I travel from Atlanta for Big Money Summit hosted by Susie Carder, The Profit Coach. I arrived a day early to this very nice establishment with a welcoming atmosphere & staff. Every staff members was very professional! The happy hour for mix & mingling was amazing as well. From the lobby to the rooftop that overlooks the city was phenomenal. One person stood out to me, Mr. Davidson, he was the appointed person handling the wine! He offer tips for sightseeing & we had an inspirational conversation! I was faced with some challenges that day & he encouraged me! I’m grateful! I highly recommend & will be back! Thank you,

They really try to gouge you with extra charges. $49.00 valet parking. $9.95 daily Wi-Fi charges for guests. And — this even though the rooms are hardly cheap (mine was $300). I can't remember the last time I stayed at hotel that charged for guest wireless. What is this… 2013?
Do yourself a favor — if you must stay here, park at a nearby overnight parking lot and make sure to bring a Wi-Fi hot spot.

They have the most amazing staff! Beautiful location gorgeous Lobby! A wonderful vibe upstairs at the patio bar!

Great Service! And if I have another chance, I’ll go there again. The rooms are very high expectations. Food it’s great, The alive music is pretty cool. And the Bar A place to hang out with drinks and chatting. Nice! And I totally recommended.

Granted, this is my 6th & final stay at this facility. After my 2nd stay; I was allowed to keep a bad at hotel (laundry detergent, beverages & a souvineer cup from the Padres) and assured that it would be there when I returned in 2 weeks. Oh how disappointed when I returned & not only was my bag was not there, it had either been stolen or trashed. The items were replaced, but how someone buys laundry pods & detergent when you provide photos of laundry pods & dryer sheets i…s beyond me. Stays 2-5: were quite enjoyable. Stay 6: I found that during stays 4 & 5 the Valet daily fees were over & repeatedly charged totally in the aproximate amount of $1550 (I stay consistantly 13 nights). $49 (x2) per night @ 13 nights = apx $1157. The the best part; becuase Marriott usually notifies customers of outages concerning reservations, the hotel Wi-Fi is not up to speed. Wasn't notified at check-in & had to go find out what was going on. Of course instead of the truth, I get the run around we are going to check with the internet provider… Speed check revealed a 1.36 mb download speed; you can't watch Netflix at that speed. This is day 6 of my stay & the Wi-Fi is blazing at a whopping 0.70 mb download speed. I will never know if this issue every gets corrected; because I will not return to this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We arrived super early (like 9am) and we were allowed to ore check in and left our bags with the concierge. Our rooms (2) were not ready since it was way before check in. However, Sofia (I think was her name) gave me a map and recommended several beaches. She wrote everything down for me and even recommended some restaurants. We apparently had booked 2 rooms with king size beds through a 3rd party site, but we needed one of the rooms to have two beds and she was very kind and made sure we got the two queens. Our rooms were great! My husband and I went up to the rooftop bar and sat by the fire for a bit, which we really enjoyed. The valet guys were very nice and had tons of patience as we took forever to load and unload all of our things and children in the car. We really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely go back. The customer service was beyond our expectations.
