Very nice people running the hotel. They let us park our large boat in the very well lit parking area. Great price for a clean, comfortable room. We will return!

Great Room. Clean facility friendly staff. Simple Contential Breakfast. Although the toilet got clogged 3 times during a 2 night stay. The staff just gave us a plunger to use as needed. Still good place to stay at a reasonable price!

Near shopping… very clean and quiet. I felt like I was the only one here the entire stay. Great place and affordable.

It was small. For 160 on a Saturday night was ridiculous. Bed was uncomfortable for that price. It should've been 100 bucks for that room and bed. Idk I'm just not happy with that motel and for the price.

Friendly staff, clean, perfect location. Bathroom and sink closed off from the bedroom so you can get ready without disturbing your family. Not fancy or recently renovated.

Place is decent, kinda clean. Old decor, rooms are a bit small. The whole place smelled old, had a weird closed in smell a little musty. We requested 2 room keys & they both didn't work at the same time until the last night there. They do offer continental breakfast, pretty good options & it's all ready laid out early morning.

Could be updated, but super friendly staff.

Our stay here was the best ever. 2 bdrm suite, fully equipped kitchen (ette), plenty of room for small family or 2 couples. Cleanliness — excellent Accommodations — excellent plus (includes staff) Courtesy breakfast — delicious Reasonably close to Bart, but not walking distance. Get a cheap Uber ride.

Not a nice hotel… run down & dirty. But it's also inexpensive.

Quick spot to get away and near the mall If one chooses to visit.

Rooms are great… locations is really close to work site, which is awesome for more sleep… little step on price but not the worst I've seen.

The room was neat and clean, but on the small side. The lobby area was being remodeled so I have great hopes for its future.

I stayed here with my family and it was not bad for the price. Walnut creek/pleasant hill is generally an expensive area especially when looking for hotels. The price was reasonable and the environment was safe and close to amenities. Not a bad experience overall.

Air conditioner went on and off all night. Took over 3 hours before it finally cooled down in the room. Hotel could stand a remodel.

We just needed a place to sleep Labor Day weekend, and this place was $50 cheaper than most, so in that respect it was perfect. Neighborhood seemed fairly safe. We slept fine in the bed and had no trouble with loud neighbors unlike one reviewer posted. The TV worked, the Wi-Fi was fast, and there was a mini-fridge and microwave. Everything was fairly clean and not too old. Free breakfast was standard continental with the addition of a waffle maker. However, it's cheap for a reason. This place pulls out all the stops on saving money. The staff was a little brusque. The room was small, just enough room to get around the king bed and other furniture without difficulty. Some of the lights were motion activated only. The shower was warm, but rigged so you couldn't turn it to hot. There were a few ants by the bathroom mirror. The mini-soaps had labels from other hotels. And when we checked out in the morning there were three cop cars in the parking lot frisking some dude at his car. But if these things don't bother you, it's nice for the price.

As you already know, that there is a pending of 2 nights pay after giving 2 nights as compliment. We were getting sold out these days and as your payment was due, our system will not only allow us to extend your stay but also will stop us in accomidating rooms for new reservations. We had to check you out from the system in a way to accomidate rooms for our new guests, as we had no other option that day. And I personally felt very sorry for checking out a guest who had been associated with us for over 60 days, except we had no other option. I am at the front desk, and I need to make sure that payment is never on due, if anything is on due, then our management will have take it off from my pay. Even then we have given you 2 days time, I understand your reasons for payment delay but we had to check you out and We convey our deep apologizes for all the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. I hope you will understand the situation we had the other day. And Please let us know if we can do something for you to make you feel happy again. You are always welcome back to stay with us for a good price anytime You are a our most valued guest. Please give us a chance to serve you at our best to make you happy. I would have had nothing but nice things to say about this place. But when you have been here for a little over month and they kick you out in the middle of the night while you are waiting to get paid. It does not make me you feel good. And they wait until the last possible minute to do so. Oh you can't sit here you're not a guest although you have spent almost 5, 000 here. Sorry. It's how I feel. I am waiting for a payment. And I am pretty told that I have to leave. If I ran out with paying or didn't pay my bill then yea. But two months and I always pay. Seriously.

The front desk is rude. And the fourth had ants. Apart friends avisitarme and were only k told me two people. Tell ami. They could be in. And that the fourth k was two beds. And only I VAT sleep there. And. Only my two friends were to greet me. And it was in that plan.

Only reason we picked it was because it had the lowest price near San Francisco that still had rooms available and didn't ask for $200 a night. I suppose there is always a reason why a $90 hotel still has rooms when $150 next door a all booked. Staff is terrible. Walls are paper thin and you better pray to god that guy next door is going to turn off the TV before he goes to sleep because not even the loud Air conditioning unit will cover up the annoying background noise TV gives off. I actually woke up at 3am and couldn't take it any more. Skipped the phone and just went straight to the front desk to ask them if they could contact the person next door to turn down the TV. 10min later nothing changed thus I called the front desk to check whats going on. They were completely clueless as to even which room it was that had the TV on (even though I told them in person). 10 more minutes later I call once again since nothing changed. I was then told that they weren't able to reach the people next door (thanks to paper thin walls I actually heard the phone ring and some guy answed it) So I confronted the front desk that they were lying that they were not able to reach them. Then finally, 10 MORE minutes later, I heard the phone ring AGAIN! After that, the guy next door turned the volume down a little bit. Room did look pretty clean to be fair. But the pictures did make the hotel look way better.
