I am part of a business group called E-TEAM Referral Networking which meets weekly in one of the meeting rooms. We are always treated extremely well by staff members, and the food in their breakfast area is a treat. I especially like the waffles, and their orange juice is as good as it gets.

Nice hotel, front desk help was really nice and efficient. I missed the cookies, but the cookies are good. Breakfast is always nice to have access too, and it's free with your stay. Beds were comfy, TV was a little small, but the room was very sizable. Plenty of towels, nice extra toiletries in the bathroom. Room was very clean.

The view was great. The staff was awesome. Willing to accommodate anything I needed. The rooms were a nice size and had everything I needed to make it a great stay. The price was good also. Not bad at all. Overall a great place to stay. Try it out and you let me know.

Terribly loud guests slamming the doors and screaming in the hall, all hours of the night. Never heard the hotel intervene. Ended up having to wear earplugs because some humans are too trash to go out in public. Other than that, it's in a pretty good location. Comfortable minus the noise.

This last time we stayed at the Hamptons there was renovation on the outside. But over all it was a great experience our suite was clean, the beds and sofa bed where really comfortable. And I found out they have a fire pit right next to the pool.

I've stayed at this Hampton a few times. I usually enjoy my stay but last time was not that enjoyable. I could not understand what the gentleman at the counter was saying. Their computers were down and they could not print a receipt. They were supposed to email it to me but didn't. I had to call. There was scaffolding all around the hotel and there was an earthquake. I'm not going to hold the earthquake against them. The breakfast used to be good, but last time I stayed there it was not good.

Renovations are currently going on so it doesn't look it's best. There's some loud humming that goes on all night and vibrates the rooms. I'm guessing it's from a generator. There's a distinct and not so pleasant smell that can be perceived from the water running out of the faucet. My room wasn't well cleaned and my comforter smelled. I'm sure it might be better after renovations but I'm definitely not taking that chance again.

Very clean. Staff was nice and very helpful. Buffet breakfast was good too.

Basic Hampton Inn, our room was superbly clean and styled. Customer Service was warm and hospitable. Linens were soft and pillow selection was plentiful. Very happy with our stay in this basic 3 star hotel.

Booked online with pets found out it was a no pet hotel at 1030 at night on at weekend. The onsight staff was great an understanding but it's awful to book a room, get told it's pet friendly, call and get told the same only to find when you get to the property something different. I guess I won't be traveling here with my furry family members.

When I first walked into the room I notice the bathroom sink was filthy. It looked like someone dumped coffee grounds into it then did not rinse the sink. I called house keeping and they asked if I did it. I had been in the room for about 3 min before I called. Otherwise it's an ok room. Small flat screen TV, maybe 36 inch and you have to pay extra for decent Wi-Fi speeds. Breakfast buffet had runny scrambled eggs and turkey sausage. Fruit and cerial where also available. They had 1 waffle maker but with a long line waiting to use it I did not bother. "EDIT" This is my second stay here. All in all it's an ok place to stay, my only complaints that time are about the A/C in my room, it was so loud it woke me up every time it turned on. It sounded like someone turned on a leaf blower. Oh and the fact that the people in the room next to mine were arguing VERY loudly until 4am the first night. Between the a/c and the people next door equaled 0 sleep. But the hotel is clean and the staff are very nice. Just don't let them put you in room 212.

Very nice hotel. Suites are very nice with very high ceilings and extremely spacious. Very nice hotel staff as well. Beautiful location and a walk away from a few good restaurants. Give this place a stay.

It's a nice and clean place. You can count on the service and people. Decoration in rooms is lovely. Breakfast was good but no many choices.

Used the room for hair and makeup for a bridal party. Nicely decorated rooms, but no ceiling lights so rooms were very dim. Great breakfast.

Attended an event. Location was easy to find. Was surprised to see an attractive event set up, with plenty of straps for our laptops and devices. The foods were tasty.

One night stay Ehn family with 5 Place and nickel equipment 2 GDS beds and a sofa bed breakfast in the American but we found gsuffisamment of sugar a heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi but no time to enjoy it however the road nearby is passing D of 6h of the mat and the average insulation and in addition an incessant noise of engine all night in his room. The VMC surely.
A hamburger Restaurant (Carl Junior PR connoisseurs) right next door or you can walk.

I found it to be a fairly nice place. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the building was very nice.

Very helpful staff, rooms were clean and overall experience was great. Complimentary breakfast was very good as well. Would recommend coming here.

