The front desk clerks were very nice and extremely helpful. They remembered that we had our 7 month old daughter and put us in an end room just in case which I was thankful for. The room was very spacious with a large open area to set up the pack n play and even had a separate sink so I had a place to wash bottles that wasnt the bathroom sink or bathtub. They made sure that we knew there was anything we could need if we had forgotten anything and were quick to offer a hand with anything we may need. I will definately be staying here again if I'm in the bay area.

Seems to be reasonably priced when comparing the quality of the hotel versus all the other options of hotels. Pretty nice rooms for a quality inn. Clean room, comfortable bed, flat screen tv. Only downfalls I see is that the 2 bed rooms are kinda small and not sure about the single bed rooms. Also with the big tonka work truck I have to drive is kind of hard to enter and exit the hotel.

STAY AWAY! Thieves and liars! After leaving a valuable item in our room, we were originally informed that it was thrown away by housekeepers. After calling multiple times with no response, we had to resort to calling corporate. When corporate called, Aj, the “manager” (whom we had just spoken to on the phone and told us he was not the manager), told them that the item had never been found. We called Aj, explained the situation again, and he proceeded to set the phone down and ignore every word I said. His solution? “Stop leaving your items in rooms or call your credit card company and ask for a refund. ” NO integrity or customer service! Further, the rooms are filthy, and the breakfast is basically nonexistent.

The pool was not "up to code" The carpet in the room got your feet dirty, yuck! Fairly quiet overall, not bad for sleeping. Downtown Martinez was nice as well as going out to the waterfront.

Good place. Nice room for the price. Internet was fine. Loud people were hanging out outside but they were willing to quiet down.

Everytime I stay in Martinez, I stay here and don't even look anywhere else. Reasonably priced, rooms are always nice and clean, but there staff is top notch. The front desk guy is the best in the business, always goes above and beyond, and the other staff does as well. If you ever need anything like extra towels or shampoo or anything like that, they are on it. Just good, hard working people there.

Excellent rooms and excellent service.

Stayed here while working in marinez the rooms look recently renovated, hotel is close to highway for easy access. Price was great! Wi-Fi worked well with no issues streaming Netflix. Staff were friendly. Didn't try breakfast.

This motel it's dirty in or around this motel. The breakfast they service in the morning is bad. Will not stay place again. The STAFF are very rude.

Overall, good stay, friendly and courteous staff. Very clean new rooms. They could use another small container placed near the toaster for the butter cups and jelly packets to be disposed such as they conveniently have near the coffee machine.

Rooms were clean and had enough for the basics. No Wi-Fi access, and almost no privacy as the shades did not close all the way and the bathroom was in plain view of the front window near the walkway. People could easily see inside and the only part that had privacy was the actual toilet and shower. Smaller rooms for sure. It will get the job done but this is definitely the lower end of acceptable hotels especially for the area.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The front desk people suck! The customer service was awful. If you pay cash they will find any reason to keep your deposit. They did mine to say the least I gave them a reason to keep it. It was after they wouldn't give it back to me. I could go on and on about this place. They make me sick. I wish I could have done more!

Clean room. Filthy parking lot. Breakfast was a very poor experience. Wi-Fi was inoperative, for which they expressed regret. Overall, what we experienced was hardly worth the price. I would not recommend this motel.

I do not care for this hotel. Hotel has very little parking space. When I got to the hotel late at night, there was no parking space available. This place has plenty of handicap parking lots but not enough regular parking lots. When I mentioned about the problem of finding parking space the next morning, the front desk person by the name of Brute said if I couldn't find a parking spot, then I had to live with it, that is, I park illegally and get a citation ticket, or just not park at all. What? That is insane. This man is out of his mind. Not only that, Brute was quite rude and obnoxious when he was trying to communicate with me. The fact that some guests may not be able to park their cars is simply unacceptable. If so, then the hotel should not be taking more customers than it can possibly accommodate beyond the capacity of parking space. Also late at night there were people just hanging out in the parking lot area, which was strange. I strongly suggest that people stay away from this "Quality Inn". Not enough parking space for customers is simply not acceptable. Oh just to add, a couple of parking spaces are wasted due to some kind of junk (broken junk truck? ) Taking up the spaces.

Big spacious room, has fridge and microwave, very clean room. So clean smelled like bleach throughout the whole room, had to air it out.

