Our stay was very pleasant. The staff are all awesome. I hosted a birthday party for my daughter and I was given the outside courtyard it was beautiful out their. This will be a day that our family will not for get thanks to Marriott…

Park at your own risk! Be aware in the late hours there is only a limited amount of parking spaces. The front of the hotel's parking lot is shared with other businesses and if you park there you may run the risk of being towed. The back of the building is very dark and secluded and there is no security of any kind, so if you park there your car may get broken into. I will not stay here again.

I personally did not stay here but a friend did. The area was very clean inside and out. The room was very spacious and very clean. Staff was very friendly. They had a nice continental breakfast selection. Even have a Starbucks. The sitting area for breakfast was very clean aNd comfortable.

Honest review: Would not stay again. Not terrible, but for $220 a night would search elsewhere. Pros: Convenient off 101, staff was friendly. Cons: Really not soundproof, so if you get next to someone who snores or loud, it will not be a restful night. Outside of room 109 was an outdoor fire pit with people partying late into the night. Carpets were that old slightly wet from cleaning sticky on the feet. I've never liked the perfumed disinfectant smells that clog the sinuses. No breakfast buffet.

Super great staff, was able to check in early, my room was ready and waiting for me. They had me checked in so fast that I couldn't even blink! Josh did a great job of helping me, thank you. The room is clean, large comfortable bed and overall spacious. The pool is out of commission till around November but all is well here, I'll relax inside the lobby which was very nice and cool. 3 floors with elevator and all the amenities you find at Courtyard properties.

Staff has been great and very friendly and the hotel is in a convenient location, huge bonus is that there's an In n Out in the same plaza! (Having not lived in California for a few years that's a big deal. ) Other than that it's about what you'd expect from a Courtyard Marriott amd we've enjoyed our stay.

I have been to a lot hotels in my time and this place is clean and the people are genuinely nice. I don't give praise to people doing there job but understand this place is impressive on the having things right from jump. If I am ever in this part of town again this is where I will be. Just wish I had time to hit the bar, Sorry no pics and that's because you should be impressed just like me. Have a good time and enjoy.

Great location for walking to work. Food was great and the rooms were nice.

Great location, nice rooms and very friendly staff. Breakfast service was tasty, but the menu was fairly limited.

Overall the hotel is clean and well maintained. Front desk and other customer service is very good. The rooms and facility are showing their age and overdue for update and refresh. I stayed here for business. If personal travel I would select a different hotel. Mattress in bedroom felt old. Newer thicker mattresses needed.

Good but not great. The room was smelling quite bad and the overall hotel service isn't at it's best.

Hotel was nice. Came with free breakfast. Breakfast was limited to four selections. Two breakfast sandwiches choices along with a yogurt choice and an oatmeal choice.

We have stayed at many Courtyard and by far this is the best one I've stayed at. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The new menu is wonderful, although, I still don't like potatoes. The room was very clean and everything smelled fresh, even the hallways! The afternoon cookie was a welcomed smack! Thank you.

Had drinks with coworkers in the lounge area. Great atmosphere, great drinks, friendly staff. I'll definitely go back.

Front desk team is amazing! The rooms are a bit small… A little more cramped than I prefer. I wasn't able to get a good yoga class in with the limited floorspace. None available in the workout room, either. Bar was very slow and there wasn't actually service — had to continue going to the bar for anything even though it was empty. But it was an okay stay.

Good hotel. Josh (front desk) is very helpful. Front desk lady, who worked at the evening on 01/26, is very nice too. Breakfast is great but overpriced. Breakfast ladies are friendly and professional. All stuff is polite and nice. TV and fridge were unpluged. Check comforters more carefully. Anyway, would stay here again and recommened it to friends. 5 stars out of 5!

We came here due to a fire in our home. Once the front desk person found out what we had been through that day she was amazing. First she made sure we had a great room at a amazing rate that worked for us. Second she allowed our kids to have extra pool time because we did not check in until 10:30pm. The following day we decided to stay again and once again we were met with the same accomodating rates and service. The pool and hot tub were awesome.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are great. But the shower would not get warm for some reason. The first night I just thought it would be the one time but it was still not warm the following day. So when we checked out I mentioned it to the front desk clerk and all he said was “ okay thanks for letting me know”. No apology or anything for having to take a not so warm shower. Not exactly impressed with the customer service from this gentleman.

My tire blew out on the freeway. After getting the car towed I stopped by the Courtyard and it was great! Clean, welcoming and a strong shower.

Hotel is OK. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast without buffet, a la carte. No dining options at the hotel. There is also a burger joint.

Can't find any outlets to plug anything in! Lots of pillows but the beds aren't all that comfy. Breakfast is awfully expensive.

The hotel is conveniently located and the room is ok. The bed isnt very conformable and it's very hard to find power outlets. The staff is very friendly though.

Reception down stair and front desk worker are tripping you think it's a clean rooms but rooms are garbage Check your room before you pay! One elevator old dirty & rooms always smell stinky balcony doors are broken carpet never been washed shower curtains is a mess insects every where bugs very old bed mattress pool always a mess with kids toys poll water is greenish smells funny watch where you pay your money doesn't worth a penny for you or your kids Marriot is done this should be shut down I don't know how the kitchen inside will look like this is a disaster for Hotel names poor cheap.

Nice clean hotel. Staff could be more professional in appearance. Lobby is really awesome. Close to everything great in the area. Would stay again.

Staff was nice. Was greeted by one of the managers on my arrival and she was very courteous and accommodating. This location has a Denny's close if your interested.

Stayed two nights. Nice hotel to stay to get away from everything. Hotel features an indoor hotel pool. But once we got in the room was very hot. Had to open side door to let in some fresh air. Carpets could have used updating. Hotel closet door came off rollers. Bathroom door squeaked. Nice beds. No papers to read. No free breakfast. Or coffee. You have to pay at Starbucks. Bar prices compare to SF. (we are in Morgan Hill Really? )

The staff have been very welcoming and friendly. The location is convenient. Overall very comfortable and clean, although it appears to be past time for the carpets to be replaced. Would absolutely stay again.

It's a very nice hotel. Exactly as pictured in the photos online. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

Needs new carpeting. Many rooms have a funk. No kidding. Regardless, great location if staying in south San Jose. Many amenities around and close to downtown Morgan Hill.

I stayed here after a week of staying at other hotels. Coming to this hotel I expected a normal courtyard as you would expect. But the next morning I felt much better after sleeping on the king-sized beds.

Very helpful front desk, my TV didn't work and I was immediately switched into a different room. I stay in this hotel regularly for work and always look forward to my stay. The neighboring In n Out is a major bonus.

Room is spacious and clean. There's a charging cable with multiple connectors I'd. You forget yours. My biggest qualm is that I can hear my neighbors, people in the hall and the outside better than I'd like to.

A good hotel in general, comfortable and with new installations, there is no complimentary coffee, only one elevator which is my little.

Another pleasant stay at a Courtyard/Marriott hotel. Setup for our event ran late, so we arrived at the hotel shortly before midnight. The staff was quick to get us checked in and into our room!

Customer service was great. Nice location. Just minutes from the highway. Happy to choose it.

Very helpful staff. Was able to move back my check out time, print my airline boarding pass and get a delicious complimentary breakfast. Bed was super comfy as well!