Very polite, attentive, and accommodating staff! The room was clean, everything looked nice, and I even enjoyed the ambient music they were playing in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again!

Major technical issues with the conference/polycom equipment caused a several hour delay in our start time. Otherwise the location was fine, staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient.

Very comfortable. Courteous staff. The only thing that would make it better is if they would provide a greater variety of hot breakfast items.

Apparently Hilton recently changed their policy that you must cancel 48hrs, not 24hrs anymore. Shame on you Hilton. Had a unique situation in which I needed to cancel 24hrs and management would not make an exception, so stuck with paying for a room we most likely wont use. They had the nerve to think I would cancel and pay the nights fee so they could rebook the room to someone else at a higher fee? No way, it'll sit empty before I do that. What happened to great customer service and exceptions on a case by case scenario? Going forward I'll be reserving a room with a hotel that allows cancellation prior to 24hrs.

It's what I've come to expect from Hampton hotels. The room and hotel itself is very clean and an overall nice place to stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only downside is their "free" Wi-Fi, which is pretty low quality and constantly disconnects itself, sometimes requiring me to sign in all over again.

Very pleasant stay. Complimentary breakfast, soft beds and it's clean. That's all I want in a hotel, this is a good hotel with helpful staff.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Nice facilities, but no cookies, which is strange for a Hampton property anymore.

Beautiful lobby upon entrance. The studio suite was super spacious! The staff in the morning was extremely nice whereas I felt the night staff had slightly less patience. Pool was closed for maintenance but only for a day. Shame, it was gorgeous. Breakfast and breakfast staff was amazing.

Nice and clean hotel. To me it's the standard type of Hampton Inn. Great service, great decor, good price and in a good location.

Called the hotel and explicitly said I wanted first floor. When I arrived they put me on the 3rd floor. I am very unhappy Hilton honors member.

I have never had a bad experience with a hotel until I stayed here. They are thieves and liars. Their maids are liars. We stayed here for an event over the weekend and they robbed me of $310 and it's been a pain in the ass to get it back ever since. FIRST of all they do not tell you about the $150 deposit fee, which is fine but they did not return it to my account. SECOND their maids said we were smoking in the room in which I DO NOT SMOKE another $125 fee. And because the bank takes so long to file a claim I was charged $35 fee for insufficient funds. I WILL make sure they suffer for this.

Great locale, right off the 91. The hotel is new and quite nice, with amenities including; pool, gym and conference/meeting rooms, this is a nice place to stay when visiting friends in the IE.

Although the facility nice and somewhat new, the staff was rude. More specifically, the problem was with management. The Front Desk Manager, Monica, lacks the personal skills needed for a position like that. We had several problems with the rooms we reserved and she seemed very put out by our need to have the problems fixed. Not once did she even apologize. To make matters worse, the General Manager, Garrett, appeared to be afraid to deal with any of the problems the customers were having. He was constantly disappearing. Bad choice on our part. Not coming back.

Nice location, but very poor customer service. The front desk manager, Monica Sanchez, has very poor customer service skills. I think someone forgot to tell her that the customer always comes first. The room we were supposed to have was given to someone who decided after checkout to extend their stay. Her attitude was very "oh well" towards us. It resulted in us being put in a room away from our party on a separate floor. Not good considering we were chaparones. We had made the reservations many months in advance. We we attempted to discuss this with her, but Monica kept coming up with excusses. Furthermore, her words did not match her facial expressions. First let me make it clear that not once did she apologize for any inconvenience. Second, when she was talking her eyes loomed like she was ready to rip our heads off for voicing our displeasure. As a group we have decided to find a different hotel in the area for our trip next year. I highly recommend that you do not use this hotel.

Very clean and big rooms. Loved the beds very soft and affordable on site laundry. 2 stars because every time someone turned on the water in the hotel a loud squeak came blazing through. This went on all night. For 140 per night I want to sleep without interruption.

The staff was friendly and polite. The room was clean and well maintained however the bathroom seemed to be a bit dark. Breakfast was included and was decent. The earlier you get there the hotter the food is. The heating cans dont keep the food warm. Overall I had a pleasant experience and I would return if I had the opportunity.

The location was perfect for where we needed to be. The customer service was great! They have a variety of sundry items if you forget yours. Breakfast was better than most hotels. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The floors were clean to the naked eye, but my baby crawled around on the floor and got pretty black. So, if you're going to be crawling, I wouldn't recommend this place or ask them to mop and shampoo the floors. Otherwise, it was just fine.