Very clean rooms. Comfortable bed. It was nice and quiet. The staff was really nice. He even looked up the directions to tell me how long it would take me to get to work.

I liked this hotel very much it was clean and very good service. The employees are really nice. The rooms have a lot of space.

Left with a bad taste in my mouth! Jeet the manager is a criminal! I'm still upset that he took all my money out of my account! He has fraudulent behavior and should be audited. I'd love to see him talk to a man in the manner he spoke to me… he'd probably be picking up his teeth! Thank you Bobby for your help.

The front desk person was polite. I only wished they were a pet friendly place and to inform you at the beginning not once you have paid for and can't cancel.

Good place to stay. They have microwave, mini bar, iron and Wi-Fi in each room. No coffee or breakfast.

Nice clean room but breakfast room was absolutely disgraceful with food rubbish piled high and overflowing the bin and all over the floor. Food not stocked. We had to go and collect more linen. 3 adults check in and linen for two in the room. Easy access and quiet surroundings.

Those who work there were very friendly, everything was clean and simple.

It is very close To the motorway and in a good part Of the city.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were pleasant. My only gripe is that the a/c in the room clearly has not been turned on in awhile, so the room was pretty hot/stuffy when we arrived.

Renovations looked good. Parking was kinda hard. Location from freeway was convienant. Shower was weird.

They charged me a fee that they didn't say they charged. Then they said they didn't accept my credit card, and that I needed to go get cash. So instead of paying that. I cancelled my reservation. Never going back there.

Diamond member review. The rooms at this quality and were surprisingly nice, very comfortable beds, normal size pillows a good size TV, nice bathrooms, recently remodeled apparently. Location could've been better, but not bad everything is within 10 minutes driving distance. Breakfast is the usual choice Hotel crap. Parking is pretty tight, Don't recommend if you have a trailer.

The bathrooms were cramped even for none person, cleaning was a little shabby because there had been a half-empty beer bottle behind the curtains, sheets were uncomfortable, time slot for complimentary breakfast was short. The air conditioning was nice, Wi-Fi was OK, and TV was nice.

Complimentary breakfast is too short. Beds were a little small and the bathroom was as well. Blankets were super rough, but the sheets were super soft. Good reception for the tv. The cleaning service people were very nice.

They're amazing here! Do not listen to the other low ratings they must've had different owners when those people stayed here or something because the people that work here are awesome. They are SO incredibly helpful and kind and the rooms are beautiful. Out of the HUNDREDS of different hotels I've stayed in (high end and cheap ones as well) this is by far my husband and I's favorite and we've stayed here on and off for over 2 weeks and we wouldn't stay anywhere else now. The rooms are super clean, they have breakfast every morning, and the beds and pillows are by far the cleanest, fluffiest, and most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel! Every experience possible with this place and the friendly staff that work here have been perfect. I'm absolutely shocked that they don't have a 5 star rating. The pictures dont do it justice. This hotel is amazing and my husband and I's ONLY single complaint is that we didn't know about them sooner! :)

I was given a very clean room AFTER I told front desk that our original room wasn't cleaned yet. Both front desk employees speak at about a 2nd grade English level. The breakfast was never restocked so, at 8:00, there was hardly anything left. The eggs and sausages looked questionable and tasted worse. Couldn't figure out how to use the shower and the front desk was no help at all due to the language barrier. There is still dirty underwear outside my room since at least yesterday. I won't ever stay at this location again. Complete BS. Stay at the super 8 next door.

It has recently been renovated and the rooms are lovely. Had the best night's sleep in the king size bed and so many fluffy pillows! The only downside, the seal on the tub wasn't solid so taking a bath wasn't an option. Otherwise a good experience.

Check in is 3 room wasn't ready until 7 pm. Breakfast was a joke. Doesnt have ever thing they say. No fruit, yogurt, milk was warm coffee cold no eggs and sausages orang was juice water down. Very dirty asked if he can clean it we got yes yes. He never cleaned it. It's a no smoking place. I think every guest was smoking. My room smelled like smoke. Coudnt use the ac because ppl smoking. Pool was closed no mention any where asked about it that's when I was told it's closed. I left all day Sunday came back around 5 pm my room wasn't clean had to ask for towels and clean it my self. I think they need to lower the price it's not worth it. Not a place to recommend for any of my friends or family.
