Beautiful location. Easy access to important freeways. The staff extended excellent customer service by providing a voucher to their excellent on site Bistro breakfast bar. We also were given the courtesy to check in early to out rooms. The room were clean and house keeping refrresh in room amenities. If I'm in the area again, Courtyard at the Marriott will be at the too of my list. Don't forget to ask for a Senior citizen discount, if you're over 65.

The room was nice and fairly clean, although there was some hair on the bathroom floor which I'm always a bit grossed out by. I love that they use white bedspreads. It's always a vote of confidence for cleanliness. The lobby was nice and inviting and the staff was friendly. We asked for some extra towels and they got them there in record time. The biggest bummer, was that we could hear everything for my neighbors upstairs, so it was hard to sleep once they were up. Request the top floor if you're not a deep sleeper!

The hallways & rooms need updated. The lobby is welcoming and updated and the pool area is nice.

My wife and I have stayed here several times whenever visiting Pleasanton. The lobby is very modern and updated. Our room has a comfy couch, king sized bed and roomy bathroom. Everything has been very clean when we go and we appreciate the on site laundry facilities.

Nice rooms, Great lobby with lots of modern seating and a bar. Not so great that the bar itself is only open for breakfast and dinner, so if you want a drink between 10:30am and 5pm, you are SOL. The other downside is the lack of sound proofing. I understand hearing some noise, but this was one of the worst I have ever heard. Literally every word of a conversation two doors down.

Very nice accommodations. The bed is comfortable. There is a bistro in the main lobby that serves breakfast and dinner. The gym is 24 hours and good as far as hotel gyms go. Parking is free.

Good hotel. Staff not too bothersome. Clean. Pool open in the winter. What more could you ask for?

Check-in was quick, and the receptionist was even asked us which floor we'd like to stay on. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the room had modern decor.

The staff were very friendly, room was clean and pretty nice. There was some water damage with an exposed drywall seam in the bathroom above the shower. Overall, a nice stay though!

Great service, rooms were good, walls a bit thin but overall it was better than the other places I've stayed recently and I plan on staying there again in the future when I return to that area.

Its located less than a mile from a lot eateries and the BART. Service was great and the front desk staff went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one.

2 rooms 3/30/18 — 4/2/18 reservation dates. I checked in Friday 3/30/18 picked the keys for the rooms, to check out Monday 4/2/18. After I picked up the keys I went to pick up my 6 kids and took them to my son's baseball game my son got hurt at the game we went to the hospital all night stayed until Saturday evening upon his release. 3/31/18 the manager Douglas Lou called me said " This is the assistant manager Douglas Lou calling to let you know that because you didn't come in last night or leave anything in the room we consider that a early check out and we checked you out for the rooms to be vacant resale". Then he says and your using a associates discount. I explained I checked but we were at the hospital all night waiting for my kid to released. I also said that doesn't make any sense that I would rent a room for 3 nights and just because we didn't leave anything in the room it's consider a early check out. He went off I'm going to call the manager of the associate discount complain, and he did they are trying to fire her. Which just does not make any sense. If someone didntnleavr anything in a room but they paid $460 for 2 rooms until Monday to consider that early check out?

Check-in was easy, fast and friendly. Very clean room and easy to get to. Coffee in room was a plus.

First time in Pleasanton, stayed at this Courtyard. The front desk was great, very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean. The hotel is in a nice location, not too far from anything.

The decor is a little dated, but the staff is really nice, and the food and service is great. I'd stay here again.

Located in a very nice affluent area of Pleasanton this hotel boasts excellent surrounding areas. This courtyard features an in house cafe, a fitness area, and an outdoor pool. I dislike the need to charge for bottled water in the rooms as it feels petty given how much the rooms cost per night but the hotel is clean and well maintained.

Excellent costumer service, rooms are great and comfortable.

Old design and ugly brown carpets. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. No breakfast incl. But some local dishes available. Parking available all around the building. Summary: Ok for some nights but in my case (8 nights) not what I prefer.

Hotel is decent, getting to the point of needing updated. Staff is great. Except the night guy. It seems like you're just bothering him if you ask for anything.

Location was nice and the room was clean. Our first set of keycards didn't work, which was rather inconvenient when we had all of suitcases at the door near our room, which was at the opposite end of the hotel far from guest services, and we had to go all the way back to get new ones. The pool was nice and clean, but it was only 3 feet deep at both ends. The sheets provided for the pull-out sofa bed were clean, but were far too big for the mattress. Over all a nice place.

My wife and I have stayed at the Courtyard Marriott many times to visit family here in Pleasanton. The rooms have always been clean and nicely decorated. We will be staying here again many times in the future.

Perfect place for family stay. We got very big room with two king beds and balcony. Bathroom is good, clean. Iron with full size iron board and fridge in room, microwave in lobby to use — all included in price. Also available washing machine and dryer 2$ per wash. Free parking and Wi-Fi in room and lobby. Small bistro next to the lobby. Generaly very nice place to stay.

A little old, but very nice staff. Comfy beds. Decent gym compared to other courtyards.

My son and his wife started going there … They have two 3 yr old twins which is fatastic that's it's child friendly. Great TV HBO and lots of others… You park right outside your room… Eddie papas is right next door also kid friendly. Shopping is very close and Black BeR is accross the street

They were nice but there was semen on the bathtub when I went to use the restroom so it wasn't cleaned properly…

Friendly service, well appointed rooms and great location. Could use some add'l food options at the Bistro but that was really the only complaint. Otherwise my daughter and I enjoyed our stay.

The rooms look decent and are comfortable. But the walls are extremely thin. Even watching TV at a normal volume will be heard in the adjoining rooms. I was also put near an entry way which is extremely loud very late into the night.

Business trip — — rooms are large and well laid out. Like having bedroom separate with door and huge living room area. People are nice (they heated up my brownie! ) and could not be more accommodating. Gym is pretty big and has updated equipment. Pillows and mattress were excellent. The lounge had areas you could socialize in and others for privacy. I felt really comfortable here. The staff is efficient at getting you checked in and out quickly. If you have time, walk around Pleasanton. Great town.

Place to The Front-desk was very helpful with directions to Downtown. Breakfast was delicious and the Bistro staff was very Friendly. I can't wait to stay here again!

I don't understand why people are giving it bad reviews. This hotel was great! The room was big and very clean. The AC worked fantastically. The bathroom was big. The decorations were modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area is full of restaurants and shopping stores. If you complain about this hotel, then go stay in LA. You'll see what a bad hotel really is.

We always stay there when we vist family in Pleasanton. Great place too stay.

The room was a great price and was decent. I mean it was clean. The pool was nice to have although it was only 3ft deep and there is a hot tub. The staff weren't obtrusive and I have no complaints.

Have stayed here two times, both times I ended up GROSSED OUT. I'm a frequent business traveler, and I will NEVER stay here again. (1) First time I ended up in what they claimed was the only room I could have (even though I'm a status member) — — and it seemed someone had either been killed in the bathroom, or gone crazy with the Gatorade, and there was red stuff all over the wallpaper, which had been inadequately cleaned, and was now grossly mildewed and SMELLED. (2) Second time, I got in late, and just slept. But when I got up in the morning and started to get ready, I pulled out the desk chair to find a pair of used men's underwear on the chair! Made me question what else got missed in cleaning.
