Staff was very nice. Room was very clean. There was a big group that was loud but thankfully they got quiet when time came. Breakfast was ok had different items. Didn’t make it to pool because of big group and started to become windy. Overall I would stay again.

Wonderful hotel, very clean and quiet. The rooms with a fireplace are absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend! Also great free buffet type breakfast.

The hotel was great — stayed here to attend the gilroy garlic festival. The location was right off the freeway exit. I checked in the day before on the app which was perfect. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which was impressive and there was plenty of seating. Would definitely stay again.

Everything is great, my one recommendation is having adults only for the last hour at the pool/spa. We were looking forward to sitting in the spa and there was a LARGE group of teenagers being a rough in the pool. Needless to say we never made it to the spa due to the fact there were so many kids in it. Everything else has been great.

The front desk staff was great, they were helpful and courteous. The room was clean and quiet, which I expected. We enjoyed the free breakfast and my kids loved this hotel.

Very nice place! Rooms were spacious and clean. Check-in was very friendly. Breakfast was good, biscuits and gravy, egg omelettes, waffles. I do wish they had a little more seating for breakfast. Location was great, right off the freeway! I felt safe, which was important to me as I was traveling by myself with my kids. I would definitely stay again!

Great hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Everywhere you walked in this hotel it smelled great. Even the elevator had a great smell. I know that might be weird, but our previous nights hotel did not have a pleasant smell in the hallways. The rooms were very clean and updated. Another plus was the height of the shower head and good water pressure. Hotel had a very nice gym with treadmills, free weights, elliptical and other miscellaneous stuff. The continental breakfast was also great. The fresh cut up grapefruit, strawberries, cantaloupe and blackberries were great. There was also a great waffle bar that had fruit, chocolate syrup, peanut butter, whipped cream and sprinkles. Overall great experience, staff was great and would highly recommend. Thank you.

Modest, comfortable and quiet.

Everything but maid service was good. We stayed an extra night. We left the room for maids to come in and clean. But when we got back to the room, they did not dust or change sheets. Also they put our belongings on the floor and left them there. Poor maid service!

Excellent customer service and tidy rooms. They also have a well stock convince store inside. There is not many local restaurants within walking distance so this is great for a quick bite. Also the free breakfast is very convenient.

Room was well appointed, and amenities were nice. Breakfast selection was excellent. Location was a little outside of town, but with easy access to the highway.

Great place as usual, stayed in a few Hampton over the years and they are always nice. New feel to it and the front desk guys were great with all my needs. Morning breakfast was good and had tons of stuff. And the rooms were in excellent shape and gave a feeling of clean. No complaints would stay again.

Very pricy. Nice place clean, breakfast good. Cost us $240.00 we were told we got the last room. It was a handicap one. All other Hampton Inns work with us to lower cost. Aaa. Seniors… military… not this one.

Checking in was quick and easy. Rooms were clean. Staff was not over bearing only spoke to you if you looked like you needed help. Very enjoyable.

Great experience at this Hampton Inn. Loved the convenience of using my phone as a Digital Key for my room and the exterior doors — didn't have to worry about keeping my card handy or away from my phone. Clean, comfortable room with plenty of convenient places to plug in chargers. Very friendly staff.

Very nice hotel. Front desk, Robert, was super helpful, and accomodated us with early check-in. He even called me to let me know when the room was ready. The pool/hot tub was nice and clean as well. My son and nieces enjoyed swimming in it. Would stay here again.

This is a perfect example of a great Hampton Inn. In addition, I left my ring in the bathroom and I assumed later in the day that I just have put it in my toiletry bag. Before I had time to look​, the manager left me voicemail to me know they found it. I love integrity! Thank you to the team this hotel! In addition, this hotel really is clean and had beautiful grounds. I am a diamond member and my room has a balcony and fireplace.

