We travel all around working stay in many many many hotels & the Devonshire inn was the best most friendliest motel we ever stayed in the two lady's that runs this motel are the best they're better than all the rest lol loved it there :)

Staff is wesome, loved the place, love the attitude of the staff. Place is awesome kind of old but it is very clean. It does need some update on things but otherwise it is very pleasant place to be at. Recomend it.

One star only because the staff was somewhat friendly. Do not book a room here! I’m fine with outdated but the condition of the room was horrid! The carpet was disgusting, the curtains were literally missing the hooks so it wouldn’t close properly, see outline of where pictures were, the front of the bathroom sink had a piece of painted ply wood screwed to the front! The tile in the bathroom was disgusting especially in the corners, looked like mold and hair was pushed into it. Do not book through a travel site you will be severely disappointed.

Simple hotel, clean convient for our trip. Continental breakfast was nothing but cereal no milk, oatmeal packages, coffee, thats all. Flat pillows.

This place was extremely clean, friendly staff, safe environment. Beds were comfy and room was spacious :) would recommend to anyone that needs a place to stay.

It's cool cause you have mini fridge, microwave breakfast in the morning. Prices are little bit pricey so if your gonna check in make sure it's in the morning so it can be worth it.

The management team is outstanding; those 2 women are awesome. The hotel on the other hand — abysmal. The owner should take some pride in their business but it's obvious he doesn't. The $83 per night charge is about $100 too much. Replace the carpet with pergo, fresh paint, light bulbs, new linens would be a major improvement. Heck, using curtain hooks for all the pleats would be an improvement.

This is not a $73 dollar room! The carpet is very dated and dirty, every piece of furniture is dated and mix matched (from the 70’s? ) had to climb across a bed to turn heat settings, curtains are hanging off the rods, spackling all over the walls with markings where wall hangings once hung, holes and stains on the ceiling, light bulbs were missing, had to ration toilet paper, batteries missing from fire alarm (it was hanging). The only thing nice I have to say is that the employees we encountered were very nice. I would never recommend this place.

Roaches. No carpet. Cigarette burns all over the bathtub. Dirty smell. Sink didn't plug.

It's probably a 3 star place but they've got 5 star hospitality and attentiveness. Therefore, 4 stars is my call. Hospitality that can't be beat! Personally, my wife and I will definitely be back. And there's a Foster Freeze right next door. A winning combo in my book.

I was having trouble finding a room for me and my 3 babies but the two women who work the front desk were so friendly and helpful and got us into a clean and nice sized room. Would definitely reccomend and stay again mostly for the friendly staff the hotel is very clean as well.

Although comfortable rooms are pretty worn down with broken molding.

This is a small town Inn. It is clean they say they serve breakfast, but my friend and I went during the times and the office was locked tight.

Was comfortable for one night didn't spend much time to check out what was available.

No five star hotel, but for the price you get all that you need. Great owners/management and close to race track and a few stores. It is a bit in the middle of the desert but there is a small park nearby. Rooms are kept clean and they go out of their way to help you out with things not even related to the hotel. Big rooms, come with a small frig and a tiny freezer enough to store some ice cream comes/bars. Overall satisfied. If you're trying to go cheap and this is the area you want to be and then this place works.

The owners are amazing, but this is a dive. I stay there only because it's for work.

It was decently clean. Rooms were under construction. Staff was accommodating.

Very old and not upgraded. Bed was uncomfortable. Parking was bad and limited continental breakfast. Would not stay again.

Good value, military discount helped. Clean room, good amenities, and friendly staff. Only minor complaints — ticking sound coming from fridge or microwave in the morning was annoying, and the shower is uncomfortably low for any person over 5'4''. Good water pressure though! Would stay here again.

I would be lying if I said it was a Hilton. However, as a local Inn/Motel, it is very good and very clean. Being close to the Willow Springs raceway, the price and proximity to the race track makes it an excellent stay. If you take into consideration the proximity, the price, and the convenience to decent food places, I chose to stay here rather than the Holiday Inn recommended by the track organization that is in Lancaster. They have various discounts incentives, such as AAA or track day participants discounts; you may want to call to ask about it before making a reservation.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Devonshire Inn for four nights while on holidays attending California Superbike school at the Streets of Willow Springs. First you should know there is no pool. Well there is, but no one can use it because of a recent accessibility law enacted recently. But aside from that, the rooms were great, very clean, and comfortable. Being our first time anywhere, we were intimitaded. We felt safe and secure! The owner was onsite, as well as a friendly manager. The hotel is close to the track (5 minutes), which is great when you have to wake up early to be at the track for 7am. It's close to all local eateries and bars, and the pharmacy was real close for all other conveniences. We would stay there again, and recommend all visitors to the area to stay there as well. This is the perfect place to stay ay if you are in the area for the Willow Springs race track. It even has a Hot Tub to relax after a day of riding or driving! The room was clean and comfortable, staff was cordial and even offered a small breakfast. I will definitely stay here again next track day.

I stayed there in Oct 09 and while not the "Ritz" it suited me fine. Close to the Willow Springs track which I liked and saved some money. If you are a Ritz type person, you may not like it. I am frugal guy and wanted to be close to the track so I would recommend it. Also, check out the Ramons mexican restaurant for dinner in Rosamond, good food.
