NON SMOKING! Who cares right? And dirty and small. I told the receptionist that promptly told me that she wanted to move me elsewhere. I turned down her offer because I'm tired, Just for $111 I expect a clean smelling room, Or at least a discount on the charge. This room is worth $70 top. Don't go in the room unless you check it first or else Go elsewhere, You will be better off.

I actually love this little place I think the rooms with the separate living sitting area are awesome and they are clean.

This is a lovely place with an old-fashioned vibe. Looks like an old style motel but it is very modern and up-to-date inside. Clean grounds and sparkling clean inside. Management very nice and helpful. Tons of places to eat close by. I would recommend Tri-valley Inn and Suites to everyone.

Booked this place because it was close to the surgery center. Got a great rate for mid-week stay. Spouse & I arrived 2 hrs earlier than check in. The lovely lady working the front desk could see that I wasn't feeling well. She pulled the housekeeper off the current room & had her clean our room right away. The room is cozy with a comfy bed, kitchenette, desk area & nice bathroom. I got to rest straight away since there's no street noise & no "elephants" upstairs since this place is all one level. I will stay again & recommend to others.

Lovely room, quiet very comfortable. Nice to have no stairs and ppl stomping upstairs. Also the staff was awesome, she called my room to see if everything was ok. I would stay there again.

Located in the quiet town of Pleasanton, 8 minutes away from the BART, Tri Valley Inn & Suites offers quality rooms for an affordable price. Check-in and — out was easy, and a complementary breakfast with coffees is served in the lobby every morning. The rooms were spacious and clean and had a TV, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.

Easy to check in, beautiful rooms! It doesn't look like much from the outside but it's a really nice place.

The only good things about this place are the comfy beds and close proximity to good restaurants. The ridiculously small bathroom was so moldy and grimy I wondered if I was any cleaner after showering in it. There weren't enough towels. The TV barely worked. The pillows were uncomfortable. The window was left open all night because the shutters were stuck and we didn't even realize the window was open until a very loud truck started and idled in front of it for 15 minutes at 5am. The Continental breakfast was very limited. The pool water level was so low the skimmer couldn't work, so the pool had a lot of bugs and algae in it. Over all one of the worst places I've ever started and I definitely wouldn't stay there again.

Hated it! will never stay there again! had to wait on towels… I was in one of the remodeled rooms and I saw one roach in the bathroom.

No towels, NOT 1, had to wait 3 hours while my towels were in the dryer. Room is small, icky and doesn't seem safe… thanks Hotwire!

Small, quiet hotel. The rooms are clean and you don't here any street noise. The bed is surprisingly comfortable, but the pillows are a little lumpy. The room I was in is smaller than some other hotels I have stayed in but more comfortable than most. Overall I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly and will stay here again if I'm in the area.

The sketchiest place to stay in the Tri Valley Area. DO NOT GO HERE They charged me for a night I didn't stay and I have to now dispute using my credit company. Also, the location and the rooms SUCK you are way better off ANYWHERE else, including sleeping in your car. No joke.