We would highly recommend staying at the Morgan Hills Hampton Inn. We were extremely pleased with friendliness, courteous staff, cleanliness, location, housekeeping, breakfast and the only issue we might have is that for an extended stay (3 weeks) they might have located us on the quieter side of the hotel, however, they may have been full when we checked in and it wasn't really an issue. This location is situated with easy access to main highway, many restaurants, gas stations, shopping and anything you could want. It also went above standards in their design as rooms were very comfortable and included things like shelves in the bathroom and outside vanity area, full length mirror and standard rooms are very large. The only thing we would comment is that the beds are fairly hard but not as bad as others we've encountered at other hotel chains. We did not use amenities other than exercise room, laundry and guest computer station and all were exceptionally clean and cared for. We would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing special about this hotel. The rooms were fine and the beds were comfortable, but the service was poor. Front desk staff feel inexperienced and poorly trained in their interactions. Our room was not serviced our second day, and when I called to inquire as to why, the man thought it was because I had left the do not disturb sign on the door. Yes, I had, I replied, up until I left, which was before 2:00. "Oh, that's late, the housecleaners leave at 4:00. " So what time do I need to leave by to have the room cleaned? "I really don't know. " was his response. That was after my experience at breakfast, when by 9:30 pretty much everything I would eat was gone and not to be restocked, even though breakfast hours were until 10:00. When I went to ask to speak to the manager on duty, I was told there was no manager on duty at that time. The woman at the desk said she would get me some oatmeal, and I was brought a cup of instant oats with lukewarm water that never did make the oats edible. After a culmination of experiences such as these, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Since they remodeled this location, I would rank it the best place to stay in Morgan Hill among standard business hotels. The other locations on Condit can't compare for the price/quality you get at this location. My company is across the freeway, and when I need to travel to MH to visit the office, this is my first choice by far. Staff is nice/helpful, room quality is solid. Wi-Fi is sometimes spotty, but that is not unusual for hotels. Decent included breakfast, lobby coffee 24x7 and a few cookies at check-in round out the place.

My husband and I recently stayed a night at the Hampton Inn of Morgan Hill. We checked in late and were welcomed by Rachel and she was pleasant and accommodating. The rooms as well as all of the hotel have been renovated since the last time we were here (5+ years ago). It's clean, fresh and the décor is beautiful. Upon leaving the breakfast area to get a quick nap in we were greeted by Alex Lopez whom asked us if there was anything more he could do to make our stay pleasant. After a minute of chatting we were on our way. We live in the area but are parents of 3 and sometimes just need to get away even if it is for one night. I can honestly say this will most likely be our go to hotel upon doing so. Thanks Hampton Inn for making it feel as if we went on vacation.

Recently refreshed rooms at this Hampton make it a pleasant place to stay. The usual included breakfast is standard for HI (oatmeal, waffle iron, fruit and cereals are good). Location was handy for a wedding at a nearby winery. Plenty of parking, a little pool for a light dip as well. Couldn't see of anything within a nearby walk so you'll be chained to your car.

The rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable. Our only complaint is that there is only one ice machine and it is poorly located. The service was excellent. Chris and Olga were very friendly and extremely helpful! Thanks Chris, Olga and others for making our stay a great one.

Stop over for a nite on our way to san francisco. Very new hotel.

After a 12 hour drive, I didn't bother looking around at the room at check in. I just crashed on the bed. The next morning I noticed there were cob webs in every corner of the room! Even behind the tv! Dust covered everything! I also noticed that the floor was dirty that next day, asked for the room to be re-cleaned, as my company wanted me to stay at this hotel — otherwise I'd just leave. My computer was never able to connect to the Wireless internet. I've never had trouble at any other hotel. I had to use an ethernet cable here instead. The Outlet below my room's desk was missing its face plate. What's that about? I killed over 6 spiders in the room, along with several winged insects. One spider was under a pillow on the bed. A/C is very noisy The outside of the building looks unkept, full of weeds. Room decor looks out of date by 10 years. When I first tried to use the washer machine, it was full of standing brownish water. I let the front desk know. I guess they don't check this stuff? Once, I approached the front desk to ask them a question. They were playing music very loudly, and they couldn't hear my question. They didn't bother turning down the radio, and I had to speak very loudly for them to hear me. I thought this was pretty unprofessional. Don't bother washing your vehicle, because the Hotel's sprinkler system will cover your car with spots the next morning. My room's walls had spots on them.
